Staying with a mate in Elwood & love it this side of town! I'm studying horticulture whilst working for a landscape business. I'm neat and tidy, loads of fun & love a laugh but respect peoples space and privacy. We have such wonderful things to do in our backyard, and i enjoy going on adventures around Victoria and Aus to see the beauty we have. Love it hot, love it cold! Melbourne makes life entertaining. I enjoy lots of sports and am a mean frisbee player. Hope to move in with a fun and open housemate(s) in or before March 1.

Hello Melbourne peeps I'm Sarah 27 from the uk I'm a beauty therapist. My lease is up in just over a week so looking to move into a friendly, social house share (that isn't a party house still) but want to meet new people and enjoy the last length of my Australian working holiday visa. Ive been travelling for the last 3 years so i understand and respect the fact people like their own privacy and space but want to be able to at least catch up over a beer or 3 at some point. I have a lot of friends here so i will be out at weekends enjoying the last of the summer rays - until winter comes and i hibernate in my room smashing out a new box set of some sort. So if you have anything in the preferred areas listed then drop me a message. Peace.
Sian and I are a cute laid back couple. We like to keep to ourselves just as much as we like to go out and about. We currently live in a little beach unit by ourselves in Brisbane, but I've been offered a better job in Melbourne so unfortunately we are going to leave the beach life behind. Most work days we just come home, cook dinner, watch a TV series and sleep. Sian is into pole fitness and I'm into motorbikes. When we get spare time we like to take the bike out for adventures/camping/etc. Ideally I need a secure location to keep my motorbike at night (it doesn't require much room). We are hoping to find a comfortable place with a small number of occupants. We are looking for a nice sized room, we would prefer not to be crammed in like sardines as there will be the 2 of us in 1 room and we would both like to set up a small desk. Hopefully we can find some nice flatmates soon so that we can move down to Melbourne shortly after we get home from overseas in March. Thanks for reading

