Hi :-) I'm 31 and have recently relocated to Sydney from the UK. I'd describe myself as easy going, happy, positive, bubbly and fun loving. I'm really laid back and like to get along with everyone. I have quite a silly sense of humour and love a good giggle and banter. I’m a social person and would be up for having dinner and drinks with my housemates but also know when to give people their own space, I like my own space at times too. I have my own group of friends that I socialise with so if you’re not wanting to socialise with housemates that is fine…equally if you are looking to socialise with your housemates I’d be up for that too…like I say I’m really easy going :-) I work in recruitment and often work long hours so I like to chill and have dinner during the week. At the weekends I like to get outside and explore, meeting up with friends, chilling at the beach, and going out for food. I do like to let my hair down every now and again and go out for drinks, my home is my sanctuary so I tend not to bring the party home though. I’m also partial to a bit of a Netflix binge on the latest series when the weather isn’t so great. Ideally I’m looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible but this is flexible as I’m staying with friends atm so could move in later, ideally I'd like to have secured somewhere by November. For length of stay I am looking for somewhere long term but even if its initially for 2-3 months that would be good too to help me get started. I will be working in the city near Martin Place station so I’m flexible on location as long as I can easily commute to work. Looking forward to finding a place to live and someone to share it with :-) If you have a place you think I would suit or want to team up please get in touch.

I'm very laid back and am looking for an equally relaxed and positive environment in which to live. Finished studying at UNSW last year and have spent this year working part-time at 9 Degrees in Alexandria. I am open to a longer stay if the opportunity arises
Hi there! I'm an Architect by profession and coming to Australia as an International student for higher studies at UNSW, Kensington Campus. I'm really friendly, warm at heart & an organised person. I'm good at fitness & follow a healthy balanced routine. I'd like to travel and explore new places. I'd also do like to party & have great laughs with friends & drinks. I'm learning to cook and would be delighted to share my helping hand with fellow mates. I respect & allow privacy to others. I'm looking for an accomodation nearby to UNSW, Kensington. I would want a private room in a shared apartment. At present, I can afford $150-175/week (inc. Bills/water/Internet/parking). Please feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks
I'm a friendly, funny, clean, considerate, outgoing person who has just recently moved from Kingston on Thames, England. I get on with anyone and can't wait to meet new people. I'm forward to exploring Sydney and Australia over the next 12 month but plan on staying in Sydney as long as I can (6 months+). Looking for a place as soon as possible, ideally close to or in-between Coogee beach and Surry Hills but also close to trains and bus stops, so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Joe
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with social and considerate housemates. I'm easy-going, social and considerate. I work full time in the CBD. I like traveling, reading, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. During my free time, I like catching up with friends and trying new restaurants, bars and cafes. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
Hi, I work full time in the city for a global property company. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. During the week I focus on work and staying fit. On the weekends I like to be outdoors, catch up with friends, eat out, go for drinks and love the beach during summer.
Hi! I'm from the USA (dual citizen) moving to Sydney- I have a full time 9/5 job in the CBD and am looking for an apartment in a great neighborhood! I'll be available to move in by September. Overall, I hope to live with clean, respectful and all around fun-loving people! I'm an excellent cook and especially baker, having taken a fair share of cooking classes at uni! I'm used to keeping things very clean (I clean my current apartment weekly) . I enjoy working out and I also play piano and have many other talents including juggling, drawing, and making a mean chocolate chip cookie.
Hi! Our names are Erika and Luis. We ve just moved into Sydney because Luis is working at the airport. We are looking for a place to be happy, to enjoy the city and to travel around this part of the World. We come from the other side of the globe: Spain! We are very excited with the experience. It would be great if we can contact if you are looking for a nice couple to live with. Thank you very much and smiles from the new Aussie-Spanish couple!!
