Hi I’m looking for a short term 2 month rental in Dolls Point or Sandringham. Want to move before end of Jan 2019. I'm a friendly, reliable NZer. Respectful of others, and enjoy being healthy. Non-smoker. I enjoy watersports and nature. Looking for own room that can accomodate a queen bed and and has a built-in wardrobe or similar. Ideally it’s a peaceful place on a quiet street away from the noise of traffic. I have a car so some kind of street parking required. I work weekdays and some weekends.
Hi everyone, What to say? well I'm laid back, friendly and outdoorsie. I want housemates that I can share the occasional beverage and a good chat with. I come with a 10 month old (fully house trained!) blue heeler named Goose. I might have jumped the gun and posted this ad too early, but I'm not available to move until the 6th of March. I'm a full time shift worker so even though I sleep like a log housemates that respect that are a must. I'm pretty flexible with where I live so if you're outside of the suburbs I've listed still give me a shout. I'm also happy to team up with a few people to find a new house.
Hey, my name is Lachlan! I'm moving to Sydney to work full-time in Liverpool, I'm also studying my Master's part-time. I love hiking, mountain bike riding, cooking, and drinking wine. I'm outgoing and love a good chat, but I also respect privacy and love to rewind after the day by watching tv and having a glass of red. I have plenty of experience living in a sharehouse, and would prefer to live with others who appreciate a clean home. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Currently working at the airport which consumes most of my time this time of year. I tend to like my own space but that doesn’t mean I don’t mind a good chat when I see my house mates around. I’m honestly not home that often and when I am I’m just chilling out doing my own thing!
Hi! My partner and I are looking for a room/granny flat somewhere around the sutherland shire area. We're looking at about the end of January to start renting. I work full time and he works part time and is finishing his studies this term. We're pretty friendly people but enjoy our privacy, we love the beach, cooking and netflix!
Hi. I'm clean and tidy and hope others who share are the same. Private person, but happy to have a bit of a chat if you want. Respectful. Mature age single female. University student. Love the Arts. Love gardening. Like the gym and the odd bike ride. Love cooking..healthy eating and trying to stay fit. Like to socialise but not into parties. Love music but not into head banging techno stuff. Hope I can find a great place with a nice atmosphere and great flatmates. I also have a trained quiet inside small cat. She is adorable and would love her to stay with me if possible otherwise I have a home for her to go to.
Mature professional, non smoker, neat @ tidy, quiet but sociable. Into sports, gym, tennis, mountain and road bike, 4x4 and camping. Some storage would be required as I have some camping gear , and two bikes.
Ola! Some quick facts about me, I am a foodie, sucker for a good doco or tv series, and I give some really solid Oprah like advice (but don’t take it myself). I offer great laughs and good company. My name is Krish and I am full time employed, with a career in NSW State Government in business and project management. I am a self confessed work-o-holic. 24 years old with a mental age of 40 and this year I’m off to further my studies. During the week I tend to keep to myself, I am out in the morning and return at night so you will have a lot of personal space to do your own thing. I balance between keeping to myself and delivering some quality banter. I’m a wizz in the kitchen. Recently on a new health kick so there will be healthier treats on offer and I will feed you, as I enjoy eating with my eyes and buying too much food so there is always things to share. Don’t worry about any awkward conversations. I’m financially stable and bills and rent are paid in advance. I used to be in the military, so the communal areas will be clean and property well respected. My current room mates describe me as fun with great energy. The other said I’ve contributed to his weight gain by the food I’ve supplied. The reason we are moving is the lease is over and we are all looking to live in different areas for work reasons mainly. References are available if requested, I paid them well so they will tell you I’m perfect. I am looking for a place which offers comfort and privacy with some modern features such as aircon and my own bathroom. But happy to change preferences depending on the place and the room mate. I am not fussed with location, anything inner city or close to the beach. Ultimately looking for a room mate with similar values. If you think we could get along well and share an awesome place - let's catch up for a viewing. My Instagram and Facebook are linked to this profile, so check me out for more info!
Hi, My name is Noi. I'm 23 years old and work full time as a flight attendant. I work shift hours and I'm usually away overnight for work aprox 2-3 nights per week. When I'm home, i'll be catching up on my laundry, cleaning, or heading out to the gym, the beach and spending time with my boyfriend. You may rarely see me at home. I'm a very friendly and easy going person, very clean and tidy to live with and considerate of others. Always up for a chat and socialising, but also very respectful of other's personal space. Would prefer a flatmate who is like-minded. Thank you.
Heyo, Names Maggie, looking for an easy lil place to stay to eat, read, listen to good music, and take time off when I'm not working. Not too hard to impress, simply just need someone/where low key who doesnt mind really bad dad jokes.
