Hello future flatmate, I work full-time in a domestic housing company and currently looking for a place a little bit closer to work and more of a social area. I am 25 years old and looking for people to live with that are very similar to myself, social person that always keen to have the odd drink but also likes personal time.
I work full-time as a software engineer and am just looking for a place and a room to call my own. Short term or longer term is fine. I don't do loud parties, I keep to myself mostly and am always considerate of others around me. Being close to public transport is a must!
Very reserved, mature spontaneous type of guy that can adapt well to most situations. Tidy, well mannered and well spoken. Deep thinking introvert. Loves the outdoors, all types of music and movies. Travelled extensively. Do not smoke, drink or party...been there done that. Potential flat mate needs to have a high level of respect for themselves, exceptionally hygiene and not a "me" person. Preferably mature.
I am a student at University of Melbourne in the doctor of veterinary medicine program as a graduate student. I am from the United States. I grew up in a big family and throughout college lived in a sorority house, am a great roommate, keep things tidy, not to loud and love taking care of my friends and roommates... they use to call me mama jones. I love love love animals and have worked all over the world with wildlife. I am up for anything and anyone, not a picky person and won't be home all that often. Any questions I am an open book.
Working full time have no problems paying bills and rent on time. Clean, friendly and social. Get in touch with me for any questions or to catch up and meet before making a decision.

Hi! My name is Pedro I'm looking for a private furnished room. I'm tidy and respectful of others personal spaces, have a lot of experience in living with other people of any gender. I'm from Italy and I work in hospitality and in the morning I go at school. I like go out to drink something or have a walk, go running in the beach, see series or film in Netflix and sometimes play with my Xbox. I'm sociable and I like chat with my housemates or go out with them and sometimes I like stay in my personal space. I have to leave my current room the 8th of march and so I'm looking for a "now available" private room in a house with friendly easygoing people, I'm not desperate cause if I will not found a room I'll go to live with my brother and his girlfriend like a guess, but despite my bro is a good person 😄, I prefer have my life with my personal room in a new share house with new Flatemates to know and live with 👍👍
Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a recent graduate and work full time in HR. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the city for an easy commute to work. I'm an outgoing person who loves a laugh and some quality chats. I would ideally like to live in a social household that are down for watching terrible TV shows and sharing a meal/having a drink together. My inner introvert does cause me to need a bit of chill time to myself though! Overall I'm easy going and friendly. I'd prefer to live in a mixed-gender household and do have a pet cockatiel who I would love to bring with me (if at all possible). He's a small bird, so not too noisy and he would be housed in my room. I would be happy to live with people with a doggo, however cats are out of the question because that's a tad risky with the bird. Despite the bird I'm pretty normal, aside from my slightly weird sense of humour. So feel free to contact me if you think I sound like a somewhat decent potential housemate. I'm open to existing share houses or starting a new one :)
I'm from the UK and have been travelling in Australia on a working holiday visa since January. I'm now looking to work in Melbourne for at least 3-4 months. My field of work is in education administration and I am looking to get an administration job in Melbourne. My main interests are sport, in particular tennis, and going to see live music. I'd describe myself as a very tidy and laid back person and I'm looking to find a nice private room somewhere fairly central in Melbourne.
34 yrs old Italian male. AU P.R. resident. Working as a Chef. Straight, clean, easy going, open minded peaceful person, non-smoker. I love healthy food and wine, music, reading, gym, training outdoor, travelling . Keen to make new friends, cook and share a meal together when possible. Looking for a peaceful and safe environment, possibly a furnished room in a house but not a party house, in a nice location well connected to the City, possibly not far from the Ocean or in a green area of Melbourne or close to it ( Ex: Elwood, Albert Park, Brighton, South Yarra, Richmond..). I have an adorable 2 years old white pussycat that I would like to bring along if possible..
I'm a french boy with 2 of my friend, We all have a job and we want to live in the city or near the city. We like sport, music, meet new people, share experience and party of course. easy going, clean, funny
Hey guys, I'm a 23 year old kiwi who's permanently relocating to Melbourne after two years in London. I'm arriving on the 6th of march and will be starting my new job (full time) that week, so would love to find a place in the next couple of weeks or so. I'm a big sports nut, and will never say no to a few beersies and activities on the weekend, so i'm on the hunt for a social household and a good bunch of people to live with. Preferred areas would be st kilda, CBD, south yarra, windsor e.t.c. but i'm really open to anything south of Brunswick /Clifton hill. Ideal budget around 200 per week for private room, but happy to pay up to 250 including bills. Open to teaming up to find a place with others as well. Cheers!
I (Steph) am Irish and Tim is English, we left London 10 months ago to travel through Asia before coming here to work. After travelling for so long we're looking for somewhere we can settle and make home while we're in Oz. We're about to start work as software developers and we're looking for a flat share for 6 months. We're both clean, tidy, respectful housemates, we have lived in flatshares in London and met some of our best friends that way. We're both social people and enjoy travel, watching a movie or having a good chat over a drink. I'm a qualified personal trainer so I love keeping fit and Tim is really into music and cooking.
I consider myself to be a peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals, fitness. I'm someone who likes socialising and enjoys time by myself equally. I tend to keep things tidy as I have mild OCD. Un-winding with a drink or Movies/Tvshows is something I tend to engage in. Im from Bombay, India and currently doing my Masters in Monash. Will be spending most of my time studying or working part-time. Looking forward in meeting my new flatmates!

