G'day. I'm a 23 year old Aussie managing a bar in glebe. I like to have a beer at home and play music with my housemates and friends. I've always been a clean and tidy housemate with good hygiene. I begin study at uts next year. I'm looking for a nice room in an innerwest houdeshare. I hope to have place in which I can socialise at home as well as have privacy
23 year old from QLD moving to Sydney for grad school. I am looking for some fun, friendly people to move in with. I value cleanliness and I can cook - I would really like to find people who are sociable and enjoy chatting / activities with flatmates balanced with doing your own thing. Hobbies include travelling, learning languages, cooking, outdoor activities and exploring new places. Bonus points if you have pets I can cuddle, but it's not a deal breaker! I have lived out of home (including overseas) since I finished school so I am definitely house-share trained, and I can provide four years of proof of paying rent reliably. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own space/privacy but also flatmates who I can chat to and become friends with too (moving away from all my friends and family). I can sign on to a lease any time from late November but I probably wouldn't physically move until after Christmas. Just message me if you have any questions :)
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile.
I am many things but here are a few things great about me: 1)I am a Christian and have a Great sense of humour, i am always one to make people laugh. 2) Elecrtronics background, so i a well versed with technology :). A bit nerdy 3) Very tidy and clean, not a bad cook either 4) Love sports, playing sport, watching sport. 5)Very humble and friendly I am looking for either a room with my own bathroom or team mates to team up so that we can find a place to share together. I would also love a place where there is not much noise and that would also allow my girlfriend to visit as we have church services to attend to together every Friday and Sunday. It would be lovely to find like minded people who share the same values and this would be great as we can help each other grow
Hey, I am Vicente originally from Spain, living in Sydney for almost 4 years already I am easy going, sociable, clean..... looking for a place that I can call home. I like home to be a place to relax and I respect privacy and space but sociable as well :) I enjoy the outdoor, going out for a drink or two, live music... but also enjoy a quiet night at home watching a movie Busy during the week with work(I work as an architect standard office hour 9-6 but sometimes i have to do crazy hours) , on weekends I like going to the markets, beach, catching up friends, camping,... or sometimes just stay at home. I also have a small campervan and I like to spend weekends out of the city when is warm. Cheers
I'm a full-time professional working in Sales&marketing in Alexandria area. I'm pretty easygoing and very clean. I'm always up for watching a movie or tv-show.I spend most of my time at work and I'm at the gym afterward. I love to cook and wouldn't mind a glass of red while chatting at all.
I am vibrant and have a joyful personality. I work in Human Resources as a HR Manager for a government agency (just starting and leaving the construction industry) and really enjoy what I do for work. In my free time I enjoy cooking/baking, Latin dancing (teaching internationally and performing), spending time with friends, traveling the globe and trying new fun things like archery and trapeze (to name a few). I'm very sociable, but after long days in the office I can be a bit of a "grandma" and pretty much eat, shower and go straight to bed. *yawn* I don't mind chatting over a wine or two and can also appreciate when people need their space. I'm fairly clean - and my only vice would be that it may take me a day or two to put away my washing basket (which would be beside my bed in my room). I'm not one to leave dishes in the sink and I avidly clean the the house and bathroom on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
Hi, I am looking for somewhere to live with my small, well-behaved dog, Nara. I am about to graduate with my masters in Human Resource management and I am currently in the process of relocating with my current role from Brisbane to Sydney. I am not looking for a party house however I do like to be sociable and have BBQs, dinners and the occasional drink. I am clean and respectful and would like an easy going, clean and relaxed household.
I like to think of myself as respectful, helpful, friendly & easy going.
Hi, mi name is Norma post-student in my late twenties. My routine usually is weedays at Uni but during evening always up for a chat to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random nothing crazy. I have been living DownUnder since Feb and I have been in different shared places I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home with fun ppl ready to be friends and who are up for a beer from time to time. I am also a respectful human being when privacy is needed. I am available to move late November or early December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi
Hey Guys, A well travelled Aussie born Asian, Im a professional who works normal business hours in the city. Clean, respectful and tidy, im a non smoker who respects personal space but also can offer a great ear or company for those who want to social. I pitch in as a team around the house but I also enjoy mountain biking, good food, gym, travelling and socials. Im quite handy fixing things or building ikea, even having a crack with the kitchen tools to create a delicious meal. You may be getting your monies worth here! Looking for like minded individuals. Not in a hurry to move but looking for the right place/people as I'd like to be friends with my housemates and be able to feel at home and comfortable when walking through the door.
