*pets must be allowed* Hey I’m Maddy :) I turn 17 next April, and I have been living independently since June 2017. I have been in multiple share homes, student accommodation and friends houses. I recieve I come every fortnight, which comes to a total of $450.60, and I am also eligible for rent assistance (depending on the amount your rent is). I am currently looking for part time work, as I recently resigned from my job because I moved house. I make enough income to be stable and afford rent/bond and other utilities. Recently, I found 2 kittens abandoned on the side of the road. I’ve had them vaccinated and wormed, and I have now adopted them. They are 12 weeks old, and their names and Leo and Nala. They are toilet trained, well behaved and they are almost always asleep and will sleep anywhere. They are very affectionate and good with other animals if you give them an hour or so to meet with your pets. In the past, I have been rejected most accomodation because of my age, but I can assure you that I am perfectly suitable to a house hold. I am responsible, reliable, trustworthy and clean :) and I manage my money well. I spend most of my weekdays out of the house, and occasionally spend weekends away. I also have a girlfriend :) so that will have to be okay! I hope you consider my profile and feel free to contact me at any time. Thankyou 💓
Hello Future Flatmate I'm currently Unemployed but I am on centrelink looking for jobs or to study 24/7, I clean up after myself. I usually keep to myself when meeting new people but I'll be comfortable around you in no time. I love to drink and hang out with friends at home around a bonfire, Bit of an adventurer when i want to be.
Well I am quite. Keep to myself but also very friendly. I always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking, playing video games, going to the gym. No drama no drugs and rarely drink alcohol. Please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Thanks
Hi, I’m Sharon, need a better picture to start.. goodness I look stunned ha ha.. I’m completely uncomplicated. I’m at an age where I know who I am, pretty low maintenance. I keep myself to myself. I'm quiet, clean and tidy. I have an illness causing me constant pain so my favourite thing to do whenever I can is lay in bed watching reading a good book or watching rubbish on Netflix/Stan. I’m financially secure I just don't want the responsibility of a full private rental home and garden. Too much for me to take on. I’m old enough to know what I want, need and wish may be different. However if I seek what I need I know I will find it. Also I require secure parking as a must preferably with gates or roller door etc... I am fine with stairs.. good excercise 😀 I don’t have a particular suburb in mind. New start in my life I am open to any location as ideally I would prefer to live alone in a granny flat, unit, townhouse, shed refurb, bungalow, caravan etc where I can live alone, too be honest I’m extremely dubious about sharing. I was 16 the last time I lived with a stranger. Never a problem back then but I’m a lot older now and love my own space & time. No you having friends over for drinks every week is not okay.. I love peace and quiet, I keep myself to myself. Busy bodies I struggle to tolerate. I’m not antisocial nor impolite. I can make polite educated conversation, I genuinely care about interest in a conversation, there’s something to be learned from everyone we meet however I don’t want a new friend as such.. although if you’re sad you’ll laugh easily at my silly wit. I have a kind, caring, giving personality however I don’t know how to say no hence hesitation to share , I despise confrontation and struggle to escape the clutches of a busy body hence feel I’m best alone under my own roof. In this particular stage of my life , I need some me time. My children are adults, I do have some minor medical issues I’d like to focus on and ideally I’d love just to be Sharon doing what I want , when I want. Whilst remaining remaining pleasent to everyone I associate with I truly am desperate for some alone time. I’m fortunate I can afford to love freedom without financial burden. Basically sum it up Sharon..... My no 1 preference is to live alone with or without utilities included. As I’m so extremely keen to live alone that means comprise between us and I’m all for compromising. I ask you for very little. Secure parking is important to me if possible? Also I prefer my own bed due to having fibromyalgia, I need a great supportive bed, unless yours is better than mine lol. Otherwise I’m not fussed if furnished or not. I can furnish myself. Price I am prepared to pay would be is negotiable depending on the right property. For the property that ticks all my boxes I’d look at spending $350 p/w. Cash available or I have a housing trust sa preapproval. Ideally I’d prefer to use their bond and keep my savings earning interest but as I said I have pre approval from them. Worked my entire life, I’m financially secure however not interested in wasting my money on private rental, due the fact my illness seriously restricts me with maintaining a larger property. Unless it came at a price I can factor the costs for my cleaner to cover and a gardener. Single bedroom unit maybe an option. Not ruling it out completely but ideally 1 bed townhouse? I’m extremely flexible in general.. My move in date is flexible as is the lease term & conditions. Location I’m open to anywhere for the the right property especially if I can be the sole tenant with Secured Parking. Utilities, internet inc a bonus but guess what? Yep I am flexible for the right property. Thanks for your consideration. I can provide personal and professional referrals and references if required? I’ve been sharing this house with an old friend for 6 years. He owns it I help him renovate over the the years. However as I said no longer want the up keep of a large home and garden due to my illnes and it’s me time. I can only take care of my own cleaning, cooking etc and unable to maintain gardens any longer. Tired of cleaning up,after others and paying all the bills. I really want some Sharon time, decide what’s next in my life. I’m almost 44, single, no pets, as I said my children are adults with their own homes & lives now. Repeat regarding lease I’m open to periodic lease if you prefer. 3,6,12 if prefered. Trial period? Honestly I have no idea about renting anymore. Sold my home after separation before moving here, so I’m out of the loop by 20+ years. I’m very easy to get along with. Just don’t start me talking as you see I have no off button haha... Actually no it’s more text, can’t just stop at 1 paragraph. Sorry that is a flaw.. I’m non judgmental, not interested in your business, race or religion. I truely have no personal judgment to any person. I don’t care whether you like men, woman or stuffed toys, whether your skin is yellow, black or green. Whether you have a disability. I do not judge should you suffer mental, illness or physical illness. I am the least judgmental person you shall ever meet, however should racism, or any rude judgement be witnessed by me. I cannot just walk away. I stand up for people, right or wrong. I like to think I’m tactful but defensive towards bullies. I respect everyone as an individual and do except respect and mutual trust in return. Perhaps if you are racist we wouldn’t fit. Should this be a share house obviously mutual respect is a must for me.. Should you feel your property and I would be a good fix please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Anything I’ve possibly missed.. Please feel free to ask. If I were to consider sharing it could only be a maximum of 1 other tenant. So 2 in the property, no preference to sex, age, height etc as far as I’m concerned ha. I can’t cook at all. I appreciate your time, congratulations if you read it this far 😂😂 Regards, Sharon
I am in my late 30's, an Engineer and a full time working professional. My family is in Melbourne and I am in Adelaide for my work. So I usually am out of station on weekends. I am easy going and down to earth person and have my interest in technology, but can talk on any topic of interest! Usually people of any age love to chat with me. I am clean and tidy, expect the same from the housemate. I usually love to cook a small meal for dinner... Looking in for a furnished room from mid July, in a place that will get me to Mawson Lakes via public transport.
