Outgoing and social. Will be working long hours and traveling away with work frequently.
I am an international student studying my masters of physiotherapy up in the Goldcoast. I have a clinical placement in Lane cove and would love to find a temporary place to stay for five weeks. I have been living out of home since I was 18 years old in different countries so can get along with almost anyone and I am a respectable housemate. I love meeting new people, staying active and doing new/adventures things. I love sydney and cannot wait to explore the area further! During the week I will be working full time on my clinical placement and during the week will be up for exploring the area! let me know if you have a place available :)
hi .. my name is Frederike (24 years old) and I'm a student living near Munich (Germany) at the moment. During my internship, I'm looking to rent a room in Sydney in the period from March 1 to July 10, 2017, I'm easy going, friendly, clean and reliable. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 21-35 years old. If you're looking for a roommate, please let me know and I'd be happy to tell you more about myself.
My name is Enrique and I am from Spain. I am a doctor going to be working at the Royal North Shore Hospital. My mum is coming to visit me from Spain and I am looking for a place for both of us from 20th Jan till Mid-March. I am interested in an apartment a close to the Royal North Hospital or with easy transport. Enrique
Hi there, I'm Tolga, a 28yo male who's relatively new to Sydney. I came up for a product marketing job that's based in Macquarie Park, and looking to find somewhere north of the bridge to call home. I'm fairly social, love to cook, keep healthy, and very easy going. I'm looking for relaxed house mates who enjoy a chat and keep a tidy home (def not OCD), but completely respect the need for privacy and having nights alone to chill after a long day without the need for small talk, as I can't do without it myself. Drop me a line and happy to have a chat to organise a time to meet up. Side note - I'll need a car park. Even unlimited on street parking with no restrictions is fine. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to find out. Cheers
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
Hi, we are 2 german backpackers looking for a long stay in Sydney. Arrived three months ago, we already have seen a lot of this lovely country. We are both of calm, toughtful personality as well as clean and tidy. Pedram is a sportive guy and I love music and keep things organized. We will work fulltime (hopefully), but always be patient to other habitants needs. Please contact us when you think we are the right guys for you and your accommodation.
I am originally from the U.K. over in Australia for work. I work with children who have autism and I am also a personal trainer. I am reliable, clean and considerate. I have a beautiful 20 month old daughter who is very well behaved. She sleeps from 7pm throughout the night so your evenings will be peaceful.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Graduate Architect finally making the move to Sydney (original from Armidale, previously living in Newcastle and currently on the Central Coast). I am clean, tidy and respectful and I like to have a good chat with people. I love to cook and bake (products of which I happily share around), and am a market enthusiast. Generally am a quiet sort at home, but like having people over for dinner but am not the partying kind. My new job is in Redfern, and my boyfriend lives/works in the Northern Sydney area, so looking ideally for somewhere either within walking distance to work, or somewhere close to a station from Milsons Point up to Artarmon.
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
I have recently finished my uni studies at Newcastle and will be commencing work at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2017. I am a friendly easy going person who respects personal space and privacy. But I do enjoy socialising and look forward to adventures in Sydney on weekends and days off work.
I am moving to Syd in early Feb from Adelaide as a professional in the medical industry. I love to chill, especially after a long day at work - so I will respect you and your space. Personally I like to eat healthy (most of the time), going on walks, gym, Netflix and going out for a breakfast or a casual drink. I'm a clean and tidy person, and am not looking for a party house. Keen to share a meal or a drink every now and then if it works out that way :)
Hullo! By day I work at a marketing place in Surry Hills. By night I binge Netflix on the couch or head out to some pub trivia. I like living with people I can grab a beer with, but I also respect people's privacy and need for time alone. I come fully house trained. My move date is not fixed, I'm just interested in finding the right fit.