Hey future flatmates, I'm Sarah! I'm a 24 year old professional who just got home from 6 months of traveling and now I'm looking to find a place in Sydney as I am currently based on the Central Coast. I work in North Sydney in HR and would ideally like to live close to this area. I'm energetic and outgoing but also enjoy downtime. I love live music and anything to do with nature whether it be the beach or hiking.
Hi, I'm Andy from germany and I'm currently looking for a nice place for me and my girlfriend Silvia. We're an easy going couple and preferably looking for a houseshare with a little backyard. Occasianally we like to share diner and having a good chat. For living I work fulltime as a Machinist and Silvia works in Childcare.
Hey potential roomie! I'm a graphic designer from Queensland, and I've been in Sydney since December living in Erskineville. I love the area but I'm ready for a move and I'm happy to live anywhere. I work in Surry Hills near Museum station so anywhere close to the trains will be great for me! I'm bubbly and outgoing, as well as extremely clean and considerate of other peoples' space and privacy. I would like to live with people who have the same values and will pull their weight around the house with cleaning. I'm extremely house proud and would suit living with someone with the same ideals. Ideally I'd love my own bathroom after previous bad experiences with sharing. I work out everyday at 6am, so ideally I'd love to live within walking distance of an F45 gym. I'm not a party animal, but I'd love to share with someone who likes to have fun and will have a wine or two with me on occasion! I work out everyday and live a healthy lifestyle, I also love to cook, travel and be creative.
Hi guys I'll be moving out of my Turrella house in mid Jan and looking for something in a similar area but not too fussed. I have my own interior design business, work a couple of mornings locally, and uber drive whenever I feel like it so I am definitely financially stable. I'm not Into late night parties but enjoy socialising and bbq's and sharing a beer or glass of wine. I do a bit of yoga and hit the gym a couple of times a week, and love Sunday breakies at a good cafe. :)
I'm currently living in the Hunter and commuting to my job on York St as an Office Manager of an insurance brokerage and law firm...every day. I'm 27, and obviously having grown up in the Hunter love a glass of wine. I'm not a huge party animal but am fairly sociable. I have just as many male friends as I do female and really just need someone who's considerate and preferably a professional. Ideally, I'd like to move during the first two weeks of November. I currently have a house full of furniture and appliances so if you've a housemate moving out and taking essential furniture items I can likely replace them. My older brother has just moved back after a decade in the U.K. so he's happy to take whatever I don't need. I am coeliac and have other allergies so prefer to prepare my own meals...but enjoy cooking so if you don't mind a bit of gluten free perhaps we can share meals occasionally.
Hey all, I'm Michael, and I would go slightly out of my way to step on a crunchy looking leaf. I enjoy swing dancing, board games, and paying my rent on time :) Looking for a place to call home
I am 37 and moved to Sydney for work mid year. I am also quiet, considerate and a big animal lover. I work in an office full time near the city as an architect and sometimes I work late nights. I am looking for a place where I can be around nice people after work hours and have a decent nights sleep during the week. I don't drink or smoke and I am also vegan, but I am certainly not overbearing about it. I love to draw and paint, I try to get out on the weekends to yoga, anything to do with the arts and to food markets. I am looking for a place to live long term with nice people. I also like to keep clean and tidy and respect the personal space of the people I live with.
Originally from the Blue Mountains. Working in the CBD full time Mon-Fri 9-5. Master chef, neat and tidy, can take bins out if required.
Just looking for a sublet (preferably furnished) for about 2 months (somewhere between now and 6 december) its just me and my indoor kitty, were very quiet clean and friendly. looking somewhere around newtown/glebe area.
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
Hey, my names Xanthe. Not looking to move out til early next year but thought i'd get in early. I'd like to live in a clean and tidy place, with someone who respects common areas. I like to go out on weekends occasionally, have a late night and socialise, and would love a social housemate who respects both ends of the spectrum between work and play.
I'm a music producer and DJ living between Canberra and Sydney, but looking to move to Sydney more permanently. I'm clean, tidy, and work pretty long hours in my studio in Redfern so I'm not home all that much during the day. Love socialising but also like to keep to myself after hours. Always will pay rent on time. Preferably inner-west but I'll also consider places a bit further out.
Friendly, sociable, outgoing and clean individual looking for a share house to live. I work full time in the city and am passionate about travel, meeting new people and being outdoors. Looking for housemates who are happy to socialise and hang out from time to time but equally value my own time and space.