I'm Katie. I've been in Sydney a year and absolutely love it. Im a social worker working with families of children with disabilities. I'm more of a home bodied girl, especially in winter. I loveee cooking and trying new recipes so hopefully you're up for trying something new. Hiking, bush walks, and costal walks are some of my new favourite hobbies. I don't smoke, use drugs, or binge drink but I'm still a lot of fun. Looking to live with a like minded individual :)
Hi there! My name's Maddy, I'm from Sydney and work in a veterinary clinic as an animal attendant/kennel hand. I'm also currently studying vet nursing with TAFE online (So i'm a huge fan of animals as you can tell!) I consider myself a very clean and tidy person, I always clean up after myself and obviously completely understand that a shared household means shared cleaning responsibilities. Although 23 years old, I'm certainly not a late night party person, clubbing and raves have just never been my thing, I prefer going out for a movie, brunch or dinner with friends. I also don't smoke (or do drugs) and i'm not much of a alcohol drinker either (I prefer sitting at a sunny cafe with a cup of good coffee haha) I do consider myself fairly social/friendly and love to have a chat and share a meal. I consider myself very open minded and love learning about things, travelling and experiencing different cultures, I also like to draw and read. I keep pretty active my job is quite physical (lots of dogs to walk and cages to clean) and you can always find me out walking in the sun on my days off - i'm a pretty early riser (8am would be a sleep in for me!) as I've had about 3 years to get used to a 7:30am start at my job. I love food and like to eat pretty healthy most of the time - although a huge fan of the occasional ice cream or burger! Although I have indicated that I have pets, I would NOT be moving in immediately with any pets - I do have a dog and cat but they would be staying at my family home. I am looking for a pet friendly property to keep open the option of adopting a small dog in the future (if my situation allows) as well as potentially needing to take over the care of my cat if and when my family relocates. Well, that's me! Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Maddy
I am extremely clean & tidy Very easy going & friendly Out of the house at work or hanging out with friends most of the time Bubbly and fun -- but quite & easy to live with Working full time at Des Redford Leisure Studying part-time at UTS Dont smoke or drink excessively
Hi my name is Armand and I'm a designer working in CBD. I'm looking for a room until new years, so if you could help me with that that would be awesome :D
I am 25 years old, from the UK, I have lived in Sydney for just over a year. I work full time in the CBD as a PA and usually gym or exercise more week nights, at the weekend I like to have a wine or few, and try new brunch or dinner spots. I am an easy going flat mate and very clean and tidy.
Hi I'm Lauren! I'm a sydney-born girl work full-time as a nanny and am looking to find a share-house/apartment. I love to travel, cook, staying active and spending my days off relaxing at the beach. I'm very friendly, clean & tidy and am always up for a chat, but can also respect when others want their own space :)
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room to rent in the Bondi/Junction/Centiniel Park/Waverly area. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have just completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year. I work full-time in CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates.
I'm quiet, relaxed, friendly, and independent. House-trained, I've been living in shared households for many years and am very reliable. I live a health orientated life, and am a non-smoker who drinks only occasionally, usually a glass of wine with dinner. I enjoy good, wide ranging, conversations, and I also love silence. As well as my work as a legal consultant and freelance lawyer I make art. After studying law, I trained as an artist at the National Art School. At the moment I am focusing on making large landscape drawings. I get around on a pushbike, do the odd bit of rockclimbing, meditate, and am doing some creative writing. My preference is for a TV free household - as I dislike being around TV's that are regularly on. As a person to live with you will find me self-contained yet happy to share the odd meal and conversation.
Hey there, Have just moved back to Sydney from Ireland. Looking to get a place close to the ocean. Would be ideal if it had an outdoor area or balcony. Somewhere to park a bicycle would be good too. I'm am a very easy going, social guy and will be working in financial services in the city. Coming from a house with 3 others in Dublin so understand what goes into a shared house etc. Anyone thinks they have something along these lines, please let me know. Cheers, Niall.
