Would love to hear from you, pretty flexible with rent prices so please just ask.
Hey Guys :-) Easy going mid 30s guy here (although I don't look it or feel it) my current lease is ending and I am Looking to relocate to the Gold Coast as I scored a job down here and the travel to and from Brisbane is getting a bit much so looking to move closer. I work two jobs in hospitality and I have a fairly quiet easy going lifestyle. When I'm busy I'm very rarely around (probably a quick hello and sleep and back at work). I do a bit of acting/extra work on the side so living on the GC would be a big advantage When I'm not busy I like to Netflix and chill with a good glass of wine. I am also a keen traveler and sometimes go away weekends. I also work for a pop convention so i travel interstate a bit. I'm friendly, easy going and would like to share a house with someone of a similar nature! Ive had a look at a few places but i havent found anywhere suitable yet, I don't want to rush and move into something that i won't like down the track. Hopefully i'll find something suitable soon :)
My name is Kurt and I'm 26 years old (turning 27 in May, 2017). I was born in the north of England, but moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in California when I was 5 years old, and have resided in California ever since. I earned my bachelors degree in kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California in 2014. I am moving to the Gold Coast in order to pursue my doctorate degree in physiotherapy at Bond University. The earliest I will be available to move in will be mid to late April, and I want to move in by the 1st of May at the latest. Some of the things I enjoy most in life are exercise and wellness, watching sports (favorites are rugby, american football, and basketball) traveling, outdoor activities (everything from playing competitive sports to relaxing on the beach), music (just about every genre), trying new things, getting outside of my comfort zone, and meeting new people. I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert; I thrive in social settings and love to get out and explore new places with new people, however, at times I like to keep to myself. I enjoy cooking so I am definitely looking for a living situation with a full kitchen that I would be welcomed to use. I clean up after myself, and I'm very easy going and can get along with almost any personality type when it comes to living situations. My ideal living situation would be one that is conducive to the rigorous demands of studying for an intensive post-graduate degree, with people who know how to have a good time and enjoy socializing when it is appropriate. I am looking to rent for at least 4-6 months at the minimum, and if I really like the living situation, I am open to renting for longer. I'm looking forward to finding my new home in the Gold Coast, and meeting some new, amazing people!
Chef, work split shifts, You would hardly see me. 3 Children, none of whom would be coming to stay with me. Clean, tidy and definitely appreciative of other people and their belongings. Work fulltime in Mudgereeba. Generally have my "weekend" in the middle of the week.
So I've just moved to the beautiful gold coast in search of new opportunities and new adventures. I currently work part time in merrimac but im looking to move closer to the city or possibly robina to find full time work. I'm friednly, down to earth, clean and have never had a problem in a previous sharehouse. The only quarrel I've had is how much i play my music (but dont worry its great music and I've since discovered earphones).Love animals so i have no problems with pets I'm looking to live with likeminded people who are sociable but also respect each others privacy, preferably people under 30 and people who are clean. Feel free to send me a message and ill get back to you ASAP as im looking to move in the next week or two :)
Hi guys! I'm 22 years old and a current psych student at Griffith university. I'm often quite busy as I also work part-time and volunteer at a school in Varsity. During my down time I'm either studying, relaxing with a good movie or book, or hanging out with friends. I'm not really into the partying scene but don't mind a drink every now and then. I'm really easy going and am looking for some roommates that aren't afraid to have a chat every now and then but also value personal space. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a very tidy and clean person and very easy to get along with. I am highly respectable to others living in the same house as being a Medical student I do appreciate a friendly and quiet atmosphere. I like to keep a healthy lifestyle where I enjoy going to the gym and playing tennis. I will initially be moving in by myself; however, in October my fiancée from Canada will be moving in with me (if all goes to plan). He will be completing his pHD and will be away travelling a lot as his on the professional tour playing tennis. I look forward in hearing from you :) Camilla

I'm clean, tidy and conscientious of others. I'm fairly easy going and friendly. I enjoy fitness, food, exploring, travel and dining out. Hey there! I'm about to start studying medicine at bond and looking for a place to call home. I'm easy going and would love a happy balance between socialising and having our own space. I love the beach, occasionally doing some light exercise, going out for breakfast and definitely enjoy a bit of trash TV. If this sounds like something you could get on board with, let me know!
