$300/week•25 year old male
Hi there, I'm Jack. I'm 26 years old and moved from Adelaide to Sydney for a graduate job at the beginning of last year. I work in engineering and my current work arrangements are generally in the office with the odd day from home. I have been living in Coogee since I moved to Sydney and I enjoy the relaxed beachy vibe, but I am open to living anywhere from Ashfield/Five Dock to the coast. I try and maintain an active lifestyle, playing netball and indoor football, as well as the odd long run here and there. I have a bit of a habit of collecting plants, although I have brought this into check in recent times! There will be a few that I would like to bring with me. I enjoy good food, wine, and company. Ideally looking to live in a sunny apartment/house with relaxed but social people who aren't opposed to the odd quiet wine or less quiet pub night. I'm looking for a relaxed but fun and social household with tidy and considerate flat mates. LGBTQ+ friendly. Happy to live with pets. If you'd like to know anything else please feel free to chuck me a message :)
$300/week•23 year old female
Just a smiley English girl who loves dogs, coffee and art. Half the day I’ll be out walking dogs, the other half I’ll be creating art, lifting weights and cooking food. I do a lot of house sitting jobs so I might not be home for half the week, but if I am I’d love to hear your stories, enjoy yummy food or chill and reset for the next day. Looking for somewhere to live for the unprecedented future. I work in the Upper North Shore but I loved living in Petersham near my brother (who’s in Newtown) so willing to travel to work. However I did love the Lower North shore - typical girl who can’t decide! Please help me make up my mind and pop us a message if I sound like someone you could live with! Have a fab weekend - B x (Would also be amazing if you have more than one room available so my bff can take the other one!)

$180/week•33 year old female
PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT interested in boarding houses, please don't contact me about them. Thanks! OK now that's out of the way, here's me! The main stats: I'm 33, non-smoker, she/her. LGBTQI+ ally. Left leaning and feminist. My default vibe is friendly, positive and supportive. After I've had a coffee :) I work part time (4 days) as a designer in a cancer research institute at Sydney uni. I'm also a songwriter, I sing and play guitar, banjo, synth, autoharp. I'm very considerate about when I make music, and I use a studio when I need to make louder noise. In my spare time I like playing soccer, garden pottering, going to gigs and seeing theatre (when that can happen again), that kinda stuff. But I also like sitting around half watching tv while chatting to my housemates. I’m the type of housemate who likes to offer lifts to the beach for a swim on a hot Sunday afternoon, and throw the occasional dinner party. I'm fine with throwing the occasional little party, and used to love to putting on a house concert once or twice a year (not during pandemics!). I like being able to offer for me and my housemate's interstate friends to stay over for a night or two if they're visiting, if the place has space for that. I’m looking for somewhere with a friendly atmosphere where we can share a meal sometimes if peoples schedules line up etc. I like becoming friends with my housemates, and I'm still friends with all of my old house mates. I'm looking for somewhere that feels like home. I take pride in my home, and like finding that sweet spot where the house looks lovely but is also really comfortable. I leave spaces tidy for others to use, but it freaks me out if a place is so clean it looks like no one lives there! I’m currently living out near the Blue Mountains with my mum (covid broke up my previous share house) but now I’m looking to be back in the inner west. I’m definitely happy to come in and meet in person, but it’d be great if you could answer me if I ask a few questions before making the trek in, as it’s about 3hrs of driving all up!

$300/week•30 year old female
(My ideal stay length is actually 10 months, but I can do 12 if necessary. Move in date is also flexible, my current rental is paid up until 25/10, so I can move any time prior to that.) I work part time in medical administration while I study a BSc. I'm a very relaxed person, I like to go out for picnics and dinners with friends, but I also like to just hang out at home and equally enjoy my own company. I'm very conscious of others, so while my own room might be messy at times, I put in the effort to keep common areas clean and tidy. I like to have a friend visit every once in a while, but I'm not the kind of person to invite multiple people or have parties in the home. I enjoy tending to my plant babies, playing games and I'm currently trying to get back on the fitness bandwagon. I've just come out of a long term relationship, so I'm looking for a warm and friendly home environment where I can have my own space, but also feel like part of a little family. My ex and I are trying to navigate the co-parenting of our dog. I would, ideally, like to have him for a few days here and there when the ex is out of town or busy. I would not be the primary caretaker and I would only ever commit to an arrangement the people in the home are also comfortable with.

Hiya, my cat and I are currently looking for a new place to move in to! I'm a single 30yo and I work as a freelance photographer. I keep to myself most of the time but do enjoy movie / game nights and happy to have a chat every now and then! Pepper is a 3.5yo rescue tabby. She's lovely and very attached to me! Ideally looking for something that is either 6, 9 or 12 months, and/or potentially longer! I have my own furniture for my room so unfurnished room is fine, and have few bits and bobs to bring in as well if need be! Look forward to finding the best housematch! Thank you! :)

$450/week•27 year old male
Canberran moving to Sydney for new role for a major Bank. Will be WFH/in CBD, so after an area close to the city/ has easy public transport options. Used to living in sharehouse, but more recently lived in a single unit, can't say I've loved it as I do enjoy company. Looking for a more sociable house/flatmates who don't mind sharing the odd drink after work - not just sharing a roof. Shared interests would be great. Like to try different things, currently back on crossfit bandwagon, and doing a fair bit of Salsa and Bachata. Big whisky enthusiasts (collecting and drinking). Like to keep the place clean, but not obsessive/OCD about it. Come packaged with a 3 year old (small-medium sized) Basenji (you'll like him more than me, and that's okay). Very well behaved (albeit a little needy) and used to living in unit/apartment - so property with outdoor area preferred. Flexible on most things - budget and furnishing (have furniture for a single bedroom apartment currently - happy to get rid of what's not needed). Do have a fair amount of belongings so looking for somewhere reasonably sized with good floor size/storage options.

I'm Andrew, a 27 year old gay guy who works in a media-related job. My work comes in waves throughout the year, ranging from part-time to full, but I keep myself occupied with other casual work. I'm a friendly, courteous person who is respectful of people's personal space, but still open and sociable. I'm just as happy doing my own thing as hanging out with people, and click well with people who feel the same. My main interest is in film, and enjoy heading out to the cinema or watching something at home both for work and in my down time. I also enjoy going out with friends, singing, baking, reading, playing games, and writing.

Samantha and Jackson
$380/week•21-23 year old female and male
Sam is a full-time second year university student at UTS, working casually in hospitality. Jackson is in the final year of his degree and working full-time in an office at Bondi Junction. We are both outgoing and easy to live with. Currently living in a share-house, we are aware of the dynamic and more than happy to socialise and have a few drinks, but are also fine with doing our own thing as we are both busy with work and our studies. We are pretty chilled to live with but do love living in a tidy house (with lots of greenery and plants!!!!). We don’t have a pet at the moment but would love to adopt a small pet soon, so houses that allow pets would be a major bonus but it’s not essential.
