Hey there I am looking for a place to rent anywhere from Mt Gravatt to Salisbury. I do security work most days Monday to Friday starting early in the morning, I am flexible with my length of stay if we all get on and everything is cool I'm open to staying longer. I keep myself busy by going on hiking trips, earning extra money, reading, cooking, yoga, TV and being out and about when I can. I'm also keen on finding a gym bro I enjoy having a laugh with my roommates but I am also respectful of peoples privacy and quite time also i'm great when it comes to keeping the place clean and ill never leave dishes soaking for days on end. If you think we can get along and share some fun times shoot me a message
Hey! A little about me... I'm in my 3rd year of a psychology degree at Griffith Uni (Mt Gravatt campus). I'll be starting honours next year which I'm pretty excited about! I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing home where I can recharge and chill. I'm a friendly person with a good sense of humour who enjoys a chat and a laugh, but I usually like to quietly do my own thing when I'm at home. I tend to spend lots of time in my room studying! (Super exciting, I know!) For fun, I perform improvised theatre which I've been doing for a year. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. I'm also allergic to cats, so I sadly have to avoid homes with cats in them. :( I'm a respectful, considerate, and reliable person who always pays the rent/bills on time and tidies up after myself.
Hi, I'm from Thailand but I can speak fluent English. I lived in Brisbane before (for 4 years) and now just move back in. I have friends and family that I can fully rely on but I just want to be independent. I'm flexible and not a very loud person. I don't smoke. I can drink but not as much (I have low alcohol tolerance and developing allergies, so I usually don't drink more than 2 glasses) I think I'm pretty easy going and at the same time confronting. So, if there's anything on my mind, I would most likely to sort it out maturely. And vice versa, I will take comments and find our middle. For fun, I usually read, watch youtube, workout, or just go out to have a walk. I do painting sometimes but that hobby comes and go.
Doing my Masters at Griffith University and working full time so chances are I will be away for 3 days. When I'm not however, I like to cook, read, and practice piano which I recently started and trying to teach myself. I don't smoke, or drink often. I'm pretty neat person and like to be organized, and prefer to maintain the house I live in accordingly. I keep it to myself generally, but always up for a chat and night out, to know the city and people in it more.
Hi there! I'm a 2017 highschool graduate from Cairns and moved to Brisbane 5 months ago to study at Griffith University :) I am currently looking for a new place to live! :) I love sport and I absolutely love my friends and family! I often like to go out and explore different areas and I'm not afraid to experience and learn new and different things! I also love meeting new people and am always up for a chat! I do love my friends and like to be out-and-about and social on the off occasion, but you will most likely find me studying, reading a book or watching a movie - I do love my downtime. I am a respectable, quiet person who generally keeps to themselves but still enjoys interacting with different people. I like to keep myself presentable (most of the time except for when I wake up and look like a zombie) as well as keeping the areas around me clean. I am an extremely excitable person and have an overall bubbly personality but I also know boundaries and when to be respectable :) I love eating watermelon and am a full-time dog patter and animal lover!
I am living In Brisbane to study a double degree ( Forensic science/ Criminology and criminal justice) at Griffith University, I am clean, tidy, respectable, friendly and highly organised. I enjoy live music, art, good food, gardening and spending time in nature. As I am unfortunately wihtout car, I would prefer to live as close to GU as possible, or within a short walk of direct access public transort. I would enjoy a spacious house with my own bathroom and a garden and/or balcony as I lived alone for 6 years prior to moving to Brisbane to study. I am from tropical north queensland. I have my own bedroom furniture (bed, bedsides, 2 bookshelves and stiudy desk and chair) as well as a fridge. I am hoping to find a place that can accommodate this and hence is unurnished, Thanks. 😊
I'm quiet, clean and tidy, also respectful of others privacy. I work afternoon and night shifts and sleep during the day and spend some nights away for work. When not working I am studying for a uni degree i'll be doing next year studying 3d animation.
