Hello! My brother and I are moving from Ireland to start an adventure in Sydney. I’ve heard a lot of great stuff about Australia and want to experience the aussie life! We consider ourselves well mannered, and would love to meet some new friends! We both are very active, and love a good gym session, as i’m also training to be a personal trainer and also love cooking healthy meals (while tidying afterwards!). We would love someone to show me the ropes as we're the new irish one in the city!
We are a Mexican/German couple who like to exercise regularly and go out every now and then to have a good time. We like cooking and watching movies on a Sunday night. Usually busy during weekdays.
Hey, I'm a 24-year-old Music Producer moving to Sydney from England on a Working Holiday Visa 21st November. Staying in a hostel for two weeks, so will be able to move in somewhere 6th December! I'm a Clean, Tidy & Easy-going guy. I like to have fun and socialise, but also enjoy my own space as well. Looking forward to meeting new people, and the right people to start my Australian journey with!
Hello! My name is Charlotte and I'm 19 years old. I was born in Canberra and my mum & her family are all Australia, but I've lived in England pretty much my whole life (dual citizenship). Over the past year or so I have been working full time in England and saving up. I decided to move back to Australia, specifically Sydney, on my own because I love this country so much! I have a lot of family dotted around NSW, Victoria and Canberra, whom I've been staying with a lot so far. I recently got a full time job in hospo in Newtown so I would really love to live in or around this beautiful area! I am very excited to meet new people and have my own space as I've also been staying in hostels a lot (sharing a room with 8+ people!!). I drink a lot of tea and coffee (bit of a fanatic as I used to work in the English equivalent of T2), and I'm hoping to eventually apply for a degree in Graphic Design at a university in Sydney. I really love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world (my parents met in a hostel when they were travelling at 21 so I feel like they've passed this down to me!)
I'm an easy going, respectful and considerate guy. I like to keep my place nice and clean. I work full time and I like to keep myself busy in my free time. I'm sociable and wouldn't mind a glass of wine sometime with my flatmates. They say I'm super easy to live with and I respect others privacy. I love dogs and wouldn't mind living with one ;-)
I've recently moved here from Canada, am working full time, and looking to meet some fun and easy going people. I'm here for the foreseeable future too! So looking for a place that's at least semi-long term. I'm pretty relaxed and clean at home. I like reading, cooking, and chatting with my roommates over a glass of wine or beer. I would love to find some roommates that like going to the pub for a bite or drink once in awhile, or exploring things likes markets, new beaches, and coffee shops. Truly though, I'm just a go with the flow kind of person! Whatever's going on, I'm happy to check out!
William and I are students studying filmmaking and acting, we are friendly, tidy and respectful. We are working part time as well as having some financial support from our parents as we are still young. I am from Sydney, William is from the Bega Valley. We love animals and creative flare.
I'm 42 but most people think I'm in my late 20's. I get along best with people 25-40 and really don't fit the typical image of a 40+ person. I've been living in my current place - a hostel - for months. Go figure haha. I just got a job in Chippendale as a Software Engineer and am looking to move out of the hostel asap. 🙂 I am German but have PR here (looking to apply for citizenship soon), and I have heaps of experience in living in share houses! I'm really sociable and never really keep my door closed but I do know when to give people space and how to respect their privacy. Basically, I'm looking for a new home and new friends to live with. There are a lot of people who just want to share the cost but have no interest in the people they live with, but I want a place that will be a home with people who show interest in doing stuff together. And I'm looking for a place where the rent is shared fairly and where people enjoy staying with others and being friends with their flatmates. I play a bit of guitar and work on my app ideas in my free time and am otherwise quite busy at my job at the moment (just started 3 weeks ago). Apart from that I love the beach and hanging out with friends, cooking the odd meal with my future flatmates, and all that stuff. I also (used to) scuba dive and would love to learn surfing and play soccer and foosball again. If that all sounds cool, maybe let me know if you want to meet me in person? Cheers, Andreas
Hi, there My name is Tats who is looking for a room near CBD. I am tidy, friendly and organized 31 years old Japanese. I work full-time as a Business Development Manager at an investment company. I am hoping to live with an easy-going and mature person. I used to work as a photographer, so I can take professional photos if you want. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am clean, friendly and generally keep to myself although I don’t mind good conversation and having a laugh. I am mindful of privacy and always considerate of those I live with. I’m pretty cruisy and not uptight so I don’t mind living with social people as long as common curtesy goes both ways. Sometimes I work weird and long hours as I’ am self employed so I can work from home, a cafe or at my clients office. Next year I will be looking to take on studies so I need to down size. Currently I live and work in the city plus I can travel a bit so I would need to be close to a train station. Yes I am a smoker but I’m also very conscious about smell and cleanliness so that wouldn’t be a problem I just need a balcony. I do go out and enjoy a party but don’t worry I won’t bring that home with me, my partner and sister do visit me from time to time and will spend a night but I am very respectful of others space and mindful of noise. If you have any questions please feel free to message me :)
My name is Rosalie, I'm a 24 years old french girl. I'm looking for a private room in a share place with great flatmates for 4-6 months ! I'm easy going, tidy and sociable, and love a good beer on occasion ! If you have any question, please dont hesitate to contact me.