I'm Julia, 21 and from Germany! I'm very easy going and fun to be around with and a lover of a glass of wine after work! I'm keen to find a new room which I can call home and meet new people to live with :)
There's something about the lower north shore that draws me...so close to lots of water and lots of trees and big green spaces. I love bright light airy spaces to live in and I enjoy sharing and slowly getting to know new people I live with. I'm pretty tidy and do appreciate well maintained and well cared for spaces and enjoy doing my bit for that. I eat clean and green, don't imbibe anymore in anything and enjoy being outdoors and heading out for friends, study, work and travel. I guess I've a relatively steady routine during the week and like being totally into all things female especially on the weekend...face mask, mani, chilling (yes even housework and yard work) etc and I enjoy sharing a meal at home. I'm looking for an unfurnished room or space.
I have been told im rather clean and tidy. I work long days and take my dog to work majority of the time as I'm a landscaper and run a small company. She does not bark, and is an outside dog and is beautifully natured. I love to cook and I enjoy a few drinks, a beer or a wine from my selection. I play sport on the weekends and work so im rarely at home.

Hi, I'm a 29 year old professional looking to move into a share house with easy going house mates of similar age (23-35). I am a social fun person that also likes my own space at times and am very easy going. love getting out doors and exploring. I am also a bit of a traveller (in Aust. and abroad) and don't mind the occasional beer or wine with others! I do have a car for my work so I will need at least some decent on street parking. Looking for like minded housemates who don't take themselves too seriously And happy for the occasional laugh. Happy to live with both guys and girls. Love to here from potential housemates looking for for a new housemate and mate that fits the search. Cheers Cam
Work full time in marketing and trying to cut out my current commute. Know how to tidy up after myself, a god in the kitchen (unless it's baking), have a stable income and would like to find a good group of people to have dinners and bevs with when im not out and about.
Hi there! I am 27 years old, working in mental health industry. I like to keep an active and healthy lifestyle. I value a respectful and clean living environment. I keep pretty busy and usually out doing my own thing but welcome a friendly chat when at home :) Please do not contact me for short-term listings :) I am interested in at least 6months+
Hi, I've just arrived back from London after 7 years and am looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. I have worked in the arts and business and loved London for this reason as there is so much on and a massive start up scene. I'm looking forward to enjoying Sydney lifestyle and hopefully find some good cultural pursuits on offer.
I'm a business analyst working full time. I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane on the 29th of January. I'm easy going, independent and I don't party much. I enjoy Netflix, TV, movies, books and comics. I also like building and fixing computers in my spare time. Basically I'm a huge nerd.
Hi my name is Rangi, I'm 22 years old and I'm moving over from Perth in Western Australia. I'll be in Sydney by the end of January 2017, looking for somewhere to live for a long term, 6 months plus. I recently graduated from university, I'm moving over for work purposes. I'll be working full time. I have no major issues about living with a couple, having pets in the house or any food allergies or preferences. I have a few friends who live in Sydney, so there'll be no need to babysit me. Anything else, just ask me about it :)
Hello! I will start work in a VFX studio in Sydney from January end. I am looking to share accommodation or rent a space together. Extrovert, Social, flexible, respects other's privacy and would love to travel if someone's likes to backpack!
Clean, tidy and respectful. Looking for accommodation for my high school daughter and I. Will mostly stay at my partners on weekends so we wont be too intrusive. I am flexible with the length of stay etc
Prefer quiet living. Neat and tidy, and I have lived in my current flat for 10 years...so obviously I pay my rent on time, every time. Although I don't have a pet, I am very animal friendly, should you have pets (Uummm......maybe not pet snakes, spiders, etc. LOL.) Moving from Nowra to pursue interests in natural health care. Although I am 67 yrs of age, I am healthy (though a bit overweight) and have interests both inside and outside of home. I currently ride a 50cc motor scooter (registered road vehicle! .... not mobility scooter), though I am not sure whether to bring it to Sydney. It would depend on where I live, and public transport (though I do love the flexibility of having my own transport). I love to spend quite a bit of time on my computer, when I am at home. I am respectful of other people's property, and would expect the same in return. LOL ... I don't particularly enjoy cooking, so my meals are very simple, though usually nutritious ... although I do enjoy a couple of squares of chocolate in the evening. I enjoy my life!
