Hiya I'm a gal from England currently on exchange for a year studying at Monash university. I've been here for one semester where I stayed at halls but am looking to move into the city to be closer to shops and bars. I'm really sociable and love going out for drinks and meals but my days will mostly be spent at uni and studying. I'm clean and am more then happy to share cleaning responsibilities around the place :)
Currently living near the city in a sharehouse - all in our mid 20s. Our landlord is selling the place soon though, so I'm looking for a new place to live! Looking to move late March or early April. About me: Snowboarder/skier/lawyer/craft beer enthusiast - there are many words that I could use to tell you about myself, but those are the ones that spring to mind first! I'm a lawyer working in the CBD full time. In my free time I enjoy outdoor sports - I spend a lot of my weekends at the snow during winter. This summer I've been hiking and camping often. I'm a clean, tidy person who is pretty easy to live with. Getting along with my housemates is very important to me - while we don't have to be best friends, I don't want to feel like we're merely people co-occupying the same place! Fun tidbit about myself - after I finished uni and before I started full time work, I went travelling in the US for 4 months. I travelled around the western states skiing and snowboarding - I made it to 30 ski resorts while I was there! I gained a lot of life experience on this trip and learned a lot about myself.
Originally from London but in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I'm sociable, but not looking for a party house. Tidy and always clean up after myself (no dishes left in the sink for days on end!) After spending 4 months in hostel dorms I'm looking forward to having somewhere I can make feel like home. I've just started working in Southbank so am looking for somewhere to live for around 6-9 months. Ideally a furnished room, although not a deal breaker if not (although I may need some help putting the furniture together!) Would consider increasing budget to $300pw if it includes all bills and wifi. If you think you have something that might interest me please let me know. My moving in date could be flexible. Thanks Yvonne
Hello there! My name is Daniela Piedrahita, I'm 23 (almost 24), Colombian and in the hunt for a great place to live and someone to share my new experience in Melbourne with. I have been living here for the past 6 months and loved it so much that decided to stay longer. I'm starting a Marketing Diploma in March, which lasts 1 year and I'll be working part-time throughout my whole stay. I love hanging out with my friends after work, but also appreciate having time and space for myself. I'm friendly, caring, clean and respectful. I'm crazy passionate about food, but especially chocolate, so if you like trying new restaurants/recipes, we are for sure going to get along perfectly well. I can't deny the latin blood that flows trough my veins and therefore I really like dancing (although I'm not that good, even for a Colombian), regardless I can teach you some moves or some Spanish :)
Hi, I'm an easy going guy looking for accommodation in Melbourne. I'm looking to move into a suburb close to the city with similar aged people. I'm moving down from the Sunshine Coast with an engineering firm and start on the 8th March. I enjoy the outdoors - travelling, hiking, surfing, rugby union etc but might need to be brought up to speed with AFL! I also enjoy having a few casual drinks at cafes/bars on the weekend. If you feel I might be a good fit as a housemate and want to catch up shoot us a message :) Looking forward to exploring what Melbourne has to offer and meeting some new people!
I'm laid back and easy to get along with, clean and tidy. Spend most my free time being a nerd.
Hi I'm Kirk, a 24 year old Property Valuer recently relocated from Sydney. I'm outgoing, easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people. I'm housetrained; clean/tidy, respectful and all the other good things. Would love to move into a place that's established, where the vibes are good and we can chill with a beer and watch TV together but also have my own time too. Been living with my cousin in Richmond and really like this area, open to South Yarra and surrounding suburbs too. I don't mind whether the room is furnished or not - I have furniture back in Sydney I can bring down. Ideally would like a place that has either on street parking or a garage/drive way as I have a car for work but that's really the only prerequisite. Would love to hear from you if you have a room and arrange to check it out this week! Move date is 4th March. Cheers!

