Hi, my name is Jantina, I came to Melbourne a few years ago (originally from The Netherlands) and am 34. I am a social worker and work full-time. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, binging on Netflix and travelling. I am a very relaxed person, sociable, love having a drink and a chat every now and then, and am clean and tidy. Currently looking to relocate, closer to work, and preferably closer to the beach. Hope to hear from you.
My situation is that i have to move out from my current place within approx. 3wks (30Oct)because the landlord is changing to a real-estate agreement and therefore everyone has to be out! i am a mature 38yr, I work in the community health sector, and am a quiet friendly /social person and also a clean and relatively tidy person(not over the top) and respect peoples space. I also have a small old and friendly dog.
Hi There, I've just been advised i have two weeks to vacate so am on the lookout for a unfurnished room close to the CBD with some pretty cool people. Im a coordinator for a construction company working standard weekly office hours mon - fri and some Saturdays. I love the outdoors including surfing, golf and camping and also love all things music including the occasional festival and gig. I will definitely be making the most of being in Melbourne to check out many music venues around. Looking for easy access to the city as i recently sold my car. Im quite clean and very easy going, help out around the house and enjoy going out for a beer or dinner from time to time. I have to be out by the 10th of October but can move in earlier or slightly later if required. Also open to weekly rent from $150 to ~$250. Hopefully I seem like someone you like to live with and i hear from you soon !
hi guys, i need a place start from 2nd of november, preferably private room but 2 people in the room is okay, and definitely have my own bed. little bit about myself. I’m quiet at times. Clean and tidy. Respect others privacy as well. I don’t smoke and not a party animal. Enjoy good wine and book. Cheers!
I keep to myself mainly but if I find housemates that I click with, I'd love to be more social and have drinks in front of the TV together :) I'm clean, respectful of other people, considerate and a domestic goddess in the kitchen (free food for you)... In the process of relocating to Melbourne from Perth. Waiting until I get a job but at this stage it's looking like I'll be there in the next 4-8 weeks. I've put "6 months" as my preferred lease term but of course open to a longer term if I can find some awesome housemates :)
We are a laid back couple from Sweden who just moved to Melbourne and have start working. We like to stay healthy and active but we also like to go out for a beer on weekends.
Hi everyone, I am a 25 year old laid back guy from Colombia and I’ve come here to study architecture at RMIT but I’m looking for a place to call home and to find some awesome housemates to be like my family away from home 😊 As a housemate, I am tidy (I clean up after myself), I enjoy cooking and love the occasional drinks outside and inside of home but I don’t randomly bring people over. I respect your privacy, and your possessions and I understand personal space etc. I’ an independent and a very busy person so you won’t see my much but when I am at home but when In am at home, I like to have a chat, or a meal or drink together. I spend most of my days either working, studying or exercising. I work at Red Spice Road so on the odd occasion, I try to sneak food home to share with you.
Hey everyone, my name's Amber. Turned 30 this year and looking for a massive lifestyle and inspirational change - want to get away from Sydney as soon as possible and relocate to Melbourne. A bit of background on me - I've been a multi disciplinary Artist since I was a child, with a main focus on Acting, Singing and Musicianship. Completed my tertiary education in Acting and I'm currently doing distance study in Electronic Sound Production and Indigenous Studies, to help expand my mind and teach me new skills. I love to read and learn, have solid conversations and a good laugh, share knowledge - books and artworks make up 70% of my earthly goods! A few of my interests include Reading, Playing Guitar, Socializing with friends on the weekend, Writing, Dancing, Acting, Cooking, Travel, Theatre, Music Production and Songwriting, Singing, Yoga and Martial Arts, Gaming (Xbox 360 - I have one to bring to the house and a load of games, if that's your thing too), binge watching Netflix or getting into some hardcore SBS on demand / ABC iview when I have free time, Photography and Art of all forms. Social justice, human/civil rights and equality are vital concepts to me. By no means a definitive list, but it gives you a bit of an idea. I'm friendly, respectful, fun, keep things in the house clean and am a weird balance of someone who likes to say hi and be social round the house when it suits people, but can also respect your space/privacy and like to enjoy my own when I'm feeling hermity too - hopefully you won't be the type to take it personally if i need some time out to myself. Not a precious princess about things and am really adverse to