Hey! I'm Tahlie, I'm 20 years old currently studying towards my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as a trainee at Little Peoples Place, Spearwood. Very easy going person and enjoy having some drinks on the weekend, but also enjoy my own company and can pick up when people need their own space too! I am a tidy person and will always clean up after myself, but not a complete neat freak who will be on your back about dishes or washing etc! Looking to move in any time after June 3rd, doesn't matter how long after as I can stay with my partner until i move in. Unfurnished or furnished, but would prefer a medium or large sized room. As I am only working part-time I am hoping to find something $130 p/w or less! Please give me a message if this would suit you Cheers :) Tahlie Wansbrough
Hi all, I viewed a property yesterday that I am interested in doing a teamup for. It is a fifth floor apartment in a boutique block of just 12 apartments, with two per floor. The people that own the other apartment on the fifth floor use it as a holiday house, so it is usually vacant. The apartment is 300m from Cottesloe beach, with great views from every window of either the ocean or the Civic gardens. It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom. You would have your own bathroom. The apartment is quite spacious, with a living area, study, medium sized balcony and separate kitchen area. If this doesn't suit you, and you have a room available in an existing place, please let me know. I prefer the coastal locations listed. North Coogee (Breaksea Drive) is as far south as I would like to go. My preference is for a 4-6 month minimum lease. I am a 32 yr old female. I work full time, and travel for work, so am over east around 3 nights per week. I have my schedule a month in advance so I would be happy to share it with you so that you know when you could expect to have the place to yourself. My interests lie around the arts and healthy lifestyles. I ride horses, meet friends for coastal walks, and practice yoga most days. I creatively direct fashion photoshoots and catch up with my family about once a fortnight for dinner. If you'd like to know more, please email or message me as I'm often away from my phone. I'd be happy to meet for a coffee at a time that suits you. Thanks, Belinda.
G'day, I'm a 26 year old naval architect/project manager working full time. I like to kitesurf, read/learn, watch footy, etc. I think I'm a relatively normal/stable person. I generally get labelled as quiet, but I'm also sociable/outgoing in my own way. Looking for a place to live for at least 6 months that is preferably furnished and has some half decent storage area. Thanks, Mitch
22 yr old makeup artist who's works two jobs in claremont! i have a little french bulldog & I am interested in teaming up with someone in June when i come back from america to an apartment or house!
I am in the process of selling my own home so looking to rent for a period of about 6 months. I am super easy-going, clean and tidy and spend most of my spare time at the beach or over at Rotto on my boat. I'm very young at heart and I love good wine, good food and great music ...but my heavy partying days are definitely over! I am respectful of other people's space and wouldn't be home all the time. I'm a dog lover but currently have no pets (my staffy passed away sadly last year). I'm really into swimming, fishing, camping, gardening, cooking, pilates and running. I own a nice car so would be looking to preferably keep it in a garage / carport.
Just 2 uni friends, looking for a shared house. Used to live on campus at Notre Dame so we are well accustomed to living among other people and the expectations that come with this. Both studying at Notre Dame, both friendly and outgoing and enjoy meeting new people.
Hi there! My name is Storm, I'm 18 and am working full-time in the Perth CBD as a Client Service Representative. When I'm not at work I'm usually at the gym or out socialising with friends or family. I'm a fun person who's really positive and motivated to be healthy. I do like going out some weekends but I'm always keen for pizza nights at home and I will definitely kick your ass at Monopoly. I'm always on time when it comes to paying rent and bills, I'm extremely clean around the house and always willing to help out with general house duties. I've just adopted a 7 month old kitten, she's an indoor cat, fully toilet trained and super cuddly. If anyone has a room to rent, a one person studio/apartment or would be interested in a team up, please feel free to message me! Length of stay would be minimum 6 months, preferably longer :)

Moving to Perth mid June for a new job in health care. I'm a friendly, sociable person, clean and tidy. I love the outdoors, camping, hiking and good food. Looking for somewhere south of the river with people around my age and no cats (I'm allergic).