Im 24, i work full time in interior design and i am also doing my last semester of my Masters. The last two years ive been living with a family in Camberwell working as a PA and a nanny for a single mum and her daughter, so im super used to living in someone elses house, and being clean and respectful, and im used to being extremely responsible. I loved the experience but i really want my own space! I really want to live somewhere thats quiet, calm and clean...as ive been living with a 7 year old for over two years now! Im really busy on the weekends at athletics competitions and other stuff. I also train for athletics full time. I'm pretty busy! I am originally from the US so i have a funny mixed up accent.

Hi all, A little about me- I am a down to earth girl, been living out of home since I was 18. I was living in NZ for a while before coming here, originally from South Africa. I enjoy a good beer or glass (ok maybe bottle) of red. I love some good banter but always appreciate some time to myself. I work full time and I am also a musician. I am vegetarian but meat doesn't bother me. I can make coffee :)
Hi, my name’s Steph! I’m organised, healthy and ambitious, but don’t stress, I balance that out with a great sense of humour, love of fun and being a big ol’ ball of geek! I love heading out on adventures, dancing and doing active outdoorsy things but equally value time chilling at home, creating cool stuff or just hanging out. I’m looking for a new home close to the city - one filled with people that are open, healthy, loving, growing and inspiring. My type of share house is one in which everyone can easily use the space as their own. Meaning shared spaces in particular are always left in an extremely clean and functional-for-everyone state and general cleaning/upkeep tasks are shared and done every few weeks. I like to uphold a relaxed/friendly/supportive/respectful/loving/fun vibe in the house and being really honest and open with communication. I’m happy to join an existing house or start a new one. Things you should know: - Housemates are all the best parts of family and friends for me. I genuinely care about the people i live with and the space around me so I expect a similarly high level of respect and initiative back. - Looking for rent under $150 a week - Within 20 minutes public transport access to chapel st/richmond/city is a must. - I need quite a bit of freezer and pantry space because i do monthly meal preps! - I own a beautiful big antique mirror and it would be epic to use this somewhere! - I like a generally peaceful, comfortable, very clean and functional living environment - I clean with low fragrance/chemical products only (vinegar/bicarb/natural sprays). Strong smelling stuff causes my body all sorts of issues so I try to keep that to a minimum and ask that people i live with respect that. - I have a car so space or street parking is a factor If you've read this far and are still curious, congratulations because you're probably what i'm looking for! Shoot me a message and let's find out for sure! *Bonus points if you’re into entrepreneurship and the creative and tech industries.
I love to go out for dinners with close friends, love movies and cooking occasionally. I'm tidy and respectful of communal places and expecting the same qualities. I'm kind person, with an easy going attitude and easy to be around. I am accommodating to others so long as the same respect is reciprocated. I'd love to arrange for an inspection. Cheers
I am looking for a room somewhere in Melbourne's inner east. I work in Hawthorn east and spend a fair amount of time going to the bay kitesurfing in the weekends so somewhere in between is perfect. I ride my bike to work everyday so I dont want to be to close to Hawthorn east as I enjoy a decent ride, also biking is part of keeping fit which is important to me. The house and people are more a focus for me than the suburb. I am open to any suburb in this area. I am 44, originally from New Zealand I have been in Australia for around 15 years, 12 in Sydney and 3 in Melbourne. After 9 years in the snow ski industry I now work in the IT industry as an analyst/programmer so I like to be active in the w-ends. Kitesurfing is my main hobby. I also like biking, technology, travelling, food (especially Asian), socializing/eating out, sport and just about anything that is fun. I am very easy going, consider myself clean and tidy and are very respectful of other people and their space. I am an animal lover so don't mind any household pets especially dogs. I look forward chatting and hopefully to coming and meeting you!

