I’m a 24 year old Brit, I recently got a job that would have me going between Mascot and the city. I am looking for a place that would give me easy access to work so anything with easy access to the T8 line. I am a friendly, easy going and clean housemate, I am just looking for a place for the next 5 months or more to relax after work and give me a place to call home and chill out. If you have any questions for me just give us a shout.
Hi! My name is Preciosa, I’m Brazilian, but I live in France since 2010. I’m doing my PhD in France, but I’m coming to Australia to do my research work there for 6 months. So, I’m looking for a nice place to stay with friendly housemates! I would like to live with people who enjoy hanging out with each other, I’m very friendly and easygoing person, organized, respectful and clean. I love to travel, meet people from different cultures, to cook and to bake! I lived in London for a while some years ago, and I shared a flat with other two housemates, it was a great experience that I would love to live again in Australia!
Hi everyone! I am a Canadian who will be here in Sydney for the next several months. I have a full time office job (based in Kogarah) and I am looking for a place to call home for the next little while. Clean, non smoker and quiet. Sociable, but happy to let you do your own thing if that's you. Looking forward to exploring new places on the weekends and discovering what Sydney has to offer!
28 year old female from California working on a M.S. in Health Data Science at UNSW! Easy going, respectful and looking for friendly flatmates who want to be friends more than just people who live together and are also tidy, doesn't bring parties home and respectful. I love nature, hiking, seeing live music, the occasional night out and exploring new places in this beautiful city!
Hey! I’m Tess, 28 years old, employed, a musician, book enthusiast, queer, super tidy but also laid back. I love a homely home and do enjoy my alone time, but I’m also outgoing and friendly and like to hang out for drinks, chats, or a cuppa. Love a good philosophical convo. I’m vegan - but not an asshole about it. Happy to live with non vegans. I come equipped with three beautiful special needs rescue cats. Manfred is basically a dog in a cats body, everybody loves him. He has one eye and is partly blind in the other but he’s the happiest little guy you’ll ever meet. Gatsby has three legs and is a really shy, he pretty much just lives in my room. And Hesher is an ex street cat. He’s a lovable asshole and thinks he’s the hottest thing in the world, and he kinda is. We’re looking for a queer-friendly, cat-friendly environment with likeminded people. Let me know if you’d have us!
Hi, my name is Theo, I’m from the Uk and just started a job at a renewable energy company in Sydney. Looking for some fun people to live with while I’m here. Generally pretty outgoing and like to be busy but also exceptionally clean and look out for the people/ places I live with.
I'm a film director working in Redfern. I've moved up from Melbourne to end the commuting. Looking for something spacious in the area with great people. Ideally with some study space and/or ensuite. L
Hello there! The name's Timothy. Tim for short. Timot for medium. I'm a lawyer working full-time in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to live in the Inner West with good public transport access. I'm a bit of a clean freak - so you don't have to worry about me trashing the place. You won't see much of me on weekdays. I'm an early riser, and I usually spend my evenings working, reading, or listening to nerdy podcasts. Nevertheless, I try to get out of the house on weekends, and I always make and effort to be social with my housemates. I will not be bringing any pets (the horse will not be joining us), but I am an animal lover, so certainly don't mind if you have pets. If not, I will just befriend the resident Huntsman spider. I will single-handedly smash a cheeseboard.
Friendly, tidy, easygoing, mild mannered IT geek (with a cat). Social but not the kind of person to bring the party home with me. Just as happy to be going out for Sunday brekkie with friends, as I am chilling at home on the couch with A good movie. As mentioned, I have a rescue cat who can get a bit wary of other animals, but she is quite loving and friendly with people, for the best pet will keep herself to herself. I come with a house full of stuff! Big TV, fridge, washing machine, dishes, pans, microwave, dining table and a couple bookshelves if needed!
We are 2 fun and friendly English girls looking for a place to live during our time in Sydney. We are very clean and tidy people, and love to socialise but also understand the need for privacy and a bit of time to yourself every so often. We both work Wednesday-Saturday in hospitality, mostly doing evening shifts from 5-11pm, with the occasional Sunday lunch time. We are happy to grab a drink after work, and love spending our days off exploring and making new friends.
Easy going 26 year old guy who is also clean and tidy. Work full-time in corporate law during the week. My interests include sport, brunch, Netflix binges, music/gigs, and chilling with a beer/wine or two after work or on the weekends. Looking for a friendly home with a social element but also respectful of people's privacy and very happy to do my own thing as well.