Just graduated university moving to Sydney from Melbourne for a job. Social, fun, easy to get along. Enjoy usual house things whether it be casual drinks, movies etc. Also respectful of others around me when required too!
Im a young female professional looking for a private room in a newly developed apartment block, preferably with own bathroom. Looking for north shore or northern beaches. Im a full time shift worker, i work long, crazy hours. Day to day i typically just work , train and like to chill out at home watching netfllix. At home i'm a sweat pants , hair tied , chilling with no makeup on enthusiast. When I'm not working I'm having wine time with friends , Im very fun and live to go out to the newest bar/ restaurants sydney has to offer; I'm always dressing up and going somewhere. Personality wise I'm bubbly and incredibly social all while being respectful of space and privacy . Im a big animal lover.. so although i don't expect to bring my pets with me due to the properties I'm looking at wouldn't be appropriate for them , I am open to pets. Im looking to live with like minded individuals that enjoy the finer things in life , love a drink/ going out (although i wouldn't expect to do this with my roomies) , are extremely professionally motivated and have great banter.
Hey future flatmates, I'm Sarah! I'm a 24 year old professional who just got home from 6 months of traveling and now I'm looking to find a place in Sydney as I am currently based on the Central Coast. I work in North Sydney in HR and would ideally like to live close to this area. I'm energetic and outgoing but also enjoy downtime. I love live music and anything to do with nature whether it be the beach or hiking.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
I'm a clean, considerate and sociable IT consultant who has lived in shared accommodation over the last 8 years and I've always gotten along well with my flatmates. I've spent the last 4 in Chatswood. I enjoy tennis, hitting the gym, drumming, hiking, k-boxing and dancing. I'm always up for a chat and would be keen to meet like-minded people to team up with!
Hi there, my name's Dhiren, male-35-single, full time working professional. I until recently worked as a Management Consultant for one of the biggest retail companies in Australia/NZ region. My work place was near Bella Vista but I lived close to Crows Nest, so was commuting a fair bit of distance everyday, but didn't mind the travel as I prefer living in the north shore area and closer to the city. I'm currently on vacation in India and will be returning back to Sydney on 13th Jan to start my new job from 16th Jan located near Wynyard train station. I'm looking for a place to live in and around St.Leonards or Wollstonecraft or North Sydney. I'm a clean, tidy, friendly, considerate and social person and expect the same from my future flatmate. I'm an easy going guy who doesn't mind a drink or a glass of wine or have dinner/chat with my flatmate occasionally. I also consider myself a decent cook who can cook a good healthy meal. Through shared accommodation would love to meet new people and make new friends. I own a car, so availability of a car parking space would be great but not mandatory, I can do off street parking. Please reply with a message and I will respond back at the earliest. Cheers, Dhiren
Chilled and easy going. Working full time and studying part time. I am respectful, clean and drama free and I'm seeking to share accommodation with someone similar. Bonus points if we share interests but otherwise I can have quite a minimal footprint in the house with my already busy life :)
Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm from Sweden, currently living in Stockholm. I will be studying communication design in Sydney from February 20th for 2-3 years and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love pets but won't be taking any to Australia, like to go jogging or do yoga and enjoy eating healthy. If you feel like you would want to live with me, send me a message! :)
Hello, I'm a 28 years old working full-time in Macquarie Park. I'm a responsible, friendly and really tidy person. Enjoy chatting with people but also respect their privacy. I love sport in general (cardio addict), traveling, socializing, cooking and going to the beach. I'm looking for a private room in an existing share house or would be happy to teamup and find a new place.
My name is Caitlin and I'm a 27 year old Primary School Teacher. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and being active. I like to be social and enjoy a housemates dinner and glass of wine, but understand that people need their down time so respect that. That being said, I am looking for a place which would feel like home, not people being hermits in their rooms. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and love the beach, sport and animals. Also love swapping travel stories!