I am a full time student studying a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at UNSW, and have permanent work. I am looking for a place to live long term. I am easy going, sociable and clean. I am respectful of others and enjoy time to myself or with my friends and family. I am looking to live with like minded people, that are keen to live in a friendly, relaxed environment, but do not have issues with cleanliness. I grew up near Wollongong, so I enjoy outdoor activities, particularly surfing and bushwalking, so living with people that enjoy these would be a bonus (but not essential) :) I am looking for a private unfurnished room. Feel free to ask me any other questions.
***Looking for somewhere with garage or security off street parking*** Hey all!! I am a pro musician I am also psychotherapist with a clinic in Elizabeth St Sydney I am an electrician by trade I have also taken on university this year too like there wasn't enough to do!! :-) Re: the music I don't have loud stuff going on at home... I work most nights and often in late The practice is 1 or 3 days week Electrician - non practicing Generally work a lot and all self employed..(for the last 15 years) Chilled and relaxed happy to go with the flow mostly.. Non smoker Usually like the gym vibe although am way outta shape and my usual routine at the moment Previous flat mates have become life long friends ... For the past 6 years had exclusively female flat mates I like clean and tidy not to the point of ocd and am definitely ok with the occurrences of life but yeah clean tidy is good... (preference is to get a cleaner) Generally, with food, I do my own thing mainly as I am always in and out but also of the ilk if I have something there and you want it/some then all in for sharing and caring too Not a party person am usually too busy with work and Uni! But happy for guests / partners and all that etc Looking for homey vibe so that, partners and or friends are welcome and Neither of us have to get a permission note every time someone comes over... Chill and easy going Have listed 6-month option But gotta be practical ie if the vibe is cool and everything works then longer but also if it isn't no point sticking it out and living in space that isn't comfortable for all!! Looking for somewhere with garage /or security parking at least
I'm Heidi, a 28 year old Welsh girl relocating from London to Sydney for some much needed sunshine! I'm looking for a house share where the flatmates are open to socialising after work with a drink or in front of the TV, and being friends as well as just living together. I'm a pretty relaxed flatmate, but tidy up after myself and appreciate a clean living area. In my spare time I enjoy working out, reading and travelling. I also love cooking and will happily feed future flatmates :) I'm keen to explore Sydney and travel around Australia. I get to Sydney on the 9th October, and am available to move in after this date. I'm basing myself in Sydney and will be working full time here, so I'm looking for a lease for any amount of time from 6 months to 1 year, but would consider shorter lets if the flatmates and property were too good to pass up!
A little about myself, well I'm 26 and see myself as a pretty relaxed and friendly person who's quite sociable but happy to entertain myself if people want their own space. I'm a lover of the beach so if the sun is out you'll know where to find me. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy a sociable drink on the weekend or even a cheeky mid week beer or wine. I try and live a healthy lifestyle but love my food so checking out new cafes and restaurants is something I look forward to. I cook quite a bit as well so happy to share meals or cook together if you're into that. I've spent the majority of the last few years travelling, living and working in various places across the globe and basically chasing the sun haha but now I have myself with a opportunity up in Sydney that would be stupid to turn down so I figured why not. Feel free to drop me a line. Looking forward to hearing from my future roomies! Cheers Xav
My name is Cristian, I am an Italian guy and I am 30 years old. I'm working full time (i have two jobs) and I am looking for a quiet place with friendly people. I'm a neat and tidy person, easy going, don't smoke. I'm quite busy with my own schedule, but I do enjoy quality time with flatemate/friend, talking and chill with a glass of wine or beer after work.
I'm Katie, British, and looking for an awesome new flat after being offered a job in Sydney! I'll be working fairly standard hours as an engineer in the city and am pretty sociable outside of this - I love going for dinner or drinks after work, but do also enjoy time to relax at home with a good film :) I like cooking and baking, so expect the occasional stereotypical British tea-time if i'm around!