Hey everyone, My names Kae, I'm 23 and im hoping you can help me find a new place to call home! I've been living in Rockdale for the past year, so I'm super excited to be moving to the inner west area! I work full time Mon to Fri in the city, mainly 9-5pm, and work some Saturdays. I enjoy cooking... mainly eating though, I get pretty lazy after work so I generally only cook 2-3 times a week. In saying that I do cook a mean feast! On weekends I enjoy going to local markets, beach, trying new cafes, pubs and bars generally in Newtown, anything that's fun really! I have a boyfriend who is at uni full time so I am usually at his place Most weekends. Im pretty chill so I'm looking for some like-minded housemates who I can call friends and enjoy a few bevies/movies/home cooked dinners from time to time. Kae xxx
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
Hi there, I am 22 Australian male, looking for a long term living arrangement, I am a full time student studying fine arts at UNSW Art and Design and I work part time at a bar over the weekend. I am clean, social, easy going, humorous, considerate and I respect privacy. I do not smoke, I rarely drink and I am super passionate about my art. Cheers, Yossi
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
I'm a graphic design student currently dreading with assignments and pulling all nighter. If you need someone to make you coffee, you know you can count on me. I don't drink coffee so more for you. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person. I respect your space like I respect my elders (I'm asian). Dark humour, Art, Ps4, animals and all of a sudden this feels like a tinder bio. *Insert some cheesy pick up line?* Ahem! With all seriousness, I'm a pretty chill person. I know my boundaries and I'm keen to make flat-mates! And yes, I can edit your next profile picture although you're already good looking! Thanks <3
Relocating from Melbourne for work in the sports industry, so I love my sport and being outdoors. I am a friendly and laid back person. As a housemate I am clean and conscious of the other housemates. I am moving to Sydney with knowing no one, so would prefer housemates who wouldn't mind giving me some tips, and socialising at times. I have a pet mini lop rabbit who I would love to be able to bring with me if there any places that allow pets. Please advise if pets are allowed, otherwise she will be staying in Melbourne.
Hi, my name is Jarrod and my partners name is Petra. Im from the NSW south coast and work in Environmental science. Petra is Slovenian and has just arrived in Australia (we have been together for a couple of years now and lived together in London), and looking for work in translating/interpreting (she has lived all over europe and speaks 6 languages). We love travelling and meeting new people, but also like alone time and respect privacy. We are both neat and tidy. Any questions just let us know :)
Hi there, I'm a student from Brisbane, and I'm looking for a place to stay in Sydney for 3 months while completing an internship. I am clean and tidy, reliable for payments, and I'm just as happy keeping to myself as I am socialising, depending on what you would prefer!
I'm always up for a laugh, a beer or some food. I'm not a party animal as I'm usually working on a side project in my spare time. I work full time for channel 7 as a web developer. I moved to Sydney last year and I've mostly been living in flatshares while here. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others.
I work as a karaoke/trivia host four nights a week.I'm also a freelance video editor and comedy writer. I'm clean, quiet and pay rent on time. I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy a good chat over a coffee or beer with my flatmates. I smoke but only outside. I also have a gorgeous, fluffy 6yo cat named Edith Piaf who loves a good cuddle. Pick me and you won't be disappointed!
Hi. My name is Mark and I'm 34. Born in England, raised in Spain. I work in I.T as a Network and Voice Engineer. I have been living in Sydney for nearly 2 years and I really like it here. My main interests are Photography, Music, Snowboarding, Scuba diving and Travelling. I'm relatively laid back and like to wind down after work but equally enjoy going out for Dinner or to Bars sometimes during the week or at weekends. I like to keep things neat and tidy around the house.
Single professional lady working in Marketing. Not a room hermit, would prefer a house mate that likes to socialise a little bit together but also has their own life. Party days are limited these days, prefer a nice dinner with friends with a bottle wine over clubbing every weekend. However, the odd night out dancing is ok. Not into hook ups or the drug scene. Prefer someone who is relatively clean and respectful of shared space.
I'm from Western Australia so if I had a roommate that wouldn't mind going places/showing me around on weekends (although it's not necessary) that would be fun! I'm moving to Sydney to start my career in media buying/advertising. I am very respectful of peoples space - I like socialising but I also like being alone so I can fit in with my housemate(s) personality. I like to be clean and tidy but I'm not OCD about it haha!
