Hello ! I am French and I am currently looking for a collocation. My goal is to find a job near the collocation. I am a respectful person, knowing how to live in community and who will adapt to the rules imposed. Of course I will participate financially and humanly to the collocation. I am looking for a collocation in which one feels good, where each respects the privacy of the other but why not share common activities. Thank you in advance and hope to meet. Kevin.
I currently live in Wollongong and I'm looking to move to Sydney beginning of February for a new job. I love binge watching TV shows, hanging out with friends, finding cool new restaurants and cafes, reading and listening to music. Looking for a place to live where the roommates love to hang out from time to time but also understand personal space! I'm respectful, easy to get along with and quite tidy. Please get in touch if you think we'd be great roommates! :)
It's Melike from Turkey! I'm 22 years old, graduated law school, lawyer. Here to improve my english and preparing IELTS to do my master. I'm international dancer and yoga practicer. also I used to do kick box. lover to explore and new experience. Cheers!
Hi! I am a mid-twenties professional working full-time in the CBD. I am very easy-going, tidy and respectful. I enjoy staying active, but also happy to kick back watching sports and share a beer with mates. I am originally from Sydney. Not to brag, but I am a gun at washing dishes. Hoping to find one or two like minded fellas to share with in the inner west. Erskineville, Alexandria, Marrickville, Newtown areas feel like a good fit for me.
G'day Future Flatmates! I am Alexander, 25 yr old hospo professional. Very social and respectful, I don't work nights ( so no coming home at 3am every night) enjoy living in a tidy space and helping a mate out when needed. Enjoy a few hobbies like home brewing, Fishing and camping and Netflix marathons. I have no pets and do not smok(not against it), but I do love a beer or wine when there is someone to join me. I do my best to always be ahead with rent and bills and do my fair share. Look forward to hearing from you, Cheers
I have 5+ years of perfect tenant history and have been on multiple leases where I have been responsible for paying rent to landlord/property manager - thus I understand exactly the nature of paying rent on time and the importance of budgeting. I am very clean and a mixture of introvert/extrovert so can adjust to any suitable ways you wish to have a housemate. I am a chef so can cook extremely wonderful meals =) by career I am a teacher so very responsible and hardworking I have 1 medium sized dog who is 100% house trained and 100% all love, and 2 guinea pigs who stay in an outdoor hutch =)
Looking for other members from the league of ~Weirdos in Disguise~ with which to share a living space, intellectual conversations and a nurturing frustration in humanity as a whole. *Working as an Research and Development Engineer in Punchbowl *5am wake-up Mon-Fri (I'm pretty quiet, but it's worth mentioning) *Have been involved in Couchsurfing and would like to be able to continue doing so *Smoker of stuffandthings *Preferably no TV *I have a record player ..if that's worth anything
Hello, I am an easy going female, looking to share a relaxed home with flatmates. I love the Innerwest areas of Erskineville, Newtown and Enmore for the cafes, pubs and good vibes. I come with 2 female cats, both are house trained and desexed. One cat, Ella is very sociable, especially with food because she is little fatty and the other, Missy tends to keep to herself. I tend to be quiet in the week and tend to go to the gym (I try)! Sometimes I work nights, usually once or twice a week. On the weekend, I like to catch up with friends and have a social drink at the pub. I enjoy a cook up and having a laugh over a good coffee or glass of wine.
Hi, I'm Ash, a 29 year old easy-going and considerate male who's lived in share housing before. I'm currently employed full time, working as a project coordinator and controls professional in Newtown. i like basketball, being active and going to the beach. looking for down to earth and friendly flatmates.
I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
I'm a relaxed and amenable hombre. Flexible is my middle name. I do work a lot as well as some volunteering. I spent many years working on Film/Television and now work in healthcare. My downtime is driven by cafes, some gardening, chatting and reading and many other things. I quite like cleaning because I like a clean space. A social fellow with out being reckless, I really enjoy the company of others. Inversely, I do enjoy leaning back in solitude with my Kindle. Hooking into Tai Chi again after spending a while looking after my ailing mum. I'm looking forward to a new residence with new people. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).
