Hi, my name is Ken. I'm a 49 years old from the usa (living in Australia over 8 years now as a permanent resident). Though I am not currently employed, that will change in the next month or even sooner. The reasons for this, well, I was a stay at home dad for about a year with 3 young kids. My wife and I have some disagreement about here parents living with us permanently. I guess I lost the battle. But I'm determined to get back on my feet and work through my issues with my wife, cause I DO still love her, and I love my kids. I know this is too much drama for you, but I felt compelled to explain my situation. Just want to be honest upfront. I have served 13 years in the military, so I'm really neat, tidy, disciplined, and organized. I consider myself easy going. I like movies, out-door activities, ten-pin bowling and going to the gym. I have worked as a mobile forklift mechanic for about 6 years while living here, and most likely will land a job in a similar role. Though I am considering other options too. I rarely cook (unless its in the microwave). When I do see my kids, I will not bring them over to the place. I usually take them out to eat or the movies. Thanks for your consideration and I will be available anytime for an interview.
I'm great to live with because I'm clean, respectful, im also a great cook, I make a mean potato bake :) I keep to myself and I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or playing Xbox. I have a dog honey, who is so placid, she is toilet trained and she is obedient , she basically just eats and sleeps , she will be in bed with me most of the time and i will clean up after her everyday. I just really need a place to live, I need a home, I just loved over here from Adelaide and I've got a job but now I just need a home :)
I am a clean and organised young female. I work full time at a before and after school care so i have split shifts (6:30-9am, 2-6:30pm) I respect people's privacy and very negotiable. I'm willing to pay $200 or less a week. I'm very easy going so please don't be hesitant :)
I'm very responsible and look after myself. I have a steady job and my license. I don't drink and I don't smoke. I study full time at Western Sydney University. I'm looking to move out as soon as possible.
My names Max currently 19 years old. 20 very soon. Have been looking to move out for quite awhile and was waiting for a good enough paying job to do so which i have now found starting on the 6th of march, so i will be unable to move out until earliest end of march to get money together properly and organised moving etc. I clean up after myself and am quite independent. Will be working full time and have worked for last two years with other jobs I do have a girlfriend that tends to come over on weekends I am a very quiet person when in my room, big computer guy so usually on that use headphones all the time. I do like to socialize with others in the house to but there are times where i prefer to be alone
My name is Jade. I am a master student studying in USyd, majoring Peace and Conflict Studies. I would believe I am a good flatmate to live with - I like to have a chat from time to time, to share ideas and all; I also enjoy being with myself, to write and read. I am very interested in renting the room; hope to hear from you soon.
Qualified landscaper and handyman, flexible and easy going personality, extremely tidy and a team player, always willing to pitch in, can fix a blocked toilet and mow the lawn, also handy with electrical stuff, open minded, GLBT friendly, love animals, the list goes on.
I started a new job at the woolworths distrabusion centre Minchinbury as a mechanical technician and have a house on the central coast, I need a room to stay in as I'll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift roster. I mind my own bisiness and ceep to myself.
I am a bit of a home body who likes to keep to himself most of the time and i'm respectful to others in that regard also. I am social as well though and love a laugh like most.
I currently live in Penrith but I'd like to move closer to my work in Rooty Hill. I'm a tidy person myself, so would like to live in a tidy house. I'd be pretty fine with most other things, just as long as it's quiet enough to sleep on weeknights. I like to think I get on well with most types of people, but definitely looking to live with people who are thoughtful of others.
Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom for my self ,partner and 5 month old daughter He works full time and I receive Centrelink bennifits while studying , would prefer a long lease but anything would be great
Full time worker. Clean and tidy. Easy to get along with and enjoy socialising and having a chat with housemates. I also enjoy having my own quiet time and happy to give other housemates their space. Happy to share monthly communal dinners.
Hey! To start this off I'm generally a very clean person (OCD HAHA) I'm usually found reading a book in my room so I'm pretty quiet too, when I'm not home I'm at work, at the gym, with my fiancé or with my friends. I don't stay out late. I can cook. I'm sporty and I get along with everybody :)
Me and Owen are great to live with because we are clean, tidy, respectful and out going people who are diligent with money and will help others in any way we can. Smoke outdoors or away from premises if preferred.
I am clean, tidy and love to socialise and meet new people. I'm a bartender during the week and wedding singer on the weekends. My goal is to be a well established artist/singer/ songwriter and leave bartending.