I am a working professional and I also study part time for my MBA. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with almost everyone. I also do well with with pets, cats in particular. While I am often busy during the week, enjoy socialising over a beer or glass of wine on the weekends. I enjoy baking and am happy to share what I make with my house mates. Looking for a larger room and somewhere that is close to good public transport or walking distance to the CBD as I do not have a car.
I'm a 22 year old office manager who is traveling through Europe, the U.S, Australia, New Zealand and Asia this summer.i thing I'm a very open mind person. I love laughing and having fun. So I'm a very uncomplicated person :)
We are pretty easy going, fun and open minded Individuals. I'm working Full-time and Rachel is working part time on a Working Holiday Visa. We like travelling, nature, hiking, films, sci-fi, relaxing and chilling out! We are clean and tidy and understand the importance of others space and privacy. Easy to chat to and get along with, hope we can become good roomies!
Mine and Lizzy's lease is up in Feb 2017 so we thought we'd just make a profile to get the feelers out there as a lot of people will be looking for accommodation at this time. We're still not 100% on where we would prefer to live so we've put a variety of places down as options. In 2017 Lizzy will be in her last year of Law at Macquarie University and working part-time as a Court Officer. I will be starting my Masters of Public Policy at USYD and working part time in the public sector and also nannying. Ideally, we'd like a place in Kirribilli/North Sydney close to the trains, as Lizzy is tired of the bridge tolls lol. But also we've been living in the inner west for 2 years and are in love with it so we're open to continue living here if the right place comes up. A bit about us, we're both originally from the Central Coast and are really easygoing, fun housemates. We generally keep to ourselves during the week because of our busy schedules but do enjoy partaking in a few casual bevvies and going to gigs and bars on the weekends. We're also really into food and eating out so a house full of foodies who would join us would be so great! However we are both mature and respectful and are down with the whole sharehouse etiquette as we've been living in them for 3 years now. We are tidy and clean and are dedicated to keep common areas nice and welcoming. We are both very social but respect others privacy. We're also willing to team up with others to find the perfect place and start a new share house full of likeminded and fun people! So hit us up if you have two private rooms available or are interested in teaming up X
Cameron and I have just finished 2 and halfish year stint in the UK and looking to settle back into everyday lifestyle. Always up for a beer and chat, especially at a pub. I'm originally from Melbourne and Cameron from Sydney/NSW. Both working in hospitality
Hey! I'm 24 and work full-time in media. I enjoy keeping active, exploring markets on the weekends and the occasional Netflix binge. I'm very easy going, tidy and don't mind a wine or two after a long week at work. Hoping to find similar people to live with, who are happy to let me do my own thing, but also down for a drink or Sunday brunch. Please get in contact if you think I could be the right fit for your home! Cheers.
Easy going have 2 medium sized awesome dogs which means I need a house that has a decent sized fenced yard. I work in the fashion industry so I am need built in wardrobes!
Little bit about myself - I’m a 24 y.o. caffeine-addicted animator / illustrator at a design agency in Surry Hills, doing the standard Monday to Friday. Always enjoy a solid house Netflix binge with cheeky cider, and may or may not have a slight geek streak as well (nothing wrong with a bit of friendly Nintendo). I also enjoy indulging my green thumb here and there in the yard too (bit of a fiend for succulents). I’m very much looking for a sociable house that strikes a nice balance - up for the occasional shindig or house dinner/movie, but also respect everyone having their own quiet time too. If it sounds like we could be a good fit then please don't hesitate to drop me a line. Cheers! -Ben
A very mature 19 year old looking for someone to team up and get a house/apartment with. I'm working full time and just joined an airline so starting February I won't be home very often. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and enjoys a nice drink on the weekends. Must like plants! Message me if you're interested.
Hey I'm Peter! Originally from Melbourne, I found myself in Tamworth last year. I've just landed an awesome job in radio in Sydney and will be moving down in the last week of October. I'm ridiculously low maintenance, love bad puns, puppies of all sizes, cheap wine and a good time with awesome people. Ideally, I'd like to find a house full of awesome people a similar age to myself who can introduce me to the amazing place that is Sydney!
Two females looking for a relaxed share house with one or more others. We both have experience in share houses and are reliable, down to earth individuals looking for a personal space to call our own.
Looking for a share place (with either one or two people). Pretty busy full time working professional but love to also hang out and chat to my flatmates every now and then. Looking mainly for apartment style sharing. Reliable, amicable and clean up after myself.
