I'm Loïc, 22 y/o from France I'm in Brisbane for an internship from May to September about environment sciences. But mainly to discover the city/country, travel and chill. I enjoy every sports, hiking and chilling around with sun and beer. I already lived in shared flats with 4 and 7 people, I enjoy having many discussions and activities with my roomies. I'm very responsible and easygoing but always up for any party or activity ! Feel free to start a chat if you want to know more about me. Bye !
Visual artist and educator Looking for a larger room that would fit at least 2 desks and a office chair to move around in. An Enstuite is a plus more like must! ( around inner brisbane or immediately to the inner brisbane suburbs) with near by public transport. Double bed or a space adequate for a double bed. And a book self. ( could be in the common area as long as you ask to borrow my books) Would prefer built in wardrobe but normal cabinets would do. ( as long as there is place to put things away) Is parking available? Or guest parking? $200 including bills Can go $20/30 higher if everything included I enjoy cooking at home, binge watching movies and series. Have friends over for drinks and dinner. I prefer a fairly quiet, clean and respectful living environment where we communicate. I do frequent visits to art galleries and movies. Always up for a chat! Don’t mind a glass of wine and a smoke now and then. Message me if it works out we could be housemates!!!
My name is Constanza and I come from Bolivia. I am a new student at UQ and I'm about to turn 19. I am super easy going and friendly. Pretty neat and organised. I love to do exercise, read books and draw/paint. I like to chill and also keep to myself from time to time. I'm looking forward to share a house with other people like me.
*One or two girls for a team up* Hi! My name is Esther, I'm 25 and in my final year of my nursing and midwifery degree at UQ. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but have been in Brisbane for 3 years, and am planning on staying after I graduate. Currently, I'm a live-in nanny, but my placement hours clash with work, so I'm going to have to move out by 2 March. I have lived in multiple shared houses before I started my nanny job, and never had any issues. I have a cat, his name is Freddie, he is pretty relaxed, and just kind of hangs around. In my free time, I take pole dancing classes, which I started last year and love so much! I also love shopping, going out for dinner, anything to do with the beach, hikes, road trips, movies, Netflix, reading, and am trying to set up my online business. I also love to travel and have lived in the UK and the US before coming to Australia. I'm single (hello forever alone life haha), am not really into partying, clubbing and getting drunk, and would love to find some girls to share a place with that are in the same boat. It would be great if I can find one or two flatmates who would like to hang out every now and then as well, and potentially become great friends. If you think we would be a flatmate match made in heaven, don't hesitate to contact me, I would love to hear from you. I'm open to location but would prefer not too far from the city, as I don't drive at this point, and I'll have to be able to get to the hospital easily, which is in South Brisbane. I have seen some great 3 bedroom houses in the Greenslopes/Coorparoo area, but as I said I'm open to location.
I´m a german guy doing an internship in order to finish my master´s degree. On weekend in best case I want to hang up and talking with friends, enjoy my free time by doing sports like playing basketball and learn the real brisbane city and people. I respect closed doors and some hours I have to spend for learning and writing my thesis. In some things I am that stereotype german guy so I like cleanness and peaceful enviroments. If you have a room or an apartment for me, but also just having a question about me, I´m glad if you contact me. Thanks, Sven
I am from Mexico and I am a biology student on exchange at the University of Queensland. I'm easy going, respectful, friendly and clean. I like to chill as well as to go on adventures. I'm looking for a place that I can move in right away. $150-180 p/w

In February I'm starting my first university degree in Information Technology at UQ, and I'm looking for a room in a existing share house or to team up and look for a place together in Brisbane from early February - early July/August. I'd love to be friends with my roommates, and maybe do something fun together during weekends. As a person I am easy going and social, yet I respect the need for privacy. I'm tidy and always on time with bills, and I don't smoke nor have pets. For fun I like to travel, go out for drinks, binge Netflix, go to concerts or relax at a café. I love a good craft beer or a nice cup of cold brew or tea. If you're interested feel free to send me a message, and we'll work something out!

Hey I'm Sam and don't worry the dog isn't coming with me. I'm 25 yrs old, have lived in rentals, shared houses and student accommodation never had a problem with rent. Have done studying and full time work now looking into either more study or employment. Clean and courteous with other housemates. Communication is what makes or breaks a household. If you're my housemate I've got your back that's just how it is. Pretty laid back, meeting new people and new points of view on life is always cool. Being an introvert or extrovert is understandable and empathised. I'm from north Queensland. Travelled a bit sitting on 6/7 (Eventually I'll get to Antarctica) Have worked as an office worker to a shearer so have some experience and understanding of the workforce. For fun I enjoy hanging out, playing some sport or going for a ride down a mountain. Also enjoy playing a game or watching something.
