Were a quiet, very tidy, young couple that work and study, we don't drink or party but do have the occasional cigarette outside (of course). We have never been late with any rent or payments. Daijah our dog is our baby, she is an extremely tidy and very friendly little staffy. She stays outside normally during the day but does sleep inside at night as she is a sook.
Hard worker, happy to help with property maintenance. Small dog that stays inside and is easily maintained that won’t wreck your place. Very quiet person that works and sleeps. Very respectful to my surroundings and I don’t use much power.
I am a flexible, community oriented woman who enjoys nature and a natural lifestyle, going for long walks on the beach or in the bush. I love gardening, pets of all sorts. I don't have a a pet at the moment, would love the chance to have a furry friend around once again. Also very keen to enjoy a country life, with a few chickens around to supplement my natural diet. However, happy to do without if that is what is required. I work part time, usually community nursing and midwifery, volunteering my services when called upon to do so. I am a Canadian by birth but am an Australian citizen, living in Australia for almost 30 years. I have one daughter (born in Darwin) who is about to be married and she lives in Canada with her fiancee. Although I am living in Brisbane at the moment, I have quite a few friends in the sunshine coast area and would like to spend more time with them.
Ahoy, I'm Brendon **Keen for a team-up to find the perfect place** I'm on the lookout for a potential house-mate to find an awesome place; or a home-owner who is happy share their home! About me, I'm a full-time student with 2 part-time jobs. Having a busy lifestyle, I tend to be the clean, quiet, respectful and easy going house-mate that hopefully, you're after as well =) I'd love to hear from like-minded, pleasant people who are also on the hunt for a house-mate without any drama or any extra hang-ups. I have references from previous agents and landlords, along with character and professional. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. Also, I do have a pair of old, lazy cats who will be coming with me. I'm a super easy going chick with an open mind and into all things real like the Laws of the Universe, Yoga, clean eating, healthy living, Gym, Beach Volleyball, Horse Riding, walking the dogs. I'm into intelligent conversation and fun to party with... or meditate with. I know amazing people all around the world and am blessed to have led such an incredible life to date. *WARNING! I'm the kind of person that will inspire you and make you believe in yourself! So I'm starting afresh and ready for adventure, good times, joy, peace and happiness. I do have two dogs who are my absolute BESTIES and THE best trained dogs in Australia, so don't think they're allowed on couches or even inside if the house requires outside dogs only, but I am looking for solid, safe fencing and people who are cool with them. I also bred myself a top level Dressage horse and am looking for agistment for her alongside me or nearby if you have any horsey contacts. I'm into Marketing, I'm a Massage Therapist, Equestrian Instructor and Barista. Having lived in Perth for 29 years I'm ready for change and living somewhere near the beach with easy going people who enjoy peace, love, respect, fun and health.

Hi, I am looking for a property to move into in Early to mid-July. I am in my final year studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at USC. I have spent the past 3 months in a remote town in South Australia called William Creek working and the 3 months before that in Alice Springs conducting my university placement. Hence, I love living rurally and in an area surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. I also highly value cleanliness and being able to respect each other as house mates to work as a team to keep the house clean. I am looking for some like-minded people (male or female) to rent with in their 20s or early 30s. Please feel free to contact me any time if you think we may be good flat mates or have a property that is suitable for me.

Happy single mum, 25. My stunning sassy daughter is 5 & in prep. We also have an American Staffy, Tank. He’s 8y/o and becoming more of an old man everyday. I’m house proud & easily make a house homey. I love to cook & I’m very good at it, so you’ll get to smell heaven😋.. I’m too honest for my own good and Its just not in me to do wrong by anyone. I grew up in the hinterland area but since leaving my ex I have been at my current rental in Maroochydore for nearly 2 years. Ive been on a periodic lease since the first 6 month lease as eventually all the houses were to be knocked down. It sold very suddenly and it’s been crazy trying to find somewhere for us, especially because I have a 3 bedroom house full of furniture and really want a yard for my daughter and dog. That’s a bit unrealistic I know, so here I am 😊

I'm currently living in Brisbane and moving to the sunny coast for uni. I study full time at USC and work when I'm not studying (currently have 2 jobs in hospitality and retail). I'm pretty easygoing, chilled and sociable. I'm keen for a glass of wine and the occasional get-together but not looking for a party house. Love dogs and cats, (or any other creature) so no problem with pets. In fact, would be pretty stoked with a dog haha! There's a good chance when I have chunks of time I'll head back to Brissy for visits, so won't be home all that much. Contact me if you would like to know more! Looking to move in 4-6 weeks, in a position to be flexible! :) In terms of the lease, I would love the option to do 6 months at a time but can do a year if necessary.