passive aggressive types - if you're not the sort of person that can just have a calm, upfront chat and nip it in the bud if I accidentally do anything to annoy you, then we probably won't enjoy living together. I'm a smoker, although more than happy to go outside if you're not, as this is most people's preference, I'm not obnoxious about it and respect people's needs. Constantly burning fragrant oils / candles and incense anyway and am very conscious of mutual space, nothing like coming home to a house that feels welcoming and smells divine. Not a huge party animal, though I do enjoy occasionally having people round sometimes - during the week I'm pretty chill (although, also not boring hey - totally not adverse to cracking some wine or beers while cooking / having a friend round when the mood strikes - I'm a pretty mean cook, double plus bonus!). Weekends are always easier for getting out and about or catching up with people. If this sounds like someone you wouldn't mind sharing space with, let me know. Thanks in advance mates, look forward to meeting some like minds - keen for a long-term place I can make a home, with cool, fuss-free housemate/s who like the sound of my listing. Looking to make the move ASAP soon as I find something. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace and Thanks, Amber
Hi Everyone! A bit about myself: My name's Alexandra (Ali for short). I am 24 years old and I was born in America but raised in Birmingham, UK. I have recently moved to Melbourne for work as a business analyst at ANZ. I'm a very bubbly person, trustworthy, easy to get along with and tidy. I love to socialise whether it's going out for a drink or staying in to watch game of thrones. I'm a complete foodie and have been taught to cook from my amazing mum. I would prefer to have a 1 bedroom apartment somewhere that is convenient to get to work (Queen Street) however my research has shown me this is hard to find on my current budget max $1200 per month including bills. Saying that, I'm an amazing housemate to have - I can even provide housemate references :P Preferences: -Near convenient shops and perhaps bars/restaurants -Place must include an oven and double bed -I don't mind living with boys and/or girls Please contact me if you think you have anything appropriate or have any questions.

I am a very easy person to live with, I'm easy going, respectful and enjoy having a laugh. I like to have my own down time during the week, then on the weekend I'm often out and about, orobabaly having a vino with a friend or going for a surf.
Hi there! I'm Hayley and I'm currently 21 years old. I've just recently completed my Accounting degree at university in Western Sydney but moving to Melbourne in January 2018 to commence full-time employment with NBN Co. Since May 2016, I've been living in a granny flat so I am familiar with bill management and always manage to keep the house tidy. I am more than happy to chip in and help out where needed I tend to keep to myself and often entertain myself by watching Netflix, playing Xbox, reading a book or going to live music gigs. I also love to travel and have been around Australia multiple times as well as the US twice (3rd trip booked in November '17). That being said, I am a very bubbly person and always up for a chat, a night out or even just a night in with my flatmates if you're up for it. I do not smoke nor have any pets but have no problems if flatmates do. I am very clean and organised and looking forward to starting a new chapter of my life in Melbourne!

I am a Colombian journalist, 29 years old. I came to Melbourne to improve my English, so I am studying at Impact English College part time and working part time. About me: I am a tidy and clean person. I am sociable, I like to spend time with people, talking and drinking from time to time, but I also enjoy being alone studying, reading or just listening to music. I am easy going. I love football and riding a bike.
We have just moved to Melbourne on a working holiday visa and are looking for a room in a shared house with like-minded individuals! My name is Chloe, I am English and Italian and have lived in France most of my life, and my boyfriend is Danny, he's from England and makes youtube videos. I'm a single, bubbly professional in my late twenties. I work as a lawyer (don't hold that against me) in civil litigation. Needless to say, i'm responsible and considerate. Move time negotiable. In terms of lifestyle, I enjoy the occasional mid week drink however for the most part, i'm pretty chilled as I work semi long hours and gym. My social life is pretty packed and in the weekends, I enjoy beaching, brunching, shopping and am often at friends places or bars on Chapel. I also have some furniture including a designer dining table and chairs, stainless steel fridge, art, outside table and chairs and much more which I am willing to furnish a place with or sell.
Easy going hospo worker, always up for socialising, meeting new people and exploring new places . Well travelled and can relate to everyone. Single no kids or pets but happy to love yours! Happy to check out your place and see if we connect to be able to share. Feel free to give me a call 😊 Ali
