Hey there! My names max. I'm just looking for a place to stay while I work and train. Im very healthy and fit, love going to the gym and doing MMA. I'm very easy to get along with and I generally just pickup straight after myself so no one has to worry about my messes and I like to cook up healthy meals to have during the week and I don't mind cooking for others. Really looking for some likeminded healthy, but laid back people to spend some time around while I make bank for my training camp in Canada. Im no party animal these days, but I have no problems socializing and having some drinks, I'll never say no to the Bavarian beer cafe. Mostly, with the time I have at home, I'll be drawing, gaming (streaming down the track) and straightout resting from training and work. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Really easy going, clean and tidy. I am really busy between work, sport, studies, gym, etc. I like doing my own thing but I also love socialising. I have my own bedroom furniture so ideally am after an unfurnished room.
Hey! My name is Vanessa, I'm studying full time a bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Counselling and looking for a place to call home for a year or so until I finish my degree. I'm laid back but extroverted so always up for a chat if you are! I'm clean, compassionate, fun loving, really enjoy cooking when I have the time, am a freelanced artist and before starting Uni was a private art teacher. I love the outdoors and music is also one of my passions. I grew up in Brisbane, have travelled heaps, lived in Sydney for four years and now I'm back in the motherland doing my degree. I have a Christian faith, but I'm not judgy and not into evangelising. I will be really busy with Uni commitments, Prac placements, work and trying to fit in a social life so I may seems like a bit of a ghost from time to time. Im not a drinker, smoker nor do drugs and would prefer to live with others who share similar interests of a healthy and wellness lifestyle. For fun I like to go on hikes with my boyfriend, go camping, surfing, travel, pretty much anything outdoors. I like an active social life, so catching up with my friends is important for me! Well that's me in a nutshell. Hit me up if you think I'd be a good candidate for your house-family. Cheers!
Looking for a master bedroom/ ensuite for us to move into late February. We're both clean, fun, outgoing people but also enjoy our personal space. We work during the week & have the weekends off either down the beach or having a chill drink. Ideally we'd like to be close to the bus way so it's convenient for work/uni!
I'm relaxed, clean, respectful and hard working :-) I'm looking to find a room which will be suitable to spend plenty of time in studying, as I am a second year nursing student (Logan Griffith). I have my own bedroom furnishings including a Queen bed, 1 x chest of drawers, a desk and some other smaller items. I have secure permanent part time employment, as well as my full time study. I don't have any pets, and I'm not a party kind of person but love great company and sharing an occasional household meal.
I'm easy going, love to laugh, little bit of a nerd but sociable, enjoy going out with friends but am introverted so I need some recharge time. I was brought up to be considerate so I do my best to ensure I don't frustrate anybody. I've just graduated with a Bachelor of I.T. in Software Development, but my previous background was in Graphic Design. I've got a job lined up in the city which starts mid February. I'm currently living on the northern part of the Gold Coast, which is where I originally grew up. I love watching movies, playing video games, learning new things (like languages, philosophy, science) and hanging with friends.
I am a quiet, clean and considerate person. I have worked full time as a musician for the last 4 years locally and internationally and also do some part-time administration work. I have 3 pet cockatiels (sharing one cage) that I look after and that need to be able to come to my new home. I would also like a place with sufficient storage space for my music gear. a Granny flat would be great! I look forward to hearing from you!
I am 29 and currently overseas travelling. I gave up my lease of an extra nice townhouse in order to travel. Now I need a room for when I return. I have a 5 year old son starting school and we would share a room together. He is well behaved and very clever. He also loves vacuuming. I also study and work at university in the city. My son will go to his fathers on weekends. I don't drink or smoke.
Clean, reliable, teacher, keep to myself and I am easy to get along with. Love to move and live in a beautiful home with fantastic people.
I am moving form Townsville, North QLD to Brisbane in late January 2017 to study. I am very tidy and chilled out and looking to live with similar types. Hoping to make some decent friends and get to know some people who can help me get to know Brisbane too.
