I'm an 22-year old international student from Belgium, who will study at Macquarie University between the end of July until the first half of December. I am an easy-going, tidy and sociable person who enjoys having dinner together and maybe going on little getaways during the weekend. I am not a hardcore party-goer, but do enjoy a night out every once in a while. I like a rather quiet environment and would love to have flatmates that are students too. I prefer to share a house with at least two other people, but you can also contact me if you are alone and looking for a flatmate. I'd like to have a private room, but would not mind sharing the bathroom with a tidy person.
Hi there! After taking a break from Sydney for the past 6 months I'm looking to move back and settle in once again. I'm an early riser each day and love to head off on adventures most weekends. Fit and active guy who loves a bit of banter
looking for a nice and comfortable place to share with easy going people. I am a full-time Support engineer and spend most of my time in the office, I prefer to cook sometimes and always have time for a convo
Sofia and I are a very respectful, tidy couple looking for a place to live out the next stage of our lives and have some fun for at least 6 months to a year or so. We are quiet and peaceful, she is from Italy and I am from Sydney. She is finishing her master degree in Literature to find a full time position while i continue my bachelor of Engineering and work permanent part time.
My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room either on the north shore or around Ryde as these are central to our daily lives between the two of us. We are both working (him full-time in a dock yard and myself part time in retail) with me also studying at WSU. We are both fairly neat people and clean up after ourselves and keep to ourselves however can be social if we get along with people well. He is into gym, motorcycles and cars while I am into anything creative whether it be books, drawing or music. Internet is the biggest necessity as I am studying currently. Of course it would be nice to have our own bathroom however we are not fussed. A parking spot would be ideal however a motorbike is fairly easy to park on the street. Thanks for the consideration! - Ruby and Rory
We are a couple from Italy about to relocate around the end of August, and we are looking for a quiet accommodation to share with some nice people, ideally another couple. We value trustworthiness, cleanliness, and quietness. I ride a motorcycle, I love tennis, snowboarding, fitness, indoor rowing, and trx. Now match that with a big love for BBQ. :-) My fiancé loves yoga and is a former agonistic swimmer. I will have a job since day 1, she will be looking for one. We love to travel.
Hey, I'm Maddie and I'll be moving to Sydney from Brisbane for a new job and a change of scenery! I'm social and love getting out and about whether it's the beach, somewhere with delicious food or a couple of drinks and a dance. That said, I'm equally as much of (and just as happy) being a homebody and enjoying my own space. I also enjoy being active so will often be at pilates, boxing or playing netball. I'm super easy going, tidy, mature and respectful of others and their space and am just looking for somewhere I can enjoy coming home to with like minded people.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
Hi there, My name is Yazan and I want to be your flat mate!. I am a professional, working full-time as a project manager and a part-time PhD student. I have recently moved from Dubai to Sydney, before that i used to live in Leeds, UK. I am usually described as neat, clean, quite and a social person with a great sense of humour. I also do respect other's privacy and would pay the rent on time. Important to me: you’re nice, you keep shared spaces clean, we are close to public transport (my office is near Wynyard Station) NOT important to me: your Gender/Orientation, your Race/Religion, and your age. Sharing a home is all about courtesy and common sense.
I currently work full time in Real Estate so I am generally out of the house 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday. If I'm not out with friends on the weekend, I am Netflixing with Red Wine! I love meeting new people and having chilled out chats at home but am also respectful of and do appreciate my own personal space! A very clean and relaxed environment is what I appreciate at home! Built a really good relationship with my last flatmates aside from just living together but they have now all moved on and are having families etc. Look forward to hearing from you!
If I'm here then I'm still looking! I'm a grad architect looking for a cool place (own room) and people to live with. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for parking or off street. Always busy with something but wouldn't mind a few drinks (coffee preferred) and what-not. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Would like a place where I can sleep normally too. No room sharing!!! I don't really have any preference as to location, and you can see I have thrown in heaps of places that don't quite connect the dots. Contact me if you are looking for a superstar. Not a premium member so I can't message listing that are recent.
Hi everyone, I’m a 23 yr old Aussie girl looking for a place to call home. A little about me: I work full time in marketing at Macquarie Park. I'm social, tidy and friendly. I like playing netball during the week after work and usually spend my weekends going to gigs or hanging with friends or family. Previously I was living at Redfern but now I want to live somewhere a little more convenient for getting to work each day but still close to the city. Preferable areas are St leonards, Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Waverton or North Sydney areas. Anywhere close to a train line or busses. Looking to find some likeminded flatmates and a place to call home! Let me know if you think you have something that might suit. Also happy to do a team up in the area :)
We're both students and working part time. I am studying classical voice at the Sydney Conservatorium and Alex is studying business at Macquarie University, he is also a qualified chef. We are easy going and quite neat. We enjoy socialising but are often quite busy with our various activities. In our free time we enjoy keeping fit, Alex is a bit of a gamer and I enjoy reading or watching anime. We are originally from Tasmania but will be living in Sydney for the next few years whilst we complete our studies.
My name is Lauren and I am a 24 year old second year medical student at Sydney University. I am looking to move into a place on the North Shore (due to my clinical placement allocation) with my partner from late July. This is flexible and we are willing to wait longer for the right place. My partner, Nicholas, is also 24 and he is working full time as an Associate to a Judge in the city, and finishing his final semester of a law degree. Ideally we would like to move into a place with at least a small backyard or garden because Clover (the cat) enjoys sunning herself outside, but this is not a deal breaker and we are also considering apartments. Our own bathroom / ensuite would also be ideal, but again this is flexible. As for hobbies Nick referees rugby on weekends and I like spending my spare time trying out new recipes, with baked goods frequently provided to housemates. We both also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and going to the beach, as well as the usual like bingeing on Netflix. Nick and I will be out of the house most of the time due to work and full time clinical placements. We are both clean, respectful tenants and not party people, but we do enjoy socialising with our housemates over wine. We both have good rental histories, and my current real estate agent can provide a letter of reference including our house trained (and very cute and fluffy) cat Clover. We would ideally be looking for a long term (at least 1-2 years) arrangement.
30 year old Kiwi male working full time standard business hours. I also run an online business and am looking for somewhere quiet and chilled where I can focus and have a solid routine. I'm always up for a drink and a few laughs on the weekend.
My friend and I are from Newcastle, we have both recently graduated and have got full time jobs in Sydney commencing early July. We are looking for a third and potentially fourth housemate for when we move. Both super tidy, and looking for people that we can have a glass of wine (or two) as well as enjoying personal space. * We won't be moving until end of June/Early July :)
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Fiona and I are an easy going couple from Ireland. We're moving to Sydney from Newcastle at the end of June. I will be working full time as a web developer in Pyrmont, and Fiona is an Occupational Therapist working in Northmead. We tend to keep busy on weekdays, always happy to keep to ourselves, or chill with housemates. We're clean and respectful of others, and enjoy a drink on the weekend. We're available to pop down from newcastle for viewings every weekend until July, so feel free to get in touch!
