I am a 31 year old single Male, non smoker, social drinker working in the CBD but occasionally travel for work to regional centres in Victoria. I am looking for a place to move to in Early February 2017. Ideally I would be looking for a place on acreage away from the city to share with other people. I currently live in a share house with three other people and two dogs. My pet dog is a Kelpie Border Collie cross, she is three years old and friendly with people and other dogs, also very well behaved. I also coach sport occasionally at my old school in Melbourne and like to play golf when I have time.
I'm a 31 year old Road Designer and grew up in the St George Area. I work in the city and enjoy an active and quiet lifestyle. Hobbies include fitness, watching sport and bush walking. I'm a relatively quiet, clean and considerate person to live with and am looking to move into a share apartment or house with like-minded flatmates. Thanks. Cameron I'm looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom and parking.
We are university students, currently in the second year of our degree. We value privacy. Friendly, quiet and not a troublemaker.
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
Hi there I'm very easy to live with, my current housemates will attest to that. I'm friendly, quiet, tidy and very respectful and considerate. Drop me a line for any other info. Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.
Hey I'm a 33 year old male, originally from Bathurst I've recently accepted a job based in mortdale for a building company. I'm a pretty normal bloke and enjoy the simple things in life.
Hey. I'm clean, quiet, easy going person and a non-smoker. I'm an IT student studying in UOW and I want to share an apartment or room in Hurstville to Miranda preferably closer to the train station.
Hi there, We are a friendly and easy going German/Australian couple looking for a nice room or studio to rent, must have own bathroom! Preferably anywhere along the T4 train line south of Wolli Creek. We are not much of party goers but like to go on weekend adventures if we have the time. When we are at home we prefer some privacy and quiet time but won't say no to a chat here and there ;) We are both very tidy and clean and know how to treat other people's property respectfully!
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
professional engineer, clean n tidy , mature, love to have fun during weekends. prefer professional flatmates as I work so like to have relax and quiet week nights,
Hi everyone! I'm an Italian student and I'm looking for a room for me and my 2 cats. I'm 31 years old, I'm clean and respectful and I'm looking for a nice room in a nice house/apartment, with cool housemates, where we can have dinner together, have a chat but we still respect our privacy. I'm quite busy with my college and my jobs but I still like to relax at home when I can, and I have a nice company, better :) atm I'm getting into traffic controller, I'm also an Uber driver and I have casual jobs (nanny, dog walkers, cleaner..). I like to keep busy :) I'm healthy, I like to go to the gym, I don't smoke, I don't drink and I don't eat meat. I really hope to find a nice place to live! I am happy to live pretty much everywhere (west, north, east, south) as long as is not too far from the city by train (max 40 min). I am very happy to team up too :)
Im easy going pretty difficult to annoy me unless you try hard. I can cook, keep a tidy room and dont have excessive body hair :)
I am currently looking in moving into a new space and gaining a new sense of adventure and individuality. I aim to be kind and courteous towards other people and I always do my best to respectfully look after any space that I stay in. When I was young, I was diagnosed with low range, high functioning Autism. However, this hasn't stopped me from living life with happiness and love, and I always look at each new day with a smile and a can-do attitude! The reason why I'm looking to live in Glebe, or any suburbs around the place, is that I feel drawn to being in a place that encourages the more peaceful and creative side of people and that is something that I've longed to be a part of. Acting is my passion and I love being involved in all sorts of creative and unique projects. Wherever the work is at, I'll do what it takes to get the job done! That's my story in a super brief nutshell. I hope you have a lovely day :)
Both full time working, I'm in hospitality and Jordan is an electrician for the government. Both are experienced renters and have never had a problem paying bills. Looking for a place with a carapaces as we have two cars/or on road parking availability. We like doing things together as a couple but also enjoy the company of other people Thank you!
********** MOVE IN ASAP ********** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised). Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $120 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (5 to 10min) - Some friendly flatmates
Clean and tidy, easy going person. Love to bake. Work full time in a professional job in Sydney. Originally from Wollongong where I go back to visit on weekends. Want to live close to work. Looking for friendly welcoming people.
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
!!! Found some gals to team up with renting a brand new apartment so not looking to rent any rooms atm ü !!! Hi! :) Wanting to move to Sydney as I'm currently living in Wollongong. I'm working full-time as a registered nurse and will be working 5days/wk. Looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom to rent. Prefer a place with just one or two housemates. On-site parking is preferred and looking for an all female flat only. Planning to move in early March. I'm interested to team up in renting out a unit if anyone wants to :) If you think you have the desired place for me or want to team up, please drop by a message! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes funny :p). I like my alone time as well. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
My name is Amy, I am 25 and work full-time at a law firm. Reasons I am great to live with: - Easy to get along with - I take pride in my things - I am a very clean & tidy & pick up after myself - I love spending time with my family & friends - Into fitness, going to the gym & having a good run. At the moment I am living in Leichhardt, have been in my current house for 2 years & just looking for a change.