I’m a pretty social, open minded and easy going person who always cleans up after himself. In my free time, I am kind of active (after I finish my assignments for studies) and love trying new sports/hobbies. Some of my favourites are beach volleyball / wakeboarding / kite surfing. Been playing tennis for 15+ years, and co-organizing weekly beach volleyball tournaments for amateurs and enthusiast in Latvia.
Hey everyone, Chun Sang here (or CS, it rolls off the tongue much more easily). From Singapore, 27 turning 28. Currently working as a research assistant/admin officer at Monash Uni at the Alfred Centre (relocating soon to St Kilda Rd). I like the occasional drink or two. A cafe run wouldn't hurt either (I like my coffee). Binges too much on movies, tv shows and netflix sometimes. Oh, and I'm a huge soccer fan too #GGMU. Overall, i'd say i'm relatively clean and tidy (I try to clean my apartment every weekend), pretty chill, respects your personal space, and would like to meet and hang out with some potential awesome housemates. Let me know if you think i'd be good for ya!
I consider myself to be a peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals, fitness. I'm someone who enjoys the company of others and enjoys time by myself equally. I tend to keep things tidy as I have mild ocd. Un-winding with a drink or some meditation is something I tend to engage in. Im from Bombay, India and currently doing my Masters in Monash. Will be spending most of my time studying or working part-time. Looking forward in meeting my new flatmates.
I work full-time as a software engineer and am just looking for a place and a room to call my own. Short term or longer term is fine. I don't do loud parties, I keep to myself mostly and am always considerate of others around me. Being close to public transport is a must!
We are a married couple who'll be moving to Melbourne towards the end of March 2017. We have a 4 year old daughter who goes to school. I am a chartered accountant, my husband is an ex-army officer and currently a musician. We like to party and live life to the fullest. We go kayaking, mountaineering and hiking together which makes us an adventurous and fun-loving couple. Other than that, we are a young; very easy-going couple who gel in with people quite easily. We like to lead a routine life that starts with a 5 a.m. jog/ gym and ends at 10 pm except for weekends.

Hey I'm Dan, 22, full time employed in financial services, laid back, gay, pretty extraverted. I'm relatively new to Melbourne and looking to move near the CBD. Would love to find one or more cool housmates. I like Great food, beer, wine & whisky and I'm told I'm excellent company to binge watch nextflix and drink cheap wine with. If your a fan of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones or South Park that's already a great start. I'm pretty chilled out, like to keep a clean place. I don't have any gender or cultural preferences on who I live with, as long as your friendly and good company I'm we will get along great. Also somewhere with a car park would be great.
I am currently a Manager for cotton on relocating to Melbourne. I am a very laid back guy, easy to get along with and very respectable. I am a bit of a clean freak so cleaning up after myself wont be an issue! I will be working 4 days one week and 6 days the following week in a fortnight, so I wont be around all the time. I am very into my health and fitness and love to have a bit of fun on the weekend! I am a very easy person to get along with, but also know how to and respect personal space :)

We are really easy going and can get along with anyone, super tidy, chilled out, love to hang out but also respect the fact that people like their own down time and space.
Hello all people on the hunt for a housemate! First of all, please excuse my giant face. Every photo I try to upland somehow turns into a slightly unflattering close up. Anyhow, I am a bubbly and positive human being, and have just moved to Melbourne. I study full time at Deakin (sport and exercise science) and hope to find work in the industry once settled in my new home. I love spending my free time in the kitchen, or being active whether it be in the gym, doing yoga, dancing, walks, or general adventuring. Occasionally the couch gets the best of me and I may spend the day binge watching a series on Netflix. I like having a clean and serene space to call home. I do enjoy my "alone time", especially after busy days, but I would love to find a place to share stories and grow into friends with my housemate(s). My partner lives in Sydney, so I would be going away for a weekend every now and then, but I hope to find a place where he would also be welcome to stay over on occasion. I'd prefer to find a room that is at least partially furnished, as my possessions are quite limited. Still open to finding any space that feels like home though. My budget going up to $250 would hopefully include the bills and internet, or at least most of them, though this is negotiable depending on other details - so please don't hesitate to ask! My preferred length of stay of 3 months can extend to be significantly longer if the place is right, but I would like to see how I settle in in the area and if it is convenient for my weekly schedule. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if you believe we might be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you. Warmest regards, Anniina
Hey! My name is Hayley, and I'm looking for a roommate to find a sweet apartment with! I have a full time job so I'm quiet respectful on weeknights and on the weekends I love to have wine/beer nights in the house or go party all weekend! I'm down for a girl or a guy roommate, I'm very down to earth and up for whatever!
Just moved to Melbourne from NYC. Happily just found a job and am now looking for an apartment! I like to keep my space clean and don't smoke. I enjoy good food and music and generally having a good time with friends in a social environment.

