Dear Protential housemates, Hello! My name Jasmine and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently studying full time at University, while I write books for a living. I also tutor English and work part time at Jetstar as there social media manager. So very busy! I'm looking for a place to call home for 6months to one year stay. I like to think that I am down to earth, laid back, chilled individual, who loves fun and having a few drinks or a nice wine after a long day, in saying that, I will always respect each other's personal space and love having quite nights in! I don't mind cooking for everyone, although, (eat at your own risk..hah) Ideally, I would like the rent to include the utilities etc and to live with people who are likeminded and lovely people! Must love stupid puns and jokes/ have a good sense of humour, because I am a terrible and love telling new terrible jokes. I'm best contacted through text/call. But I am always ontop of my emails. So don't hesitate to contact me VIA email. I hope to hear from you soon, Kind Regards, Jasmine!
I am extremely organised (I'm talking lists, zip lock bags, cable ties, and shelf mats!), neat, and clean. Would love to rent out a whole place to myself. Coming back from a long trip to Europe and looking for a place to rent close to public transport.

Hello! So we are Kim and Amil from London, UK. We have been together for 6 years and started our adventure together in October '16. We have been in Aus since Nov and Melbourne since Dec. we are both currently employed, I'm a hairdresser and Amil works in hospitality. We are really outgoing, respectful and very clean. We love to cook and watch Netflix, we love a chat and laugh. Our current situation is our lease runs out on the property we are currently at (been here since 1st Feb) and we are undecided on whether we are going to leave Melbourne or not, so we'd like somewhere to stay short term for us to decide this. Please send me a message if you can offer somewhere, I'd love to hear from you!

Hello! I've just moved to Melbourne after having spent the last decade split between California, Finland and Germany. I am searching for an affordable, furnished or partially furnished room in a flat or house share.(If need be, I can also furnish a room, don't hesitate to write!). I'm flexible with regard to rental length as well, whether something shorter or longer term. I translate and edit professionally, so I am occasionally around at home to do that, although more often than not I'm out and about working or exploring. I'm increasingly involved in music production and web design as well professionally and for myself. I like to play ice hockey and music (with headphones at home, with amplifiers elsewhere ;)). I'm quite interested in politics, science, tech and the world at large. I am tidy, responsible and quiet. I'm happy to socialise with housemates, and it's nice to catch up for a meal together and to be able to chat. I enjoy cooking and baking a bit. I don't have pets or kids, am consistently employed, and can pay rent/bills/bond on time. I'd prefer to live with people who don't smoke indoors as I don't smoke myself. I am bilingual (German/English) and happy to practise Finnish and French if you're keen. It would be lovely to keep up/brush up on languages :) I am quite flexible with regard to location so long as good public transit connections are nearby, as I do not own a car (although I am after a bike here soon :)) and am fully at the mercy of Melbourne's trains, trams and buses for now ;) Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks!
Hey there! Just moved down here from Sydney, looking to rent a room in a shared house. Working full time, neat and tidy, occasional cook, friendly and social while respectful of others' personal space. Enjoy sports, beaches, and outdoors. If you've got something suitable, reach me with the details and we'll go from there, thanks!!
Hi, my name is Nuno, 38yo and just moved to Melbourne for studying and work for a year and half. I'm a photographer, easy going and a relaxed person, tidy and organized. I like to meet new people and cultures, listen to music and play it as well, watch a good movie and I love to cook and have nice dinner with friends, drink some beers or enjoy a good wine to relax and have a good time when possible, but I'm not really a party guy. I like to have fun and I love action sports, which is my main work in the last 5 years (as a photographer), i love the great outdoors and anything related, travel, camping, mountain biking, surf and explore nature. I'm ok with pets, love animals and don't mind to share a sofa with a dog or a cat.
I'm a neat and tidy individual and very easy going and will chat to anyone! I've lead an interesting life and love finding out about other people's life experiences. I've lived in six countries and loved different aspects of each one. Clearly I love to travel and I'm always looking for my next adventure...I love photography and scuba diving so travel in future will be focused around those activities, however I also love hiking and chilling at the beach! Fitness is part of my life...I love cycling both on and off the road and go to the gym to keep in shape.