I guess what makes me great to live with is that I prefer to be quiet and relax when I'm not panicking about exams and revision - but I'm always down for a chill sesh watching movies or hanging out :) Currently studying Neuroscience at the Uni of Sussex in Brighton, UK 20 yo
My name is Lauren (female, age 29, American), and I'm an incoming UQ postgrad student - starting the Master of Peace and Conflict Studies program this semester. For the past few years I have been living in Washington DC, working for a human rights organization. I am used to frequent travel and am very adaptable - I grew up in the US, but I have lived in several other countries as well (Australia a few years back, Senegal, Kenya, France, and England). I am clean, neat and responsible - easy/fun to live with! I like travel, art, the outdoors, working out, finding fun events to go to in the city, or just quiet nights at home studying, reading, or kicking back with a glass of wine. Enjoy socializing at times and doing my own thing other times. Non-smoker.
I’m a student studying my graduate diploma in secondary education and also working. Looking to find a room in a relaxed share house. I also have a dog but I am able to make arrangements for my family to look after her if that would be an issue
Clean, can cook, and can keep to self if required. I'm looking for a place to study close to my uni so I don't have to commute 4 hours everyday - first year biomed student at uq. My current lease runs out in June so that is when I hope to move 😊
Hello potential housemates! I’m a current third year university student at UQ, from the Sunshine Coast. I’ve lived in Brisbane for the past two years in share houses around the Yeronga area, so I have experience with sharing a living space with others. I have a 2 year old small dog named Barry who is fully trained and very obedient. He is an outside dog and is no fuss whatsoever. At the moment I’m looking for a place to call home for 6 months, but if all goes well I might be open to make this a more long term thing. Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions. I look forward to hearing from you! (Move in date is negotiable)
Hi! I am currently a student at UQ taking my Masters in Animal Science. I am an Italian girl born and raised in Singapore. I love travelling and dancing salsa!
Hi my name is Matthew or Matt either is fine. I like to have fun but also when it is during study times I am really focused on my grades and I am conscious that other people will need time to study. I am a nice and easy going person but I am a bit shy at first but give me time and I won't be. I'm 21 turning 22 in May and I'm currently on exchange in America but will be arriving back into the county early to mid May. BTW the number that has been verified is only the number I am using here while in the United States the normal number you will be able to contact me but this won't be active until I get back into the country around May
Hello, My name is Angela and I am a 26 year old female studying at UQ. I moved to Brisbane from Melbourne for my studies in which I was a Biomedical Scientist as my former job. I am in my final year of my Masters and find myself to be a very mature-minded, clean and friendly room mate. I am extremely independent and like to keep to myself as I work as a receptionist at a medical clinic most days and I study across two campuses therefore, I am usually work/studying long hours. I am very respectful for privacy and my surroundings but love to have a laugh a chat and a good time (if time permits it!). Need a new place ASAP!
I’m an International student from Assam, India, who has come to the University of Queensland to pursue full-time Masters in Biotechnology. I can adapt to any environment and I am pretty social as I love communicating with different sorts of people.
Aloha, my name is Chloe, I am 24 and oringally from Victoria. I’ve been travelling between tropical islands and ski resorts for the last 4/5 years so I can deal with having lots of people in a house and living on top of one another haha. Hospitality is my profession, I work full time in a fine dining restaurant in South Bank and usually am working anytime from noon until midnight. I can whip up cocktails for fam nights and pick out some killer wines and when drunk I can make some cool napkin shapes, but that’s where it stops! Im awful at cooking haha! I keep to myself during the week but I have most Sunday and mondays off and then I’m ready to do whatever! I am in a seriously committed relationship with Netflix and that’s about as much of a relationship I have haha! I would like some fun housemates but also respectful and don’t mind a few drinks but know the limitations when someone has work. I’ll be going on some snow trips in winter, if you’re an avid rider or want to learn this could be a dream! Ok the gritty: I ideally would like to pay around $200PW including bills but I’m flexible if it’s somewhere I like! I don’t mind going on a lease, but if not I would like something in writing about bond etc- I’ve just been a bit jerked around so it’s left a sour taste. No allergies to animals so if you have any pets HIT ME UP I am 100% happy to live with them! Preferably some internet hooked up, but if not I can sort that! Also somewhere furnished please! Happy to pay a little more as I said before for something furnished! Thanks again! Chloe
Hey There! Im looking for a room in close proximity to UQ and QUT Gardens Point as I’m a dedicated student studying at both :) I spend most of my time studying either on campus or at home and bartend a couple days/nights a week. I’m very clean and tidy. I’m low key, chill and independent a majority of the time but love to be a social little butterfly when time allows it. I’m pretty active, living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Love a good Netflix binge and a beer too. I'm perceived as a positive presence and very down to earth. I have a kitty companion with an adorably amusing personality who loves a little cuddle. 😊✌🏽
Hello! I'm 18 and I will be starting a Bachelor of Advanced Science at UQ and need accommodation nearby. I am a little shy, so I tend to keep to myself. I love reading and binge watching TV shows. I also consider myself a bit of a neat freak.
