G'day, I'm Alan! If you're after a reliable, clean and quiet tenant, you've found one. Hobbies: Fitness, Music, Sports and a bit of anything outdoors. Habits: Non-smoker, Non-drinker, No pets. Description: I'm currently working in emergency services and applying for defence reserves. I'm usually out at work or with my friends most of the time, you'll only see me around rarely. I'm great fun and can hold a good chat. What I'm after: A sharehouse/teamup-rental that I can get good sleep in with my rotating night-based roster. A sharemate who's potentially into fitness and wouldn't mind a good workout at the local gym or park. A pet-free house with like-minded people who are cool with what I do for work. What I'm not after: Pets, substance abuse, kids, etc. I'm sure you'd get along with me, so feel free to shoot a message if you want to teamup or you have a rental property available. - Alan
Hi I am a single christian guy. I have had to move out of a bungalow. I am looking to rent a room in a 2 bedroom unit or house ideally with some extra space to myself if possible and with a guy of the similar age group would be good too. I work as a casual cleaner; plus I am looking to start study part time; I am neat and tidy; respectable; non-smoker; occasional social drinker; not into partying; I have no pets. I have a computer and TV and some furniture, and other household items. I like to listen to music, watch DVDs and read books. I am an active person who likes to go for walks and jogs too. I have my own car
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
I've done lots of traveling and therefore lots of sharing space with others. I'm very easy going, look after myself and don't enjoy upsetting others. Very sociable and enjoy a good conversation. Irish, but don't drink like one. I like playing music, riding motorcycles, hitting the gym and watching movies. Working full time in Rowville.

Im pretty laid back, enjoy living in a clean environment and am easy to get along with :) Thanks!
I work at a bar/restaurant and study child care 2 days a week. I’m fairly tidy and chilled out. I’m really easy to get along with. I love music and getting to know good kind people. Just looking for somewhere to crash while I finish my study’s and save for a while!
Hi I am from India. I am currently studying computer science from monash university. I am really caring and friendly. The main reason for moving is that I want to be independent and make new friends. That is pretty much it. :)
Hey there, im a quiet country guy looking for a place long term. I drive a garbage truck which i love. Im up early and in bed by 8.30. If you dont slam doors and be loud as hell after then im happy as Larry. really not after a party house, ive lived withsome ordinary people so alcoholics or any drug users please dont contact me. Other housemate who is the owner ive overheard saying hes about to put the house on the market. I love the gym and have a brilliant dog, thats well trained and looked after. I dont drink but i do smoke, love a laugh and conversation but do like my own time. Im quite independant, ill cruise to local footy and markets on weekends, otherwise at the gym or relaxing. looking to probably move in feb/march to be able to save up for advanced rent and so forth, but any questions feel free to ask :)

I am a female in my thirties. I am currently in the process of moving myself from Philip Island back up to Melbourne which is where I truly want to be (I’m a Melbourne girl born and bred.) I have recently accepted an opportunity to take on a new job roll working for a Tech Company that specializes in Accounting Software. My previous work history has been in finance administration, banking and customer service so I'm excited to be taking these skills in a new and exciting direction. The Company is based in Glen Waverley so I am hoping to find accommodation in or around that area. I am pretty laid back easy going person, extremely respectful of others. I like meeting new people, learning about them and their experiences in life. I like to spend my spare time watching movies and catching up with family/friends and heading out for the occasional night on the town hitting the hit the dance floor with my besties. I am a Melbourne girl through and through I have been lucky enough to meet some amazing friends here who have now become my family. I count myself very lucky to be able to live in the greatest city in Australia maybe even the world. :)
Hey hey :) Richard here. 27yo student on the hunt for a new place to live. Roughly $150pw incl bills is my budget. Easy going friendly sorta guy. Don't drink or party these days however I am an outdoor smoker. Tend to stay home a lot when I'm not working. I'm in no means a hermit or anti social. Enjoy heading to the beach on hot days/nights and cooking a up a storm with people I live with. Have a car so street parking is essential. If I sound like the type of person who would fit your house, feel free to email. Thanks Richard
Fairly easy-going guy who is quite busy with work and family responsibilities, so not much time for a social life. I like to play and listen to music when i get the chance and pretty much keep to myself, but i'm good for a chat now and then. In the process of rebuilding my life following a family break up. I have a 7 year old daughter and like to have her stay with me on weekends, so a child friendly environment is a must. I also run a small business, so an office space and a garage or work shed are vital to me space wise. Looking to share a place with one other individual, either with a room to rent or in a team up on a rental.
Friendly, but happy to keep to myself if needed. Like to cook, especially for others. Clean and tidy, and easy to get along with. I have a cat - she's indoor/outdoor, her name is Deltora, and she's also easy to get along with. Work full time, and have a car.
im a low maintenance guy that doesn't cook and work long hour. Im looking for a temporary place to stay for 3-6 mths (possibly longer) but I have a clean and quite small dog (2kg only) which follows me that is toilet trained.
Easy going, happy to have a chat but also need own space (particularly after a hard day at work). Enjoy the gym, playing netball and practicing pilates/yoga. Fairly tidy and organised, clean and considerate.