Clean quite friendly and reliable sunny coaster pls ask for more info
Looking for team up for share house. I will be starting uni in July studying Environmental Science. Maybe consider a room in an existing property but I have a cat Chevy and not sure how he is with others. I have furniture for a two bedroom unit. Have one other housemate lined up but looking for third. Prefer vego or vegan but someone who is respectful and likes cats. Chev is chill and no trouble. Non smoker. Social drinker. Im rarely at home because of work commitments at the moment. I work 5 days a week away. Have been applying for big houses so am keen to find someone ASAP! Shoot me a message so we can chat.
Clean, respectable of space, time and conversation. Expect same from flatmates. Studying will be my focus. No drink, drugs or alcohol or parties and please no dramas. Lockable room. People who clean up properly before the next person uses. I'm looking for a safe, quiet, mature and calm place. Thankyou.
I’m looking for temporary housing. I’m unemployed on disability payments, currently exempt from working as I’m working on my mental health. I’m very tidy and considerate, I clean as I go and don’t leave mess in common areas. I’d like to put together rent receipts so I may have a rental history for when I leave. Also, I’m happy to go anywhere from between the Sunshine Coast down to Ipswich/ West Brisbane. As long as public transport is accessible by foot, I’m happy.
I am 22 and working full time in Maroochydore whilst also studying online. I love to keep active and healthy and enjoy cooking (mostly pasta) so if you are a pasta fiend we will get along fine! Wouldn't say I am a party animal, I enjoy the occasional night out and love to relax on the weekends. I won't be around home much during the week, mostly only early mornings and evenings. I have had a lot of experience in share houses so I would like to think that I am fairly considerate of everyones space. I have a 2 year old kelpie who is a little cutie and lives outside but sleeps inside with me at night!
Quintessential housemate or tenant. Relaxed, honest, friendly, considerate person who might softly sing around the house at times, like when I'm doing Qigong. I like to socialise on occasion, though I also enjoy my own time spent focused on current business and creative projects. Not into parties at home or ever really, too busy working towards my personal goals. Always pay bills and rent on time, if not early. Rental references available etcetera. Preferences on my listing are my ultimate wish list, however I can be flexible with in that.

Hi! I'm Hemy (Yi-Ting) from Taiwan. It's my second year of working holiday in Australia. I've stayed in Tassie for my whole first year, and it's time to explore main land now! I'm at Melbourne for the moment and heading to Sunshine Coast on 10/06 for the good weather and seeking for a job. If Sunshine Coast is a right place for me and I can also get a job there, I would like to stay there for long term. I'm still looking for the job at the moment, so I hope I can find a place that I can stay for one week or two at the beginning. I'm easygoing. I'm respectful and considerate if my flatmates would like to have privacy, and I can also hang out or have dinner or have a drink with them sometimes if they love to. And I love cooking, if someone loves it as well, that would be fun. The most important thing is that I'm CLEAN, I will definitely keep the house tidy (Home Sweet Home)!!! And a little bit about my background, I was a Supervisor in Travel Agency, and a tour leader as well. I love my jobs. However, I want to know what else I'm capable of, so I quit my jobs and come to Australia. Last year, I did helpx (help the hosts for few hours in exchange of meals and accommodations) all around Tassie and tried to do different jobs. That was a super nice year I got so many different experience. And I realized that I'm enthusiastic about cooking so I hope I can find a job in restaurant to learn more about cookery. I know it's entirely different from my profession, but why not? Life is long, I would like to try anything that makes me happy, and somehow I could be professional!! :D All and all, I hope I can find a good place to stay and good flatmates to live with, thank you.