My name is Shanice. There's nothing super special about me, I'm easy going, respectful of others and don't mind cleaning for you. I live in QLD at the moment but I plan to move back to my hometown Adelaide around November
Hi guys, i'm starting an equine medicine internship at The University of Adelaide (Roseworthy campus) in September. I'm looking for open-minded people to enjoy living in Adelaide with. I work a lot, but always try to find a time for good breakfast, coffee, drink or night out.
Laid back, tidy, I keep to myself, honest, trust-worthy. Sometimes I may have a Maltese X shitzu visit me from time to time but is very friendly and toilet trained she is the sweetest little dog. I am new to Adelaide and am currently working part-time for myself and studying the rest of the time, I'm currently am only staying in Adelaide for a short period of time.
I am a studying Pilot at the Parafield Airport, currently living in West Beach. Wish to find a fully furnished place, I do have a dog who is very quiet. Happy to see what is around, at this stage I am planning on working in Adelaide after my studies so I will be here for a while at this stage.

I consider myself extremely punctual as to when things need addressing and when things are due. Hi, my name is Brock Robinson. I am 22 years old and I am looking to move out of home. I am currently studying Certificate III in Information Technology at the Tafe SA Elizabeth Campus and am hoping to apply for a Gaming and Animation course at the North Adelaide Senior College once I have concluded my current studies. I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and am a very social and easygoing person once people get to know me. I am also a very responsible person and am always happy to help if I can. I am looking for a shared accommodation with cheap rent and furnished rooms but am more than happy to do teamups if you want. I do not mind gender but would prefer to be with people around the same age as me. I am not interested in places with pets however. I greatly appreciate you checking out my profile and feel free to contact me if you want. Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
I'm a quiet person to live with, I generally try to keep to myself and let others live their life but I can enjoy a conversation and a drink. I work nights and study at TAFE so i'll spend most of my time either sleeping or working so you'll probably never see me,
Young married couple. We are both Asian and Christians and we respect other people. Neat and tidy. We value privacy but we also value friendship. We are foody and we are fun to be with.
My name is Clarice, I am 24 years old. I am very clean, friendly and quiet. I would be looking at renting from mid August approx. If you’d like to know more please do not hesitate to contact me.
I have recently moved to Adelaide from Auckland, New Zealand. I am a flight instructor working out at Parafield Airport and am looking for either a share house that isn't too far from work, or someone to lease an apartment with in Mawson Lakes. I am friendly and love a good yarn, however also like my own space. I am not really into the party scene so would like to live with like-minded people. I will be working most days so won't be home too much. Prefer a room with an ensuite, and if possible a Queen bed, however will consider unfurnished too. I am really clean and tidy. Looking to move into a place on the 8th August (will be travelling back to NZ from the 1st-8th so hoping to get my accommodation sorted before then). I am looking to stay for anywhere between 6 months- 12ish months, possibly more.
Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a 20 year old student looking for a home in the suburbs around the city. I’m currently finishing year twelve at the moment and plan to attend the teaching program at UniSA in the future. I receive student payments from Centrelink as I’m not currently working. I am a friendly easy going person but also need my own space and privacy too. On some days I can be overly talkative, so feel free to tell me to quieten down if I become annoying! Haha. I am happy to have a conversation and a chat but will respect your space and privacy as well. I love cooking, and cooking for others and I’m almost always up for a movie marathon. I am looking to live with a maximum of two other people, and have no preference for gender. I have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room. In addition to bedroom furniture, I have my own household items I am happy to share, for instance a large fridge. I am looking to move soon but am flexible with the date. Thanks for reading my profile, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I’m 22, working part time in hospitality most week nights and weekends, I am planning on studying early next year. I am a very clean person and I enjoy being social but also do like time to myself. I have a pet dog, she’s a cute little sheltie who is very friendly and not at all destructive.
Relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide. I am required to complete clinical placement in Adelaide, hence why I'm relocating for work and study. I am easy going, friendly and am respectful of other people. I do enjoy my quiet time, but I believe there needs to be a fine balance between work, study and social life. It would also be nice to make some new friends to show me around Adelaide :)
