Hello people! I'll be moving from Brisbane to Sydney next week and will be working full-time. Looking for a furnished room with budget $220 including/excluding bills. Any suburb with about one hour distance from Bankstown is fine. I'll be working Monday to Friday and will be exploring the city on weekends. I love cooking, baking, running, meeting new people and travelling. I would love to have a drink over the weekend but respect everyone's private space. If I like the place, I might even stay longer than 6 months. Please feel free to message me if there's any cool places available.

Currently I work part-time in Milperra so I would prefer to live relatively close to the area. I use public transport so a house located near a train station or bus stop would be ideal. On some evenings, I work and study from home so I am looking to move into a relatively quiet home. I am polite and respectful, easy to get along with and live my life based on Christian values.
I'm a nice respectful guy who has a laid back personality friendly and enjoys a good laugh time to time...I'm reliable and clean up after myself, I enjoy keeping in shape and love soccer, football and most sports I don't mind what gender you are or race as long as your laid back and not a crazy person. I am a non smoker, working full time as an apprentice electrician and going to TAFE every Wednesday in the city. I am fairly quite, but enjoy going out for the odd drink or two on the weekends along with a little bit of sport. I'm tidy, can cook and am looking for somewhere to stay long term. I will need somewhere to park my car (on the street is okay) and store my tools for work. If you want to know more, feel free to give me a call anytime. Thanks, Scott

Hi, I'm a PhD candidate from Costa Rica. I finished my masters in South Korea last year and I am following the academic route. I'm into having a healthy lifestyle and working out, eating new tasty things (I love eating haha) and listening to music. Oh yeah, board games can happen, so can the occasional drink and the binging of Netflix. But most of the time I'm reading pdfs and news. I'm looking for a place that's clean, quiet and also comfortable for me to do some reading and my research when I'm not at the library. (Yup, PhD life is that fun) I'm trying to get into rowing which means I'm also transforming into an early morning person. I've studied and lived in Costa Rica, Norway, Korea and now Australia. I don't smoke and enjoy having a clean home and stuff. Looking for a mid year start and for the long run.

Hey. I'm clean, quiet, easy going person and a non-smoker. I'm an IT student studying in UOW and I want to share an apartment or room in Hurstville to Miranda preferably closer to the train station.
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Thank you! :)
I'm a friendly, quiet and easy going 24 year old male. I'm respectful of peoples privacy but also good for a chat and a few drinks. I spend most of my down time watching tv, reading, playing video games, and go out on weekends every now and then. I work full time.
I am a medical student looking for a convenient place to stay during my studies. As a roommate, I am quiet, clean, focused on my studies and tend to keep to myself, but am open to bonding with other roommates.
Happy, quiet, responsible, pay rent on time, likes and gives respect to others. Keeps active, looking for a long term with all bills included. Prefers not overcrowded places. Close to transport. Likes Pets. I have my own bed, looking for a private room. Not into parties, enjoys day living, walking, gardening at times. The locations 1) in the Newcastle choices have to be close to the Princes Highway to help me catch the 350 bus route bound to Swansea early morning, this bus is frequent during peak times which sets my traveling time very tight during non-peak hours. or 2) In the Revesby area or 3) in North Parramatta or 4) in Bankstown