I moved back home last year after 6 years interstate, and that's about as much as I can take! I'm a full time worker, sometimes on shift work, but I'm easily adaptable and not much bothers me :)
Hi! My name is Wanda. I'm from Taiwan, which is a simple and lovely town. I want to experience different life and cultures, that's why I come here for working holiday. I'm active, punctual and responsible. I'm always friendly so that can easily get along with people.

Hey! I'm Keith. I work full time in the City and study on the side as well. I'm looking for a new place and am more than happy to team up to get a place in/around the City. I'm a pretty decent housemate, if I say so myself. I clean up after myself! Always up for a chat but know to respect your privacy. I love house dinners/ movies. More than happy to share housework A bit about me: I love going to the pictures, enjoy coastal walks (ask me about the best Sydney has to offer), have dozens of podcasts I love but never get around to listening to, and I live for pub quiz nights!
Hi! I’m Alex. I’ve just moved to Sydney from Byron Bay for work. I work long and antisocial hours (I’m a doctor) but am all for a wine with my housemates when I come home. I’m into boxing, pilates, music (playing, listening, going to gigs ), house plants, brunch and weekend getaways. I don’t watch much TV , would prefer to have tunes playing. I don’t know many people in Sydney so it’d be a bonus if you’re cool and we get on! It’s important to me that home feels like a haven, so I’m willing to wait until I meet the right people. I’m clean and value a tidy house but I’m not uptight about it. I would rather pitch it to share a cleaner to keep the peace rather than try and implement a cleaning roster. Looking in Redfern/Surry Hills and maybe Darlinghurst. Just need to be close to a train station
Hi guys, my name is Naila and I am 25 years old. I am doing my masters and working part-time. Looking for a single room with maximum two other house/flat mates. I am easy to live with, enjoy a good conversation and appreciate my privacy at the same time. My main priorities are the place should be a maximum 10 minute walk to a train station, pleasant housemates and a nice/clean home :)
Hi! I'm Mark and currently work as a corporate tax consultant in Perth. I will be moving over to Sydney on 10 February to study law full-time at the University of Sydney while working part-time at my current employer's Sydney office. Coming from a family of 6 kids which lived in a house with 3 bedrooms, I like to think I'm pretty good with to cohabitation and pulling my part in housekeeping. I enjoy travelling, hiking, learning languages and sometimes I buy wine that costs more than $10. I'm a pretty social guy so would prefer flatmates that enjoy some chitchat but also respect and value personal time-outs and boundaries.
My name’s Jaymes and I’m a 28-year-old professional currently working as a writer for a startup company in Chippendale. My favourite possessions are my Kindle (I read a lot), my bike (I ride it every day), and my guitar (it was handmade in Japan with rosewood and maple, and it’s definitely far too classy for somebody of my middling skill level). I’ve lived in several sharehouses (#sydneylife), so I know the drill when it comes to cleaning shared spaces, restocking communal supplies, and making sure that nothing remains in the fridge for so long that it takes a crack at evolving into a higher life form. During the week, I generally go to sleep pretty early-ish and leave the house early too (all hail the full-time grind). However, I’m pretty friendly and also like to shoot the breeze with my housemates and cultivate a community vibe that helps everybody feel at home. I spend most of my free time hanging out with friends or cycling around. If I’m at home, I’ll generally be reading or listening to music (through headphones). I’m a big fan of blues, soul, and classical. I’m looking to move within the next few weeks and hoping to find somewhere that I can settle down for at least a few months. Having said that, I make a point of not having a lot of ‘stuff’, so I can generally up and move without too much hassle. I like to cook at home, but that’s mostly because of $$$$$$$$$$$$. Finally, I think dogs are better than cats, but will go out of my way to pat either of them.
I'm a medical Sonographer (I perform ultrasounds) for a living, and I'm moving from Western Australia to Sydney for work and all the life experiences Sydney has to offer me. I fly in on the 27th of April and start my full time job on the 29th of April. I enjoy going out with friends, as well as staying in for a movie or book (So making some friends would be good 😉). I love the beach. I would say I'm fairly easy going. I'm looking for a place to move into where I can be friends with the other tenants but also have our own space to be individuals. People around my own age (27) would be ideal. I don't mind girls or guys, would probably prefer not couples.
Hi there my name is Alex, I'm thirty years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over three years now after making the move interstate. Currently searching for a new place to call home around the Zetland, Waterloo, Rosebery, Beaconsfield and Mascot areas. But am also open to teaming up and finding the perfect pad. Looking for a place with my own bathroom/ en-suite and a car space or the possibility of a spot nearby. I work full time usually early mornings till late, but have my days off to unwind, head to the beach, be social, explore and have fun. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to have fun and be happy. Reach out and let's make something happen :D Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