Hi there! I'm a student from Denmark going to study for 1 semester at Monash University. I will arrive in Melbourne arround the 5th of July. I study biotechnology on my masters and I really enjoy that. I'm a very calm, "down-to-earth", and friendly person. I am clean and tidy and I like to have my things in order. In my spare time I like to go for a run or do a workout in the gym. I also like some good danish "hygge", where I relax with friends, make some nice food, and maybe watch a good movie. I hope to live in a sharehouse in the area between Melbourne CBD and Monash (Clayton), and I hope to be living with other people wanting to socialize and maybe drink a glass of wine and make a nice dinner once in a while. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Looking for a quiet place closer to work. I work full time in an interesting field so I have lots of stories. I have pet hermit crabs and would love to get a dog. I enjoy my own space and am slightly OCD clean. I can't cook but that's my problem. 420 friendly?
Hello! I am relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I am a hard-working, friendly, mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups. I am a creative type that loves to read, watch live music, and kitschy b-grade films. I don't have any pets, but I love animals. My ideal home would be a safe place relatively close to public transport, and I would like to stay for at least six months. I will be in Melbourne mid-June for job hunting, so if there are any early birds that would like to have an interview then, it can certainly be arranged. Looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you. Thank you!
Originally from Brisbane, I am making the move down to Melbourne for work in mid-late August. Looking to join a house with some fun and relaxed people that can show me the ropes around Melbourne, so definitely hoping for a social house. I work in PR/Media, and live a pretty active and social lifestyle. Happy to expand from the search area listed. Please note that I will be in Europe from late June until the end of July, so might be a bit sloppy with replies in that time.
Hey, we are Paul and Simon, just arrived in melbourne and looking for a place to stay. We both are from Cologne in Germany. A city you could compare to Adelaide. We finished our school and decided to go to Australia together. We always shared the dream to come to this big country, because it's so wide and opened and maybe a sign of unlimited freedom. Paul came here 2 months earlier than me. In this time he stayed in a hostel in Perth, bought our gorgeous car (Mitsubishi Pajero, 1997), enjoyed his life and worked a bit in the wire lifting season in Margaret River. The 2 months were passing by quite fast and soon I was in Australia as well. As I arrived, we were working quite a time for a removal company in Perth to finance our expensive life in the hostel (OBB) and to safe a little bit money for the road trip up the west coast. After our road trip, we decided to work in Margaret River again. So we worked in the grape picking season... It totally missed our thoughts, because we got paid per bucket and there were to many workers in this small area. So we didn't received a permanent job ( We can't see grapes anymore). So we decided to go to Melbourne. After a great second road trip, we would like to experience big city life and stay a bit longer to meet some new people, finally stay in a permanent place and... to work and safe some money. We don't like the CBD that much, that's why we would like to live in a surrounding suburb. Near Fitzroy would be nice, because two good friends from us are living there. So about us, we are smokers (but not in the flat, I understand that). We like to go out, but also to relax on the couch sometimes. We do like party, but we are not that kind of people who are destroying anything or play music when everybody wants to sleep. I am not sure if there is anything I've missed, but if you got any questions you can send us a message ! Thank you P&S
Hi guys, I'm a 21yo woman working in Accounts at a construction company in Port Melbourne. I'm looking for home where I can relax after work with a glass of whiskey and watch some TV or ready a book. I keep fairly busy but do enjoy some time hanging out at home.
Sam and I are both quiet, clean and respectful people. We are always up for a chat & we only drink on special occasions, such as birthdays. Sam is a student at collarts & I am a student at Holmesglen, we both work part time as well. For fun, we just watch Netflix & see friends whenever we can. You won't regret us living with you 😌
Hi! I'm moving from Sydney to Melbourne for work in late June. My weekday routine is the 9-5 and exercise a few days a week. I love to binge watch a tv series or read a good book. I enjoy the company of others but equally enjoy being on my own. I enjoy a good glass of wine, and am excited to explore all that Melbourne has to offer! Looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom and car space. Alternatively, looking for a flatmate to team up with and find a place together.

Hi, My name is Michael and me and my friend Cormac are looking for a place to live. We're both 22 year old Irish guys working in Melbourne for the year on Working Holiday Visas and are looking for shared houses/rooms to live in for June and July. I'm working as a bartender and waiter at Greenfields, Albert Park and Cormac is working in Harvey Norman in the QV Village in the CBD. We're both very tidy and chill individuals (our previous housemates can vouch for that!). If you have any questions or would like references, let me know!
