I'm a friendly African girl, easy to get long with ,respectful, maintains privacy and mind my own business I enjoy time together but also respect other's privacy. I'm a uni student and work at the hospital
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 11 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is happy being an indoor-only dog, is fully house-trained and if I am out for longer than 7 hours she will come with me to work or go to my parents house. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her and she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required. *Pommes cannot share with other dogs but is okay with cats, rabbits and birds.
I am very cheerful, warm and approachable :) Approach me for help anytime, I will do my best for you! I am from Singapore, an Occupational Therapy Student at Western Sydney University. I work part-time as Support Worker for people with disability. I love doing Yoga, running & dancing. Always love a good chat & good laugh along with good coffee or tea ;) I am looking for a shared home who would welcome me and my darling cat. Meow!
Recently moved back to Sydney from Brisbane. I'm an easy going, clean and respectful professional who travels frequently for work. I'm currently working full-time in the CBD, so the ideal place is somewhere close to a train station. I spend most of my time working so i would hardly be home and when i am, I'm either studying or monitoring the financial markets online. That said, I do enjoy socialising and meeting new people. Always up for some fun and a laugh. I try and maintain a positive outlook in everything I do and hoping to find a flatmate with a similar mindset. I completely avoid negative people, as they can be quite draining and life is just simply too short to dwell on problems. Keen to find a responsible housemate that's clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy.
Hi, I am looking for a flatmate or apartment to rent with/at. My budget is $250 max with all bills icluded though willing to see others. I do have my own mobile broadband but if there is internet included I'd be quite happy. I work full-time as a civil drafter and attend tafe once a week as per my work requirements. I'm a pretty quiet person and don't enjoy big social parties so im looking for someone and somewhere quiet. I have a girlfriend who visits me every so often so I'd prefer to have this ability. As of current I'm renting my own granny flat but it's expensive. I have a computer table a 55 inch TV with TV stand, and a queen size bed with some bed side drawers. So I'll need space for all this. I would prefer my own bathroom but happy to share with one to two others. I am looking to move asap. Note I also have a fridge which I was thinking to leave at the current place I'm renting however if the apartment needs one I am happy to bring it.
Hey Everyone first time using this. I am an Irish backpacker who has been traveling Australia for the past year. I have previously lived in Melbourne and Adelaide and am now looking to try out Sydney. I’m currently working in the construction industry so I have early starts Monday-Friday and do like a place that’s quiet during the week. I do enjoy a few drinks on the weekends too. I find myself social and seem to get along with everyone I meet, but like everyone enjoy the quiet time too. During the week I’m usually busy between work / gym . I am clean and respect the places I live so if the house is reasonably clean that’d be great. The mother trained me well. Looking forward to meet you’s. Have a car so parking on street or nearby is required :)
Hello there! I am Stefano, a gentle giant with a big heart. I'm an IT project manager by trade and work in the CBD. I'm in my early 30s, friendly, quiet, clean and tidy and have an easy time sharing with others. Being an omnivert I'm always interested in fine conversation over a cheese board, but at the same time am respectful to people's personal space. When I am not working, I enjoy a good workout, an exciting book and clean cooking/eating. If you're after an independent, financially stable and well mannered house-mate, you've found him!
Hi, I'm 23 years old and am very easy going and neat and tidy. I just finished my degree in Communication design and I play soccer. I like to enjoy a night out but also like staying in and watching movies, I enjoy walks, adventures and trying new things but also like staying at home and relaxing. My ideal roommate would also be very easy going and would want to have turns making dinner, and even going out together every once in a while but also like our space. Im fun, friendly and caring and want someone that has the same qualities as myself.
I like to make my place a home, I like participating in fun activities with my housemates. I listen to their issues and help them. Help out with chores (cleaning roster). I have a great sense of humor. I give my housemates space when they need it. Birthdays we surprise each other and Christmas like to give my housemates gifts and cook yummy treats. I am a third-year university at UWS student, originally from Tasmania. I moved to Sydney to be a live-in Au Pair (nanny). I love to explore different things in the city. I don't drink or smoke. not a party animal. I like quiet. On the weekends I like to go to the city-generally home by midnight. I don't have any pets. My lease expires on the 30th December- (happy to pay double rent if need be). I will be house sitting until the 27th December to the 6th January so I would move in the 6th January or 7th. I hope you will consider me, I know how daunting it is to have a new housemate move into your home. So feel free to ask me any questions.