I just came to Melbourne from Europe (I used to live mostly in Cracow and Budapest) to work at Monash University as a researcher in cognitive neuroscience. I'm easy going, been living in shared flats since I started studying and always got along well. I'm going to be pretty busy during the weekdays, but I like to go out and socialize during the weekends. In my free time I'm pretty much into culture & technology, and I'm always up for going to a concert or cinema.
Hey there, I'm Mez (Or Maryanne), I'm 28, I work in advertising (Richmond) and I also study part time. I'm just looking for a chilled place to live that is close to the city, has parking & is around $250 a week. I have a few bits of furniture if needed & happy to make cocktails for housemates ;) I keep pretty busy but I also like having a home to relax in. I'm pretty respectful of other peoples space and usually up for a weekend BBQ or music gig. Hoping to move around March 5th. Happy to answer anymore questions.
Hi something about us: Philipp (24 y/o) is an international student from Germany. I am half German and half Filipino. I'm in my second year of my master degree in industrial engineering. In Melbourne I am doing my study abroad semester @ RMIT University for the next 4 month (end june/mid july). I would say I am an easygoing person. In my free time I like to do sports like jogging, soccer or going to gym. But I also go out for dinner/drinks with my friends. I’m experienced in shared living. I used to live in shared apartments for more than 5 years, so I think I how to clean, be tidy and be respectful with the privacy of other flatmates ;) Manu (26 y/o) also is an international student from Germany. Together with Philipp I have been studying industrial engineering at RWTH Aachen University for the past 5 years. My special interestes at my studies are green energy and sustainable energy utility. The next months I will be studying at RMIT University and after that completing my masters degree in Germany. In the past 5 years I have been living in shared flats and like a clean and tidy status quo. I like to cook together, drink a beer or two and dicuss/ joke about any up2date problems. Also I like to go out, grab something to eat/ to drink and relax. When I'm not studying I try to do a lot of sports. My favorite sport is basketball which I like to play, whatch or even train others. Besides that I'm really interested in politics and hold a scholarship from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (in Germany). Together with my partner Nora, we are together for almost four years, I will share a bedroom. Nora is 25 years old and from Germany as well. I am already done with my studies and hold a master degree in medical engineering. I am now here in Melbourne to take some time and find a part time job while the others are at the university. My interests range from spending time with friends, music, movies, reading, sleeping, cooking, baking, eating, watching sports, doing sports, drinking, dancing to doing nothing and just have a relaxing time. I have been living in shared appartments for 7 years now and have had lots of different room mates all over Germany. We are looking forward to hearing from you and having an awesome time together in Melbourne.
Hello! I am a 24-year-old female from San Francisco, CA studying Communications and Media Studies at Swinburne for a semester. I also work part-time and am extremely responsible financially! I am often inspired and a lover of all things creative: dancing, music, graphic design, fine arts, and food! Whether it's a mom and pop shop, hole-in-the-wall eatery, cafe or bar, I love to explore new places (which is why I'm here in Melbourne!). I'm a friendly and considerate roommate and always prefer clean environments where I stay. I would love to discuss further details about a space to stay at during my time in the beautiful city of Melbourne!
Hey I'm Dan, 22, full time employed in financial services, pretty extraverted. I'm relatively new to Melbourne and looking to move near the CBD. Would love to find one or more cool housmates. I like Great food, beer, wine & whisky and I'm told I'm excellent company to binge watch nextflix and drink cheap wine with. If your a fan of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones or South Park that's already a great start. I'm pretty chilled out, like to keep a clean place. I don't have any gender or cultural preferences on who I live with, as long as your friendly and good company I'm we will get along great. Also somewhere with a car park would be great.
*** Please no room shares :) *** Independent but always down for a catch up and adventures to places I haven't been in Melbourne yet. I'm originally from NZ but spent most of the year travelling through the UK and Aus. Working full time in business development and finishing my masters thesis which keeps me busy but I also like to get out and about in the weekends with my friends. I also play netball and beach volley competitively so ideally looking for a flat with like-minded individuals who keep active. Enjoy a good vino and a catch-up after work sometimes plus I'm not shy for a dance out from time to time but I prefer a good bar or pub over the clubs these days. I also love food and coffee and am always down for a brunch mission.. Looking for somewhere long term 6 months+ and would ideally like to move in with people my age as I intend to make friendships as well as flatmates.
Hello! My name is Michaella, but most people call me Miffy. Primary school teacher / uber driver by day, salsa dancer / ukulele player by night. I love music, spending time outdoors, keeping fit and hanging with mates. I am respectful, honest and down-to-earth, with a witty sense of humour. Friendly and outgoing, I'm always up for a chat whilst at the same time being able to respect your privacy. I'm also very organised, which means that all bills will be paid on time. Moving is horrible. Definitely interested in a long-term stay! If you think we'd make great flatmates, I want to hear from you!
Hey guys, just back from Ireland, my partners Australian. We are both hard working full timers, who have wanted to move up towards the city, st kilda preferably. We like to have a bit of fun, we like to keep the place clean, tidy and near. I'm a 21 year old hairdresser who has come out from the U.K. on a working holiday to aus. Am looking for accommodation for around 3-6 months. I'm fun, easy going and sociable but will also respect people's privacy and quiet time. Have previously lived independently in London for a while so am reliable and clean.
Just returned from two months of travelling. They held my job for me so getting straight back into work. Very outgoing and friendly. Also lived out of home for 6 years so incredibly tidy. I'm wanting to live with some new friends that are similar to myself who enjoy socialising but can also appreciate a quiet environment when need be. I'd love living with some Aussies in their 20's who enjoy life. I have a full house of brand new modern IKEA style furniture in storage if needed but also happy to just rent a room if it's meant to be.
I am looking for a room to live in while doing my exchange semester at the Victoria University. I am originally from Germany and studying sports at the German Sports University Cologne. I will fly over to Australia on February the 18th. Right now I am living in a flat-share with a boy and a girl, so I am very used to sharing the kitchen and the bathroom. I know how to do my cleaning duties and I will do my very best to keep the shared rooms clean and tidy. I like to have a nice little chat, a tea, some wine, a beer or a dinner together in the evening, but I also like to have some privacy, that is why i would prefer a personal room. In my freetime I like to do almost any kind of sports, especially football, running and climbing and I love to spend time outside the house, like going for a walk or having a coffe. I would describe myself as a curious, communicative and open minded person. Looking forward for your message! Vicky
We are from Pune, India and married for 2 years now. We are planning to come to Australia on 12th of March 2017. But before we make the full transition, we would like to test the waters a little bit. G'day! I am Bram (25 yo) from The Netherlands. My story in short: After finishing my Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering last summer I found it too obvious and not really adventurous to start my working career in The Netherlands. Let's try it 17,000 kilometers away: Straya! During my studies the past 7 years I have always lived in social shared student houses in both The Netherlands and the US (did a part of my degree in the US). I really like the social thing about living together, so I would prefer to live in a social vibrant shared house. I am entering Australia on a working holiday visa, however my goal is to stay here for a couple years and find a sponsorship for an engineering job. Although I know everyone is describing themselves with the same keywords I am still gonna do it ;). I am easy going, I feel myself most comfortable in social surroundings, I have a work to live mentality and I have a lot of diverse interests. About my interests: I am a football addict, the round ball version to be clear. Furthermore, I like to go to music festivals. Hooroo!
My name is Felipe and i'm from Chile, near to Patagonia. Real easy dude to get along with, love my beer and a bit of banter, tidy and respectful though. I've got a bit of passion for cooking so I enjoy cooking meals for others. I want to move into a relaxed vibe where i can chill out have a chat and a laugh with friends so if your into all that hit me up :)

Hi! My name is Wiktor but it's pronounced like Victor, I'm 23 years old and I'm an International Student from Poland, getting my Masters in Automotive Engineering at RMIT. I'm a really calm and laid back person but I'm also a really responsible and clean person. I'm pretty good with any housework and fixing up different things. I'm planning on getting an 4x4 SUV to go on trip every now and then. I just arrived in Australia after almost 5 years in the States where I got my Bachelors (in Texas). I'm looking for a private room. As I mentioned- I'm really calm and quiet, won't thorw any parties or have too many friends over, but I like to go out every now and then, at home I usually do some work on my laptop or nap. I'm also an athlete (playing american football) so going to the gym and healthy lifestyle is a big part of my every day routine. I'm really a non-conflict guy and I'm super easy to get along with:) Need to know anything else- message me:)
G'day legends, I'm looking for a place to live in Melbourne whilst doing postgraduate work, as well as chill out and pursue creative interests! I get around having a pint at the pub, a boogie at a bar or festival, and of course hanging out at home. I will be looking for part/full time work once I move down.