Full time worker. Often working over time. If I'm not working I'm spending time with my girlfriend or at her house. The only reason I go home to my current rental is to sleep. Reason for Moving: I feel the rent I'm paying is too high for the room I had and looking for something more value for money. Not a party guy, no pets, non smoker.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I'm fun, bubbly, helpful, and responsible. Currently I am looking to enrol in study either in aged care or makeup. I clean up after myself and respect other people personal space and property. I love animals and summer time. I'm an optimistic person and am always trying to learn new things and meet new people. I unfortunately am forced to move out as soon as possible as I've got serious issues with my family. I'll answer any questions. Just looking forward to finally starting my life and having my own freedom.
Very busy, active person who studies a degree via distant education, aspiring track sprinter cyclist and will be working part time / fulltime. Respectful, clean and when home I like to unwind and study.
Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.
I love cooking if I have the right space and amenities. I generally cook from scratch, but on my off days I'll just cook something from a packet. I tend to just fade in with the crowd around me. I am a fun and exciting person when you get to know me and vice versa. I love playing video games and I'm always looking for someone to play with :) I do have a dog who is an amazing bundle of joy and she seems to love all humans. I'm originally from Victoria, moved to Queensland and then moved and currently reside in Sydney with my partner of four years. Although, I'm preparing for a breakup. Long story, sad ending.
I am a full-time worker who does not smoke and has lived out of home for the past five years (just to dispel any first-time-home-leaver fears out of the way). I go through periods of time where I am rarely home - whether as a result of work or because I am out socialising, as I much prefer chilling at the pub, gigs or clubs than partying at home. On the other hand, I am a massive reader and avid movie watcher, so I have periods of time where I am happy just going to the beach, hanging at home and having chilled out fun. You can add clean and a fan of organising to my resume. :p
Hello everyone. I am Andy. I am currently working at the University where I work as an Admissions and Recruitment Officer in the Marketing & Admissions team. I am an easy going, friendly person as it is part of my job. I am neat, clean, working full-time in a professional field.
Coming from Hong Kong, I will start my life as a research student in USyd in July 2017. I will focus on my studies as a research student fighting for my future. Ideally I prefer having research students as my flatmates as we can boast up each other when one of us are feeling low, but that is not essential. I am LBGT-friendly and I welcome flatmates with friendly pets. People in Hong Kong are fairly dependent on air-conditioner. I prefer a bedroom with air-conditioner, but I understand it is not common in Syd. So I am not putting it as a strict criteria. I am an awardee of University of Sydney International Scholarship. I will be given stipend by USyd - that would make me financially stable to pay the rent. As a research student, I will not spend too much time on entertainment or party. But sometimes I would like to relax as well! In general, I am a healthy person. I don't smoke, and I rarely drink. I often go to gym room during my leisure time.
High School Science teacher who is incredibly clean and thoughtful. Looking for someone open-minded and insightful to flatshare with. Preferably with covered car space (for my beloved Alfa Romeo) and near a train station!
Hi we are two Italian siblings. We are both studying at Usyd, BSc and Master. We will spend most of the time at uni. We are quiet but friendly people. Really easygoing and open minded. We have already lived in shared accommodations :) We would prefer a students shared unit.
Hi, I work full time for a university library, weekday 9-5 type of hours & have been sharing past eight years. I am generally a quiet individual who likes his own space but likes to socialise from time to time. I respects other people's personal space & will keep common areas clean, especially bathrooms and kitchen. I enjoy playing my piano (electric), karaoke, reading & watching films, cooking (especially for more than one person) & I love going away for short get a ways in the country side away from the city.
Hi! I am a casual worker who is receiving a solid number of hours each week. I am clean, tidy and easy going. In my free time I like reading books, watching movies and spending time with my friends. I am also interested in female-only accommodation.
I'm a Masters student from Latin America that seeks a furnished private room. Particularly, one that is relatively close to the train station. Until recently I was a student leader/mentor in charge of a small residence of the University of Wollongong accommodation services (9 rooms). Therefore, I understand the importance of taking care of an accommodation that has been entrusted to me. I can provide the name of my supervisor if necessary. Likewise, I've done some volunteering during my studies, and they can act as my referees if required. I have no pets, nor smoke. My main focus at the moment is my studies.
I'm a UNSW student originally from Canberra. I also work part-time as a travel writer and consultant, and do a fair bit of travel in my spare time. I'm looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment for the 2017 university year. I am ready to move in now, but am flexible with move-in dates. I'm easy-going, clean up after myself and am relatively quiet - although I'm also happy to socialise. I look forward to hearing from you if you have something suitable for me!
