I am an architect and I work full time (9-6 Mon-Fri) in South Melbourne. I am looking for a house in South Melbourne, South Yarra, Southbank and the surrounding suburbs to move closer to work. I'm a very respectful, easygoing, clean and tidy person. I am pretty busy during the week but on weekends, I usually like to catch up with friends for a glass of wine, go swimming and watch movies. Every Sunday, I cook for the whole week (3-4 vegetarian meals) and I would be more than happy to share some food with my housemates. Preferably, I would like to live with either a female or a couple I call friends in a two bedroom house that really feels like a home. I am interested in share houses and teamups. If this sounds good to you, please either message me here or text me. Hope to hear from my future housemate soon. P.S. My moving date is flexible.

I enjoy travelling, hiking, adventures, sports and would be open to a couple of beers once in a while. I plan to explore as much as possible and I look forward to checking out everything Melbourne has to offer as well as visit other areas in Australia during my free time. I would like to live with someone like minded that I can get to know, socialise with and maybe even go on an adventure but will still allow me to have my own personal space. If this sounds like what you are looking for in a housemate please contact me to discuss further.
Looking for: private room not too far away from the CBD, no pets as I'm allergic I am: Swedish, down to earth, full-time student For those who are more curious: Hey potential future flatmate(s)! I’m a 20 year old Swede looking to rent a room from mid January to August or September. I’m a full-time student at Billy Blue College of Design and I’m most likely going to start looking for a part-time job in January. I’m currently renting a room in a flatshare in South Melbourne. Been living here since August this year. I’m moving out and going back to Sweden early December for a wedding. Not completely sure yet when I’m traveling back to Melbourne but it should be around mid January. Looking for a private room not too far away from the CBD. I need good tram/train/bus connections if it’s in a suburb further away. I prefer a furnished room as I don't really own anything except for an $9 work lamp from IKEA. As I mentioned before I'm allergic to pets so can't be around them at all... I’m very easy going and down to earth. I like to go out partying every other weekend or so depending on how much schoolwork I have to do but I'll definitely not bring the party home it's not appropriate. I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the night market or to the cinema. I’d love to get to know my flatmates and hang out but at the same time it’s really important for me to get my peace and quiet to study as I take my studies very seriously (too expensive for Swedes to not be serious about it haha). I think it’s important to keep the common areas clean and tidy but I’m not too fussy about leaving dishes in the sink or stuff like that. I can be a bit messy when doing a crafty project for uni, but I’ll keep it in my room or tidy up after me. Hope to hear from you if you have something for me!
I am 32 year old Indian girl, currently sharing an appartment with a couple, in Brunswick West. Looking for a flatmate to share an appartment. I enjoy my private space and outgoing at the same time, i respect others choices and style of living. Looking for someone who is nice and clean. Positive mind and outlook, love to share a glass of wine n dining.
Hello! Looking for somewhere to live in the inner suburbs with great people! I work in Banking 9-5. Usually out and about running, bike rides, hiking, bit of gym as well as nights out/gigs on my time off. Clean, considerate, not a great cook but don't burn toast... Flexible on move date. Keen to find the right place as soon as possible.
Hi, we are a couple of young people and, because of work, we just recently started looking to move from Brisbane to Melbourne end of January. French woman working in Optometry and English man full time worker in Marketing for Telstra. Looking for a place: somewhere close to CBD, public transport and all facilities are must. Very friendly, we are used to live in houseshares or flatshares and like socialising. Comfortable living with other people. Clean and involved in the everyday tasks at home. We are after a new home with a nice, chill and quite atmosphere.
Hi!, I've been living with 2 other guys for about 4 months and we have kept a very clean house for that whole time! Now our lease is almost up and I am looking for a private room in the CBD. I'm Aussie, I'm currently a full time student and I work about 30-35 hours a week at Sake on Southbank. I don't party very much thanks to work! but I do really enjoy it. I cook A LOT but that's not to say I'm always very clean, hence a full kitchen (i.e. an oven) is essential! My move-in date is very flexible and I look forward to hearing from you!
I am Harvey Randhawa, I am 20 years old and coming to Melbourne for my Higher education. I am a extrovert person and fun to be around with. I like to travel on motorcycle to unknown roads and love to play football. Hygiene is my top priority and love to have a clean surrounding near me.
Hey! I'm Kate (26) .. my sister Holly (23) and I are looking for a couple of beds for around 3 - 4months from end of November. We're both English and will be on Travel Working Visas for a year whilst travelling up the East Coast. We'll both be working whilst in Melbourne, but hope to potentially find flat/housemates who enjoy socialising, going out at weekends, are similarly laid-back, friendly and respectful. We're both up for a laugh and don't take ourselves too seriously and really want to make the most of our time in Melbourne, so if you have room for 2; and would like to find out some more info drop me a message :)

West Coast fan also follow Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Netball and any other sport really. Hi! My names Taylah, i live in a small country town at the moment, and have so for my whole life. I've finished year 12 last year and am looking to move to Melbourne, to start my life, study as a veterinary nurse and find a part time job as there's not much going here in this town. I'm a friendly person and respect peoples privacy! I'm looking to share with any gender! Never party on weeknights, but i do go out sometimes on weekends! Don't have a problem if people have any animals :) Preferably would like to get someone or a group of people together then find a house we could move into, if you're interested flip me a message! Friendly, clean, trustworthy and fun! I work full time (8-6, Mon-Fri) and I'm out most weekends. Bit of a foodie and love to cook for others, and share a bottle of wine on occasion too. :) Looking for a room in a newer building or warehouse conversion (I'm not interested in older properties/townhouses etc) south side or in Richmond. Also need a car space, the room to be unfurnished and I'm not interested in moving in with a couple (sorry!). Move date: November 19th or after.

