Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute. Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules, though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. I am looking for a room in a share house, and I don't mind sharing a bathroom. I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place send me a message! :)
A couple is working full time in the bakery 5am-6pm near Sutherland station. We will never be at home for full day because when we have a day off, we will stay over at our parent's house. We're clean, no noisy, cooking 1-3 meals a week only. We're on budget. We're lookig for a flat in Sutherland that has $360-400/a week for 2 bedrooms. That means $180/per couple/week fo rent. Will consider about moving date when we find a good "teamup"
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.
Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
I'm a 31 year old Road Designer and grew up in the St George Area. I work in the city and enjoy an active and quiet lifestyle. Hobbies include fitness, watching sport and bush walking. I'm a relatively quiet, clean and considerate person to live with and am looking to move into a share apartment or house with like-minded flatmates. Thanks. Cameron I'm looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom and parking.
Currently residing in Gold Coast looking to relocate to Sydney. Prefer the Sutherland Shire, St. George areas. Keen for a team up or share with existing residents. Prefer only one or two flatmates max. Guys or Gals, any nationality, orientation, religion etc and otherwise is not an issue for me. Available the first week of February. Willing to pay $250/w max. including all bills. 41yo Father of two (my children live with their Mother in Sutherland Shire), so looking for somewhere close to them. Bonus if you are cool with children visiting on weekends and school holidays. They are very well mannered (when fast asleep, I joke. They truly are). I am a quiet man whom prefers and respects privacy. I admire and appreciate cleanliness (actually bit of a neat freak). Vegan that doesn't preach or judge (you won't hear about it unless you ask me about it). Non smoker. I enjoy diving, mountain biking and climbing. I'm a keen video gamer and fledgling Youtuber. Must have internet available, lol. Seeking long term residence within the right circumstances 12+ months. I have a good rental history. Handy around the home. Very neat and tidy. Currently seeking employment in Sydney. Have lived and worked in Sydney previously (both children born in Sydney). I am a commercial construction diver by profession. Largely contract work. Cashed up to see me through a few quiet months if there is any concern regarding my end of the rent/bills and willing to pay in advance. Why does this feel like a dating site? Lol!
I am a full time employed primary teacher working in the Mascot area. I am 25 years old and have rented and shared with people in the past and I have really enjoyed it! I enjoy having a chat and drinking a glass of wine after a tough day; In saying this I also enjoy my own time. I love for things to be neat and enjoy good house furnishings. I love to eat healthy and when possible I love going to the gym with my friends. About the place: Would be hopefully looking at getting a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom as I have shared before in a place with this configuration and it worked out perfectly. The maximum rent I would be looking at paying is around the $250 each per week. I would also like to go on the lease so it becomes both our place. I would only be interested in 1 or 2 room mates only.
My wife and I are looking to find a property to move in to with our dog (whippet). We both work full-time, myself as a high school teacher and my wife in retail. In our spare time we like to spend time together at home with our dog, or going to a cafe nearby. We are looking to move soon as long as we find the right property/roommate for us. Feel free to contact me.
I am a 21 year old Singaporean who has graduated from USYD with an English major, working and seeking a home for long-term stay. I'm a down-to-earth friendly person who does not smoke and who is housebroken (shares in on chores: I cook, clean and don't leave dishes in the sink, and am respectful of personal space and belongings). I enjoy writing, hiking and going to the beach and am looking for a likeminded housemate who enjoys hanging out in a relaxed and quiet space and who also understands and respects privacy. I do not have pets here myself, but love dogs! I've been living in Sydney for five years now and have a good history of paying rent and bills. If this sounds good to you, contact me if you're keen and we could set up a time to meet up! :) I look forward to hearing from you soon!
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in geography at the university of Sydney. Formally did sub-letting thing but now I only wanna concentrate on my teaching and research so I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 7 months. Long term preferable. I respect people's personal space as well as being observant of house rules.