We are currently returning from Bali where we enjoyed a short holiday. We are genuine friendly girls who work very hard full time hours and go to the gym everyday and want somewhere we can come home to and chill out. We aren't clean tidy and easy going.
I am a professional chef from Canada working in high end restaurants here in Melbourne gaining international experience. We are quiet and rarely party due to the demanding aspects of working in kitchens and the long hours. We keep to ourselves and are very clean. Nicole is a barista and also working 2 jobs while we stay here in the country. We love to go explore the city and see the sites and beauty of Australia on our days off.

I am a 26 year old male consultant working at a Big 4 financial consulting firm. I am currently in Sydney for a project at a bank but return on the 1/5/17 (Happy to negotiate start date). I am clean and respectful of others. I will be studying part-time so will not be loud or have parties etc. I am from Adelaide and am a sociable person who enjoys sharing the occasional meal, who can cook a decent meal ;) . I spend a bit of time outside exercising/hiking or going to the gym or out and about. Respectful of others space. Love footy
I'll be in Melbourne on a working holiday visa starting towards the end of February, but I'm looking to establish a settled life for the time I'll be there (I'm shooting for around 6 months at the moment). I'm from the US, and have been working in the hospitality/tourism industry in California and Colorado since I graduated from university a few years ago. I'm an avid reader and like to run, hike, and generally be active, but I also love a good Netflix binge. Brunch is my favorite past time. I'm ideally looking for a furnished room in a friendly flat, with people who like to hangout together but also respect personal time - I'm sociable but do like to have time to myself sometimes. I like to cook and bake, so as my flatmate(s), expect treats! I'm a generally tidy person, and have no qualms about pitching in to clean. I'm not a huge party person but do enjoy having friends over or going out for dinner and drinks. I plan on spending my weekends exploring and getting to know Melbourne. If you'd like more info, please message me!
Hi, I am a 20 year old exchange student from England who is currently studying at Monash University. I love meeting new people and am super easy to get along with! I love travelling around Australia, am very tidy and respectful of other peoples' spaces.
Hey! Bit about me.. I'm from London, trialed Melbourne and Sydney in my first few weeks and want to settle in Melbourne, it's amazing here but do appreciate, it's pretty sunny at the moment.. this will change! I will be working in the Retail Fashion Industry within Buying / Product Development. At the moment I'm planning on doing a day trip to a Lysterfield Lake with friends, a BBQ on St Kilda beach, going to Bimbos and volunteering at Babylon festival. These are the kind things I like to give you an idea 🙂 Lastly I am super clean and tidy, enjoy cooking, music, sports and will use the gym. I have lived in house shares a lot and can be quite good at the odd DIY if needed.... About you guys... I very much want to live in a similar way to I did in London, great people and vibes. We had our own lives but shared these with each other and were a little family, often cooking for each other, going for drinks, chilling at the park or just being idiots. This is what I am looking for in my flatmates as I believe it's the people you live with you make or break it! Thanks for reading this far. Ross
Hi I'm Tim (28). I'm moving from Sydney to Melbourne for career opportunities and a change of scene. I visit Melbourne regularly and it's time to make it permanent! I run an indie games studio. We work remotely which allows me to work from anywhere and choose my own hours. I enjoy games (both video and board), films, quality TV, all kinds of music, and the occasional whiskey. I’m quiet, tidy, and love to chat about anything big or small. I’m no Jamie Oliver but I enjoy a bit of cooking too. I also come with a Ragdoll cat named Percy. I’ve never known anyone not to love him. He’s chill, friendly, and hilarious.

