Georgie: I'm studying at RMIT full-time doing mechanical engineering. I've just started working casually. I'm never really to sure how to describe myself. I like to think that I'm easy to get along with. Since I'm still new to melbourne (moved over from perth a month ago) I'm still trying to establish myself here. I'm pretty laid back, like to keep things relaxed although I like going out over the weekend. I have a 9 week old black lab named Apollo, I haven't been able to pick her up yet since I'm still trying to break my current lease.
Hello, I am Berkay from Istanbul, Turkey. I am an exchange student, I will be studying at RMIT. I like my privacy and respect others'. I am easy going, can make friends with most people. I would prefer a clean house. Looking for a room close to the city and furnished. I am a snowboarder and a music lover. I mostly listen tech or deep. I like beer and watching TV series. I like going out and dancing. Smoking is fine with me and I smoke occasionally.
Hi guys! I'm Lucie, I'm a musician and artist (so naturally I work in hospo) and I'm looking for somewhere nice, chill, and clean to live. I've been living in a sharehouse for three years, mainly with dudes, but right now I'd love to live with some other gals for once haha (unless you're cleaner than my friends!). I like a lil beer every now and then, but I also like some time to myself to work. I've just come back from travelling around Russia, and I have nowhere to live, so I'm basically ready to move in whenever!
I'm a Visual/Fine Arts student who has transferred to Melbourne from the University of Western Australia, planning to start studying Semester 2, 2017. I love Melbourne's focus on art and believe it will be beneficial for me in the future. I am Singaporean-born but have lived most of my life in Australia. I love animals of all types, and drawing them, as well as being sociable and spending time with friends, whether it be video-gaming (can provide a PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch), going out, or even just sharing a meal. I'm a big pop-culture fan and do enjoy a good film occasionally. ;) I am a responsible, outgoing, tidy and clean person and am incredibly excited beginning a life in Melbourne!! I'm currently residing in Melbourne, however will need to move out on/by August 11-12th, 2017 as the place I am in, I'm only staying temporarily. :)
I'm easy-going, friendly and clean. Employed professionals, who works full-time. Looking for a place for 6months as I'm planning to move overseas. If you would like to know more about me. Please feel free to contact me.
Heyy Guys! Just currently moving from hobart and looking for a place in Melbourne. Im down to earth, very clean, laid back and a fun guy to hang with. Im also up for a team up with someone.
Hi! We're a Spanish couple from Barcelona. I'm Ainara, 31 years old and Juanan, 40 years old. I'm architech and Juanan is software developer. We study english at morning and both have a part-time job. We want to enjoy the city, so we spent our most free time outside. On weekdays we like to chilling out. We love art, photo, cinema and music.
I am very responsible and abide by the house rules happily. I've just moved from the Gold Coast where I spent 6 months in the same house without ever having caused problems to neither any of the tenants nor the landlady. One of my few specifications is that it has all the bills and internet included in the rent.
I am clean and tidy, the most important trait that you want in a flatmate. I have a full time job and am therefore responsible, however I am also sociable and enjoy having a laugh and some banter with others. I have a passion for sport, so if you like catching a good footie match on a weekend, we'll be a great match. In short, if you're looking for a flatmate who's fun, yet has a good standard of living, then I'm your guy.
I am a young at heart stockbroker in my 40s who wants to move to Melbourne from Perth and it is likely I will be in Melbourne on average 2 weeks per month. It is my strong desire that I would live with someone who I would become good friends with and hopefully socialise with. My girlfriend lives in Melbourne but stays with her sister's family as it is much closer to her work, but it is probable she would spend time with me occasionally, mainly on weekends. She is a fabulous cook (unlike me) and extremely personable. Similarly I am very personable and non-confrontational, and am financially stable and generous so wouldn't wish to live with someone that counts every penny.
Hi! I'm an international student from Indonesia and looking for a furnished room and preferably for long-term rent. I consider myself to be a sociable, very adaptable person and clean housemate. I enjoy nights in at home reading books or watching movies and playing badminton in my spare time. However, I also love having casual chats over a dinner with my housemate(s).
Hi :) I'm looking for a place to stay closer to or in the city with a friend or two. Currently taking up my MBA in VU City flinders and working part time. Friendly, positive, easy to get along with, passionate about cooking & food, loves to travel & explore and meet new friends...