Fun loving, life of the party! Looking to move closer to possible job opportunities as I'm currently living on the mid north coast. My family are between Penrith & Mount druitt so wanting to stay around that area. Have rented privately before & paid rent on time every week. Have no pets or children but do smoke outside (cannot stand inside smoking). Always clean & respectful of others. Any questions just ask :)
I am a very reliable person and I get along with everyone..especially if you love cooking as this is not my best area, however I am learning. :-P **I am looking at signing a lease in the Castle Hill area so if you are interested in teaming up I would love to hear from you. As I am running out of time I need to move in to the new place on 25th March (max three bedrooms** I am keeping all of my options open so I am also happy to share rent..at this stage I have teamed up with another girl who has a dog and we are desperate to find one more person to help us out!..Either way if the application is approved we will be moving in but will eventually need someone else to fill a room** I just recently completed a six year service in the Defence Force so I am slowly adjusting back into civilian life and I must admit I am enjoying the change. :) I am respectful, easy going with a bubbly personality (young at heart), very caring and I am a good friend. I have two very affectionate cats who are my babies (both brothers) so it would be great if you are pet friendly as well. I like to live in a clean house and I work well when organising plans. I enjoy watching movies, going out with friends and seeing new places. Due to a relationship breakdown I would prefer to live with other females, however I may consider different options if I am comfortable with the type of people and I get a long great with males also. I am desperate to find a suitable place to move in on 25th March 2017 due to my work commitments and other priorities. I am also a semi vegetarian (only really eat seafood), enjoy a sweet wine, love entertaining/ music, keeping healthy and fit..may need a gym buddy soon to get back into the routine. :)
I am looking for a clean tidy modern and quite place to stay with my own toilet and x1 car space. I would need also a big kitchen and fridge as I do prep my meals for the week ahead. I work full time from monday-saturday and I am looking for a place with no pets, no smokers, no kids and no party animals. Thank you!
I'm 19. My family is moving and its going to be too far to travel to work everyday. So I've decided to try and find a place closer. I spend most of the week working as I hold down two jobs. And if im not at work im hanging out with friends or just relaxing at home.
Hey! My name is Brooke, I'm 20 years old. I work full time barely home always at work. I'm a pretty chilled out fun and bubbly person, who always loves a laugh, enjoys jokes and of course I'm always down for a glass of wine! I love exploring new and exciting things, hanging out, having fun and meeting new people.

Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace, quiet and sleep so I'm after a quiet location where I can sleep any time - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no noisy neighbours or dogs barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have some belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough. My budget of $300/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. When I'm home I like to watch tv/movies and play video/board games. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
Currently studying to be a secondary school teacher. Very quiet and do keep to myself, as well as love to go out and hang out with friends. I do have to mention, as well as studying, I work in the markets; So a very early wake up is crucial. Please note I am up and out of the house in 10 minutes and you won't even notice my 3am starts .. VERY NEAT AND TIDY, will take part in chores and love to cook. Thanks
I'm a "people person" through and through - it's the first thing complete strangers say about me; weird, I know. Also I'm super dooper clean and tidy, and pretty much just a general delight to be around - turning any negative into a positive is my speciality, you'll enjoy my company "guaranteed or your money back" 👍 Message me and we can discuss my chicken nugget/miniature Spoodle Bella and her adorable antics, and our desire to relocate back to the Penrith area. Looking forward to finding a new person/family to love and/or not have anything to do with depending on what you're into.. regardless, we'll pay rent on time, and not give your spouse and/or kids anything to worry about👌
New to Sydney to work in the Nepean Hospital. From Brisbane, originally Byron Bay. I'm a fun, social person who is keen to meet new people. I'm easy going but also clean and tidy. I enjoy teamsport, trying new things and general banter. I'm looking for housemates who are like minded.
hi room seeker, Im a clean, tidy, friendly individual that is looking for a room close to my work place in Penrith. I am an architect that enjoys designing stuff and I also have hobbies such as movies, books, coffee, soccer. More background is I'm from hk but has been in aus for a while, thus if u want to learn some canto slang or go yum cha, i will be the one. i also have a car, thus if a place has a car space, that will be ideal so let me know about you too! Cheers Andre
I am over clean. I like to keep everthing tidy. I am easy going like to do the conversation with others but sometimes I like just stay at my room. I am respectful with others privacy. I don't smoke. I like cooking for my self.
Hi my name is Joel. I'm looking to rent a room in a houseshare/flatshare arrangement or to team up with possible flatmates for joint rental. House or flat, can share bathroom, don't smoke, furnished or unfurnished. I don't own any pets. References from previous landlords. Proof of income if required. Broadband internet connection required, I have a current account that can be moved to a new address or I’m happy to split an existing bill equally. A little bit about me: I'm a self employed full time studio music teacher. I work in Penrith weekday evenings and weekends. I teach guitar, bass and music theory. I also sing in a choir and work with a children's choir. I'm at home every day until about 1:00 and then go to work and get home about 9:00 at night. So usually don't see much of my flatmates. For those worried about sound levels: I don't make any noise at night and don't practice much at home. I mostly play classical guitar music which is quite soft. I'd like to stay reasonably close to Penrith as I go into town (Penrith) every day. But have spent the last 12 months in Lower Blue Mountains which has been a nice change and so happy to look here too. I can move at short notice but MUST be out of my current place before 30th of March. Contact me for further information. We can meet up no obligation and can also talk budgets and other details. Take care, Joel

Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17
