Full-timer living the boring corporate life Mon-Fri (9-5) but I love my work too much that I normally work long hours. My workplace is in Double Bay so would need to stay within 25 mins train to get used to. Easy going, socialising and respectful. I'll be moving from Melbourne so looking for a short term accommodation (3 months) with intention to extend if suitable. I won't be cooking much at home and prefer a quiet place. I also have a car with me so would need a parking slot - on street will absolutely be perfect.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old student from Melbourne who is moving up to Sydney to study medicine. I work in retail and in my spare time I like to go bouldering and play casual team sports. I also love a cup of tea! I'm looking for a private room in a clean share house.
I'm a 23 year old new graduate physiotherapist moving down from Newcastle to work at Sydney Children's Hospital. I have a 3 year old doggo (Paddy), a kelpie who loves pats, playing fetch and sleeping on my bed. We both have experience living in share houses during uni and are clean and tidy. My hobbies include reading Harry Potter, making vegan food, going on runs with Paddy, yoga and watching Netflix. We're looking a room in a place with an outdoor area so Paddy can be outside when no one's home. Looking forward to hearing from you! Peace :)
Hi everyone. I'm in the market for a room in a share house somewhere within a 5-25 minute walk or ride from USYD starting early 2020 as I will be studying veterinary medicine. As far as they go I am fairly chill and hope my future roomies are too. Rest assured that I am well versed in formalities and dynamics of a share house. You won't get any unnecessary strife or shenanigans out of me. P.s. Accepting of all individual persuasions and nationalities. Absolutely fine with drinkers and smokers alike.
Hi - we are moving (back) to Sydney after moving to Adelaide for work. We're fairly quiet and easy-going; we (occassionally) like to cook fancy things and have people over - although part of moving back to Sydney is enjoying a nightlight again! Probably accurate to describe us as 'homebodies', but neither of us can garden. We both work full-time and study intermittently; Heather works in library and John works in IT (John also plays the saxophone, he's pretty good at it but his band is based in Canberra so it's rare you'd ever hear him). Ideally, we would like to live with an animal, or adopt an animal ourselves (#1 dog, #2 cat, #3 teacup pig).
Hello! British girl, been in Australia for a year and just got back from 5 months in Queensland. Looking for a longer private room near-ish to work (USYD campus) from early January. Any other questions let me know!
Hi there, my name is Max and I'm from Merseyside in England. I'm currently on exchange from the University of Leeds and I'm looking for some friendly people to share a house with for my second semester of exchange. I stayed in student accommodation for my first semester but it lacks that social, easy going and cosy atmosphere of a shared house, and it's expensive! Firstly, let me just say I'm clean, tidy and organised so you wouldn't have to worry about any mess. I'm a vegan, rock-climbing, adventurous, lover of the outdoors, which should speak for my kind-hearted and outgoing nature. A lot of my free time is spent climbing, and hopefully I'll be getting a job route setting at 9 degrees Alexandria next year. I also love to explore the city and get out and about as much as possible, my most recent new hobby is surfing (a must do in Australia!). When I'm around the house, I try be as social as possible, and I just want somewhere where I can feel comfortable to be myself and hopefully meet some amazing new people in the process. Thank you for taking your time to read this :)
Helloooooo :) I work Part Time in the city as a Personal Wine Adviser (yes you read that right and yes I get great wines that I will share ha) and Part Time at Ocean Ink Miranda as a Tattoo Apprentice awaiting my license. I am experienced in shared living and I am looking to be accessible to both my jobs and preferably with people who don't smoke inside the house and know how to recycle haha. I am a bit of a room body.. but doesn’t mean I won’t ever chill. Little further info about me.. I enjoy reading, drawing, listening to music, going to gigs, having a laugh, meditating, writing, yoga, weight training, flowers and of course puppies.
Hi! My name is Joey, I’m 31 years old and I’m French. I arrived in Sydney a month ago with a working holiday visa. I’m not a backpacker: I’m seeking a real job (I’m a financial controller) and stay few years in Australia! I’m clean, quiet and independent but I can also be chatty! I like having some wine (French people...). I’m looking forward meeting people and discover new places!