Hey my name is Andrew and I'm super tidy and clean, will always clean up after myself, I like spending time with others as well as myself, I will not cause any fights or problems, I'm easy going and I am great to get to know, I'm from the sunshine coast, and I love gaming and hanging out and getting to know new people. I'm just looking for a temporary place to sort out myself
Hi, My name is Tito, I am a bond cleaner for the DHA, do part time hours but still work casual. I don't smoke, do drugs, drink or party. My hobbies and main source of motivation are reading, hand held consoles and walking. I like animals, though I have none of my own. I clean up after myself, am autonomous and like to chat, but will not be in the way of others. Thanks for reading!
We are moving to Brisbane on the 18th of Jan. We are looking and applying for jobs now and will be continuing. (both will be on unemployment from Centrelink) until we find jobs. We are both easy going and very friendly. We are pretty quiet, polite and we are neat and tidy. We both don't smoke or do drugs. We do drink on the occasional event however. I am (Rebecca) 18 years and Ethan is 19 years old.
Hey guys! My partner, dog and I are planning to move out and we would love someone to move in with us. About us: G'day, my name is Penny Higginbotham, I am a 23 year old female and am studying a bachelor of international tourism and hotel management. I play a lot of volleyball (indoor and beach) and I also reff and coach indoor volleyball. I also work part time as a kids swimming instructor. I have a beautiful 3 year old malamute cross german shepard called Mishka, she is absolutely amazing and she was originally acquired as an emotional support animal. I am in a long term relationship with Lachlan who is a 19 year old male. Lachlan is currently undertaking math components at university in order to study an engineering course. Lachy is currently seeking employment, he loves a good gaming session and he may be 19 but he has a soul of a 60 year old. We promise to never make you feel like a third wheel, we behave a lot more like mates than a couple. We are currently looking at places in the suburbs listed. Some of our prerequisits are: House related: Must be less than 20 minute drive to Griffith's Nathan campus Must have 3 bedrooms (of course) Must have 2 bathrooms (can be 1 bathroom + ensuite) Penny requires the master bedroom in order to fit her king size bed and Mishka Must be fully fenced People related: We're not able to live with anyone who smokes (cigarettes and other) We're not able to live with anyone who partakes in any other form of drugs Must be ok with Penny not wearing pants around the house (I promise to always wear undies though) Some of our preferences are: Built in wardrobes in rooms Males to move in with us (it's fine if you're a female, as long as you're ok with me not wearing pants 95% of the time - I always wear briefs though!) No other pets (Mishka does get along with other animals but it is preferable that she is the only animal) Basically we want to live in a house that isn't gross, that's fair right? I've got a number of house inspections booked during this week, if you are interested, please message me and you're more than welcome to come along. Also message me if you would like to meet either myself or myself and lachlan or even myself, lachlan and mishka. Looking forward to hearing from you! Penny
My partner and I are very quiet keep to ourselves, his a Brickie apprentice and I'm studying and looking for work, we are quite happy to do our own thing or hang out with others, we like to have our best friend and her baby come visit, we are shy when it comes to new people but will open up as we get to know you. I play netball on Monday nights and can sometimes get home late, this would be our first experience with share housing so we are not to sure what to expect. We have a turtle in a small cage and to small lizards that love to run around and play. They don't take up much room.
We have a small puppy who loves cuddles. We both work and study full time so we wouldn't be around too much. Ideally we are looking for a granny flat but we are open to sharing with another couple or single. I study design and my partner studies media comms. We are friendly, clean and like a few drinks on the weekend.

I am a 23 yr old girl living in Brisbane, working full time. I will never go to the gym with you but I am always down for an adventure. Pretty independent and happy to chill in my room but also pay for Stan and make a mean cheese board if you want to hang out. Can cook, can clean, can't resist a wine. Not in a gang, no crazy ex, and if you do meet my friends I promise you get used to them :)
I'm clean, reliable, quiet and easy to get along with. I work weekdays 7 to 5pm. Looking to move in late January 2017.