Heyo! I'm a 26yr old primary school teacher. I value housemates who can kick back and socialize together, but still respect each others space. Pros of living with me: - I can cook - I love interior design - I can flawlessly rap several Biggie Smalls songs Cons of living with me: - I can't walk the ice-cube tray from the sink to the freezer without spilling it everywhere - Terrible at shuffling cards - Bad habit of whistling *** Only interested in moving out mid-year (July/August)
Hi. I have just moved to Perth from the UK and am a single non-smoker eager to explore and get to know the place. I will soon be working full time in various locations around Perth (as a medical professional). I am sociable and outgoing, but not too much of a party person. I like the outdoors, but also enjoy nights in with a home cooked meal and a glass of wine, or going out for the odd dinner/drinks. I like my culture, so theatre/music/art/museums. I like to keep fit and healthy. I practice yoga regularly, and enjoy swimming (especially love the sea!)
I've been in many houseshares so I know how to respect others space and privacy as I like my own space too but I am also a very sociable person and enjoy my housemates company. I'm a very neat and tidy person and don't mind mucking in around the house to keep it tidy. Anything else you want to know about me please feel free to contact me :)

About me I am an owner and senior consultant at Corporate Recharge, an IT consultancy firm. I’ve made a name for myself in the industry and I’m still involved in recruitment and sales training. I’m proudly Australian, despite being Canadian born, and living in Asia for 4 decades. I've just returned from 2 years in Cebu in the Philippines. Now I hope to live a balanced, health conscious life in Perth. About me: I tell people when asked my age I am 65 going on 40. I think I am highly organised and like to keep my surrounding neat, clean and in order. That extends to the kitchen and bathroom sinks. You won't find dirty socks on my bedroom floor lol. In my spare time I belong to social groups, love the beach, movies, watching documentaries on my IPad. I only watch television for the news and get the rest from the internet. I have my certificate as a personal trainer so frequent the gym often. Been a member of Jetts O'Connor for years and spend considerable time there. I can chat on most subjects or remain quiet if your not in the mood to chat lol. Although I love all animals, I have a particular passion for dogs. The joy of seeing a dog’s face light up at the beach cannot be replicated. I'm not sure if I will buy a car or not. With buses and Uber i ask myself is it really worth it? I am still very connected to Bali and Cebu so would like to think I can get away say for 2 weeks every 3-4 months. When I owned houses we/I always had boarders so I know what makes a great flat mate versus a pain and I am a no drama very flexible person. BTW I am a non smoker so prefer to live with non smokers. I am also a non drinker with no opinion on those that do like their drinks. Mine is for health reasons 😊 I am single again with family in Victoria whom I will also visit. No relatives left in Perth but plenty of friends and associates.
Handy in the kitchen (raw vegan treats), love a cuppa tea and chats, into intrinsic values, meditator, tech savvy, not a party-dude (been there), looking to make the world a better place — starting small :-) Self employed Graphic Designer and sometimes filmmaker. Allergic to cats. Like dogs. In my 40s. Single. Ideally looking for vegetarian/vegan household but that doesn't seem to be so fashionable in Perth (yet) so may have to compromise there (hopefully not too much!).
Must be large room (roughly at least 3x4m) and ensuite/private bathroom. $180 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm genuine and reliable - have been renting for 10 years without any issues or money taken from my bond, and I always pay my rent and bills on time. I'm a super chilled, easy-going and friendly 27yo. I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of my environment. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I'm looking for a quiet house. At the moment I'm studying and working part time, but I finish in October and will be looking for full time work. Until then I'm on Centrelink for my studies and will transfer to JobSeeker until I find full time work. That along with my current employment means I have a steady income. In fact I just has my second interview for another job yesterday with more hours so fingers crossed that went well. I have two small-medium birds (Cockatiels aka Weiros) who live in a big cage in my bedroom but I do let out in my room when I'm home. I have been renting with them for over 3 years now in 3 different residents without any complaints or issues. I'm happy to pay a pet bond and have never had money taken out from the pet bond (or standard bond) in all my renting history. I supervise them 100% when they are out of the cage and they have plenty of their own toys to keep them busy. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet (and so am I) from around 6pm-8am. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
