Fit, healthy - recently retired from full time work (was in finance for small business in more recent years) and will be taking on a 2 or 3 day p/w job once I have a settled residence. I'm generally relaxed and easy to get along with. Enjoy walking, good coffee and chats, movies, listening to a variety of music and prolific reader of good books. Interested in many sports at the highest level. Also into the photographic realm - nature, landscapes, people (previously a busy weekend wedding / portrait photog for over 10 years in West Australia). And experimenting in cooking - preferably not just for myself; it's boring cooking for one all the time. Looking for a residence from SEAFORD down as far as SAFETY BEACH - with a mixture of female/ male occupants. Looking longer term. Prefer the house share with over 45 age range. Like to start Team-up if one or two people want to do it.
My name is Rez 32yo and I work as an Estimator in the steel company. I've been living in Melbourne since June 2013. I really enjoy my fitness and live quite an active lifestyle with gym 5 times and Futsal 4 times a week - playing competitively. :) When I'm home I hardly ever make any noise and prefer to listen to music and watch movie in headphones. In fact if I'm in the kitchen at night while others are in their room I try to be quiet like a ninja, it's important to me to not disturb anybody. I work a lot and find myself not home too much during the week. I usually meet my friends on the bars or stadium to watch a footy game over weekend and spending time with my girlfriend (She is overseas and will be in Melbourne on November). I will start my new job at Dandenong South on February. And I'm currently living in Hadfiled and its more than an hour drive to my job. So I kinda need to move ASAP to somewhere closer to my job. Looking for a place to call it home. That would be great if the new place/room has: 1. Cat or dog (I don't have one but I would love to see them around) 2. Sea sight (or near beach) 3. Size of room minimum 3x4 FB.com/reza.kaboodan
I am a sociable and tidy person but who also likes and respects peoples privacy. I am told I can be quite funny lol at times....! Not intentionally I hasten to add. I am a busy person and out a lot. I am a non smoker also. I have returned from the Uk in an extended visit home and am currently temping in the city whilst securing a permanent position. I am an ex flt attendant and fully first aid trained should the need arise lol! I also require convenient access to public transport as I don’t drive. Very important. In addition I have quite a few clothes/shoes so require decent wardrobe space...oh and a bed as I sold mine before returning to the Uk! Thankyou for considering my listing Christine
Hey! I'm a part-time student in Paramedicine at Monash university. I've been living out of home for more than 3 years now and I'm looking to some cool cats to share with. I work as a First Aider at sports events and music festivals etc. and volunteer with the SES and the Paramedic Student Society at Monash. In my spare time I study, watch Netflix, play some video games and I'm trying to get into mountain-biking! I love having a clean house and only an industrial dishwasher gets close to me. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and find some weird satisfaction in vacuuming and mopping. As someone who has and does work weird hours I'm super respectful of people's sleep and have no problem being quiet. That being said I'm looking for some peeps who are social and don't stay in their room all day, I love a good chin wag or a communal movie sesh, especially cause Harry Potter is coming to Netflix!
I’m very neat and easy to live with, and I like cooking. I enjoy being sociable but can keep to myself and listen to music or watch Netflix. I work at The Coffee Club in Frankston and at the Frankston Foundry, and am starting at Swinburne this March (I also turn 18 on the 21st of March).
I am looking at moving out of my parents house and into the real world! I work full time. I’m very clean and tidy. I like my own space but always up for a chat. I like to be outdoors, but also don’t mind chilling at home and watching a movie. Looking forward to starting a new adventure 😊
Hey hey! I'm 36 and working as a buyer in the south east suburbs. Like to stay active outside of home and work, quiet and respectful to live with. Ultimately looking for a large room in addition to some sort of living area I could call my own. Have a couple of things for a garage or shed (lawnmower and bike ect) and would prefer off street undercover parking.
I am a loyal and trustworthy person, I pay my bills on time and I am a very clean person. I have the ability to get a long with people of all ages, I’m a talkative person but I also like my own space and I can respect others privacy too. I work full time in childcare at the moment, I am 25 years old and I love to travel. I have spent quite a bit of my time over the last 5 years traveling overseas having spent 1 year living in Ireland too. I love meeting new people, chilling out and I do love to stay active too. I’m looking for somewhere to rent between Frankston and up to the Highett area, my budget is about $250 pw (bills included) but happy to pay a bit more for the right place. I am pretty flexible with most things, I do have my own furniture I can bring and am happy to share a bathroom etc. I hope to hear from you. :)
I’m josh. 31 work full time have a dog (outside dog) 2 cars. Ideally looking for someone to team up with. I work full time as a truck driver in Dandenong south so looking for somewhere close to work. I work early morning and try to be as quiet as possible. Also work long days and like to do a lot of rock climbing. I am not a big drinker although I do enjoy a drink with dinner. Not a party person. I have most items required for my own space and communal areas and I am happy to work with others to fit their belongings.
Kiwi girl , been in Melbourne 4 years. Feels like it’s time to leave my current living situation so looking for somewhere different. Would prefer to live by myself or with one other but if the right people come along I’m happy to live with more . I dress like a girly girl and act like one of the boys . I enjoy having a laugh and enjoy a quiet night in as much as I enjoy a night out doing something. Im a mechanic so any thing cars and I’m happy. I also enjoy cooking and am reasonably tidy . Not fussed on male or female but I’d prefer tylive with someone round about the same age group with similar interests 😊😊
Hey! I’m Lauren, I work in marketing and am looking for a place for 5 months (possibly longer). I am a non smoker and not a party animal, happy to share roommate movie nights etc but also totally cool to keep to myself! Clean, respectful and mature. Let me know if you require any additional info. Cheers!
I'm a primary school music teacher by day and a gigging blues musician by night, but when I'm alone I'm a pretty quiet person and keep out of peoples way. Definitely love a good conversation and am always up for socialising! The best way I can describe myself is very easy going and respectful, independent, not a neat freak but can maintain a clean place, punctual and creative minded. My idea of fun is obviously playing my guitars and going out to gigs, but I also love a good quiet night in just relaxing, whether alone or with friends and playing my video games. Currently living in St Kilda on my own in a tiny apartment which is alright, but possibly looking to move somewhere a bit more open, tame and quiet. Plus would love some more space! It'd be cool to find people who don't mind me practicing during the day for an hour or two. Obviously I try to practice when no one is around. I think I've mentioned most of what I'm about, but any questions you have just ask away :)
organised and tidy, happy to help out with house work and gardening, easy going and have a kind fun nature. Very respectful of others and their space and am handy around the house. Work fulltime for the city of Glen Eira, moved to Australia 6 years ago from NZ. Enjoy the outdoors camping, fishing, beach and wildlife.