Hello future roomies 🤗 I'm a fun, loving and very respectful gal who's looking for a pet friendly home for myself and my three furbabies - two cats and a dog ❤️ They are well behaved little treasures who are full of love, just like their mumma 😂😍I'm not a massive party animal (anymore 😋) as these days I'm more focused on my health and well being, but still absolutely love getting a little cray-zay sometimes 🙃. Would love to hear from you. ✌🏼️
Hey! I've been living out of home by myself for the past 5 months and have easily decided that i do not like living alone haha. Hi everyone! My name is Monique, I'm 22 years old and working as a receptionist in Broadbeach. I'm currently looking for a place to call home. I am very friendly and down to earth. I love writing, cooking, reading, binge watching tv series and leading a healthy lifestyle (as much as possible haha). I'm hoping to find like minded roomates that are flexible and okay with me having friends over. I am looking for a room that will have enough space for a queen size bed and a desk as I will start studying in July. I currently only have my own mattress but would like to buy my own bedroom furniture once I move in. My budget is a maximum of $200 including bills and unlimited internet. I have lived in share houses before and am very respectful of space and privacy. I'm also happy to be social at times :) I need somewhere by April 7th or even a few days later if I have to wait for the perfect place. Please get in contact if you have a room for me. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi future housemates! I'm Thuy-Vi and Sydney has been my playground for the past two years; originally from humble Brisbane, and now ready to move back to sunny QLD. I'm looking to start this move early April. I am looking for housemates who are respectful, warm and sociable - housemates to share a house in which to create a home that we all look forward to coming back to after a long day at work! Enjoying a cup of tea or an ice cold beer together are qualities that I also highly look for in a housemate - just kidding! (Not a huge necessity, I guess..) I appreciate cleanliness and those who are aware of keeping communal areas clean and tidy, so if you're not big on cleaning up after yourself and you leave your food scraps in the kitchen sink, the rubbish bin full, and leave the bathroom a wet mess, sorry, I'm not your gal! I also appreciate puppies, so a dog (or three) in the household would heavily influence my decision - yep, I'm the girl that stops mid-conversation to point out that a dog has walked past! I would love a housemate who doesn't mind lazing on the couch with me or go out for a nice meal together, but also one who is respectful of down time, and recharging their batteries with 'me time'. The idea of exploring and adventure excites me just as much as lounging around at home. If you are all about balance/if your current place and housemates are all about balance, please do let me know and we can meet over some tea/coffee to chat :)
Hey there- I'm Jess! I'm a sociable, friendly, tidy person who loves being outdoors and exploring, so you won't find me home much! I work casually and study full time at Griffith on the Gold Coast. I have a beautiful little dog Wiggle who's very sweet and friendly- and totally ball obsessed! I have lived in a lot of share houses in the past so understand the importance of respecting personal space and property, keeping things clean and sharing the housework load. Looking for a happy house mid April I'd prefer to bring my own furniture, but happy to negotiate! Thanks!
I love to travel, love the beach, love music, love to cook, and can fix just about anything. Clean, honest, respectful, social drinker
I keep to myself. Work full time am tidy, respectful and friendly. Have recently been living in North Queensland. Transfer back to the Gold Coast for work. Have tenants im my property. Am looking for long term rental 6 months or more. Am active, love roller skating and enjoy the beach.
Doing a bachelor of science at griffith, I'm clean and respectful of other people's space. If you feel like having a beer and a chat or ordering food and watching something, I'm always keen, otherwise will mostly keep to myself. Not a party animal but I'll occasionally bring a mate over.
