Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a recent graduate and work full time in HR. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the city for an easy commute to work. I'm an outgoing person who loves a laugh and some quality chats. I would ideally like to live in a social household that are down for watching terrible TV shows and sharing a meal/having a drink together. My inner introvert does cause me to need a bit of chill time to myself though! Overall I'm easy going and friendly. I'd prefer to live in a mixed-gender household and do have a pet cockatiel who I would love to bring with me (if at all possible). He's a small bird, so not too noisy and he would be housed in my room. I would be happy to live with people with a doggo, however cats are out of the question because that's a tad risky with the bird. Despite the bird I'm pretty normal, aside from my slightly weird sense of humour. So feel free to contact me if you think I sound like a somewhat decent potential housemate. I'm open to existing share houses or starting a new one :)
Hi guys I work full time in IT and recently moved to Melbourne from Perth. I'm easygoing, very quite, respectful, clean, sociable and well versed in share house living. I can offer several references from past housemates I previously lived with in Perth. I have a car so I am looking for some kind of parking.
I'm 19 years old, I'm in university and I work part time as pruner and casual in a talent agency. I'm great to live with due to one reason, I'm relaxed. As a person I'm often described as untroubled, calm and collected. For me, life's not about having constant stimulation, it's about enjoying the moment and the opportunities that present themselves. Unwinding at the end of the day has never been a problem, and even in challenging situations, I remain relaxed. My friendly relaxed demeanor makes me Amiable I have a 'can do' attitude that allows me to march to the beat of my own drum without worrying what others think and because of this easy-going attitude I'm quite extroverted both at school/work and in my personal life.
I'm a french boy with 2 of my friend, We all have a job and we want to live in the city or near the city. We like sport, music, meet new people, share experience and party of course. easy going, clean, funny
I'm a pretty cruisey guy. Most of my work is done from my lap top, and on the road, so I'll be coming and going. Not a huge party guy, but I do like to be social. Massive sports nut, so that may not play in my favour. That, and I have an obsession with BBQ's and my Nutri bullet. So if any of that is annoying, fair enough! Definitely not anal about how roommates should go about living their lives, do your thing!
Hey guys, I'm a 23 year old kiwi who's permanently relocating to Melbourne after two years in London. I'm arriving on the 6th of march and will be starting my new job (full time) that week, so would love to find a place in the next couple of weeks or so. I'm a big sports nut, and will never say no to a few beersies and activities on the weekend, so i'm on the hunt for a social household and a good bunch of people to live with. Preferred areas would be st kilda, CBD, south yarra, windsor e.t.c. but i'm really open to anything south of Brunswick /Clifton hill. Ideal budget around 200 per week for private room, but happy to pay up to 250 including bills. Open to teaming up to find a place with others as well. Cheers!
G'day! I am Bram (25 yo) from The Netherlands. My story in short: After finishing my Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering followed by a working year, I found it too obvious and not adventurous enough to continue my working career in The Netherlands. Let's try 17,000 kilometers beyond: Straya! During my studies the past 7 years I have always lived in social shared student houses in both The Netherlands and the US (did a part of my degree in the US). I really like the social thing about living together: hanging around, have some beers, nonsense talking, sharing your irritations of that day with dinner, etc. Hence, I would prefer to live in a social vibrant shared house. I am entering Australia on a working holiday visa, however my goal is to stay here for a couple years and find a sponsorship for an engineering job. Although I know everyone is describing themselves with the same keywords I am still gonna do it ;). I am easy going, I feel myself most comfortable in social surroundings, I have a work to live mentality and I have a lot of diverse interests. About my interests: I am a football addict, the round ball version to be clear. Furthermore, I like music. I play saxophone myself and I often go to music festivals. Hooroo!
Hi, I am Ranbijay, 25 from India, Looking for a short term accomodation for myself, I work full time at the moment and am a student of Multimedia Design at Monash University. I am pretty easy going and very organised, I like being neat and keeping the place where I live very clean. I am off during weekends and like to grab a beer with some guitar sometimes. Hope toe hear from you soon.
Hi, My name is Marcella Suarez. I am 26 years old. I am in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. I work full time in NBN. I love to travel, cook, work out and have a drink or two from time to time.