I'm a 20-year-old dancer having just completed my Advanced Diploma of Art (Musical Theatre & Commercial Dance) I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a job as a ballet teacher for tiny-tots and to really kickstart my career, make connections and increase opportunities. I will more than likely be going to auditions every other weekend, classes all the time and (if I make the connections I need) hopefully gigs here and there. I am originally from Rockhampton and moved to Brisbane two years ago for my course, but Brisbane can be described as "the bigger version of Rocky" so moving to Sydney is a huge step for me and it would be lovely to meet some like-minded people as I don't really know many people down there. My absolute maximum in rent to pay per week will be $200 so naturally I'm looking in the less expensive suburbs closer to where I'm going to work which is in the eastern suburbs. So (according to my research) Monterey, Maroubra etc. However, Bondi, Double Bay and Randwick etc would be ideal. I will be starting my job at the start of February and have organised to stay with family until I can find a place to move to, so I would love to move in February sometime. As a housemate, I am easy-going, very clean and I keep to myself quite often but I would call myself an extrovert and am always keen for a chat and to meet new people, so having people over is obviously no drama. Even though I am easy-going if I do have an issue, I will be straight forward about it because thats the only way to solve issues in my opinion. I love to keep myself busy and live a very active/healthy lifestyle but I don't mind the occasional night out. On top of dancing and choreography, I love acting and theatre, music, going to the gym, the beach, netflix and wine nights, art, learning about different things, travelling, hiking/bushwalking, healthy cooking & baking (I make treats for my friends and current housemates all the time), going to markets, music festivals. I also love adventures and trying new things. Please don't hesitate to message me if you think we would suit being housemates. xx
Hi! My name is Maxi I'm from Chile (South America and I speak Spanish) and I moving to Sydney in January. I'm a civil engineer and this is going to be my second time living in Sydney (first one was January to July 2018) and I'm getting back to Australia because I want to keep improving my English. I will be studying and working part time Monday to Friday. I'm a easy going person, I really love outdoor activities (beach, training at the park, hiking, running) and I've trained a bunch of different sports around my whole life: tennis, soccer, volleyball, golf, gym and actually I train Crossfit frequently since almost two years, so if you want to push yourself in any workout or sport, I'm the perfect mate to train with you. But not everything is sports or workout, I am looking for housemates that like to spend time hanging out with some drinks like beer, whiskey or wine (if you like wine I recommend you to try a chilean one) and bbq on the beach, I really enjoy meeting new people and learning different cultures and customs. I am very open mind and always respectful with your background ( I am waiting the same back). I'm looking for a private room in a share house/apartment with tidy and respectful roommates that understand the privacy of each one and like to chill out and have fun on weekends.
I am a friendly and positive person. I work as a permanent employee in kogarah area. I have common sense and hardly make people annoyed. I believe I am a good person to stay with. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers
I am a very clean and tidy person. I don’t drink or smoke. I have a great sense of humour. I work shift work . Will try and be very quiet when I get home so I don’t wake anyone. I am fun to be with.
Hi, My name is Ichwan. I am looking for a long term place to stay around rockdale area, preferably the one that’s close to public transportation. I am nice, respectful and tidy person.
Hello! We are a friendly and easy going couple, looking to rent out a private room within the Southern area of Sydney. Ideally, we are looking for a place that is within 15 mins walking distance to a train station, as we both travel to the city for school / work. We currently both attend university, studying Economics and Engineering respectively. We also work part time, so we generally are not home throughout the week. We are both in our early 20's and would love to meet likeminded people who are respectful, tidy and easygoing :)
I'm a 31 year old doctor who is moving up from Wollongong to work in Kogarah. I'm looking for a comfortable place in a cool suburb, which will make it easy to get to work (hopefully by train). I'm a share house veteran, respectful and I would work towards making a nice home environment. I like board games, nature, animals and traveling. Overall I think I am a clean, reliable, and fun housemate. Message me :)
Hi, my name is Lynne. (Intro) I am an easy going, down to earth, chilled Chinese girl who has been living in Australia for the past 11 years. Most of my friends saying that i m one of the coolest Chinese they have ever met :P I am currently working full-time with two different jobs plus studying. I can be very sociable but considering my busy schedule lately, i need a lot of private time to study as well as recharging myself from heavy workload. (Interest) I love art, music, movie, reading, netflix and animals. (Pets) I have a lovely chubby sausage dog, but he will not be moving in with me. But once or twice a month i would like to take him home to stay with me just for a weekend. So I hope you don't mind (Smoker) I am a social smoker, which means i can smoke but barely smoke when i am on my own. (Furniture) I have my own queen size bed, desk and tallboy drawers for my clothes. I would like to move in somewhere which has built-in wardrobe to compensate my large amount of clothes and other belongings. I am clean and tidy, and would like to live in a drama-free environment. If you think we can get along, feel free to shoot me a msg. :) Move in date is negotiable.
I am organized with my things and clean after I go, cause I grew up with sort if an OCD mother. I like to be quiet and at peace when I am at home. But I also enjoy from time to time to have a social gathering within flatmates. My job was in Marketing so I am used to talking with different kinds of people. I am currently a student and part-time working. More inclined to arts as I love singing, dancing and guitar playing but very analytical and observant.