Hi I'm Toby, I'm 25 and I recently finished studying Design at UNSW. I work in Ticketing at the Sydney Opera House, usually 25-35 hours a week. I'm interested in cooking (especially for other people), sports, socialising and reading. I play soccer on Sundays and usually go to a friends place on Wednesdays for a weekly dinner me and my friends like to have. I am equally good at keeping to myself as I am hanging out and socialising, so would be happy with a social household or a more laid-back one. Aside from that I like to see the odd live music show, see a movie, go for a hike or just do some sort of activity. I would lean towards a more sociable household where people are willing hang out or have a chat. I have a strong friend group of my own so wouldn't be relying on the house for all of my social life, but I would like to feel like I can be friends with my housemates. Though I would also be fine with a house where people keep to themselves more. I love to cook for other people so would gladly offer up my services!
Hey, hope you are well. My name is Sonal. I'm a 22 y/o female and I work in digital marketing for a law firm based in Sydney. I have lived in a shared house before and enjoyed it. I am pretty relaxed, my work keeps me busy during the week but weekends I enjoy trying out cafes, listening to live music and cooking. I clean up after myself and respect the privacy of others. I'm looking for lively place that's close to cafes etc. as I like to have stroll every now and then. Happy to move anytime starting now. I'm pretty easy going and appreciate the little things in life. Hit me up if you got a cool place for a cool gal :)
Currently lived in Sydney for three years and studying full time at the University of Sydney (B. International and Global Studies). My sister and I are looking to team up with some other students or working professionals to find a house for as long a period as possible in order to create stability while we study. Been living in Marrickville/Newtown area for the past two years, if you'd love to team up or have some rooms available we'd love to hear from you! -Kit
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's (from Feb) but mostly office hours with the occasional weekend on call and VERY occasional evening or night shift. I'm British but have permanent residency in Australia and looking to get my citizenship when I can (2019!). I tend to listen to music (everything bar RnB/hip hop & drum 'n' bass) more than watch TV & I have decks at home for pretending to be a DJ, but wouldn't use them while you're home. When I do watch TV, it's the news, politics and docos on the ABC or SBS or on-semand stuff from Stan. Happy to also sit and watch a film together with a bottle of wine in the evening. I like to cook and would be happy to share meals, although I'm veggie so equally happy to do my own thing. I also love to entertain, either dinner or a bigger group for drinks. If you wanted to have a houseparty I could be convinced, but only for special occasions! I like to have the odd big night out, although this tends to just be on the long weekends and generally on the scene, although I am trying to find what else gay Sydney has to offer (recommendations welcome!) I'm looking to get a house rather than an apartment and I will be getting a dog so please don't waste your time if that's a no-go for you!
I'm independent and easy going English girl . I work Mon to Fri 9-5pm for a recruitment company in the CBD, for the last 2 years. I'm active, normally at the gym or yoga during the week. I also like to bake&cook, and enjoy going for drinks/meals with friends on a Friday night after work. Exploring or doing activities during the weekends. I am looking for a clean private room with like minded awesome people, who would be happy to enjoy a dinner and drink together once in a while. - ASAP, preferably within walking distance to a train station or easy city transport access.
I am an Architect and Phd Student working and studying full-time. I just moved to sydney from Canberra for work. I am very open , friendly and easy going. I love meeting new people but also love to enjoy my quiet time to reflect and study as well. I am very organized, tidy and respectful of the rights of others especially in a shared apartment scenario. I am looking for a place that meets my needs of coming home to relax after a busy day and also quiet enough for me to study at night. I get along with pretty much anyone and everyone.
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for like-minded flat buds to share with. Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :) Need room to be available the day I arrive back in Sydney so happy to Skype and Face-time!
Hi everyone! My name is James. Coming from a small town in Queensland. I am very clean and well organised, looking to start my career in Sydney. I am very honest, like traveling and socialising. Hopefully looking for a place close to the city or train station.
I'm a bright and friendly fine arts student (formerly student of science/arts), love to ride my bike around and go for walks and weekend adventures. I generally keep my work contained to the studio and leave home as a place to wind down, but still love to create things as much as I can. I'm quiet though still a social creature. Love meeting new people and learning new things about the world.