I'm a clean, intuitive individual who loves socialising as much as I love my own time. I would love to live in a share house with people around my own age, preferably students. I'm currently studying Business and Psychological Science at Griffith, about to start my third year. I currently work at an architecture printing shop in Slacks Creek. I also have a ute, and have a passion for driving; so if you ever need anything moved, or just need a lift, I'm always happy to help. My hobbies include: Game of Thrones, movie watching, working out, playing PlayStation; all the usual 20-year-old male things. I get along well with women and have lived with them before, and respect the privacy and rules of other housemates, as much as I expect them to respect mine. I'm 6 foot 3, and love working out, but also love pizza. You do the math. If you need furniture moved, or a spider killed (or moved), I'm your guy. I currently live in a share house in Holland Park. I love the location, and to a degree, the house, but my housemates don't seem to understand the value of a clean house, hence why I'm here :)
Hi I'm a respectful and super clean and tidy guy, transitioning between selling and buying my next house (should be move ready in April, possibly sooner). Looking for potential team ups in advance. I'm friendly and active, I play Tennis, go running and gym. Love a nice weekend coffee and breakfast out, cooking. Hoping to team up with someone similar, would love to meet new friends out of the experience also. An undercover or garage spot would be highly regarded.
My name is Lauren and I'm looking for a little more independance as I currently live at home. I'm looking for ladies-only properties, sorry gentlemen! I work full-time in a permanent position in Mansfield as a Client Services Officer with a school photography company. I'm a non-smoker and have no pets, I can't cook unless I have a recipe but I can clean, do laundry, and handle finances! If I'm moving into a place, it must be clean and well-maintained. I can't deal with places that need repairing, renovation or have pest issues. Sorry if it sounds a bit harsh but if I have to downgrade and deal with bad hygeine while paying the same rent I do at home, then what's the point of moving? For fun I love to go to the movies, see theatre shows, and get coffee. There's so many places in Brisbane to get coffee ❤️ I'd love to get to know you!
Hi, my name is Rose. I'm a 22 year old student currently completing a post grad in Senior Music Education. My partner is 28 years old and works full time as a quantity surveyor in Brisbane city. We're both easy to get along with and are respectful of our housemates and the house itself. Please don't hesitate to message me to find out more!
Hey guys, Im currently studying a Bachelor of Music at QUT. Id say I'm pretty easy going and if I'm not at uni or studying love to go out and explore and do things! Looking to get some work/gigs playing in restaurants etc next year. Come from a Christian household but always up for a drink or two and some good chats :) 20 yrs old, would love to meet girls around the same age. Also want housemates that are more than just housemates, somewhere that feels like home. I'm clean and friendlyyy xx
So my name is lachlan and im a university student at the nathan campus. I am currently looking for a house to rent with my girlfriend that is located within around 10mins to university. Obviously we are looking for a place that conveniently located, busses and shops. 4 main things -we have a dog named mishka she is around 3 years old. if you love dogs you will love her to death. -my gf requires an en suite due to mishka and her king bed -you dont need to worry about us being all gross and yucky as a couple and you will never feel like a third wheel. this is due to me being an ACE. - the 6months i only a security measure in case the living situation becomes unfavourable for any reason ect. construction work next door. If all remains sweet than a year is fine. my gf has made a way more detailed list of stuff so please go check that out if you are interested. https://flatmates.com.au/F1701905 ps. so basically we need someone to move in with in around mid january. and i forgot to mention no drugs or smoking. weve both had bad experiences with both. cheers lachlan. pps. if you have any questions just chuck me or penny a message.
Hello! My name is Maurice. I am a 42 year old professional (software engineer and business owner), looking for share accommodation either close to the city, or on the southside (near Sunnybank/Eight Mile Plains). I am quiet, tidy, and very respectful of other people's ways. I do like to socialise, and I'm always up for a meal and a chat if you want. At times, though, I can be quite busy (with work and family). If you're looking for someone to party with every night, I am not the person for you. I am a light social drinker, have never done drugs, and I am looking for a house that is completely smoke free. I try to live a healthy lifestyle (I do ashtanga yoga twice a week), and I'm a bit of a foodie (I'll be bring a sous vide machine with me). Having said that, I currently live near Sunnybank and there's a lot of great restaurants around here!