Don is an avid cyclist, always up for a run, enjoys being outdoors, loves all animals and likes a quiet beer with mates. He is studying Master of Engineering at Melbourne Uni whilst working part time. I am working at an accounting firm in the city and studying my CA. Outside of work you could find me in the gym, studying in my pjs, walking the dog, practicing music, or baking something super tasty (lemon meringue pie, baked cheesecake and brownies are my specialties). Misty is our 4yo resident fur baby - super friendly, keen for a snuggle, ALWAYS up for a walk and sometimes a little excitable (calms down quickly). She is clean, used to being indoors and requires air-conditioning for her big furry coat! With a morning walk, our Samoyed will sleep the majority of the day. We are clean and neat individuals, very respectful of other's space and privacy, and happy to share a meal and a cheeky glass of wine. We are hoping to find others in a similar stage of life - studying post grad or professional, not so much into parties but enjoys having mates over for dinner, and loves dogs! Hoping to find an unfurnished room/create a long term share house ASAP. Looking for a room with floorboards close to public transport between $150 and $350 per week, but will pay up to $380 for the perfect place. :)

Hi there. I'm a master student in IT. Before moving to Melbourne, I spent 10 months in Tel Aviv and 1 year in Beijing, working as a columnist. I speak English, Chinese and Russian, love cooking and reading. I'm easy-going, tidy, and very respectful of personal boundaries. Let me know if you have a flat to share :)
Hi, my name’s Steph! I’m organised, healthy and ambitious, but don’t stress, I balance that out with a great sense of humour, love of fun and being a big ol’ ball of geek! I love heading out on adventures, dancing and doing active outdoorsy things but equally value time chilling at home, creating cool stuff or just hanging out. I’m looking for a new home close to the city - one filled with people that are open, healthy, loving, growing and inspiring. My type of share house is one in which everyone can easily use the space as their own. Meaning shared spaces in particular are always left in an extremely clean and functional-for-everyone state and general cleaning/upkeep tasks are shared and done every few weeks. I like to uphold a relaxed/friendly/supportive/respectful/loving/fun vibe in the house and being really honest and open with communication. I’m happy to join an existing house or start a new one. Things you should know: - Housemates are all the best parts of family and friends for me. I genuinely care about the people i live with and the space around me so I expect a similarly high level of respect and initiative back. - Looking for rent under $150 a week - Within 20 minutes public transport access to chapel st/richmond/city is a must. - I need quite a bit of freezer and pantry space because i do monthly meal preps! - I own a beautiful big antique mirror and it would be epic to use this somewhere! - I like a generally peaceful, comfortable, very clean and functional living environment - I clean with low fragrance/chemical products only (vinegar/bicarb/natural sprays). Strong smelling stuff causes my body all sorts of issues so I try to keep that to a minimum and ask that people i live with respect that. - I have a car so space or street parking is a factor If you've read this far and are still curious, congratulations because you're probably what i'm looking for! Shoot me a message and let's find out for sure! *Bonus points if you’re into entrepreneurship and the creative and tech industries.
I'm a 25-year old nice, fun, outgoing guy from Egypt. I love exploring new things, meeting new people, and watching new series and movies. I'm a great storyteller, and I love food. I am a very flexible and accommodating person. I value personal space and always make sure to give my flatmates the privacy they need. Hygiene, bathroom in particular, is very important to me. Bonus point: I will bring a lot of goodies from the Land of the Pharaohs. Currently I am a construction professional and will be moving to Australia in February to study construction law at the University of Melbourne. For fun I enjoy hiking, hitting the beach, listening to new music, playing video games, and going out with friends. Soon enough I will be picking up surfing as a new passion.
I come from Queensland, where there are super beaches to enjoy. Now I have moved to Melbourne to look for work ( I have graduated from a Masters in Marketing), I know that part of pleasure has gone but with the right people to live with, I have better chances of making my life alright! hehe How would you like to live with someone fun, intelligent and thoughtful? Sharing conversations in various topics? I am very intellectually curious so I usually wouldn't refuse to listen to history, politics, science or economic stories! Don't take it as I am a nerd! I like to chill and have a coffee or a beer with cigarettes when friends come over too! More importantly I am a good cook, and when I get the time I am happy to cook for my friends and guests. It is very important for me to befriend, trust and enjoy living with the people who I am sharing the house with. So if you feel resonated with this message please contact me. Hope to hear from you the soonest! Dani
I am looking for a room somewhere in Melbourne's inner east. I work in Hawthorn east and spend a fair amount of time going to the bay kitesurfing in the weekends so somewhere in between is perfect. I ride my bike to work everyday so I dont want to be to close to Hawthorn east as I enjoy a decent ride, also biking is part of keeping fit which is important to me. The house and people are more a focus for me than the suburb. I am open to any suburb in this area. I am 44, originally from New Zealand I have been in Australia for around 15 years, 12 in Sydney and 3 in Melbourne. After 9 years in the snow ski industry I now work in the IT industry as an analyst/programmer so I like to be active in the w-ends. Kitesurfing is my main hobby. I also like biking, technology, travelling, food (especially Asian), socializing/eating out, sport and just about anything that is fun. I am very easy going, consider myself clean and tidy and are very respectful of other people and their space. I am an animal lover so don't mind any household pets especially dogs. I look forward chatting and hopefully to coming and meeting you!