Female only***** No couples sorry. Ella and I are looking for someone to rent the third room with a shared bathroom, applying to houses in the next couple of weeks. Ebony has one small dog and Ella has one long haired cat. We are both very tidy, clean and organised and would like to find a like-minded person. Communication is key with us. Small to medium size dog is considered but no large sized dogs or another cat sorry. Caged animals is okay. Other animals considered. We do still want privacy respected so if you like to keep to yourself or are quiet that is just fine. Someone between 20-30 yrs old. If you have any more questions please just contact us. I’m very easy going and laid back, if I’m not working then I’m either sleeping, adventuring or spending time with friends/family. Please feel free to send me a message or call me if you would like to discuss anything further or know anything else. Thanks heaps, Liv 😊
Very easy going and happy with everything. I'm looking for a share house, studio, or just a small rental. I'm living with family and it's just not for me. I work with friends and get cashin hand. I'm always on time with rent and bills and make sure I have money stored away for it. Generally keep to myself but don't mind socializing either. If you wanted to contact me by phone then hit me up, the number on my account is wrong
32 year old spontaneous, respectful, openminded and easy going Swede. Always close to a good laugh, likes keeping it cleen and tidy around me and appreciate when it´s quiet and peaceful. Spending a lot of my free time going to the gym, likes heading out for a long walk, spending time outside, love being around animals, hanging out with good fun people and explore new things. I love my coffe in the morning and I´m also a big fan of motorsport! Have lived in Australia (Melbourne) before and i loved it. So have done the sharehouse thing before. Heading back to Australia for study, so prefer a quiet non-smoker house with easy going housemates who might wanna share a good laugh together once in a while :)
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cat, a female desexed princess named Izadoora, who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. I will first arrive to Australia from Sweden in June 2018 for a higher education first at TAFE and later on at a Uni in the area. Iḿ interested in share households for a maximum rent of 250 AUD, if it are a place for myself I think I will be able to pay up to 300 AUD. I will also get supported from the Swedish state so that will be no problem with me to be able to pay rent. Iḿ interested in the areas of Buderim,Minyama,Parrearra,Sippy Downs,Buddina,Mountain Creek, Warana,Alexandra Headland,Birtinya,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba but other areas might be interesting too. Hope to hear from you all soon! Best regards Maria :)
Hey future Flatmates! My name is Tyler and I'm a laid back, sociable and overall easy going guy. I've had plenty of house share experiences both in Australia and once when I stopped in Berlin, Germany for a couple months while backpacking Europe. I'm a courteous housemate and don't mind a social house atmosphere as long as there are also opportunities for quiet. I'm a avid cleaner and clean up after myself, which I hope goes without saying my future housemates do as well. I don't mind parties, barbecues or social evenings/weekends as long as a courteous heads up is given... so I can at least contribute ;). I often go out of my way to help others and want nothing more than a harmonious household. I'm moving down from Gympie when my lease break is completed. I'm looking for a sea change and the lifestyle that goes with it (looking for that sun, surf and sand!). Originally from Darwin, it should come as no surprise that I enjoy the great outdoors. You will often find me taking on some adventure on the weekend to balance out all of the office work i do during the week. Speaking of which I work full time in Information & Communication Technology. There is plenty more I can put on here but I'll spare people the burden of reading too much. Any questions just let me know. I look forward to meeting some new potential housemates! Note: Move in dates are approximate, as mentioned above dependant on when my lease break is completed.
Hello! I am seeking a preferably large room with my own bathroom, however am happy to share should I find the right place. I am a smoker; for medical reasons please message me further regarding this. I am a professional working female as a Personal Assistant/Marketing Assistant who works Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 AM to 5 PM. My workplace is based in Yandina. My partner is based in Kilcoy however comes down and stays on the coast with me regularly. He's super chilled and just surfs while he's working on his van to travel. I’d need someone to be OK with allowing my partner over and I am happy to contribute more towards utilities in that regard. I generally enjoy my own space watching Netflix, cleaning or having a wine after a big day. I am not a party person and generally keep to my small circle of family and friends. I do like to have a good relationship with my house mates/landlord though and it’s important to have that mutual respect. I do have a beautiful short haired domestic cat called Harley who is 2 years old and super affectionate. Smooches and will make you end up loving cats if you hate them! He's an indoor/outdoor cat. Will go out all night and sleep all day. Party life. I am looking to pay between $180-230 for the right room plus all other costs such as electricity and water. I am looking to move quickly, within the next two weeks preferably. Please contact me if you have anything suitable or wish to chat further.
Hey! I’m a 26 year old doctor from the UK originally. I’m moving from the outback to work at SCUH in January, and am looking for somewhere to rent. My hours are pretty variable but I’m respectful of others with this, and could sleep through most things myself! I do smoke, but would only ever do this outside and away from any open doorways. I’m not looking just to move in and hide in my room- I’d like to get to know and socialise with my flat mates ideally! When I’m not working I like exploring, watching terrible television and the odd glass of wine (or 6!) Pretty much an open book, feel free to ask anything :)
Hi there, my name is Jase and I am 24 years old. I work fulltime and keep myself pretty busy adventuring on the weekends. Im a really easy going and respectful guy. Hoping to find a happy household I could move into. Let me know if you think your place would suit! Cheers