We are a couple, I am 33years old Australian and, my partner is 37 years old Japanese. I work casual and study full time and she works. We are both non smokers, easy going, respectful, quiet and clean. We are interested in a place to stay long term. Thank you
Hi, My name is Emily, I’m 18 and going to start university at Griffith next year. I currently work 25-30 hours a week, will have no issue covering bills. Will be rarely home, but when home quite happy to have a chat and get to know the awesome people id be living with. I have lived at two share houses before, so I do have a few references or anything that’s required. If you do have any questions, I can be reached on my phone Thank you
I'm currently training at a Academy and will not be home during the days, train and play rugby outside of this so will be away during some nights and weekends as well. Recently moved to Brisbane from NSW, all Australian, love meeting new people and having conversations, sense of humour and worth taking the risk to get to know. Clean and organised, more then happy to share and cleaning or labouring duties needed around the house, plenty of fun to be had and life to live, so lets move in together :)
My name is Tesa, I'm a 27 year old who works full time at Woolworths Distribution Centre. I'm a easy going person who loves to work and enjoy working out. I'm a neat and clean person.
Im a young student, trying to finish my studying. I've been living out of home for a while now with a friend and her family but as to recent change I decided to move out. I'm pretty quiet but I do like to go out with friends on weekends sometimes it even just go out to lunch or movies find something to do. I have a friendly personality so I like to get along with everyone plus I'm the funny one in the group. I don't have a problem with helping around the house and having a friendly chat with you. I'm very independent and have been for a while now. It is my first time moving out officially as I've always lived with friends and their parents but from doing that I've picked up a lot of life skills.
Hey, My name is Jasmine and I'm a 26 year old, fifth year law student. I'm pretty relaxed and out going which confuses people when I say that I study law full time and I work part time. I do study a lot but in my free time I play tennis, sing and play the cello, go to dance class, and hang out with friends. I'm looking to live in a responsible, clean and mature household with people who have similar interests to me, broadly speaking. It would be nice to live with other active people who wouldn't mind hanging out and conversing over a drink now and then. I'm not really a fan of pets or smoking and I am not a vegetarian. If this all sounds intriguing send me a message and we can go from there. Jasmine
Hi there! We are two brothers looking either way for a master room for sharing or two rooms in the same house. We are from Colombia, we are full-time students and part-time workers. We are pretty easy going, we know how to respect when it comes to other cultures and religions.
Hey guys, My lease runs out in the first week of February and I am looking for a new place to live. I would prefer to try an apartment or townhouse, something with a bit more security. I am studying law so am spend a lot of time studying. I work part time and travel to visit my Mum quite a bit in NSW. She has heaps of cool animals that we could visit! I'm a pretty chatty person but also like my space.
I'm a happy, vibrant person commencing studies in Nursing. My best friend is my 6 yr old female Moodle dog. I am rarely home with my own car. Only looking to share with you if you are a young female in a pet-friendly house
Ex-nurse, responsible, quiet-ish, clean, tidy, non-smoker, rarely use alcohol, not into parties. Spend most time on my computer so often up late (build my own, btw). Volunteer work 2 days/wk, sometimes more - up at 5:30 (dep. on location/bus). Own bedding, kitchen stuff, and a lot of books (~20 boxes - need dry secure storage, perhaps stacked against garage wall). Play quiet classical/Spanish guitar sometimes. Like to use incense and candles occasionally (fire alarms ?!), but it's not a must. Happy to help around house/garden. Get along well with young children and pets. Prefer place where shoes are left at the door, and cleanliness & tidyness (esp. in kitchen area!) is a stated requirement (if in share accom). Prefer all-inclusive rent (ie, incl bills and net access [net access is important!]) for room in family home (ideally), or share accommodation, long term.
Hey there!!! Full-time postgraduate student looking for a new place to call home. Very easy going and always happy to have a chat. Respect other's privacy and expect the same from them. Love music, movies and watching sports on tv and always up for a beer or two. Umm Don't really mind living with guys or girls just hoping to find a chilled atmosphere to live in. Really tidy and organized, so looking for a place that is clean and not too noisy, includes all the bills and has a FAST INTERNET.