*Not available until end of April* Hello! I'm a 21 year old, currently finishing off my last 6 months at Bond University, studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. I'm originally from Perth, and have already booked my graduation trip to South America for September! I currently work part-time in an office, and am usually at university studying, so will be out of the house most days. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy (and am more than happy to join the chore roster) - my usual practice is to cook big meals on the weekend and freeze them during the week, but I adore baking and making dessert. I usually make way too much and would be really pleased if you'd help me eat them, if only so I can use you as a guinea pig as to what to do different next time. I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it - I usually don't bring people back, and probably won't want to throw a party at home, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I've been living with my current housemate since April 2015, and our lease is ending in April this year (2017) and she's moving back to Brisbane, so I'm looking for another sharehouse hopefully that is happy to have me until the end of August 2017. I am happy to join the lease or not, and am happy to pay bond or not.
I'm moving up from Melbourne and I will be studying my Masters in Secondary Teaching online. I've got a job as a swim teacher in Bundall lined up. I'm easy going, fun and chilled out. I obviously like swimming, but I also like travelling, dining out and going for walks/hikes. I'm looking for my own furnished room i.e. has a bed :P
I am a genuine, nice person, trustworthy, clean and tidy, respectful of others, quiet but appreciate good company, cook well and like to share a meal. I would respect and look after your place as if it was my own. I work full time in the tourism sector and expected to go off on frequent short business trips during the summer season. I live with my partner in Samford Valley, but it is too far to commute daily to my new job, hence the need for accommodation there. I start on a new position on 20th March in Robina and am looking to rent in a sharehouse in the region for at least 6 months to 1 year. I am interested in a furnished bedroom with own bathroom in a good nice safe house with decent people, hopefully of similar age and interests, I would be feeling comfortable with. I smoke, but mostly outdoors as I don't much like having the smoke in the house and I have a little adored pet as a companion for these last 9 years, a Yorkie terrier, Jolly, who I d like to have with me most of the time as my work schedule allows, so my potential housemates should be comfortable with and loving dogs.
I am currently in management training at McDonalds Burleigh Heads. Very tidy, quiet and considerate I like to go to the beach, local cafes and restaurants with friends. Not a party girl- non smoker
Just about to graduate from Uni but looking to spend the rest of the year on the coast exploring! Very easy going girl who loves a wine and the company of good friends. Clean and tidy is my forte and I work full-time. Don't hesitate to message me!
Hi I work full time in banking, I'm newish to the gc so I'm always up for socialising to meet new people but I still respect one's personal space. I try to lead a healthy lifestyle through gym and and sport.
I work full time and do promotions on the weekends. I am clean, quiet and easy to get along with I am barely ever home so you won't hear a peep ☺️
Moving to Queensland from Melbourne, to study Medicine at Bond Uni. I am easy going, happy and friendly, enjoy socialising and having a drink with friends. Looking forward to making the most of the beach and exploring the area :) I also enjoy playing tennis, golf and pilates classes. I will be spending a lot of time at Uni and studying, so would prefer to live with like-minded students. I am a respectful housemate, like to keep living areas clean and clean up after myself. Would like to make good friendships with housemates and overall just enjoy our time at home :)
Hi! I'm Paul, or Paweł in Polish as You prefer. I'm moving to Gold Coast to work and study. I'm 24 yo. You could say I'm a fit person, but i just like to train (gym, running, bjj, boxing). I love reading books and traveling! I like to party too, but in home I prefer to get some rest. If its possible I can stay even for one year. I'm able to cook, clean, and do other house works :) So, see you!
Hi! My name is Keisha and I am currently studying Event Management at SCU. I am an easy going person who is very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also value my own space. I normally keep to myself and am more than willing to put in my share of household duties. I an enjoy a night out every now and then on weekends but am not looking for a party house. When I'm not at uni I have a part-time job. I am not too fussy where I am located, just not any higher than Broadbeach. Looking for other clean and tidy people to share a quiet house with. :)
Hi I have just moved over from Perth to finish my studies in psychology. I am vert clean and tidy, dedicated to my studies (so can keep to myself), but friendly and enjoy a chat and a few drinks every second weekend or so. I have lived in a house share for a number of years now, so understand the dynamic of these kinds of things. I have a beautiful fur baby named Mia who i will want to come with me. She is a very well trained 18 month old pup who i make sure keeps busy on constant walks and beach trips. Interested in living close to the beach and bond university. Open to many different options, however general cleanliness and dog loving households are my main priorities.