I'm a considerate, freindly, and easy going individual. I like to keep to myself throughout the week but always happy to have a chat. I'm tidy and always pay my bills on time. A bit about me, I'm currently a free lance web developer, but enjoy gigging a few times a week when I get the chance. I'm originally from Adelaide but over the last few years I have moved from Gold Coast to Melbourne. I love the outdoors and travelling overseas once or twice a year. If I seem to be a good fit for your lovely home, send me a message or don't hesitate to give me a call :) Cheers
Hey! So I'm currently a full time student at Uni Melbourne studying Biochem and Molecular Biology. I'm crazy organized and a lil ocd about messes , though I'd like to think I'm a pretty good cook! I am friendly and at times a little socially awkward. Looking for a place to stay till my undergrad degree is done!
Hi Future Flatmate(s)! My Partner JD and I are looking for a fun, friendly and functional share house. We both recently moved to Melbourne (Me for work, and him to study art at Monash University) I currently work full time at the Department of Treasury and Finance which means I will be gone all day every weekday. We are both quiet and respectful as well as friendly and social. I love animals, dogs especially, and will more than happily take care of and love your furry friend. (I had to leave my fur baby at home in Darwin. Sad face) I spend most of my free time reading, painting, and adventuring to the nearest pet store to swoon at furry babies. JD loves anything arty and will happily chat for hours about anything art or music related. You may find him playing his guitar and myself on the uke, if this is an annoyance, just tell us to shh. We are hoping that this will be an opportunity to get to know Melbourne better, make some friends (we left them all behind) and have a safe and comfortable place to call home. We are quiet and respectful of space but will not hesitate to cook a big dinner for everyone (in fact I would love to) and enjoy some drinks and chatter over dinner in the evenings after work. Our Current lease ends on the 27th August and we cant break it without it costing a fortune so bear this in mind when contacting us! Thanks!!
Hi, My name is Anthony - 25 years old living in Melbourne. I work full-time night shifts Monday to Friday in the Chadstone area - so I won't be around during the evening. I keep tidy and enjoy going out on the weekend for a few drinks with friends or staying at home watching a favourite TV series. Looking for a room to share with other roommates, or to start a share room with 1 or 2 people max, preferably in the same age bracket as myself (mid-20's) with a stable income and a responsible nature. Preferred duration of stay is between 6 and 12 months.
I am an Indian and recently moved to Melbourne 3 months ago. I work full-time most days of the week along with my studies (studying Accounting from VU) but prefer a quite, comfortable and relaxed weekend probably having a drink or two with friends or going out for movies, dinners. I am a non-smoker, very clean and tidy person, respect others privacy but don't mind having a chat with my flatmates over a cup of coffee and expect the same.
Hi, I'm a friendly easy going English chap looking for a classy place to live for the short term (potentially longer). Just immigrated to Aus and will be working in a professional engineering job in the city centre. Pretty active, tidy, and just a general top bloke. I land in Australia early July. I have a friends place to stay at to get me started but will be looking for suitable accomodation asap. Looking for somewhere close to my new office location, which is in South Melbourne near Domain Interchange. Room must be fully furnished. Hoping for gym and pool facilities. I've had a slight accident mid June and ruptured my Achilles doing water sports, so currently hobbling around on crutches until end of August. So please no stairs and a walk in shower! Must have great transport links or 20minutes walk to Domain Interchange for this reason.
I am 26 year old female electrical engineer moving to Melbourne between 2nd- 3rd week of July for full time work. I will be working in the city CBD, so looking for furnished places around the city area. I am quite clean, pay my bills on time and respects others privacy.
I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Moved to this side of the world last year after working as an entertainer on cruise ships all around the world. Now I'm studying 2 days a week and working the rest of the time as a barista, so good coffee will always abound wherever I go :) I'm extremely clean and respectful of other people's space and time. I'm pretty independent but don't mind sharing a few drinks and meals if my housemates are up for it.
Currently studying at La Trobe University. Easy going, pay bills on time, neat and would not mind hanging out and cooking dinner when time permits. Usually out doing either working or volunteering.
Im easy going and chilled, love listening to music and a good Netflix binge now and then and wouldn't pass up a glass of wine over dinner sometimes also. I do love to keep fit and healthy though, and enjoy getting my meals together on a Sunday. I love being social but I also love chillen out and relaxing just as much as I work at a gym and do many opens a week. I would love to find a place where I can get along with my flatmate and we can become friends and respect each other. would love to hear from anyone who has a room available, Cheers!
Hi there! This is Amit, originally from India but currently working with an Oil and Gas company as a project manager in La Strobe Street. I'm looking for a furnished private room close to work. Personal hygiene and privacy are essential to me and I consider myself to be neat, tidy and well organised. Non smoker but occasional social drinker. Hobbies include cooking specialty food, scuba diving and motorcycle rides. Please PM me if you would like to go ahead with an inspection.
