My name is Maddy, I'm 23 years old and I work part-time as a medical receptionist. I'm also currently looking for more work. I like to keep to myself but also enjoy good conversation over a cup of tea. Hobbies include medieval reenactment, baking, jewellery design and rock climbing. Let me know if you'd like to know anything else about me.
We travel the three of us - father, mother, and son of 7 years. We are a cheerful family, we like to walk, play and communicate with new people! We have knowledge in construction and design, driving, style and hairstyles. We like to walk, have a picnic and barbecue. We came from Russia and can tell about this country a lot of interesting things.
I'm coming to Sydney from melbourne to Work on Sydney Festival as a music programmer which I do every year. I’m 30, I work long hours and take pretty regular trips back to melbourne on weekends so you probably won’t see me a whole lot but I’m pretty social when I’m around and like to have chats/drinks/dinners with Flatmate’s when I can. I also get access to lots of tickets through the festival which housemates are always welcome to!
Hi I'm Max, I'm a 22 y/o Graphic Designer. Fun, social and outgoing but also appreciates and respects down time. I have a love for music, design, dogs and computers. I can cook and consider myself a clean/tidy person.
A laid-back, easygoing and clean guy looking for a private room, ideally not too far from USYD. I'm 24, from Hong Kong, currently a full-time law student. I've got a pretty heavy study load, so don't have to worry about me throwing parties and making a mess etc. Though I won't mind joining roommate's party once in a while. Also, respect for personal space and privacy is essential, but I'm up for sharing a few drinks in spare time or chatting about random stuff, like the last season of GOT or whatever, lol. I enjoy the idea of living at a 'home', not just some motel where ppl comes and goes.
My name is christos, i am 27 years old young professional civil engineer. I'm currently leaving in alexandria but my lease is not due to renewal until end of september, so i cannot leave until then. Working many hours a day and enjoy outdoor actvities, gym etc I consider myself easy going , clean and respectufull of others space and private, and i expect the same Cheers.
Hey hey :) I'm Sydney born and bred and looking for somewhere new to call home! I work in allied health and enjoy long walks on the beach, preferably with a bottle of wine in hand. I'm generally very clean and work roughly a 9-5 job, but I love some good feminist discourse and I'm usually out a few nights a week going to different queer/feminist/activist events! There will also be weeks where all I do is cook amazing veggie dishes and watch Netflix all day, depends on what life has to offer at the time :) Preferably looking for other queers, feminists or vegans/vegetarians!
I work hard as a Project Manager for an advertising agency. I value time to unwind, sometimes alone but I'm also happy to socialise over a glass of wine or a cup of tea! I'm very clean and respectful of other housemates space. I moved from London last October and I'm slowly establishing a life out here, I go out with friends quite often but like to feel like where I live is my home to either entertain others or relax with housemates. I'm looking for a place where I can have a combination of independence and some socialising. Thanks :)
Hi I’m Dean, 33 years old and work full time as a electrician. I'm easy going and enjoy being active and social whether that be having a few drinks down at the pub, going to a festival or gig, having a BBQ, going to the beach, getting out and about around Sydney, playing sport (golf, soccer, tennis, lawn bowls) rock climbing, Yoga I will give most things a crack. I've just come back from travelling so I'm after somewhere I can call home not just somewhere to crash and a place that's neat and tidy and has a good house vibe between housemates. I always pay bills and rent on time I've sub leased rooms out before I understand how important that is. If you have any questions or want to catch up to discuss further please get in contact. Cheers,
Hey! Looking for a housemate who's respectful, almost obsessively clean, and very easy to get along with? Look no further. I'm looking for a place that feels like a proper home (as in not just a sharehouse), with interesting and creative people. If you're also tidy, social, LGBT+ friendly and close to a train station, you've won my heart. Other tidbits: I work full-time in tech, am vegetarian, and enjoy cycling and rock climbing. My presence may also come with a full sized electric piano (which I'm in the process of selling). "This place is cleaner than when you first moved in 😳" - Previous landlord, at final inspection "The house is better for you having been here. You are the ideal housemate." - Current housemate
I'm a student from Bremen/Germany. I'll be in Sydney for an internship staring in September. Let me know if you have a available room/bed for me from the end of August till March (6 Months). I'm a open, friendly and uncomplicated person!
I'm Ash, 29 year old make-up artist and student currently studying Youth Work. Bit about me: Ambivert, quiet and extremely tidy. Intersectional feminist, animal lover and I really enjoy photography. I value honesty and transparency. I'm looking for a place that is quiet and respectful of each other's space and privacy, preferably LGBTQIA+.
We are both very friendly and easygoing, tidy and respectful. We like socializing, having fun, chilling and go around Sydney when we have our day-off. Sometimes we both like to relax at home and watch some series on Netflix why not!!! We are very tidy and respectful of common areas. We like cook, enjoy a couple of glass of wine together with our flatmates or go out for a dinner. We like people who do not take themselves too seriously and who are smiling and happy like us. We like a Happy lifestyle!!!