I am a 31 year old single Male, non smoker, social drinker working in the CBD but occasionally travel for work to regional centres in Victoria. I am looking for a place to move to in Early February 2017. Ideally I would be looking for a place on acreage away from the city to share with other people. I currently live in a share house with three other people and two dogs. My pet dog is a Kelpie Border Collie cross, she is three years old and friendly with people and other dogs, also very well behaved. I also coach sport occasionally at my old school in Melbourne and like to play golf when I have time.
Like to exercise and go gym regularly, eat healthy. Weekends are spent hiking or down south coast on my parents farm.....so fresh eggs for my house mates.
Hi! I currently live in Brisbane working full time but my job contract is only for 12 months and finishes early March this year! So I've decided to do something crazy and move to Sydney lol I have started looking for work around Cronulla and nearby areas so as soon as I land something that pays well I will be looking for a place that is hopefully furnished with preferably female housemates but I'm not fussy if there are guys as well. I'm a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddleboarding on the weekends, would love to learn to surf if I moved to a place close to the beach :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!
I'm a clean and tidy 27 year old female who has lived in a few different share houses over the past 5 years. I like to cook when I have time and live an active lifestyle.
Hi I am looking to rent with my dog his half German shepherd half husky. I recently sold my house and would like to rent for a year or two before I buy again. I work 6 days a week, I am clean and respectful of others. My dog doesn't dig and can stay outside. His got the biggest personality that I'm sure you will fall in love with him.
I am an easy going, clean and warm and welcoming person. I study at uni full time and work part-time and keep very busy meaning I am barely in the house. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy the company of others.
I love cooking if I have the right space and amenities. I generally cook from scratch, but on my off days I'll just cook something from a packet. I tend to just fade in with the crowd around me. I am a fun and exciting person when you get to know me and vice versa. I love playing video games and I'm always looking for someone to play with :) I do have a dog who is an amazing bundle of joy and she seems to love all humans. I'm originally from Victoria, moved to Queensland and then moved and currently reside in Sydney with my partner of four years. Although, I'm preparing for a breakup. Long story, sad ending.
I'm friendly and I know when to give people their space. I'm a former P.E. Teacher and I now teach Industrial Arts (so I can fix stuff :) ha ha ). I currently live in Cronulla renting my own place but I'd now like to start saving some money. I exercise daily and enjoy healthy living.
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
Hey potential flatmates! A little about me: - I'm 21 years old, work in local government full time and also study full time - so am usually quite busy most days. - My typical day goes like this: work 8-4.30, gym 4.30-6. - Like to stay home most weekends or visit parents place for the weekend, and not really a party animal (been told plenty of times that I'm mature for my age) - Love modern family (so if you like it too then we could be soul mates?)
I will always tell others they are right even when they are not. First in best dressed to all. Live long and live right.
I am a clean person to live with and would be quiet happy to just keep to myself most of the time but am still very friendly and sociable. I work full time through the week and most weekends. If there are any questions you may have please feel free to send me a message.
I am a small business owner & devoted pet owner to a German Shepherd named Duke (very loyal, well trained and good natured) I am Currently in limbo due to lease ending and waiting for my boyfriend to return from working overseas (June) so this will be for 6 months max. I'm social but also busy so you may not see me a great deal during the week. On the weekends I like to relax, hit the beach or netflix!

I think I'm pretty tidy, don't mind cleaning Bit of a horrible cook so eat out a bit and wont be home most afternoons due to sport, do enjoy having a few drinks on the weekend and having friends visit from time to time
Hi Everyone, I'm originally from the shire and need to move out of home later this year due to my parents down sizing and moving interstate. I'm easy to live with, very well house trained, I can cook and clean and I don't mind living with animals (pets) if you have them. I'm not a party animal and am fairly quiet.
Hey I'm Ben! 24yr old male Currently working 2 jobs and studying part time. Looking to move out as I require my own private space to study and live. I'm the most chilled guy you'll ever meet, really easy to get along and hangout with, I'm social and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend but I'll respect your need for space aswell! I also travel as much as I can so you'll have the place to yourself alot of the time :) I can cook! And I will provide pretty much everything, including Foxtel, Netflix, TV's, surround sound, internet, appliances and lots of food... you name it I'll have the fridge and cupboards stocked! Any more questions feel free to message me anytime!