Hi, I am Freshta and I am from Amsterdam. I study medicine and from October I have an internship at the psychiatry department of The Alfred Hospital. During the week I will be busy with my internship, but in my spare time I would love to explore Melbourne and even more of Australia. I'm 25 and work full time (Tuesday-Saturday) in retail in the CBD. In my time off I like to keep fit and social and travel every chance I get. I'm looking for a new place to call home ASAP, preferably with someone I can call a friend and not just a housemate. I would love to find someone who's happy to hang out and share the occasional meal but also has their own thing going on. I'm very tidy but not ocd and not a huge partier but enjoy the occasional night out.
Pros of sharing a flat with me: - Clean - Easy-going - Comfortable with technology - Love to party but can be quiet when required - I'm a great shopping buddy - Not too fussy about anything (ie, no serious OCD's) - I'm fun! Cons of sharing a flat with me: - I can't really cook. (but then on the bright side, I'd hardly use the kitchen area, so the kitchen is all yours!)
I'm clean tidy usually quiet person who enjoys adult talk and wines. Good listener. Once I get to know you we can have better time. I'm David from Korea have working holiday visa and will be in Melbourne. Have lived in Canada for a while. Love Canada and cheese. Like traveling watching sports games except for golf and f1 (they're boring asf for me) and doing cultural stuff like going museum etc. I'd like to have Aussie housemate or someone who speaks English fluently (westerners I more get along easy with them) as I want to improve more of my English. I hope to hear about you soon. Cheers
I am a writer, actor and theatre maker from London, moving to Melbourne in October. I am looking for somewhere to stay upon my arrival, as I set myself up in the city but also open and hoping to find somewhere I can stay longer as this I am intending to move to Melbourne, not just for an extended holiday. As such, I will be hoping to meet new people, explore the city and engage in and discover Melbourne life as much as possible. I love all things arts and hope to get involved the arts scene in Melbourne. I love meeting new people and socialising from coffee shops to bars, festivals and clubs. However I am also more than at home, curled up for the weekend with a good book or going on a hike or bike ride. I cannot profess to be the world's most accomplished cook but I am always keen to try new things and I haven't poisoned anyone yet! I am clean, tidy and used to living with a multitude of different people, strangers and friends alike. If you are having a bad day, I will be first on hand with a good coffee or a glass of wine, depending on your preference! I can't wait to start a whole new chapter in Melbourne and hope that I can not only find a room in which to stay but also find some great new friends to start that journey with! If you have any questions, please do get in touch and ask away!
Hi, my name's Mic, I'm pretty easy going and get along with most, I enjoy getting out and being social, and I don't mind the odd lazy day either. I'm super easy to live with, I'm domesticated and been sharing for a while, so I've either lived with it or seen it. I'll get back soon to fill in some more detail....

Hey guys, I'm working/living in St Kilda and am looking to stay pretty close to the area, but also willing to live a bit further out for a great place/great flat mates! I'm very respectful of others space and belongings. I like things clean (esp. kitchens and bathrooms) so don't worry about the place being dirty! I love the outdoors, exploring the city, longboarding and FOOD. Keen for kitchen-collaborations and communal meals. Looking to become an English teacher so for any international housemates I'm happy to help with your language skills! I like to think I go to the gym, but I definitely don't. I do however want to get fit so I'm down for some motivational team-ups! Running, training in the park or joining a proper gym - doesn't matter which as long as it's not freezing outside! Also just wanted to add I'm very accepting and open-minded. I'll never discriminate based on race/religion/sex/everything else. One Love! P.s. Live with Mike :)
Greetings! I am a traveling entrepreneur from the U.S. that has been in Latin America for the past seven months while building my online business. I will be arriving to Australia for the first time on October 19th and will be staying in Melbourne for 3-12+ months on a Working Holiday, while I continue building up my business. I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning new languages and cultures. I'm always up for a new adventure, wherever and whatever that may be! I look forward to visiting new places and making some local friends. I'm looking for a flatmate(s) that is focused on their goals, but also know how to have a good time after a long day of work. Someone that respects the space we share and does their part in keeping it clean and presentable, but not the ADHD type where everything has to be absolutely perfect. I'm pretty easy to get along with and enjoy hanging out with my flatmates when possible, but also enjoy my independence. Shoot me a message if you think we'll be a good fit!
Needing a cheap room for 1 or 2 nights per week. Usually only Friday and Saturday nights. I travel over 3 hours to Melbourne each weekend to attend a course I am studying in the city. All I need is a bed and shower.. I can bring all my bedding, towels with me if that makes it easier. Interested? Would love to hear from you. Lisa
