At the moment, we are looking for the room to stay. We are easy going, clean, and repectful persons. We like to cook and share delicious food with friends. We also like to go out at weekend. I am a 30 year old Spanish boy who arrived in Sydney next October 28th. I'm an engineer and I'm here to perfect my English and work. I am a very friendly and fun person who likes sports and nature a lot. I am looking for a single room, and that is near the train station.
I am a young South African that is moving to Parramatta sometime in November 2018. Ideally looking to share a flat with another female. I am quiet , reserved , non-smoker and i like to chill and watch TV over the weekends. I will be working full-time and is looking for a like minded flatmate. Send me a message if you would like to team up , i would ideally like accommodation close to shops , amenities , bus station etc. or on Church Street , Hassall Street etc.
Hey guys, I'm being relocated to Sydney from Perth with work (although I am a Kiwi originally!).I like all the usual kinds of stuff.. going to see live music, a few drinks at a bar or at home, finding great places to eat, sporadic attempts at baking, Netflix, patting cats etc. The office is in Castle Hill, but I'm keen to live near Parramatta where there's a bit more going on. I'd like to live with a likeminded person/people at a similar kind of life stage.. similar age, working full time etc.. the kind of people where we can get to know each other a bit, have a few drinks or go do things together from time to time. Definitely the kind of people you can at least sit around and have a beer with at the end of the day (not necessarily every day..)! I don't know many people in Sydney so hoping I can end up with people where we actually get along, and not just avoid each other and hide in bedrooms all the time. Not super keen on living alone with a couple, but living with one or two other single guys or girls would be sweet! I'd like to have either an ensuite or own bathroom, bonus points if the room is big enough to fit my couch (the only piece of furniture I'm bothering to move!) or has a private balcony (the dream!). Dates are tentative but should be arriving early Nov. Budget is a bit flexible but hoping for around $300 or so all incl. Hope to hear from my future flatties soon :)

I am a PHD student at WSU. Love to read, write, sing and listen to music. I am quite a friendly and easy to adapt kind of person. However I respect other person's space and expect the same in return. Like to keep the place clean and sorted. Would love occasional hanging out, watching a film, having mindful discussions and exploring new places.