My guilty pleasure is trashy tv (don't judge!!) . But mainly I like to get out of the city on the weekends. Im tidy, respectful and not looking for a party house. I have been in Melbourne for about four months and working full time (weekdays 9 to 5ish) doing digital marketing and design. I'm looking for a nice place, close public transport and the city. Preferably until the end of July (five months), but also open for shorter periods. I'm really into music and all kinds of creative stuff in general. I like to spend my free time going to gigs and other events around the city or just hanging out with friends, watching movies and etc. I have plenty of experience sharing apartments around the world and can appreciate a nice community as well as privacy. I am a 22 year old male, originally from Western Australia and only recently moved to Melbourne (10 months ago) after I graduated with an Environmental Science degree and gained employment as a Contaminated Land Consultant in South Melbourne. My preferred length of stay states 4 months, however I am open to settling in for much longer depending on other circumstances which I am happy to discuss in detail. I am very relaxed, stress-free and prefer to live in a tidy environment. I am very active, attend the gym in South Melbourne after work everyday and also play Football (AFL) in the winter. As I maintain a healthy diet, I enjoy cooking my own meals and always happy to cook for other housemates whilst i'm at it. Always up for a good chat about anything and everything. Please consider me as your potential housemate!

I am always up for a quiet drink or an adventure out to explore somewhere new! Equally, I do also enjoy my own space to relax after a long week. I am interested in health and fitness, travel, reading, eating out, coffee and having a good laugh or banter.
Hey, I’m Jake. I’m 22 and Moving to Melbourne from Adelaide in March to work a full time finance job in the CBD. I’m looking to either find an established share house or start a new place with 1 or 2 lovely people around the same age. I’m very easy-going and promise to not annoy you too much. I love spending my spare time during the week relaxing with a decent movie, enjoying a solid TV binge or listening to music but it would be great to find someone who still doesn’t mind going out for a few drinks or sharing some great food. I’m respectful and I like to think I'm pretty clean and tidy (without being a freak). If I sound like someone you could put up with, feel free to drop me a message!
Hi everyone, I'm a 24 year old Biochemistry/ Human Pathology major studying at Monash Clayton. I'm third year, so this is the big one (before probably several even bigger years post grad... don't remind me). I've been thinking of moving a little closer to campus but not quite ready to commit to true suburban life. So South Yarra down to the caulfield region is probably about my sweet spot. I'm very active and love to be healthy, if you want someone to go for a run with or a training partner.. you have a friend right here who you can tag along with to the gym for free (free entry for a guest). But otherwise, I'm going to be focused on school work and generally demolishing this third year at uni. Lived in a number of share houses over the year so know the drill. Very tidy in shared areas and happy to contribute to keeping the house in order. I work in a healthcare clinic but am also a signed model, so during uni breaks work a lot to fund more easy living through semester. Also very happy to live in a place with pets, if you're fine with me lavishing plenty of attention on them.
Im currently working full time in Port Melbourne, living in Seddon with my 1year old cat who is fully trained and is an inside cat. Wanting to move to the eastern side of the city but not too far out, let me know if you can help us out.
Hey lovelies! I'm a part-time exercise science student and I work in South Melbourne in a centre for lower back pain rehabilitation. I'm clean and I love cooking healthy meals. I like to work hard, study hard and most importantly play hard 😉 A few cheeky bevs every so often are a must! I'm looking to live with 2 or 3 other people in a social house where we hang out, cook together from time to time and go on crazy adventures! I'd love for everyone to be involved in sport in some way but that's not a necessity! Also my parents breed dogs so once a year I can take you to visit a swarm of puppies!!!