I'm very easy-going Chinese girl. I'd love to meet people from everywhere. I've been traveling over 5months. I'd like to experience more. Now I've just got a job in Sydney. But I have my budget 150 pw, as i need to save some money. I'm very clean and I'd like to make my room tide.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
not smoker, very clean, quiet and organized. I am a mechanical engineer working full-time. I usually go to the gym after work and go out with my friends during the weekends. I work In Padstow so I am looking for a place around my job. Preferably looking for a place to share with one person.
I am currently working full time and am looking for a place with like minded individuals. I am looking for a pet friendly place as I have a kelpie who is house trained so a backyard would be great for him to run around! I also have a car so off street parking would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Not looking to move until Oct 2019 the earliest due to work travel. I'm a permanent full-time occupational therapist who is looking to move to a place closer to work (so that I can catch an extra 5 mins of sleep in the morning!). I love all things health, a passion of which has led me to where I am today - having recently reached a -50kg weight loss milestone and working in a job that I love! A fun fact about me: I used to run a university meme page for a living. 10/10 would recommend.
I’m a fairly easy going person. I’m fairly quiet and I’m clean and neat. I am very respectful and honest. I’m a 40 year old male and I’m moving to Sydney to be closer to my girl friend. We have been doing a long distance relationship for 2.5 years. I have obtained full time work in parramatta doing freedom of information and statutory interpretation work. I am legally qualified. I have been working since I was 15 years old so have a good work ethic. I’m happy to FaceTime or talk to owners and can be flexible with arrangements. I have my own car but will be looking to take public transport to work.
Hey, I'm Ivy! I'm a photographer & retoucher, with a love for all things creative (and furry!) Yes, that is my cat in the photo. His name is Xanax. I was born in Germany, but grew up between Brisbane and the US. Have been living in Sydney for the past 5 years. I'm appreciative of giving people their space and privacy, but also love a cheeky beer every now and then. I'm tidy and I'm well known wherever I go for sharing my baked goods... so if you hate cookies, brownies and caramel slice (or are on a strict sugar free diet), you probably don't want me as your housemate. I have a pet cat, his name is Xanax. He's super chill and loves to cuddle. He's turned cat haters into cat lovers, and loves sitting in the sun all day and snuggling next to you. Other interests include surfing, riding my motorcycle, baking desserts, drawing and tattoos!
Hi, I'm Brianna, I work full time at the RSPCA Sydney Shelter in Yagoona. Basically work 9-5 hours and work every second weekend. I'm relaxed, I respect other peoples space and privacy and keep shared living areas clean. I love animals and own a small 2yr old Miniature Schnauzer, she's housetrained and doesn't shed hair. I've lived in shared flats and houses over the past 5 years so I would love to find another place with like minded people :)
I'm a fun person who gets along easily with others. I tend to stay to myself a fair bit but also like chilling with people. I'm always up for a good night in with my housemates, cooking dinner for each other. I am respectful of your space and clean up after myself. I study engineering at UTS and work full time during the breaks so I am not home often. I do have a boyfriend who would probably stay some nights. I'm looking for a group of people to move into a house with me or to move into my house (lease is up soon and my current housemate is leaving), preferably with people around my age and I don't mind what genders. I have a Wifi contract that I would be looking to bring. I also have a netflix and stan account I'm willing to share.
I am a reliable, easy going, friendly young male currently seeking accomodation in Sydneys Inner West Suburbs. I am an osteopath by trade moving up to Sydney for a full time position in the greater west. I hope to be a positive addition to your household and would like to live with tidy housemates that are also of a reliable nature.

Hey, my name is Lachlan! I'm moving to Sydney to work full-time in Liverpool, I'm also studying my Master's part-time. I love hiking, mountain bike riding, cooking, and drinking wine. I'm outgoing and love a good chat, but I also respect privacy and love to rewind after the day by watching tv and having a glass of red. I have plenty of experience living in a sharehouse, and would prefer to live with others who appreciate a clean home. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Seeking a female housemate (aged mid-20s or 30s) to share a 2-bedroom townhouse or unit in the Liverpool/Holsworthy region! I'm a secondary teacher at a Christian school, in my late 20s, currently house-searching to lease a 2-bedroom townhouse or unit in the Moorebank/Holsworthy/Casula or Milperra area - expected starting from late January/early February. Expected rent about $210-$220 per week, per person. I'm keen to find a housemate who likes a tidy, quiet and friendly environment, works 'office' hours, and appreciates building some community in her household (eg. family and friends over as part of weekly/fortnightly routine). In a "team up", I will provide fridge, TV, couch, washing machine, dining table etc. You will need your own bedroom furniture. If we "team up", of course I will happily include your input in the house-searching! You can be a co-tenant on the lease if desired. I am also open to moving in with someone already in a 2-bedroom property, if the right place comes along!