I'm sociable, agreeable and optimistic :) I really enjoy getting to know people and am always up for a chat, but I'm independent and very respectful of the need for personal space. I love catching up with housemates over a glass of wine, some tea in the kitchen, a dance or a good old fashioned dinner party at home when the stars align. In terms of a bit about me, I'm 28 and I'm doing my PhD in public health at Sydney Uni. In my down time I'm usually drinking coffee or wine, running, eating overpriced avocado toast like a typical millennial, out dancing (what I lack in coordination I make up for in enthusiasm), or hanging out in a park somewhere soaking up the Sydney sun.
I work a lot, and I am sociable, quiet and clean. Can hold a conversation, but also enjoy quiet moments when in the house. I have been in Sydney for more than 5 years. Work as a manager of a family exotic restaurant, also graduating this year. I have minimum 2 more years to stay in Australia. I like traveling with my camera to capture beautiful scenic spots. You can check out my photos on my Instagram. I am looking for a room shared/private around $200 a week with less density of flatmates in the apartment/house. I'm a light smoker, and happy to smoke at the designated place as required. Cheers
Recently came back from a 4 month holiday in Europe where I was working, travelling and visiting family. I've deferred uni for the second semester and am looking at working part or full time over summer until March 2019 before I take up uni again. I'm easy-going, down to earth and a humble person.
Looking for a nice place to live with some cool people. I am going to Sydney with my friend in October, actually in Sydney we will be on 16th October. We want to rent room for 2 person with 2 beds. Must also be clean, tidy :) We will study.
Lived in Canberra most of my life and have recently moved to Sydney for work. Working in HR and currently living in West Sydney but really wanting to move to the East! After work I enjoy going to the gym or running, I also study part time so that keeps me fairly busy. Weekends, I don't know many people here so sometimes I'm going back to Canberra to be with friends or exploring Sydney. I think I'm a fairly easy person to live with, pretty tidy and chill. Would love to live with people I can be social with and get along with, not just share a space with 🙂
I'm a fulltime Receptionist and Team Assistant who enjoys cosplaying and volunteering with kids in my spare time. Looking for chilled housemates who are tidy, I am usually around weekends or I am visiting family. I deadlift about 80kg with a PB of 100kg if you need a heavy lifter around the house or just like being Princess lifted at home! I do have common space furniture I would like to bring with me but can sell to my current housemates as a last resort, will need a place with quick city transport. I occasionally walk with a cane due to ongoing leg issues, so the shorter the walk, the better. I am a non-smoker, allergic to tobacco as well as asthmatic, so non-smoking households highly preferred. My current housemates have asked I move in Mid - Late Nov if possible.
Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Nicole and I'm a Science student at University of Sydney. And, I hope to look for a place to stay from Mid/End November 2018 till Mid/End January 2019. As a person, I'm really cheerful and easy-going, thus, I get along well with others. I'm also rather organized so I tend to enjoy my frequent "clean-up"s. As outgoing as I am, I also enjoy the privacy of my own room. If you're interested, please do drop me a message.
