Hi, I am a 31yr old irish girl living in Sydney for the past 5 years, currently on a 457 visa so not looking to go anywhere anytime soon. Preferably looking to share with another Irish/English girl with similar interests. I have my own bedroom furniture but equally happy to contribute to other furniture if signing a new lease. I work long hours leaving the house at 7:30am and not normally home until 7pm. I like to go to the gym during the week, cook dinner and relax. On the weekends i like to socialise with a drink or two after work or explore what sydney has to offer. I am keen to find a housemate who will also be a friend, would be keen to cook the odd meal or two together and also have a glass of wine :) but also know when to give people their own space. I am clean and tidy have no problems with cleaning the house on a rotational basis. Ideally looking for somewhere that is close to a train station or is easy access to the CBD.
Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you, I am Bente de Vries and come from the Netherlands. For my internship I'm going to Sydney for 5 months. For my stay I am looking for a simple room where I can withdraw myself. Preferably in a student house that is not too expensive. I don't find it difficult to have a shared bathroom or kitchen. I'm very neat and quiet and can be alone. I also like to have a drink or go for a walk. Are you or do you know someone who has an apartment/room for me?
I'm a clean and responsible person looking to move reasonably soon, and have a flexible move date. Not wanting a party house, however happy to chill and have a friendly drink with each other, or friends. I work full time, usually afternoon and night time. (alternating shift during 1230pm - 10pm) Preference is to team up as I have some of my own essentials (fridge/washing machine) and preferably not have to dispose of them, however for the right place, I'll happily join in on an existing lease. Car park not required, however the bedroom does need to be unfurnished as I have my own bedroom furniture.
I am looking for a comfortable place to live close to the Sydney CBD to work and study at the University close by. I am very self-motivated, clean, love to work and foster positive vibes.
Hello! I'm currently doing my PhD at UTS, but also teach and work in science marketing at the university. I have plenty of experience with living in share houses and have had no issues paying rent on time! I'm quite an easy going person, a foodie so I love cooking, and love a good chat over coffee or wine. I have no qualms about living with others who own pets, smoke, or just generally have really busy life styles. LGBT+ friendly as well! I am currently working in Europe until 18th Dec so looking for a place that will be available to move in from the beginning of January onwards. Cheers
Architect, straight and mature (house sharing wise). Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Looking for pest-free room or whole property to rent. In terms of personal articles, I have a 2.4m long work desk, my own bed, some other furniture and my loyal car... these need to go somewhere :( . I can speak Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too.
I am clean, tidy and respectful of others belongings and surroundings. I will happily give you the space you need, but am also a good listener/ love a good chat just as much. Punctual with payment and flexible with house dynamics. I work full time in marketing and love to get out and about on my days off:)
Hi I'm Fraser! I'm an engineer working full time in Rosebery. I'm from New Zealand but I've spent the last year in Sydney and the year before that travelling Europe, half of it in a van 🚐. I'm into adventuring the outdoors, rock climbing and going to the beach. I'm quite tidy myself but I like a relaxed flat atmosphere. I'm looking to find a flat that is friends as I find it's a much more fun way to live. Let me know if you think I would be a good fit! :) I am looking for a place in the eastern suburbs and plan to be living long term. Some furnishings would be great as I don't have any, but I can always get some. Also I do have a car so I will need to be able to have somewhere to put it.
I'm 23 years old currently living in a tiny flat in Currans Hill. I work full time in a preschool but will be leaving my job and seeking a part time position after the move. I will hopefully be starting study at UTS or USYD in 2020 and would like to move closer to the area for easy travel. I am interested in preferably a team up as I have all my own house furniture and appliances as well as kitchen tools, utensils and crockery, etc. I have a beautiful cat named Tallulah who will be turning one in december and a goldfish named peggy. Both my pets will be joining me in the move, Tallulah varies from quiet and cuddly to borderline schizophrenic but is always playful and happy. She is usually hesitant around strangers and will spend much of your first hours together under my bed but she warms up to new friends pretty quickly. Similar to lulu I'm usually quiet and shy at first but quickly come out of my shell. I enjoy a good chat, a couple drinks with some good food and company and often attend music gigs but also love quiet time to read or binge watching netflix series.
Well organised as I’m a student, I’ve always been organised with school work as well as my own belongings, I’m clean, I’m not a party animal as I would like to focus on my studies. I am kept to myself and very independent but I do get along with people as I can be a people person.
I work in the Design industry and put in some crazy hours during the week. When work is a little less hectic you can either find me at the gym, relaxing at home, or just watching the world go by somewhere. I'm really easy going, happy for you to have a slice of my bread and butter but totally understand if you like to keep food to yourself. I come with a bed, a frying pan and a plant. Just looking for someone who's considerate, clean, open minded and fun. It's cool to care.