Hello! My name is Ellie and I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide to study a radio course at AFTRS. I would love to live within cycling distance of the campus (it's in Moore Park). I love gin and tonics, films, avocado on toast, Kate Bush, podcasts, kitchen dance parties, collecting vinyl, sharing meals, making puns, drinking beers and meeting all sorts of new people. I've lived in sharehouses in Adelaide and overseas and know the drill. I'm really easy to get along with and am keen for a friendly, comfortable place to call home (and I always refill the ice cube tray!) Feel free to get in touch if you wanna know more!
I'm a relaxed fun loving person who enjoys meeting new friends and being social. I enjoy my own time as well but I'm looking to live with people who also enjoy a chat and a drink sometimes. Week to week I'm not a huge party person, more of a relaxed get together type guy, but I won't shy away from a big night either. I live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle, love the beach and will jump at any opportunity to try something new or go on an adventure. I work full-time in emergency services but when i'm not at work I try not to take things to seriously. My background is in design and I'm still a creative person at heart. I live for good food and coffee and enjoy cooking. Cleaning is no issue and I'm a tidy person. I'm a non smoker and strictly no drugs by me or anyone I live with. I don't have any pets but I love dogs and I'm generally ok with animals as long as they don't destroy the house. At the moment I live in St Peters with my female housemate who is unfortunately moving out due to pug commitments. I'm looking for a change of scenery in a stable living arrangement long term.
I am a very easy going, friendly guy originally from Canberra . I'm currently in my last year of uni and working part time (full time over the summer) and looking for a room really anywhere in the inner west (honestly not picky at all).
-I'm 27 and from Mumbai. I'm moving out of my home for the first time, so I'm pretty excited (and nervous). I'm a musician and a writer and I will be studying architectural acoustics for two years at USyd. Why you'd like me at your place: -I'm very concerned about hygiene, space, silence, and healthy eating. -I cook (Indian and Continental). -I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally and I do not do any drugs. -I will be working part time too so I will be out most days on weekdays.
Easy going and sociable. Interested in other people and trying new things. Currently working at CSIRO and also testing out some ideas with some friends on the side. Have been living in Sydney last 7 months, originally from Canberra. In my leisure time like to exercise, follow/play soccer, listen to music, read and socialise with others in the Sydney tech scene.

Hi, I'm Lenka, 26 yrs old British girl working in Recruitment in the city. I'm a permanent resident here and have been in Australia for 3 years. I am very active; rock climbing, acroyoga, diving, hooping, gym and more! I spend probably about half my time at my partner's place in the inner west and am looking to move back to the area because I left to the Eastern suburbs about a year ago and I miss it! When I am home, I love binge watching tv shows or reading a good book with a glass of wine, or painting, drawing and being creative. I'm an avid cook and baker and love doing family dinners and cooking for other people. Cat and dog person even though I come with none of my own. Very sociable, chatty and easy going, I also take huge amount of pride in being clean and tidy and am looking for a long term commitment to a lovely place I can call home.
I tend to keep to myself, usually playing video games or watching shows/movies, I clean up after myself, although I will admit, I stockpile laundry and do it in one big hit. I usually go out most nights and start work early so you quite possibly will rarely see me.
I'm a 26 y/o female, friendly, out going and easy to get along with. I work full time doing rope access building maintenance. In my spare time I go rock climbing and usually head out to the blue mountains on the weekends. I'm looking for easy going flatmates and I would prefer to stay in St Peters.
