I'm a postdoctoral scientist (maths) at UNSW until July 2019. I love wildlife photography, hiking, camping, and nature in general. I'm a very quiet addition to any household, and usually adjust well to the schedules of the people I live with.
Hi there! I'm Hiroko from Japan. I am a student of UNSW in a postgraduate course. I will stay Sydney for 1.5years at least from now on. I want an own room(not sharing with others) and no party house. I prefer a double, king or queen size bed. I really want to improve my English skill ,so I'd prefer to live with people who are a variety of nationalities. 300 pw is maximum budget including unlimited internet and other bills. Unlimited internet option is necessary for me totally. I use the internet heavily. I like cooking and drinking. My hobby is watching movies(including NETFLIX,hulu and DVD). I'm an easygoing , tidy , neat and polite person. Additionally, I'm a talkative, but respect own private space and quiet time. If you don't mind, I'd like to go out pubs or bars together on weekend occasionally.
My name is Jonty. I am a male student at UNSW studying a Bachelor of Arts/Education (Secondary). I'm looking for a place to stay, long term. I just want to get away from my parents so that I am able to be at peace and do life at my own pace 😇😛. I'm looking for a cheap place of max $150 p/w near UNSW.
Hi! I am a full time working professional who has been living and working in the Eastern Suburbs for the past 4 years. I love travelling, the beach, after work coastal walks, music, coffee and spending time with friends and family. I would say I am a happy, kind, thoughtful and fun person. I work pretty hard during the week so the week nights are usually quiet. I'm past the party animal days so I am not looking for a party house - although, I do love having nights out with a few drinks and dancing. My apartment is always kept clean and tidy. I have been living with the same roomie for the past 4 years but she is soon moving in with her boyfriend so it's going to be a new start for us all. I am looking to either move into another person's apartment, or I am thinking of getting a lease from the real estate. I would ideally get a 2 bedroom apartment (looking at around $700 a week for 2 rooms i.e $350 each a week). I am happy to live with females and males who are in their late 20's - early 30's, but no couples. I am flexible with move in dates too. If you are interested, please send me a message. Bec
Hey hey, I'm a 25 year old Australian, grew up down the coast in Kiama but been living in perth a few years and now back in search for a nice room in eastern suburbs/surrounds 🏄🏼 Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A car parking spot would be a bonus but if there's not a drama with street parking, that's cool. In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I work full time Monday to Friday doing construction management, usually away early in the morning and get back around 5-530ish each day Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out this week or whenever suits! Cheers, Stuey
Hi, I'm Joe from the UK and I will be moving over to Sydney on 21st September. I'm a professional working in finance full time Monday-Friday in the CBD. I'm looking for a room in a flat/house share, somewhere that is commutable in to the city in good time and not to far from a beach! Looking for a place long term, but would also be open to get somewhere more short term for the time being. I'm clean, tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. I'm in to sport, mainly enjoy playing football, going for runs and generally keeping active. I also enjoy the odd night out and having sociable beer or two at the weekend with friends :) looking forward to meeting new people and enjoying all Sydney has to offer! I would like to arrange a viewing if possible for when I arrive in September. If you have any questions about myself too just let me know!
Hey guys, I'm a 27 professional & am moving over to Syd from Perth. I'd love to move in with others that wouldn't mind another friend :) People around my age, who are social, easy going, and enjoy going out for a drink and what not... If you are a homebody then perhaps I am not the person to live with haha :) I am very low-key during the week, as I go to the gym most nights, so you won't see much of me. On the weekends though I do like getting out and about, so there may be late nights coming home - I am very respectful though and will always be quiet! But just thought to mention this :) I am very clean and always clean up after myself. I am a non-smoker and always up for a laugh and banter... If there's anything else you wanna know don't hesitate to ask. Cheers!
Hi my names Laura, Im a bubbly and positive 29 year old working professional who is relocating to Sydney in the next month or so from Brisbane :) I am a full time employee with an office by the airport and with this i am looking for a place to call home that is relatively close. My career is in aviation and requires me to travel every now and then. I am very respectful, social but not a party animal, I lead a healthy lifestyle although love chocolate a little bit too much! Love the beach, travel and all things that come with it and also love to relax after work, enjoy dinning out and seeing as I'm moving to Sydney i am looking forward to making friends too! Have a little OCD when it comes to being clean and am very house proud! Let me know if i could be what you are looking for in a flatmate, happy to phone or meet over facetime in the interim prior to my move :)
Hi I am taking a gap year in Australia before hopefully attending university back home in Scotland. I tidy up after myself and I am friendly. I enjoy walking, music and spending time with my friends.