Im 27 originally from Scotland I'm working full time as an Operations Coordinator for a construction firm in Artamon, I'm clean and tidy, easygoing and respectful. I enjoy a night out at weekends with friends in the city but am also sensible and pretty quiet through the week! I enjoy cooking and make an awesome chilli ( which I don't mind sharing) I'm currently in a lovely flat in Waverton but my flatmate is moving to a larger place so I'm looking for a nice new place to live near to my work! :)
Heya, I am moving over from Perth to pursue post-grad study, and looking for some friendly housemates to help make my stay in Sydney the best it can be! I will be studying full time, however I am easy going and still love being social :) I am clean and organised, and will bring a fun a friendly vibe to your house. Looking to move over in feb 2017 before I start uni, but am quite flexible on the dates!
Hi my name is Jordan, I have recently been appointed a job in Sydney. I am professional young female, working in health. Looking for a neat and tidy place in a secure location to share with some like minded individuals (preferable females). I pride myself on keeping a clean and welcoming home. I am independent and respectful of people's privacy, but I am also extremely friendly, walm and inclusive. Would like something really close to transport, ideally the train station. Furnished apartment would be favourable. However, I do have all the furnishings for my own bedroom and some kitchen items to contribute. Look forward to meeting you
I am fairly a quiet person and don't party at all and like to live in a peaceful and quiet place for studying as well as having a rest. I'm not fussed with anything as long as the place is clean, no smoking, having my own privacy.
Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I am laid back and occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and starting masters in the beginning of 2017. Flew from QLD to Sydney for a job. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also ride a motorbike so if there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike that is definitely a bonus!
I'm a recently graduated engineer working full time in Artarmon, looking to find someplace close to work and cut down on my commute. I like to cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. I can provide references from previous housemates/landlord on request. I'm in no rush, move in date is very flexible, feel free to message me to chat.
I'm a 19 year old student currently working 5 days a week as a casual in a nursery for plants and planning on studying Law at Notre Dame in 2017. I am interested in moving closer to the city as I am living on the outskirts of Sydney and was commuting approximately 2.50-3 hours, one way, to the university I was previously at. I'm extremely easy going, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am a hard worker however I'm very laid back. Looking forward to hear from you ! :)
Sociable 'potential' housemate who enjoys nights in with a home cooked meal, glass (or bottle) of wine and a good Netflix movie/series. Still enjoy letting my hair down on the odd wild night out but the best of my partying days are behind me. Clean and considerate. Looking for housemates who lead their own lives but equally enjoy hanging out with each other and creating a 'family feel' to their home.
We're both super chill, super clean! Enjoy watching films, documentaries and drinking wine! I'm a hairdresser and he's a bartender, I generally enjoy chilling outside with a good read or going on a hike! Looking to share a place with another like minded couple or single so we can hang out and have BBQs together now and then
Hi I'm Will - I work full time in Finance however I am an ex-chef and who ever gets the pleasure of living with me will benefit from those skills from time to time!!! I am clean, organised, friendly, social and relaxed. I love my sports, namely AFL and Cricket, enjoy the beach and being outdoors.
Doctor at royal north shore hospital, want to move closer to work, occasional shift worker. No partner/kids/pets, non-smoker. Also part time musician but studying for my exams so I won't be making to much noise! Car space preferred but not essential.
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
We're a mid-thirties couple looking for a roommate to share a place with us in the new year. Looking for somewhere along the North Shore, close to transport and shops. We alternate between wanting to go out and hit the town, and wanting to lay back and watch movies all night. It would be great to have somebody with a good balance too - or at least someone who gets along, as we appreciate a good social aspect at home. We rarely have visitors, and are neat and tidy, so we shouldn't be much of an issue. We prefer a smaller place (2br) rather than a big house full of people. If you're fine sharing a place with a couple, drop us a message. We're currently on the lookout for good apartments. If you get in before we move you can help us pick!
I am an easy going, friendly, tidy and respectful house mate. I teach music and yoga for a living. I am looking for a place to live closer to work for a least 6 months, hopefully a year. I love yoga, spending time at the beach and going for walks in nature and riding my bike.