I just got back from spending 5months living in Thailand and need a new place to call home. Being honest I do prefer to share with guys but will consider women also. I'm a nursing student but work full time still. I am clean but not over dramatic, I am weird, I can cook and I like my space. I spend 80% of my time at work or out so when I'm home I like to drink an irresponsible amount of red wine and watch whatever I'm addicted to at that time. (Currently Suits) Very chilled person 👌
I'm a pretty relaxed, clean and social girl who loves the beach, tries to keep fit but also loves the odd drink here and there. I love dogs and unfortunately don't have one of my own so if I move in with someone that does there's a big chance I may love it more than you. I'm also vegetarian but NOT the weird/judge others for not being one type so no need to fear if you keep a big old steak in the fridge (my past roommates sure didn't). So yeah, I'm keen to move before uni goes back at the end of feb and I do have a bit of furniture that I can bring if need be :)
Hi my name is Samira I'm 22 currently studying at Taronga zoo and working In retail and hospitality . Grew up in the shire but I also like to travel . Single, male, working and studying at post-graduate level. Born, raised and schooled locally. I'm a responsible, reliable, respectful, clean, considerate housemate. Have been looking for suitable accomodation for some months. I am healthy, fit and active. An elder couple/single whom don't REALLY wish to downsize, but some of the yard duties are becoming overwhelming - I'M YOUR GUY. Happy to contribute to yard/garden/home maintainence. I grew up on a large block around the Port Hacking. Yours sincerely, David
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
Easy going 22 year old. Have been living in share houses for over 5 years now, but looking for somewhere that feels like home. Friendly, social and always up for a chat- but at the same time considerate of other housemates.
I'm a legal secretary that works in the city from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Will mostly be home at nights and on the weekend. I'm pretty bogan, I like to have a laugh and a joke and won't get on your back if the place isn't completely tidy all the time (though I still like to live in a relatively clean space haha), but I will mostly keep to myself and won't disturb you too much! I like reading, gaming and a good Wi-Fi signal. Looking for someone who is respectful of living with someone else and won't throw parties every weekend, though I am happy for friends to come over. Also fine with parties if we discuss, but I just want a relaxed, quiet home for the most part. Mostly looking for a 2 bedroom apartment around Miranda (ideally 2 bathroom). If you sound like you want to live in a similar environment, please contact me.
INTERESTED IN TEAM UPS! Interested in a Townhouse in Caringbah/Sutherland area. Somewhere where there is good off street parking or even parking available. I own everything for the house except a lounge but can easily purchase one upon moving in. Interested in sharing with 2 others to keep the rent down as much as possible - but still have a nice place to enjoy when home. I'm looking to move early February. My name is Kim, I'm a 29 year old music teacher at Cronulla High School. I moved to Sydney in August to follow an opportunity that arose for me to pursue my music to a fuller extent along side my teaching. I'm still learning this wonderful city so am out a lot. I like to keep fit and healthy and spend most weekend nights at gigs. I'm looking for a place with relaxed, friendly people with good social skills (trust me - I've come across some doozy's in my time). I like a chat, but i also enjoy my peace and quiet. I'm really looking for the right PEOPLE to live with and that for me, will trump what the place might be like. Love for you to reach out if you think i'm a match for your place! Kim x
I am young @ heart yet mature enough to know people need their space & privacy. I can be around for a chat & fun or out doing my thing with friends. Very easy going, great SOH, reliable, tidy & enthusiastic where contributing to house goes. Excited @ second chapter of life (divorced 20 months) & having a say in what my life looks like from here. Enjoy beach and walking.
Professional, non smoker looking for a nice place to live. I work long hours and try and catch up with friends and family on the weekend. When I am at home, I am happy having a chat and quiet night in or relaxing in my own space. Occasionally I like to have friends over for dinner. Love the outdoors and more than happy watching sport I am very neat and tidy and would prefer someone similar.
