A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 5+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible (My housemates hardly find the evidence of me cooking) • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike, 2 frisbees and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm from Taiwan) • Loves to talk about politics • Not a party animal but enjoys dancing in an appropriate environment • Overall, a very likeable young woman Looking for a sociable and mature (everyone cleans after themselves and refills the toilet paper) house/flat, preferably with lots of natural light as I enjoy reading during the day when I'm not working. I also like to stay in the living room and greet the housemates so I hope my future housemates are comfortable with that. My ideal length of stay is 12 months before I finally move back to fight for my country. Feel free to ask me anything as I really take my 100% response rate seriously.
Originally from India but had been living in Canberra for the past two years. I'm currently staying in Point Cook and looking for a furnished private room with friendly flatmates in a sharehouse which is well connected to the city. I'm not a smoker but I don't mind others smoking. I am used to living in sharehouses, so I mostly keep my surroundings tidy and respect the privacy of my flatmates. I'm a Business Analyst and mostly work from home.
Hello to all potential house/flatmates! We are two girls aged 24 & 25 looking for a double room or two rooms in a share house or flat for a couple of months (preferably not lease). One of us is working casual full-time, plus doing evening graphic design classes and the other just moved to Melbourne and is actively looking for a job. We're super friendly, sociable, but respectful of everyone's personal space (so we're happy to join you for a beer, chat or cook dinner together but won't bother you with too much small talk), always clean after ourselves, like to talk about traveling, good food or anything else that comes to our mind. We LOVE pets so if you have one, we'll probably spoil it a bit. Basically we're a great housemate material :) Feel free to drop a message and find out more about us!
Hi guys, I am a backpacker from Germany currently working and living in Melbourne. I have been in the city since february and now that I have two jobs here (waitress in a restaurant in cbd and bartender at a pub in windsor) I would like to leave the hostel and move into preferably a fun sharehouse. While I was working in Cairns for 4 month I shared a house with 7 amazing girls from all over the world. I would love to call something similar my new home. A place where flatmates hang out with each other. I am tidy, easy going and always up for a good laugh. Maybe we can have a good time together? If interested I'd love to meet you guys and we can see whether it could be a fit! Cheers Elina
I am a chef and love to cook and bake at home as much as at work. Like to meet friends, go skateboarding, surfing and the occasional Netflix night, when I am off. Hope to find new friends in my housemates 😊🤙
Hi There, I am Kanika. I am doing my masters from Monash. I am originally from India where I worked as a consultant for six years. I moved to Melbourne last year and have been living in Clayton. After spending a year in the same house I want to explore and live closer to the city. I am very friendly and like to live in a peaceful manner. I'd like to sit and chat but also prefer to have some personal time. I would like to move in around 15th May. Thanks
I'm a lawyer and postgrad student at the University of Melbourne. I am incredibly clean and tidy. I'm also friendly and social, but respect the need for privacy and down time. I love a nice wine, happy chats and delicious food. Currently my time is balanced between home, university, volunteering, work and great friends :)
I'm a student who works part-time as a waitress and marketing intern and i'm looking for a place to call home for at least 6 months and then see how we go. I'm clean, I like to eat healthy and work out, I don't drink a lot and I'm not a party gal. I will probably be out of the house a lot of the time or in my room studying, but I am keen to socialise at night and on weekends and love to have good chat with open minded people.
Hola amigos, My name is Alberto and Im looking for a long stay room. A bit about myself I work full time as flight attendant and teach Spanish in my time off, I also spend a fair bit out of Melbourne. I like to cook, share a beer, bbq and paella when I have time off. I usually work early in the morning so not after a party house. Im also pretty clean and tidy keeping the communal areas always welcoming for my flatmates. Please send me a message if I fit in your place. Gracias ;-)
I'm 21 years young working at a nightclub 5-6 nights a week in Prahran. I also enjoy watching the footy in the time i have. I'm looking into getting a place with someone thats reliable and tidy, also I'm looking for a long term stay, 12 months minimum and ready to move asap when things are organized.
I work as a locum Occupational Therapist, working full/part time for 4-8 weeks at a time, with a bit of time off in between. I work across the city, depending on whats on offer. I usually like to be pretty relaxed after work, as it can be a bit intense some days. I have a 3 yr old Heeler X dog, Russell. He is pretty well behaved, house trained and loves a good pat from anyone who offers. I spend most of my spare time hanging out with my dog, or with my 17 month old niece and my family. Otherwise I like to read, watch too much TV, catch a movie. I'm also looking to find some new hobbies now that I'm working a less stressful job. I've lived on my own the last 12 months, but keen to downsize my rent. plus, living on my own gets a bit lonely! I'm looking for somewhere that has space for my dog, some type of parking (on street works just fine), and is somewhere around Caulfield so i can babysit easily. I have furniture to add to a house, including whitegoods. I'm not super attached to most of it, so if not needed can go into storage. I'm not too fussed about the space, as long as my housemates are tidy, friendly and polite.
Hello! I'm Adam. I spend most my full days at a busy bayside bar and restaurant, and at other times I like to read and research, to write, or plan the next adventure. I earned my bachelor level a few years ago and worked in highly technical fields for a while, then decided I need to change and see the world. Open-minded and free-spirited, I'm a seeker and free-thinker. Calm and soft-spoken, I value my downtime and have respect for one another's space and ideas. I keep busy with pastimes that include: travelling, camping, training, cooking, and meaningful conversations exchanging experience. I am housework-trained, very tidy and clean, reliable with my accounts, and choose to live with persons who alike take responsibility yet savour life. Write to me, I would like to meet the people with whom I will make a home! I'm also open to the idea of organising a property Team-up together for long-term lease (12 months) should you be searching in the inner-east bay area of 3205; 3206; 3207; 3182; 3184. 1. Animal friendly, non-smoker. Straight but LGBT+ respectful. Lived together with flatmates for many years in Melbourne. References can be provided. 2. Minimum stay of six months but prefer longer term. Approximate date of move-in is centred around the Easter weekend of April, or from then onwards. Dates are flexible. 3. Third generation Aussie, with mixed backgrounds from Japan and Hong Kong. Next major journey is within the South American continent, previous was in the Nordics.
Hi I'm Lucas and I come from France ! I'm working with a research center at Monash University until the end of August. I'd like to find a place to stay near Cranbourne and Pakenham lines to go easily to uni, and especially next to the CBD to get the most out of my stay in Melbourne. I'm a 22 postgrad student, I'm easy-going and would love to have some flatmates to share my experience here in Melbourne. I study urban engineering so I obviously like the cities and their issues, but I also enjoy having a good conversation around a beer (or more). I love sports like running, soccer and we can even talk about rugby or AFL ! I'm organised and clean, which I believe is important for living in a shared apartment. Finally, I value human relationships, which is also relatively convenient for someone looking for some roommates. I look forward to finding an apartment and flatmates to share some great moments ! Don't hesitate to contact me !
Me and my beautiful puppy are looking for a room starting in May or June. I work full time as a marketing specialist in Toorak from 9am - 5:30pm. I love socialising with my friends over a beer or two as well as watching Netflix for hours on end. I love taking Arlo (the puppy) on adventures, whether it’s the beach, park or river. Looking for a place that’s clean, respectful and family like.
Moving from NZ to Melbourne on April 28, had plans to move in somewhere but they didn't work out :/ so here I am. I'm a pretty chill guy. Web developer and gamer so a decent internet connection is required. Don't drink but I like to be social, so a place where people aren't total hermits would be cool. Hit me up if you have any more questions, cheers.
