Hi I have recently moved back to Syd for a job and need accommodation near Kogarah that’s easily accessible with public transport. May want to stay longer than 6 months. I have lived in shared accomodation previously whilst at uni so I understand the rules that apply in order to keep the peace. I’m easy going and keep a clean space. I love hanging out, watching Netflix, listening to music, drawing and recently getting back into fitness.
I'm Mel, originally from Taiwan, am a graphic designer who works from home and am Australian citizen. My two Korean friends, Sean is a student and work as a chef in city, Amy is working at airport. We've been in Sydney for 3-4 years, working and studying full time. We've shared a unit 1 year already and got along very well previously, and decided to get together again to rent a whole property, preferably 2 br unit. We're very clean and quiet, non-smokers and non-party people. Our life is pretty simple. Work, come home and rest, sometimes each go out with friends and families, clean and chill on the weekend. We will live for 12 months. We're hoping to live in below suburbs: Kogarah, Bexley, Penshurst, Mortdale. Hopefully 10 mins walk to the station. We prefer furniture included, but also fine to organise our own.
Hi, my name is Marcella (26yrs), I'm looking for a private room to move into. (flexible for move in date) I am preferably wanting to move into an all-female house, townhouse or apartment :) Please message me if you have something available, thanks!
My name's Gemma and I'm a 22 year old student in my first year of a Masters of Research. I'm super friendly, clean and always up for a chat and a laugh, but I'm also pretty studious so no party animals please! When I'm not studying or working, I'm usually at the gym or watching trashy reality TV in my PJs (sorry not sorry). I'd really like a roommate who respects my personal space but who also doesn't mind being social and going out for dinner or a drink every so often. I catch the train to uni so existing accommodation must be within walking distance of a train station :)
i am very Clean and Tidy person, friendly, wokring full time, party occasionally, smoking occasionally, we are couple both are very good, flexible and we do pay rent on time because we dont like debt, we are looking for long term renting if its suitable for both of us, Thanks.
Hey, I’m currently working on a part time / casual basis. I’m pretty quiet & shy, so when I’m not working I’ll probably be in my room. Happy to have a conversation though. I’m honest, reliable, clean & trustworthy.
I'm a 21 year old child care worker, i work full time i'm clean and tidy, very quite. i own a 11 month old pup she is a Malamute cross German Shepard, full of love and fluff. looking for a place to rent for a minimal 3 months.
We are clean and tidy and love to cook! Looking for a place to stay until we travel to Europe next year. We are both really into gaming but are very respectful of everyone around us. Paul is a butcher and I'm a childcare educator looking to change fields. We are very easy going and hope we can meet some new and fun people 😁
I work full time selling ingredients for a major Australian company and also teach dance to little kids on Saturdays. I get along really well with most people. In the evenings I'm either at a dance or art class. Looking for housemates who will take care of the place with me.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
Hi, My name is Chole and I am an international student from Korea. I am looking for a new place to stay. I hope to meet kind and considerate people, because I am really cosiderable person. Thus I don't like to be disturbed others and don't like to get it either. Normally I'm going to study in the house. That's all. I hope to meet good friends. Thanks.

I'm friendly, great cook, clean tidy and fun. I like to contribute to any household chores, I am quiet and respectful. The house I own was involved in a fire, is insurer, and will be built in 9 months. Reason I require share accommodation.
I have a dog and a cat, I work at the airport so am looking for a place no more than 45 mins away. Would prefer people that aren't into partying as I work weekends as well and can start work as early as 3.30am, only people who love and respect animals. Moving date is flexible
Hi! I'm 29 y.o., single, professional and will be working full time in the city. Here's why I'm great to live with: I cook. I clean up very well so I also like roommates who give a crap about cleanliness. I don't like noise or make a lot of it. I respect privacy so I like my privacy respected. That being said, I am currently looking for a private room and will not being considering sharing a room with someone else. I contribute and always keep track what needs to be bought and replenished. I'm conscious of shared spaces like kitchen and bathroom so I make sure nothing gets in anyone's way or leave a mess. I like engaging people one-on-one. I'm a damn good listener and if you're nice, we'd most likely be friends. I'm not fussy, in fact I'm pretty laid back and don't really bother people UNLESS they leave their shit everywhere or are too loud. You will not regret having me. :)
Looking for a place I can call home, and hopefully a roomie to call a friend (around my age). Work full-time (I'm a teacher) and like going out or chilling watching tv! No couples or families please.
Hi i'm Bennie. Living and working in Sydney, 29 years old male. I work full-time retail in Ashfield. I am friendly, easygoing and respectful person, tidy and clean to live with. In my spare time I do sports I play tennis to keep fit I am currently trying out vision fitness with personal trainer. I will be out of the house mostly during the week and on weekends. Looking for a room with friendly housemates and close to work in Ashfield😊
Moved to Sydney recently for a job in Kogarah. I can offer you a laugh, cause god knows I have nothing else. I make a mean frozen meal, and my best housemate qualities are; changing the toilet paper roll, and paying my rent on time. I do have morbidly obese pet rats, they are super clean and love people. They will be in a cage in my room, so you won't know they are there...unless you want a cuddle.
Definitely a well rounded individual. I am currently working in the Sydney CBD at a top tier professional services firm. I am currently a lawyer and also studying to be an accountant (I work in tax). Definitely a keen gym goer and an early riser (really enjoy being into and learning about health and fitness!), also a keen triathlete. I'm into music and playing the guitar and also do taekwondo as an outside activity. Currently looking for a good place to stay in Arncliffe or Rockdale near a train station and for someone who is down to earth and easy to get along with!
Hello ! I'm a 28 y/o Filo and I'll be starting a job in Information Technology mid May 2018. I'm looking for a place to rent which is clean, secure and accessible to public transport. I will mainly be out on 8-5 on weekdays As a flatmate: I'm clean, tidy, a non smoker. Easygoing and respectful and sensitive to others' preferences. I enjoy personal time on the weekends and occasional mingling with housemates over food. I enjoy the simple things in life such as travelling, cooking, reading a new book, watching series, exploring new hobbies! Hello! My name is Elijah and I am a student at the University of Sydney in the third year of my Juris Doctor. I have been in Sydney since 2016, and have been living with the same housemates for most of that time. I enjoy living in Sydney. I love the climate and the cultural diversity. I am from Perth originally, having completed my undergrad degree in economics at UWA. I have also lived in Singapore and Melbourne. I am used to shared living arrangements. I am looking for a clean, organised and considerate household. Although I am usually busy with study and work, I have a passion for art music/opera, and spend much of my spare time reading history or literature. I also consume comedy/reality tv in appropriate/healthy doses. When I have the time, I like long walks and being out in the open air. I have worked hard at my relationships with housemates in the past. This has been important for creating a liveable and comfortable share house arrangement. I like a friendly and chatty environment. Please let me know if I would be a good fit! :)
