I’m Carlie and I would be emigrating from London and starting my new job in Prahran as an interior designer. So I’m looking for a place that is walking distance to Grattan street. I guess I could describe myself as a down to earth and easy going flat mate. I’m keen to travel and explore Melbourne/Aus and hope to be there for a good few years. I love to be social, hang out and get involved, but I’m also independent and considerate of each other’s space. I’m a fan of cooking and leading a healthy lifestyle. I’m also clean and tidy, so will always help out with housework and wash up after myself. Lastly, I always pay rent and bills on time.
I'm from Japan. I came here as an exchange student. I'm currently studying at Deakin University. I'm looking for a private room with furnished. I need to stay by the end of February or beginning of March.
Hey All! A little introduction to myself, as you know my name is Dylan, I am a soon to be 24 year old who has recently graduated with a Bachelor in Communication Design. As my course entails I am huge creative nerd, anything from photography, illustration, cross stitching, you name it. If its something artistic I am there. I pride myself on being an outgoing, respectable and ambitious individual with keen eye for detail in everything I do. I am originally from America, but moved to Australia 19 years ago, so one could say I am pretty much an Aussie in heart. I love to window shop thrift stores, listen to music loud, go to gigs, dance, see the world and laugh till it hurts. I am huge embrace of being a big kid. I currently work in front of house at an awesome catering and events company called food and desire, it keeps me on my toes and further fuels my creative flare. I work long hours, sometimes early in the week, but most of my shifts are between Thursday - Sunday. Because I work long hours and get home late in the morning, I enjoy maintaining a quite presence when arrive home after work. So you wont be woken up by me at 3 am anytime soon. Because of my work and lifestyle, I absolutely love going out with friends and kicking back, but I will never say no to laying low at home, listening to music, watching a movie or gaming. After travelling overseas a lot the past few years and recently graduating, I felt it was time to get out of home and start a new chapter in my life. This will be the first time of moving out alone, but I am super excited and know I will be awesome at it. In regards to what I am like to live with, I highly value respect, respect yourself and your surrounding and all is well. I have never been one to be asked to help out, as its something I do naturally. I know how to balance the ups and downs at home, knowing when to have fun and when its time to relax. I will always respect you and your schedules, and you will never be coming home to see some stranger sitting in your kitchen eating your food. Now, if any of the above sounds like I would be a kickass addition to you and your household, I would love to catch up and chat more about it. Feel free to get in contact with me at anytime. - Dylan :D

Hey! I'm an industrial tech student new to Melbourne on the look out for a room in a house with some fun, friendly people :) I'm very easy going, clean up after myself, pay rent on time and am down for some drinks and adventures!
Hey there, my name's Lachlan and I'm currently looking for short term accomodation after recently moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I've been working full time as a designer in St Kilda working long hours Mon - Fri and am hoping to find a place nearby. St Kilda definitely has an incredible feel to it and I've fallen in love with the place. I'm an extremely easy person to get along with. I'm passionate about music and miss my days of playing in bands but still love heading out to see live music when I can. I've had a sporty upbringing and enjoy the routine of the gym once I'm in a rhythm. In simple terms, I'm basically, a pretty normal, pleasant person looking forward to having a room to come back home to at the end of a day to relax in. Look forward to meeting you soon. Lachlan.
We are a dutch couple who is traveling around in Australia for 2 months already. We want to stay in Melbourne for a while to do some work and after that we want to see New Zealand and the east coast :)! I'm still a student, I have to study one year more to finish my master Supply Chain management in the Netherlands. My boyfriend Ivo is just graduated in Marketing Management. We are looking for a room in Melbourne and have a nice time with our roommates!
I'm a 25 year old financial consultant working full time in the city. I grew up in San Francisco, CA and went to university in Los Angeles, CA. I have dual citizenship and have recently moved out here to be near my 3 brothers who have all grown up in Melbourne. Something unique about me is that I've backpacked for 16 months in Southeast Asia, China, Tibet, and India. I've also completed 400 hours of yoga teacher training, but that feels like another lifetime ago. Between work and gym I am hardly at home except for the evenings. I believe that home should feel like a safe and comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day to completely unwind and relax. I'd be great to live with because I respect personal space and privacy. I am a tidy and organized individual who is flexible and carries a positive outlook on life. I do enjoy going out on the weekends, but I also balance it out with living an active lifestyle, spending time with my family, and having quiet movie nights. Would be keen to team up with someone for a nice modern apartment east of the city (with private bedroom + ensuite bathroom). Preferably someone who also works full time, likes to go out a bit on weekends, but still lives a balanced life!
We are a chill and relaxed couple we like to hang out with others and have a drink, however we came here in Melbourne to also do some work so we would like to be able to sleep at normal hours during weekdays ;). Furthermore, we are Dutch and have a working holiday visa, we already love the surfing culture here!
Spanish 24 girl who is going to Australia to pass a year with a work and holiday visa. Kind, tidy, love to spend time withfriends and learn about new languages and cultures.
Hi all, my name is Kelly, I'm 24 years old, from the Netherlands, and I'm here on a working holiday. I'm looking for a job in Melbourne because I just love the city. I hope to stay for about 3 months before travelling further. That's why I'm looking for a nice place to stay for a while that I can call my second home. I love to cook good and healthy food, I'm very social and outgoing, I like to live in a clean space (I'm a decent cleaner), love to go out or just watch a movie/tv show and drink a nice wine or beer (or just a coke zero during the week days). I would love to live close to Melbourne CBD, but going there by public transport or bicycle is also fine by me. In my spare time, I also like to work out, go to the beach, do some shopping, go to a festival, and many other things. If you think I'm fun to live with for a while, don't hesitate to contact me! Cheers, Kelly
Hi ! François from France and working holiday visa. I'm actually in homestay looking for a flatshare at the end of december. easy going, clean, respectfull. I like to have a drink and good conversation. My main passtime are : watching movies, reading, cooking and trying to take great pictures. Ideally the people who will accomodate me will be great friends too.
hey so I'm a sponsored chef in the CBD..lived in a few share houses in a couple countries so I'm very used to living with all sorts of individuals. I'm a very easy going and laid back person, love a chat and going out finding new spots in this great city. I understand the importance of paying bills on time and giving others space when its needed, in general just being a decent housemate :)
Hi guys! I’m a fun loving housemate-to-be, who needs a place fairly soon. Just send me a message to know more.
Urgently seeking a room preferably in the city or surrounds. I’m a very tidy housemate and enjoy being around new people! I'm very easy to live with and respect other housemates privacy. Currently working part time and I'm currently studying full time. :)
My name is Matt(27) and I am moving to Melbourne on 20th Dec 2017 with my fiancee, Becky(26). We have been in Australia for 7 months where we have spent 6 months working on an apple orchard in Queensland. Back in the UK I worked as an analytical chemist in the pharmaceutical industry and Becky worked as a PA in the nuclear sector. We're both professional people who will be looking to set ourselves up with jobs as soon as we arrive in Melbourne, we're good with money so you won't need to worry about us missing rent payments, we're mostly quiet people who enjoy relaxing in our own space, we're very clean and conscientious people who keep things tidy and don't make much noise. We like to watch movies, eat and drink out on weekends, we both read and write and enjoy going out into nature. Matt and Becky
We are two Scottish guys who are social, like a beer, sporty/active, up for a laugh, clean and tidy. Recently arrived in Melbourne. Plan on working full time. Back home spent a lot of time watching, playing, coaching football (soccer). Lewis can cook Connor can provide the banter (sometimes terrible) Approx 3 months ideally but will be interested in anything over 3 weeks to start with.
