Hi there, My name's Avnee, and i'm looking for a private room in the inner city suburbs. Dates: Mid July — Mid Dec 2017 (dates are flexible). I'll be travelling Dec-Jan, but will be looking to rent again from late Jan — mid June 2018, whether at the same place or another (so happy to help find a temporary housemate if you'd like). About me: I'm a 23yr old female, currently studying my Masters of Clinical Psychology. I'm undergoing my training as a clinical psychologist, so i'll be busy with placements or uni all weekdays. I'm looking for a home to come back to in the evenings where I can cook a nice meal (though I love a good take-out) and get some R&R. On weekends, I like a mix of quiet time (can't live without chocolate and Netflix) and getting out and exploring Sydney with friends. My parents live in Sydney so on some weekends i'll dissapear to visit them, and might bring back some home-cooked curries to share ;) What i'm like to live with: Clean, organized, and easygoing. Also a non-smoker and non-partier. Ideally, i'd like to become friends with my new housemates, but I also completely respect your need for space.
I am Pan, come from China, love movie, music and beer, like to make friends, would really like to have a nice place and room mates to stay with when in Sydney! So exciting about the upcoming new life!
Working in fashion I have a lot of great clothes! ;) I'm tidy, friendly, down to earth, outgoing and enjoy going out for a dance, a drink and some fine dining here and there. However I also very much enjoy solo time, a bubble bath and a lazy day relaxing at the beach. Looking to live with 2 or more people relatively close to the airport but also not far from the city.
Hi! I'm a 36 y.o. originally from Sydney (I grew up in Randwick) but have just returned after a long stint living and working in the UK. My Scottish girlfriend will be joining me here on 16th June and we need a nice STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM flat to stay until our long term lease starts in mid August. We are both easy going, low key and tidy non-smoking people with no pets. If you think there may be a fit, please let me know when suits best for a viewing. Damien and Pam
I'm a professional, young, fun guy who has been living in Sydney for 21 years and living in shared houses for 2 years. I work full time in advertising and enjoy the fun things in life. I spend my weeknights usually cooking and relaxing after work. Whereas I spend my weekends usually out of the house or having some friends over for some drinks. I'm looking for one or 2 housemates to start a new place with in Sydney's inner west, somewhere near a train station ideally. I'd love to live with other neat, young professionals who share a passion for cooking and enjoy a drink...or 10. I can provide a fridge, washing machine, dryer and TV to help fill the place, so someone who is willing to fill the rest of the apartment would be amazing! (lounge, dining table, tv unit)

Very mature and responsible girl looking for a new place, preferably all females around their 20's-40's! Also looking for something long term, I work full time in Bondi junction so you'll only see me floating around between shifts!
I'm a 27 year-old Canadian interning at the University of Sydney for 6 months. I am looking for accommodations specifically from June 30 to December 11. My fiance will be joining me for two months, so there will be the two of us from October 9 to December 11. We are both pretty adaptable. We're content sticking to ourselves or socializing with just about anyone, and are always up for a friendly pint in a new pub or a good cup of coffee. I really love good live music and bad TV. I love travelling and trying new things, and I'm excited to explore the Sydney area!
I've teamed up with another girl & guy from flatmates.com and we are looking to start a teamup with one more person to find a 4 bedroom house in the Inner West. We are hoping to move around late June although dates are a little flexible. Myself, I am a 22 year old working professional with a beautiful dog looking to share a home with other dog-lovers. My 6yo Bull Arab dog, Hazel, needs a bit of yard to roam, and loves other dogs and people! Myself... I love to travel, read, catch up on the latest shows, and grab a bite and a drink with friends. My home is my sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and I love nothing more than a good sleep in on weekends!
I'm an easygoing positive/optimistic guy. Meditate & exercise daily, am a vegetarian & love cooking! Originally from Melbourne, much travelled & just returned from a 4 year stint in Cambodia. Love film & spending free time in nature.
Hi there It's Gerald, 33 years old, Chilean, so you can practice your Spanish with me "Hola amigo", "Una cerveza por favor", and those kind of things. I'm a journalist but here I'm a Chef student, who cooks better than your grandma (haha I have to say it). I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed and incredibly clean. I enjoy doing sports, taking pictures and all the audiovisual jazz. Love music, chill with friends. I don't have much time for fun, cose I'm working and studying hard, but it would be great shearing a coffee, playing chess or just have a nice talk with cool people. I'm looking for a private room where I can study, but also a cool place to call home with other legends. If I am the style of guy you are looking for, let me know and I'll be there. Cheers Gerald
Hello potential flatmates, I am a 30 year old easy going guy working full time. I am looking for a chilled out house share, looking for a home rather than just a place to live. I am moving back to my beloved Sydney after 2 years in Brisbane. I have an active lifestyle, work during the week and like going out in the weekends. Please feel free to contact me
Young, determined, good work ethic, not lazy, one is a clean freak, quiet couple, like to have fun, easy to get along with, easy to talk to and negotiate and reliable
Hi I'm Tess, I'm 27 and work full time as a Speech Pathologist in Newtown. Looking for a new place to call home due to lease ending! I'm very easy going, love baking and I'm great with a vacuum! Always happy to relax and do my own thing, but equally happy to sit down with a g&t and catch up!
We are searching some place near to the city or near to transportation. We are clean, chill out, and friendly people. We are working part-time.
Single, mature-minded, quiet, and respectful full-time IT professional and occasional music nerd with an intellectual/artistic bent. Seeking a private room in a quality environment in a transport-accessible part of Sydney. Location and dates flexible. Parking required.
I'm clean and tidy, honest, and considerate of noise levels late at night or early in the morning - these are also qualities I'm looking for in my future housemates. I love music and like to get out and have a dance. I'm pretty healthy and active too, cycling to work and going to gym most mornings during the week. While I'm chatty and sociable, I'm also happy to give you your space if you're not up for a chat! My weeknights are pretty relaxed, I work 9-5 in a corporate city job (boooring) and am usually out once or twice during the week. Weekends I tend to be out and about. I'm not one for bringing people over unless it's agreed with my housemates beforehand. And yes, at 37 I still like to party every now and again, but I absolutely don't bring the party home. I have a motorbike, which means I'm looking for a place with access to off-street parking. Doesn't have to be a garage as such, but somewhere I can park her securely out of harms way. I'm hoping to live with people I can share a wine and a laugh with at the end of the day.

I work fulltime as a store manager in retail and in my spare time I like to go to art galleries or go exploring with my camera. Hello! I'm a training & assessment manager and theatre studies lecturer, who also works as a deviser/director/dramaturg in theatre and opera. I'm from Sydney, but have also lived in Adelaide and London, and I love to travel, read, binge on classic films, drink endless cups of tea, try cooking new recipes (I do mostly cook vegan, but am very flexible with it) and go on day trips with friends. I keep things tidy and am always up for doing my share of cleaning - I've lived in places with rosters, cleaners and pitching in yourself and can cope with any of those options. I'm not a party girl (my friends will not hesitate to tell you that I fall asleep after two proseccos) but I'm always up for a chat and enjoy socialising with my housemates. I enjoy having my own life and am respectful of the lives of others, but I'm looking for a place with people where we all look forward to coming home. If this sounds like you and/or your home, please get in touch!