I'm a Taiwanese student (Mandarin speaking background) going to study in Brisbane, and I've been staying in Gold Coast for 1 year. I’m a student now studying diploma about child care, and going to have my cer 4 and bachelor in Brisbane, so I’ll have a few days for school then have part time jobs. Also I prefer to watch anime and some other interesting videos while on my free time, so it’s great to have flat mates with the same hobby like that! I will always spontaneously clean the area I’ve been at, so I prefer to share the flat with somebody who's also clean. (at least not to leave the food scrap on the table or sofa, and not to leave the cutlery unwashed in the sink!) I will spend my next first 6 months around Tafe South Bank then start my uni (KG, QUT) at July; however I’m not familiar with the suburbs of Brisbane, so firstly I’d like to find a place near the southbank train station.
I'm a professional athlete so I train 2-3 times a day 6 days a week away from home. When I'm not training I'm probably asleep or resting my body in one way or another. Not a partier, so fairly quite and not interested in a party house; that ship has sailed for me fortunately. Very focused so need somewhere reasonably relaxed and tindy. I'm clean and domesticated, i don't smoke but 420 friendly not much bothers me each to their own, there isnt much I havnt seen. Very friendly and easy to talk to :) I do have a 1.5 year old English staffy who loves absolutely everyone and everything. He's an outside dog but does sleep on his bed in my room of a night time; doesn't need a big yard as he runs with me of a morning and sleeps the remainder of the day but some type of outdoor area would be handy as I'd rather him not be inside...he is a dog after all. Open to all suggestions hopefully we are the flat mates for you :)
I am neat and tidy. I look after my animals. I pay bills on time. Great to sit down and have wine and cheese with. Chill and watch lots of shows. My small cat and little dog are loveable and super cute.
Hi, I'm a 34 year old Canadian moving to Brisbane to study at TAFE. Although my studies start in February I'm hoping to move around mid December or early January. I'm a social person, with a diverse range of interests. I'm always mindful of the others I'm living with and don't make much noise in the house. I'm very tidy and will pitch in around the house to make sure it is clean. I plan on working part time during my studies, but also receive a pension from the Canadian government, so you can be assured rent will be paid on time, every time. My son lives in Noosa, so I will be gone most weekends to visit him. If I find a place that allows him to stay overnight on occasion that would be awesome, but if not I have other arrangements in place.
Tidy, respectful, pay bills on time, like a laugh and a chat, don't mind cooking as long as you clean up. Pretty much a loner keep to myself in my room. I'm currently in Insurance at Eight mile plains working 5 days a week sometimes more afternoon shift. Love to hang with roomies for coffee or meal or movie.
I am tidy & respectful. I work full time, Monday - Friday so will only be home from 3pm onwards. I have a 2 year old son who I see every weekend so I won’t be home during the day. I enjoy a conversation from time to time, however I also know personal space. I’m a non-smoker, not big on parties & a genuine guy. Preferably something close to a train station as I rely on public transport.

I'm looking for a self contained grannyflat or studio in the suburbs that I have listed. I'm simply a nice person. I am not a wild party person so you be sure there will be no issue with neighbors. I'm out most of the time as I'm a busy person. Please contact me if you have a self contained grannyflat or studio for me to rent (no share house!). Anytime around November is when I'm looking to move in

I am an international student studying Finance and International Business at Griffith University Nathan Campus also working part-time. I am looking to move out of my current residence as it is too congested ATM. I am very flexible and laid back, can adjust to any environment and crowd.
Just arrived back in the country from a working holiday in Canada. Only able to afford places with two weeks bond max or payg atm. I am quiet and stick to myself a lot, but am not afraid to be sociable. Not into big parties etc or having people over. Hi I am from hong kong and currently studying chemistry at qut. I am a friendly and sporty person and always looking for new friends. I am also a good cook, will be happy to share some delicious cuisine with you :P
I am hoping to find someone who is reliable and can clean up after themselves. The last person I was renting with was a nightmare lol. I enjoy my space but don't mind a bit of a chat. I work late 2pm-10pm 5 days a week, then gym early mornings or after work usually. I have a 5yr old boy, who I have with me once a fortnight on the weekends.