A little bit about us: I'm 23 years old and a 2nd year physiotherapy student. Abby (my girlfriend) is 24 years old and starting Veterinary Med next year, having completed Biomed in Geelong, Victoria. We are both big on fitness and sport (Abby's a gym instructor and I'm a member of a local footy club) and love our AFL - something very rare in NSW as we initially found out. We both work full-time currently however will cut back our hours over uni to balance the study load. Big fans of getting out and about on the weekend, and love seeking out new eateries. We love the beach, love being outdoors and enjoying meeting new people. In saying that we do prioritise our uni studies over many things, but do not mind winding down over a glass of red or a beer. As our value as housemates we are very respectful and clean, and will do our fair share in maintaining the house. We do have a lot of furnishings fit for a new house. These include: - 55" LG TV - 2 smaller TVs - TV Unit - Foxtel - Spare Queen Mattress - Spare chest of drawers - L-shaped couch - Kitchen appliances (everything you can think of) - Crockery and cutlery - Printer - Study desk - Kitchen table/chairs - Blow up mattresses (to house guests) - Outdoor setting - BBQ - Fridge (bit dingy haha) - Xbox One We do also have 2 Labradors that are extremely chilled out (lazy), which aren't fussed by much and are very well behaved. We are looking to move in mid-Feb (earliest would be 10th Feb). We are quite flexible as to where we live, so long as there is a train station near by. As we have dogs we would need a townhouse or unit (no apartments). We prefer team-ups, however if you have an established house that would suit us (and the dogs) we would love to hear from you too! If we sound like the right fit for you give us a bell, we would love to catch up for a beer or coffee :-) Cheers, Rory + Abby
I'm a Nurse currently re assessing career and life options! I'm laid back and easy going, clean and tidy and whilst I enjoy a drink and company I'm not a big party animal and do like my privacy also. I'm respectful of others personal space and privacy yet still want to have my place feel comfortable and like home so much prefer someone who I can also communicate with. I'm very upfront and honest and prefer the same back to make life easier for everyone!! Have no problems with others having social lives or guests I'm not one for feeling restrictions in comfort of own home. Can not deal with drama or high maintenance people!!
Hey people! I'm a big fan of the outdoors and I spend most of my weekends either at the beach or out in the Blue Mountains climbing or hiking. I consider myself a social person and will generally spend my time at home out in the living room chatting and hanging out rather than locked away in my room but I am respectful of others privacy and need for alone time. I'm generally super laid back and don't sweat the little things that come with hose sharing, hakuna matata. I work full time as an engineer in the CBD and generally try to keep myself occupied and out of the house outside of work hours. I'm also a guitarist and am always up for a jam or singalong, but am always conscious to not to play during inappropriate times like early weekend mornings or the like.
I'm a 28 year old full time working professional. I'm originally from Melbourne, and moved to Sydney for work back in September. I'm quiet, tidy, friendly, very easygoing and considerate of other people's personal space, belongings. I'm only looking at rooms with an ensuite or private bathroom.

I am a mature but young thinking & positive & optimistic man, financially secure with Bank investments. I am a independent person, but enjoy the social company of other like minded people. I share household duties with others, & try to encourage a family type atmosphere. I cook & can clean up after myself. Rent will be paid on time without fail & by direct deposit automatic payments if mutually agreeable.....
Hello there! :) I am Ümit, an ex national team water polo player and an industrial engineer. I moved to Sydney recently for a year... I am looking for a place where must be clean, tidy and central. Your place looks even more than that :) Actually it is also so important for me to get together with fun, social,open-minded, tidy and collective people to live with. I am consider myself as a cheerful person who likes to socialise and have fun with others, especially partying and chatting. Finally,if u think i am okay for your criteria, do not hesitate to contact me back. Looking forward to hearing from you... Kind regards
About me - Very easy going, respectful in all areas, quiet but always down for a chat/ cultural exchange as I'm not originally from Australia. Big fan of sweets, coffee and veggies. Definitely not the party type, i spend my free time traveling, beaching, hiking and all kinds of outdoorsy stuff! I'm a full time chef and i like to cook in most of the time unless you're down to grab a pork roll. I'm quite clean/ tidy and mildly OCD. I'm always on time with rent/ bills. 0478111054 :)
I'm 37 years old, English student, NO vices, hard worker and disciplined. I'm looking for a single room from 16th Mar (or at an early date), as long as it's an organized and clean environment. I'm a very calm guy to get along with. I intend to spend a long time in Sydney, studying and working. I give preference for roommates/flatmates who speak English.
Hi! I'm Will. I'm a student looking to find a two to five bedroom apartment with other easygoing people to share or start up, or an affordable one bedroom or studio on its own if that's somehow seemingly possible. Private room. I'm looking to study this year at UNSW and I need to find a place close by. I'm quiet, but I don't mind socialising if we get along and can connect, easygoing, considerate, can clean up after myself (as long as you don't mind my room looking a bit awry at times) and always up for a chat over a cuppa. I'm more for a quiet lifestyle and I never get in other people's way or space. But I would like to head out or to the beach now and again. I drink socially. I have four budgies I need to bring along however. Don't plan on getting another anytime soon. I do have another budgie someone here can happen to take off me if they want. She just hasn't bonded with the others. She's not overly aggressive or naughty, but has wanted to be top of the pecking order and is more of a loner to the others. Looks pretty, different to the budgie in the above picture though (that one I would like to keep), kind of a light green and yellow on the head, some brown barring on the wings, and some small purple patches on the cheek. She likes to climb onto and nimble at your fingers if you're interested, so somewhat tame if only shy. Please message me if you have something you think would suit. :)
I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$300/wk. Please note that during busy periods, I may not logon to the flatmates website for more than a week. If you are interested, we can arrange to meet for a quick face to face introduction. Cheers.