Hi. I'm Wil / Wilf. I'm relatively new to Sydney and looking for some friendly, decent and considerate people to welcome me to the city! I'm British, an Architect by day, and recently started work in the city. I strongly believe in both working hard and enjoying life but after finally, finally finishing 12 years of study / work / study / work etc, I now want to start seeing a bit more of the world... Hence my move here and fresh start overseas. I'm a devout cyclist / runner and I always try to keep pretty active - I like to be outdoors whenever I can and hope to get started with a triathlons pending a swimming lesson or two (I'm talking tweaking, not fundamentals - I'm not that special!). So I will admittedly need space for my bike... I equally enjoy a night out to a night in and don't understand people who lock themselves away in the evenings / weekends. I want to meet people who honest, kind, sociable, easy-going, like to smile and are most of all... normal. Plus any pets would be an absolutely bonus... I want to take a dog for a walk! I love making lists, socialising, gigs (but don't go to enough), whisky, condiments, being by the sea and eating (everything). I have a few friends here already, but as ever, looking to make new ones. Some things I dislike in life. Always a good discussion point... Slow walkers, slow cyclists, people who are slow generally, sitting still, anything "faux", materialism, Halloumi, extensive TV watching, Brits abroad (guilty), closed doors, purple things and having my photograph taken. That above all else. I am (honestly) a clean and tidy individual, but at the same time wouldn't dream of shouting at someone for leaving a dirty mug out. I also really enjoy cooking and hope to get back into it after a hectic past year or so...
Hi there! My boyfriend and I are looking for preferably a 2 bed or 3 bed apartment/house for about 5 months starting November 1. I am American and he is Brazilian, he is working full time on a Working Holiday Visa and I'm working part time and studying. We are both quiet and respectful in a shared place, but like to share a glass of wine or dinner with housemates too. We love to do outdoorsy activities like cycling, hiking, beach volleyball and soccer, but also like to stay in and watch Netflix or a film.
22 year-old Brazilian girl who is working and studying in the city. Have been living and Sydney for over a year now and do not intend to leave anytime soon. Quiet is respectful, I am not looking for a party house. However, I do enjoy occasional chats, drinks and hanging out with flatmates.
I am a 28 yo brazilian, who have been living in Sydney for 2 years. At the moment, I am studying and working (Westfield Bondi junction). I am easy going, very friendly and looking for a place where i call home :)
I'm Kate, 30, English born but have been in Australia nearly 10 years now and have my citizenship. I'm a full-time executive at the Arts company in the city and (mostly) love my job! It's normally 9-5-ish, with events and late nights every few weeks and very occasional travel. I like podcasts, brunch, red wine, travelling, assembling ikea furniture, movies at Palace cinemas. I'm currently trying to ramp up my fitness efforts and improve my cooking and would love to find somewhere that helps keep me motivated with these things, perhaps near a beach/big park and with a nice kitchen! I have quite a bit of ikea furniture and household items (inc fridge, bbq) I could contribute, but equally happy to sell if it's not needed. My job is very social and busy and I'm often out in the evenings with friends or at events, so when I am at home I tend to be quiet and like to unwind on my computer or netflix in the evenings. Of course happy to have a chat and a wine when I get in from work. Equally, I'm good at respecting other's boundaries and needs.
We're an easygoing, social couple, looking for a private room preferably with our own bathroom (however if this isn't the case, it doesn't matter too much), and within reasonable distance to public transport, and relatively close to the beach. We are both in our third year of our degrees at UNSW. Michelle studies music/education, works part-time as a Receptionist and Teacher's Aide, absolutely loves dogs and bunnies, and is always looking to go on a new adventure. Ryan studies computer science/chemistry, works part-time as a Tutor, tells a lot of lame jokes, and can bust some pretty decent dance moves. We have both lived with flatmates before and value a social household and would love to live with some flatmates who could also potentially become good friends. We would love to move in with anyone that doesn't take life too seriously, likes to watch bad TV shows, have a good chat, and the occasional few drinks. We are both quite busy during the week with uni and work, but we're both usually home in the evenings and on weekends. We are also very neat and clean, very considerate and respectful of any household rules and restrictions, and are looking for people in a similar age range.
I'm a Physiotherapist currently living in Perth but relocating to Sydney for work. I love the outdoors, going to the beach, having a glass of wine and a chat. I currently live with two housemates.