Im an awesome cook, have a beautiful dog who loves everyone and everything, i enjoy gardening and lawn maintenance, im handy at fixing things -or giving it a go anyway! I want to make somewhere home..i want to feel comfortable to walk around in jocks and socks on a sunday after a night out. I want to know that i am not judged and what happens in or anything regarding the occupants is private. I want to make long term friends who can be honest and open and communicate any issues. I want to know my room and infact the house wont get ransacked or robbed by some idiot someones carelessness let in. I want to have my own separate life but also to share a meal or go out for a drink. I need to know my dog will be respected and not mistreated in my absence..finally i just want to find a home where people can live and let live without judgements, bickering or bitching. Where we create our own little brotherhood/sisterhood/wateva u wish to call it, where we look out for one another, we are considerate of each other, we give the respect we want and deserve and honour the privacy and dignity we need. Im Riley..i dont mind if youre gat, straight,bi,high, cross dress in secret, in the middle of a sex change..whateva floats your boat is just fine by me. Just be yourself and please allow me to just be me

I'm Henry, 26, English by Birth - Aussie by passport. Passionate about health and fitness, and drinking Tea. Im currently working in construction which means I am out of the house most days. After hours I usually go to the gym and i cook most nights and enjoy cooking for others too. I work hard and I know how to have a good time too. However i need my sleep and can be a grandma during the week. I have been renting my own place in prahran for the last 2 years, so like most people, I like having my own space- but Im also a people person and living by yourself can get lonely. I am studying Masters and I am working almost all time so I usually don't spend a lot of time at home. I am a quiet person, I like running and also I love to do yoga.
I was born in South Africa and raised in India in a very multicultural environment and as a result have the capacity to get along with just about anybody. I'm a very positive person, will respect your privacy and know when to give you your personal space. I'm a rather neat and tidy person too and will always offer to assist with cleaning and household chores. Overall I'd like to think that I'd be a great flatmate. Hi, I'm an easy going guy looking for accommodation in Melbourne. I'm looking to move into a suburb close to the city with similar aged people. I'm moving down from the Sunshine Coast with an engineering firm and start on the 8th March. I enjoy the outdoors - travelling, hiking, surfing, rugby union etc but might need to be brought up to speed with AFL! I also enjoy having a few casual drinks at cafes/bars on the weekend. If you feel I might be a good fit as a housemate and want to catch up shoot us a message :) Looking forward to exploring what Melbourne has to offer and meeting some new people!
I'm laid back and easy to get along with, clean and tidy. Spend most my free time being a nerd.
Hi there! I am an ex-uni student who has decided to try her luck at full time in Melbourne rather than sit in classes all day. I just need a place to stay for several months while I find a more permanent apartment. I don't smoke or use any recreational drugs but I don't mind if you do. I also love animals so if you have pets its not a problem. I am a keen film photographer and branding designer and tend to work late into the night, so a private studio apartment is ideal so I will not keep anyone awake all night! Can't wait to hear about any available opportunities!
New to Melbourne, from Sydney, studying law at Melbourne University. Friendly, considerate, curious and open minded. I enjoy traveling and exercise. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, love swimming, playing badminton, good coffee, and enjoy healthy cooking. Hope to find a place near Melbourne university for until December, or until end of June 2017.
**Not available to move until the beginning of April** Im 30, just moved to Melbourne from London. Working full time in hospitality, on the Southbank. I'm looking for a forever home as I will be getting sponsored to work and live here. I'm very respectful, clean and tidy. I'm not a party animal these days but would love to live with people that are up for a glass of wine or two in the evening, a trip to the pub and house dinners. I love to cook and my main passion is baking, so if you love cakes I'm your girl! Subletting until April 7th, so looking for something permenant from then!