Hello, I'm Ariel I'm 23, studying counselling, working part time in the city and looking for a queer-friendly home. I'm a clean and tidy gal who is respectful of other people and their space. I vibe a lot off the people I live with, so I'm down to make nice housemate connections, or keep more to myself, or ideally a healthy mix of both. When I'm free I like to socialise with friends, listen to tunes, make crafty things/costumes, netflix, write, enjoy a wine etc. Send this gal a msg if you think it might work!
Hi, I'm Niamh. I've been sharing in Erskineville / Newtown for 3 years and love this area. I'm friendly, relaxed, tidy, considerate and always pay my bills on time. I'm an animal lover so if there's a dog / cat in the house, that's great too... although I don't have one myself. I like galleries, markets, gigs, Inner West breakfasts, the occasional bloody mary on a Sunday. Work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm for a startup in the city. I'd like to live somewhere where everyone does their own thing but also catches up together for a glass of wine / bit of a laugh. Looking for an unfurnished bedroom and a little space around the house for 3 cute houseplants
Im a full time worker who is looking for a place that feels like home. I am tidy, mature and resposible. I would love to move in with people who i can have a chat with and maybe hang out every now and then, but i also love my own space too

My name is Ana, I am a non-smoker, full-time secretary in newtown. I'm easy going, have a great sense of humor, organized, responsible and reliable person. I've been living in Australia for almost 8 years sharing houses. I'm looking for a private room. I work as a wedding photographer on weekends so I am out of the house most of the time I would love a peaceful quite place to rest when I am around the house. It would be perfect to share the house/apartment with one professional, I'll need some kind of parking even if it is on the street. My lease will end by 25th Feb and I'll need a place by then. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks :) Ana.
I'm looking for a quiet, clean, cosy place to call home. I tend to be out of the house a lot, seeing friends, swimming and playing a lot of social netball. Every now and then I'll head out hiking for the weekend. When I'm home I like to cook, watch bad tv, tend to my plants, read and have chats in the kitchen. I prefer a collective style of living, sharing chores, expenses and some food. I work 9-5 in the city doing comms for an environment organisation, but I'm considering chucking it all in and finally starting that phd. Queer friendly, lefty, lapsed vegetarian (so I eat meat but can also cook all those great Ottolenghi vege dishes) and keen cyclist.
My name is Alina. I'm 27 years old and working full-time as a Graphic Designer. I'm an active, very clean person and have a happy personality. My holidays are usually spent on sight-seeing adventures with friends and I'm big on dancing! I like to cook and have a huge sweet tooth but breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day. After work I like to relax and am partial to a glass of wine with roommates. I'm looking for a friendly and sociable home where we respect each other's space so get in touch if it sounds like I could fit into your home!
Hey guys, I’m Sarah! In a nutshell I’m 24 and work in marketing, have been sucked into loving pilates and cycle classes, and am originally from Melbourne so I make a trip home every few months (but Sydney is somehow winning me over). I’ve perfected the art of egg poaching, and probably could moonlight as a cleaner/ Ikea flatpack assembler. I moved up to Sydney almost 2 years ago and have made some awesome friends…which is what I’m looking for in my new housemates (rather than just a group of people living under the same roof…been there!). I love checking out new beaches, being outdoors, sussing out good brunch spots and bars (outside the lockout zone). Drop me a message if you’d like to meet up :)
Hi, my name is Manu, I'm 28, a high school art/English teacher. I DJ and produce music and I love to dance and enjoy myself. At home I love to cook, exercise, rest well and eat healthy. As a housemate I like to share and socialize, but appreciate and respect individual space. I would love to find a creative household with people I can bounce ideas off, listen to music and appreciate good films with.
Hi, I'm Nicola. creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go, in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party, more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/cast cuddles are the best!