Hi ! I am a half british/french 27yo guy. I have been studied in England, France and America. It is now time for me to live a new experience as a young professional in Australia (already have a job with a 457 visa). Furthermore, I love doing sports, living healthy lifestyle, going out for a drink and meeting new people (always up for a chat and a laugh !) I am a clean and respectful person so I always make sure that wherever I stay I treat it like my own. I am also looking for flatmates not people that only be spending time in their rooms ! Look forward to meeting you. Joel :)
Hi I´m Oliver, I am 28 years old and I am from Bremen in Germany. In Bremen I worked as a wood-technician. For the perfect start I need a nice and friendly flatshare. To get a better impression of me as a person I would like to tell you something about me. I like to do sports for example jogging and going to the gym. Also I like to hang out in a good community and to make a barbecue with friends. One of my other hobbies is travelling and this is the reason why I´m excited to be in Australia. I think what makes me great to live with is that I´m a clean person and really uncomplicated. With me you can always have a great time but I also like to relax in my own room. I hope I get some nice messages and I can´t wait to hear from you. Cheers, Oliver
Hey, I'm from Brazil hence a happy bubbly girl , au citizen, been here 9 y , bookkeeper , and I'm social and friendly . But also like my quietness sometimes. I'm very neat and would be sleeping over 2/3 nights out at my house over northern beaches with my partner. I like cooking , laughing , sharing red wine, exercising , like movies and riding my bike outdoors . I'm ready to move in but also could wait a few days weeks if needs as I live with my partner so there is not a hurry .
I've lived in plenty of share accommodation over the years so I've mastered the art - paying everything on time; keeping common areas tidy; respect; consideration; having my own life and last but not least, good company :) Not interested in sharing with couples.
Very social & energetic guy. I'm moving up from Canberra to start work outdoors as a gardener/ maintenance manager. I like living in a tidy place. Enjoy heading out for dinner/drinks but do like my lazy nights here and there. I keep fit with either gym or just getting out for a walk.
Hi my name is Michelle I'm a professional who has just arrived back from 18mths abroad and in the UK Originally from Brisbane I am looking to make the move down and really looking forward to being relatively close to the beach I'm super clean, considerate and enjoy health, fitness & cooking Of course love a good laugh, and great food & wine Looking to find someone like minded. I prefer home to be a place of relaxation and chill, rather than partying and constant visitors. Of course occasionally having people over isn't an issue. Looking forward to meeting new people!
Respectful and very open minded. Good for a chat. Keep it very tidy. Not a half bad cook I reckon. Looking for a sunny & friendly place to spend the summer before I move overseas around April or later. Working in fire protection until the end of the year after which I'm taking long service. Work Mon - Fri from home and around Sydney. Into music production, djing (won't be doing it home dw), festivals/road trips/camping/travelling - making the most of the fun parts really. On quieter days I love a good TV series or stand up, reading, yoga, gardening. Would pretty much always be up for a 7am weekend coffee or a 7pm weekday wine though Off street parking preferred. Wouldn't really care if you have a party house but not every night of the week. Peace!
Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm from Sweden, currently living in Stockholm. I will be studying communication design in Sydney from February 20th for 2-3 years and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love pets but won't be taking any to Australia, like to go jogging or do yoga and enjoy eating healthy. If you feel like you would want to live with me, send me a message! :)
Most importantly, Respectful and reliable! I have recently made Sydney my home (moved here from Auckland in January) and I am loving it and plan to be here for years to come. I think I am the funniest guy I know and will definitely laugh at my own jokes. Into health and fitness and living a great lifestyle, very outgoing and spend my weekends out and about socialising and taking in what Sydney has to offer. More than happy to crack open a cold one or a glass of wine and engage in some banter. Into my sports and as you'd expect as a kiwi i follow the All Blacks passionately! I work full time as an Account Manager for Tempur Australia and cover the NSW territory. This requires me to be away from home for 1 or 2 nights most weeks!
