Hello my name is Hazel, I am a full time worker who is mostly at work for 14 hours a day. I am extremely clean and well groomed. I have a tea cup puppy 🐶 Who is house trained and very well behaved. I am currently single and prefer a movie and a cup of tea to having a drink and getting silly. Thanks for reading 😊
I turn 18 in July - and will have to move out around then. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Newcastle or Sydney areas. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then. I do have a puppy so must be pet friendly!
None smoker , I drive crane trucks , common sense and I really don't snoop through things that aren't mine , don't lie and not lazy , I think people have good and bad days but get over it tomorrow is a new day , communication is a big part when living with others !!!!!!!!
Neat, Clean and hoping to find somewhere a little closer to work! I work in a stationary company that I love. Free stationary! I'm currently living in Oran Park which is making it a long drive to work. I love pets and love cooking!
I am a stable, quiet and clean living 60 year old male. Full time and stably employed. I'm Friendly and like to meet new people and discuss current affairs. I have had to chase employment and now work in Sydney though I am a Country lover at heart. I am married and my wife lives in my house at Wodonga. I try and return home when days off permit. I am hoping to transfer to a country location this year so am unsure of the duration I will rent, 6 weeks to a year. I am happy residing with younger people but I do need my privacy when required.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 - Secured Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 - Secured Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Gold Coast (Hope Island) x 1 Updated 19/04/17
My name is Jade. I am a master student studying in USyd, majoring Peace and Conflict Studies. I would believe I am a good flatmate to live with - I like to have a chat from time to time, to share ideas and all; I also enjoy being with myself, to write and read. I am very interested in renting the room; hope to hear from you soon.
I'm mature, sensible and easy going. I don't do drugs, rarely drink and never cause any dramas. I get along well with people of all ages and backgrounds.