Hi, My name is Victor. I'm a hospitality student who is doing my work placement in Melbourne. I like hanging out, but not really into alcohol, I like photography and cooking. I'm tidy and clean. I do hope to meet new friends and we might cook and share multi-culture together. It would be fun :) Cheers,
I am a Clean, Respectful, Reliable, Trustworthy and easy going person. I like to train at the gym and usually keep weeknight and weekend time spent studying or relaxing with mates. Not into the party scene, but can still have a few drinks every-now and then. I am currently studying Engineering at RMIT and work part-time at an Engineering Firm on Bourke Street. LGBTIQ+ Friendly and a non-judgmental type of person.
Helloooo!! As of the first of october, I will be living in Melbourne for 8-10 months. Currently, I live in Utrecht, a beautiful city in The Netherlands. As I don't know anyone in Melbourne, it would be awesome to live with a few flatmates. I'm a car lover, a pretty good cook and film fanatic. I am dependable, clean (although I have my chaotic moments as well...) and like to think of myself as relatively fun. I study medicine (4th year) in Utrecht. My dream is to become a pediatrician one day and maybe write a book on the side. However, as I am still quite young and I am interested in science, I am coming to Melbourne for 8-10 months to do research at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Of course, I also want to do some travelling while I am there. Maybe I'll hear from you! Stejara
Currently renting in South Yarra, my friend is moving back to Bendigo and our lease ends in July, I am hoping to find someone that would be interested in finding a rental together.Im comfortable paying anywhere from 250-320 per week and am happy to share with an individual or couple. I like to think I'm pretty easy going, I will be honest and admit I'm a poor cook but I can clean! I'm a shift worker but not the kind that complains all the time! I would sleep through WW3 so am 100% comfortable with noise at night or on the weekend.
Hey, My name is Jan from Rotterdam, The Netherlands and I am 21 years old. I am an exchange student at Swinburne University. I am looking for a room in the CBD or around the city centre, from the 20th of July till +/- the 20th of November. Afterwards I want to travel alongside the East Coast. I am very easy going, love to be with people and have a great day/night with them. I also like to go out to bars and clubs. Besides, I like to sport and do other social activities. I used to play football, run and go to the gym. I would also love to try out new cool things like surfing. Looking forward to hearing from you. Jan
Hello potential new housemates! My lease is up on the 8th of September and I'm looking for a new place to call home. ( I am flexible with move in dates for the right place!) Im still new to Melbourne after moving from Adelaide late last year to start a new job. Hoping to join a social share house with friendly housemates who don't mind a drink and a bit of banter. I work as a full time engineer for a consultancy in the CBD. Love to explore trendy cafes, bars, restaurants and the outdoors. I enjoy a drink on the weekends and a good netflix binge during the week. Looking for some housemates that are around my age either studying or working FT. I am clean and respectful of others. Feel free to contact me if you have a cool sharehouse going or are wanting to teamup and start a new one :)
Hi, I'm looking for a shared apartment. I am neat and tidy and love to go out to meet up with friends and just have a good time. I am from India, living in Melbourne since 6 months. I am studying Masters at RMIT. I am friendly, respectful, trustworthy, reliable and at the same time, I respect each other's privacy. I love meeting new people and enjoy a laugh! I like to have my friends over at times but at the same time, I prefer to keep it silent. As I am working and studying it keeps me away from home most of the time. I would like to live in a friendly household.
I'm neat, tidy, considerate, incredibly easy to get along with, respectful, kind natured, mature and I love to talk but also make a great listener. I have a secure casual government job in Southbank with full time hours requiring me to be a people person so I'll be working a lot as well as socialising as much as possible. When I do have spare time, I’m usually out and about seeing my friends and if i’m home i’ll get buried in a tv series marathon, have a few friends over for some drinks, watch Netflix/movies and go out to the movies just to name a few. I'm extremely outgoing in general and love meeting new people, experiencing new things and living in the moment. MY ideal home/housemates would be somewhere I can have my own private space when i need some time out from people, my housemates are respectful of those that have an early start at work in the mornings and won't make too much noise and people who I can occasionally hang out with and watch movies/have a laugh with.
Hi everyone! My name is Javier Medrano. I am a Spanish industrial engineer, working in Acciona, a renewable energy firm in Southbank district for the next months. I consider myself an organized and friendly person, who is looking for a flat with a calm atmosphere, ideal for working, but with a good and active relationship between the flatmates. I arrive to Melbourne on 11th July, so I will be able to see the flat on 12th July.