Hey there. One beautiful pocket sized Italian woman. Amazing cook, very clean and friendly. Rosy is studying human movement and works full time at a patisserie. I’m Matt, Australian, motorcycle enthusiast and I work as a scaffolder full time in the city. We are a happy pair and looking to relocate from our current house as it is changing hands. Only necessary requirement is somewhere to lock one motorcycle.
Hey, I’m Adam. 33 year old Brit. I’ve been here a long time and became a Aussie citizen a few years back. I recently left my “traditional” career in digital marketing and advertising after 15 years, now pursuing independent artistic ventures whilst working with a friend part-time. I’m a simple man when it comes to a home environment. I like my own space in the home, but of course I’m social enough to be a good housemate. Out of the house, I like hanging out in numerous pubs around the Inner West... getting up to all kinds of well-intentioned mischief. I’m a cigarette smoker, strictly outside the house at all times though. 🚬 Quick facts: I love rap music, animals of every kind, couldn’t live without chicken wings (contradiction - I know 😔), I’m addicted to YouTube and I have a fair amount of tattoos, including one on my face - don’t let that scare you. 😊 - can move in ASAP - looking to pay $250 per week - flexible-ish on location - furnished or unfurnished So... do you have a room for me?
I am from Ontario, Canada and I am about to start a working holiday in Sydney. I am very outgoing and social, and extremely excited to start a new life and make new friends. I am a big movie lover- I could binge watch movies all day. I also want To explore and do everything Sydney has to offer.
Hi I’m Andrea I’m looking for a room to share with my 3 y/o daughter Alessia. I’m a chef. I’ll be working. M-F 9 to 5. My daughter will be at childcare while I work. I‘m very neat and organized. Basically I work a lot so If I stay home I just want to relax and rest. I just want a place where I can feel safe nothing too big nothing fancy. I’m settling in Sydney after being away for a long time and for now I prefer to share a place instead to rent on my own. Let me know if there’s space for my kid and I.
Hello my name is Alice I’m 27 from Italy. Currently studying and working so I have quite of a busy life. I’m looking for a private room where I can feel home :) I’m very respectful and clean. Is enjoy eating, reading and drawing. I like laughing and I have a weird sense of humor! Hope hearing from you, Alice
I am semi-retired ex-professional. I enjoy cooking, particularly when there's more than just myself. My favourite past-time is off-road motorbike riding. I don't have a car, just two motorbikes one of which requires off-street parking and it is highly desirable for the other one. I am not a hoon and the bikes are appropriately muffled. My other interest is stand-up comedy. I am still a complete novice, though.
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would preferably have a built-in wardrobe, but not a deal breaker. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. Otherwise I can sell/store. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
I am a pizza eating, red wine guzzling and animal loving lady looking for a place to call home for myself and my chilled out cat/dog duo. Due to having a cat and dog myself I would prefer to move into a home with someone who doesn’t have any pets but have always wanted one but aren’t quite ready for the full time commitment. As Roger loves dogs, not all dogs are cat friendly so I don’t want him to be scared in his new home. I work full time Monday to Friday for an accounting firm. Love my job. Weekends are spent doing dog friendly activities. Not really are party girl, prefer day time activities and spending my evenings on the couch bingeing on whatever new show I’m obsessed with. A little about my pets, Rubix is a 2 year old Golden Retriever. She has a heart of gold and every previous roommate has fallen in love with her. She is super lazy. Mostly just sleeps when she’s at home. Has the ability to fall asleep anywhere. She is very food focused so is easily persuaded to do whatever you want for a treat. Her ideal night is a night in with pizza and a movie (so she is pretty much the dog form of me). Roger is a black short hair domestic cat. He is 3 and the perfect cat for people who don’t like cats, probably because he doesn’t realise he is in fact a cat. He is the most chillest pet. You barely hear a peep out of him. He sleeps with either myself or Rubix. He has been toilet trained since the day I brought him home from the shelter. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, I just lock him in at night. He’s quite lean for a cat. His favourite things to do are wrestle with Rubix, be on neighbourhood watch from the window or balcony and Netflix nights on the couch.
I am an easy going indian man who doesn’t party and is clean. I cook often, and love to cook for others. I’m going to finish uni in a month, and don’t mind a drink or two every now and then.
Where do I start? I work part time in the public health sector and also gig as a musician on the weekends. I'm very chilled and laid back but also love to get out and do things. Clean and tidy and super considerate of my housemates. Love to have a laugh, Love making fun of myself, dance and lip sync battle. I want to live an active lifestyle, and develop my cooking skills.
24 y/o male looking for somewhere to live, ideally in the inner west and surrounds. I work in Mascot doing Point of Sale tech and customer facing. I am clean, tidy, reliable and respectful, and am hoping to set myself up somewhere long term. As a housemate I am bubbly and sociable, a decent cook, always cleaning, and fun to be around. For fun I usually hit up some mates for a drink, or sitcoms/cartoons and video games. Aside from finding a room in a sharehouse, I am also open to having a duel lease with someone and finding a place to rent. I have a solid rental history and paying all my bills is my first priority when I get my paycheck. Contact me for more information. Thanks guys.
