Hello, I am a 22 year old Social Work student who works part time for an MP. I recently had to defer my studies due to a car accident (don't worry, I wasn't the person driving the car); but now I'm fine and keen to look for a new place not as close to uni. I have lived in share homes for a few years now and so am looking for someone who has also lived in share accommodation before. I am respectful, tidy and clean up after myself. I'm hoping to find someone to move into an unfurnished place with me because I own a fridge, washing machine, sofa and most kitchen and laundry supplies. I also have a Telstra cable internet plan already, that I can easily transfer to our new place (which is nifty). I'm extroverted and friendly, but understand that having space at home is essential. I have a girlfriend who I would like to stay over some nights so living somewhere where we are accepted is a necessity, although some gay jokes are tolerated or even encouraged. Looking to spend max $250/wk for my share of the rent, and within walking distance to a train station.
I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I have a cute little cavoodle puppy living with me part time. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home. I have a 3 bedroom place in Stanmore in mind if anyone's interested.
Work in Geosystems and Machine Control. Travel with work a fair bit so I’m away from home at least 2/3 nights a week. Weekends are mostly spent out and about. Not gonna be at home a lot but just need a half decent spot with chill people.
Hi! I am Chloe. I am 26 and originally from Perth, however my accent will tell you otherwise! I've recently returned from living in Canada for the last two years so I have lots of stories to swap with you! I recently accepted a full-time job in the CBD. I am friendly, clean and respectable. I am looking for roommates who like listening to music, watch movies and generally have a drink with. I hope to meet some of you soon and perhaps we can move in together!
Down to earth. Work long hours so definitely need as much rest as I can get during the week so if that’s a plus for sometimes feeling like you have the house to yourself, it’s a win win. Love sports, love banter over drinks and great tv.
Hiya! I'm a soon to be forensic science honours graduate looking for a place a bit further out of the city than where I currently live (Newtown). I'm an open, straightforward person, I am also generally quiet and keep to myself, but do not shy away from socialising. Keen to find a place which is more modern than where I currently live, and with a bit more space (can fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk easily). I'm not looking to move until mid/late November so if you need someone earlier I'm not your girl!
HELLO. My name is Caroline, born in Sydney, lived in UK for 6 years, recently back to Sydney and time to settle here a bit so looking to do that standard twenty-somethings' thing and live in the inner west ABOUT ME: - I'm studying for a shiatsu (massage)/yoga teacher qualification - *and this is probs my best selling point* i.e. I am studying massage and i need ppl to practice on :D - I'm working part time (10-3, Monday-Friday) for a startup based in Glebe - I also teach dance occasionally, but looking to do this more in the next 6 months - I am pretty chill, I do things like cook, meditate, read, browse the internet - I also like to talk shit and laugh and sometimes just lay in the sun and do nothing - I am in to joint shopping lists, if that is your thing - I am clean and tidy - I am looking for somewhere that is chill and feels somewhat like a home
I have lived in share houses in the inner west for the better part of 10 years alongside every possible personality type, so I am pretty well educated in share house living. I work Monday- Friday programming music and entertainment. Weeknights are usually spent exercising, eating and sleeping, weekends are for beers, live music and being outside. I want my next move to be into a place that I will look forward to coming home to and live at for awhile, so more interested in finding the right people to live with. If you think I’d be a good fit, let me know :)
looking for something long term and somewhere to call home. Im easy going and like socialising but also enjoy my own space and respect others. I currently work as a full time motor mechanic in Marrickville. all in all just looking for a good house with good people to live with.
I spend most of my time at home in my room but like to socialise for the occasional meal or beverage. I am respectful and clean up my belongings. I am flexible with my living arrangements but I really need a place with unlimited NBN as I work part time from home.
I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I understand that ones personal space and living environment needs to be respected. At the same time I am generally keen to hang out and have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a couple of friends over as I would like to do at times too, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
We are all first/second year university students/working part time, who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $750 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge, a washing machine, and beds would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Personable, friendly and clean but mostly quite busy. I’m in between jobs so looking to move out from my current place as it’s expensive to maintain without my current job. I work in audit/professional line of service. I’m looking to start with 3.5 months tenancy and we will see how things go from there.
Hi internet - I’m Will, a 28 year old lawyer who keeps fairly normal hours and has fairly normal habits. I'm moving to Sydney in a few weeks and need a place to live. I've been in share houses for a while and am looking to move into an established place, or set up a new one. I like having people around to chat with at times and share a drink, but am very respectful of others space. I like the idea of having the occasional meal (even if just a breakfast with flatmates, but realise this often doesn't happen with busy schedules). I'm clean and more than happy to pitch in around the house - would be great to have a place with a yard, but I don't have pets so I'm not too fussed on that front. Let me know if you would like to have a chat - I'm Canberra based at the moment but happy to chat on the phone and drive up to look at places. Happy to move earlier than the date above if something comes up :)
Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone who is positive . My name is Maz i am local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz
Hey so I’m Mitchell and look, I don’t want to just live with you, I want to actually like you as a person and more than just tolerate you (what a nice guy). So let’s just get that out of the way. The most important thing about the house I want to live in is the people who also live there (unless the house is asbestos ridden). I want to be friends with you, not that we have to spend every meal together and share everything in our lives, but get on pretty well and be able to chat about whatever. If you're looking for someone to make your house a home (please I hope someone's getting royalties from that expression on this website) then I’m here for it. I have just finished a communications degree majoring in media production, and logically now work full time for Toyota Finance (what). I come from the middle of nowhere called Kurrajong (so mysterious), it's beautiful but very far from anywhere (so modest too). I play bass guitar and piano in my spare time (everyone loves a musician right), and occasionally try to make some kind of art or help out on friend's films (he has friends?!). Love travelling, going to live music and exploring the city (of course you do you white boy). I also am occasionally funny (he’s not).
Hello, hello! I'm Camille :) I'm an accountant and I grew up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for relatively short term (3-4months) accomodation as my workplace is intending to move offices after this time. I am very neat and tidy; social yet respectful of others' privacy and space. Happy to have a chat over a glass of wine as well as relax to a bit (alot) of netflix. I work full time in the Eastern Suburbs and enjoy barre/yoga classes before/after work. On weekends I like to visit my family, brunch dates with friends and catch up on my spanish telenovelas.
I’m Aneta and I’m 19 years old. I’m from Poland and I came to Sydney to learn English. I go to school from Monday to Friday. On the weekends I like chilling out in home or going out with friends. I’m quiet, clean person and easy to live with.
We are two young students currently studying, working and living in Sydney. We are both neat and tidy and respectful of others space. Usually busy with work and uni but love to socialise, catch a movie or head to the beach in our free time.
Originally from Perth and are currently working full time in the Sydney CBD as a Project Manager. I am super clean and tidy and I am looking for a share house preferably in Sydney's Inner West. I love going out/going to gigs, getting drinks and having fun. I previously lived in a share house in Glebe where roommates worked nights so I fully understand that aspect