I'm a recently engaged Christian man who is quiet, courteous, tidy, clean, reliable, good sense of humour who has a steady full time job of 5 years. I'm looking to find an affordable residence for myself and future wife. Thank you, Michael
I'm a 49yo divorced male who needs to find a sharehouse by the end of the month. I'm clean, reliable, & always on time with the rent. Football (soccer) fan. Currently living at Macgregor, & would prefer something close but will consider anywhere. My budget for rent is $180. Currently paying $165. Was made redundant a while back, so I am unemployed, but it's not contagious. Starting Work for the Dole this week. Looking for good people who enjoy a chat, but respect personal boundaries.
I am friendly but quiet, a focused student. I study forensic science and criminology.
I will be studying carpentry at TAFE. I am easygoing guy that loves to have a chat. I am looking for a place for myself, but my lady will probably visit time to time(she lives in Brazil) and so she wont stay for long. I am happy to pay a little extra when she comes.
Hi my name is Jess, I'm 26 years old and am looking for a pet friendly share house. I have just completed my studies in psychology and will resume working again this year. I am looking for a somewhat large sized room as I like to paint and do creative things. Some of my interests include yoga, squash, movies, beach, reading and dancing. I have a healthy lifestyle and do not smoke, and am also living a vegan lifestyle (do not eat meat and avoid animal products). I have an 8 year old german shepherd and his name is Dewey. He is a rescue dog and I have had him for three years. He sleeps all day and night but also gets two walks a day. He is house trained and has never destroyed anything or done his business inside. He is also a great protection dog and will bark if somebody is at the door. Dewey is very loyal and will generally not leave the premises even if the gate is left open. He is quiet but likes to keep an eye on things when he is not sleeping. For myself and Dewey, there will be a few requirements for the place that would suit us best. It would be preferable if there are: - no cats - dogs are ok - Dewey stays inside - fully fenced yard - pantry and kitchen space for food and cooking - decent sized bedroom - and if possible with a wardrobe or storage space The move date is flexible, I'm not in a rush and the price of $150 is also approximate.
Hi I'm dan, im 27 and I'm a project manager for a civil construction company.. I fly to Sydney and Adelaide for 3 or 4 days most weeks so I won't be home all the time.. I'm fun and adventurous.. I'm a clean house kinda guy and love pets, though I don't have any and enjoy a drink on the weekends
Just moved back to Australia from London after 2.5 years to go back to Uni. I'm originally from Ballarat in Victoria but have chosen Brisbane for the warmer weather! I'm into most sports, music (both playing and listening), going on adventures, new experiences and meeting new people. As I'm new to Brisbane I'm ideally looking for a place with like minded people, roughly the same age as me. I'm a good housemate as I am clean and tidy, respectful of housemates space but also up for socialising.
I'm a young, reliable teen looking to move to the big city. Decided for a change and where else but the big city. I'm hoping to be there by January 2017. I'm a fashion illustrator, want-to-be actor. I love animals cats or dogs. Stick to myself but once you get to know me, I believe we will be amazing friends.
I'm a clean, respectable and easy going 22 year old female. I work Mon - Fri full time in Mt Gravatt. Like to kick back on weekends with some Music & Drinks. However some weekends I may stay out. Also I am a smoker, however do so outside. I am considerate of other peoples personal space and like my own too at times!. In terms of Shared Bathroom - I do prefer my own, however I dont mind Sharing with only one other person!. If you have anything else to ask please msg me... ☺
I need a place for me and my girlfriend. We are not the rowdy bunch and we will be neat and quite. So if you are interested in learning more about us and interested in us renting your studio apartment then please contact me. thank you!
Hi I'm Elle and I'm recently new to Brisbane and I work full time in Darra. I am a quiet person and also clean and tidy. Looking for something as soon as possible. Thanks!
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $150 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Marsden and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also looking for a place that doesn't mind smoking in the house or in your own room (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
