I'm a middle aged "young at heart" man who is respectful and friendly, tidy, house trained, and likes to cook. I also like to socialize, but need some quiet time as well. I have my own business in the window film industry, so I'm busy during the week working in Sydney. I generally try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating and sleeping well, exercise - gym and yoga, cycling, swimmming, time in the great outdoors. I love the beach, so ideally would like to live as close as I can. Looking for someone who is working and responsible, and in a similar position regarding accomodation. Happy to meet you beforehand. Phil

I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x

I'm a bit of a nerd and often will be found in my room, with headphones on either watching a new TV show, reading a book or playing a game. If you like the show or want to play too, I'll gladly kick your ass at Mortal Kombat or show you a great new show that you'll love! Having worked in retail that thoroughly push the 'Clean as you go' mindset, it's pretty ingrained now so cleanliness isn't a problem for me. I'm hoping to find a really awesome place to live with some amazing people!
A little bit about myself: Hey guys, my name is Jayden. A yr 2 nursing student in ACU. Love to watch and do some sports, hv couple drinks beside my study life. Fun, chilled, tidy and easy going, that's what I'm. Currently looking for a room. Give me a buzz or send me a message if you have sth. Cheers!
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
I like to think of myself as Easy going tidy and fun! I work 4-5 days a week as a hairdresser in Chatswood, I would like to flat/share with people around the same age as me as I'm new to Sydney and am yet to meet people and want to make some friends! I would like to meet people who like having a wine after work and at the end of the working week and share a meal with them! I do have a partner that I would like to have stay over at times also! Also wanting s place clos to public transport as I don't have a car as of yet!
Hi, we are Irene and Pau, from Barcelona, Spain, currently living in Lewisham and looking for a flat in the north of Sydney. We only have two requirements for the new flat, one room with ensuite bathroom, and the second one and most important, we are a couple that is not looking to find new flatmates, we're looking to make new friends! We love sharing dinners together with the flatmates, drink beers (not wine and cheese :-P) and basically laugh and have fun.
I am an international student from India and am looking for accommodation as my masters degree begins by the end of February. I am 21 years old, adaptable to change and easy to live with.
Hi. I am a young working professional looking at sharing a place with other likeminded people on the North Shore. Will be working at Frenchs Forest as a Radiation Therapist, and will need somewhere with parking readily available as I will be driving to and from work each day. I am a friendly, tidy, considerate housemate who enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking and exploring new places. Not a party animal, however I enjoy an occasional night out and a glass of wine after work. This will be my first time properly living in Sydney so I'm looking forward to spending time exploring the city and meeting new people. Can provide rental references if required :)

Hello everyone, I am Margaux, 25 years old, French girl and I am going to start a new job in finance in the coming days here in Sydney. I am currently looking for a room to rent in a shared accomodation (preferably from the beginning of March but it can be before). I wish to live in a proper apartment to stay for long and especially because I want to feel like home :). I am sociable, easy going and respectful. I am very clean and tidy. I am use to leave with people from different country and I like meeting with new people to share experiences too. I have lived in many countries over the past 4 years and I would be very happy to share again an apartment with new people here in Sydney. I love doing sports, travelling, cooking, going out, going to restaurants, cinemas etc.. Also I like being home and taking time for myself as my job in finance is usually very demanding. I am also studying for some professional certification. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for someone to rent a room / share an apartment with. Best and see you soon, Margaux
Hi I'm Dennis, we are from the Philippines and I am working as a Draftsperson in North Sydney. At the moment my wife is still looking for work opportunities so it may be expected that we would be out from 9-5 most weekdays. We would love to have a stroll outside on the weekends to explore the city and hopefully get to travel along further. At home we are neat people and we are mindful of our environment, we like to keep the place tidy most of the time. We are a bit shy and timid at first but as we get to know people we loosen up. Most of the time I will be busy for work but we like to watch movies, series and stuff when we have the time. Neither of us smoke, we neither do heavy drinking, we would love to have a good chat in order to refine our communication skills.
Hi, My name is Ingrid and I am a 25 year old teacher currently living in St Ives. I am looking to share either an apartment, house or townhouse and am looking for a room with an ensuite/own bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Shona, I'm 23, and I'm moving to Sydney in February to study a Master of Genetic Counselling. I'll also be looking for a casual/ part time job. I currently live in Canberra. I am an easy going, sociable person and like to have dinner and drinks with friends, but I also appreciate my alone time. I like to read, watch Netflix and do lots of dancing. I'm looking for a new home with friendly people! I am a clean and tidy person but not too pedantic about it. Send me a message if you think I could be a good fit for your place :)
Hello. I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment/unit with in Pymble, I have already started looking for an apartment and have inspected a few I'm interested in. For potential roommate- I'm friendly, clean, tidy and respectful and this will be my first time living away from home. I am attending fashion design college in Pymble. I will be focused on my studies and my work but will have time to hang out and make dinner etc. I am from the Central Coast so Im new to the area.
I'm fun and quirky... But also clean and responsible. I watch a lot of tv/ YouTube. I like to do some light reading. Don't have a lot of friends. I visit them more then they do me. I'm all for having a roster on who cleans the house when just don't ever mother me to clean the place up at 8 in the morning. I'm not a morning person. Know that I would rather have a clean house then a dirty place. I clean up after myself.
I am a full time solicitor working in the city (8 - 6). I am clean, tidy and respectful and will always pay rent/bills on time. I enjoy socialising but also respect that everyone needs their own space.
My life style is very stable, I like to go out half the time of the week to meet up with friends, and spend the rest of the time just chillaxing at home. I love to paint, cook, swim. Watching my favourite tv shows with a glass of wine would be a good tuck in night for me. I am easy going, I can range from having share dinners to cooking dinners for myself every night. Happy to share chores around the household to keep it clean and tidy.
- was in Melbourne for 12 years, born in Hong Kong - work in health industry - pay rent on time, share house work - fun and open-minded, happy to social with flatmate but also love to have my personal space - considerate, live with flatmates for over 10 years, all quite long term - not looking for a party house
Looking to move any time around mid April 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