Hi! I'm a proffessional male working for an airline In Sydney. I like to have a clean house and preferably a non smoking one. Looking for some fun yet respectful housemates that are easy going and can enjoy dinner or a drink together once in a while 😊

Hi all! I'm a 23-year old med student looking for short-term accommodation while undertaking a clinical placement in Sydney. I’ve been living in Sydney share-houses for the past 4 years, however I moved to Brisbane this year for a research project. My placement in Sydney spans from 16/10 - 10/11, so I’d ideally like to find a place that is available for these dates. I’m looking for a furnished private room (I’m not interested in share rooms at all), preferably with a private bathroom (although this is not essential). I have a car, so I will also need access to free parking. I'm also happy to pay the entire rent upfront if required :) I’d describe myself as a reliable housemate - I pay my bills on time, I’m very tidy and I’m always willing to contribute to house chores. I’m an outgoing individual and I get along with pretty much anybody. I love dogs (possibly more than anything in the world) however I’m allergic to cats, hence I wouldn’t be able to stay at a property with a cat. I’m quite active - when I’m not studying I’m either at the gym, cooking or at brunch. I wouldn’t describe myself as a party animal, but I do enjoy the occasional beer. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey all, I'm 25 years old originally from England but on a work sponsored visa so will be here for a while. I work in recruitment and my hours are quite long, I attempt to hit the gym after work and then chill out in the week. Weekends are spent hanging out with a few drinks at Coogee bay hotel or down at the beach. Looking for flat mates who are down to earth and keen to socialise/have a laugh but also respect a bit of alone time. Looking for an a room in Randwick/Coogee/Bondi area and long term. My move in date is pretty flexible. Not interested in shared rooms or living with couples sorry. Very pet friendly though!
Hi! I'm 27, Irish and new to Sydney. I looking forward to exploring what Sydney has to offer and meeting new people. I enjoy socialising with people, having a drink at the weekend but I'm pretty chilled during the week. I enjoy being outdoors and love to workout.
The lease I am currently on is ending so potentially sussing out a new place to share with some cool people, or a room in a house already full of them. Housemates are good, but if you're looking for someone friend-worthy as well, then we should talk. Ideally I am looking for 1-2 housemates. I like people... but not too many. I work at the airport full time and I am away on overnights at least once a week. I work shifts and my weekends will often be mid-week so we will both get some space to ourselves. I also stay at my boyfriend's house 1-2 nights a week and he might do the same with me, but it will be normal to not see me for a few days at a time. What you can expect from me is mostly Netflix after work, heading to the gym whenever I am free, getting a coffee most mornings and I might head out for dinner or a drink on the weekend. I am not a party animal, I just like a normal level of social interaction. I have been living in a share house for the last few years, so I know the drill. I am tidy and I want to live with people who are the same. I can cook, so if you want to have a few meals together then I hope you can too. If you don't do the sharing thing then I am all for that as well. I have been living in some pretty cool places so I have some reasonable chat to bring to the table pending you understand my sarcasm. Things I am looking for in my life besides a place to put the bed are a gym, a view, a good coffee, wine and some good food, not necessarily in that order. You can expect me to be doing most of those things on a regular basis. Ideal locations I have listed, but if you think your spot is closer to the things I have described above, then have a go at twisting my arm.
Hey - we are searching for another fun couple to team up and move into a share house around Coogee or Maroubra in late October. We would prefer to live near the beach, but are open to explore different locations. We both work full time, (Megan) HR professional who works in Milsons Point and (Scott) Reel Technician who works at Shimano, Caringbah. We are pretty casual and easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, sports, socialising and having a sneaky beer over dinner and on weekends. If you are keen to catch up for a beer or coffee let us know!
Originally from the UK but have been living in Australia for 3.5 years and I am now lucky enough to be allowed to stay permanently. I'm looking for a sociable house where we can all get together occasionally for a good chat over dinner and a few drinks, the odd BBQ at the beach in summer and generally just be friends. I'm not interested in a party house. I have been living in share houses now for a while so i'm fully aware of share house etiquette. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of other housemates. I love travelling, music and festivals, scuba diving, snowboarding, hiking, days/weekends away from the city. Ideally looking for something close to the ocean so I can make the most of the beach in summer. Looking to live with like minded people.
Looking for a room in the Eastern Suburbs. Just moved back to Sydney after a few years traveling and working. From the far south coast and work in theatre whilst studying a couple of days at UNSW. Would love to find somewhere that has a good house dynamic. Into surfing, cooking, theatre and writing. Preferably searching for a more permanent situation but will consider short term. Very clean, considerate housemate with lots of experience living in house shares. Happy to provide references if needed