I'm Henry, 26, English by Birth - Aussie by passport. Passionate about health and fitness, and drinking Tea. Im currently working in construction which means I am out of the house most days. After hours I usually go to the gym and i cook most nights and enjoy cooking for others too. I work hard and I know how to have a good time too. However i need my sleep and can be a grandma during the week. I have been renting my own place in prahran for the last 2 years, so like most people, I like having my own space- but Im also a people person and living by yourself can get lonely. Id like to live with people who understand dry andsarcastic humour , who have a good work/life balance, friendly, clean and intelligent. I can also contribute with furniture too if needed. If I sound like someone you could see as a housemate, please give me a call or message :) cheers H

I'm neat and tidy and don't mind noise as I have lived in many share house and shared living environments. I am respectful of other peoples' property and of the house in general. I am not fussed about having fun on the weekends at the house, I'm pretty easy going, and like meeting new people. Just as long as the house is back in order for the week! Studying at Melbourne Uni to finish my bachelor in arts at the end of this year. I have a bit of furniture and stuff I can contribute if needed too :). Currently a student at Monash. I'm a quiet and considerate person and would expect a considerate housemate in return. I would like to have a housemate that I can chat with and occasionally hang out with. I understand the need for privacy and will not infringe on your space. Would prefer a room with an ensuite bathroom and female housemates. Also, If you know of any available studios/1 bedroom apartments, please do let me know.
Hey! We've just moved down to Melbourne from North Queensland and are looking to find a friendly home to settle down. We're both open minded, relaxed, fun loving people. We enjoy good food and cooking together, exercising and going out and about exploring. We are clean and tidy, respect communal spaces and have lived in great share-houses before. We would love to find a home in Melbourne with like-minded, friendly people and any pets would be a welcome bonus! :) Please let us know if you have a home to suit or would like to team-up! We would love to hear from you. Cheers!

I'm a very positive person, will respect your privacy and know when to give you your personal space. I'm a rather neat and tidy person too and will always offer to assist with cleaning and household chores. Overall I'd like to think that I'd be a great flatmate. So if you're looking so someone pleasant to live with please feel free to contact me.

We enjoy spending time with our housemates but are equally respectful of your personal space and privacy- happy to chill with you when home or not if you prefer. We both work full time in hospitality. We both enjoy staying in for a quiet one, but also going out to party, depending on the day! I am a 25 year old New Zealander living in Melbourne working at Monash University. I am a biologist with an interest in mosquitoes! I thrive on outdoor adventures (rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, yoga). Meeting new people is something I really enjoy doing and have been described as very easy going, caring and courteous by my friends. I am courteous and respectful of people's space and time. I strongly believe in creating a positive atmosphere in which people are free to express themselves in doing so we can learn and share from one another. Living In communal settings I know the importance of having a clean and tidy environment, of which I endeavor to uphold. I can also make a legendary butter chicken dish! :)

31 years old from Colombia. I am looking a place which I can call home. Student of Community Services and worker part time (babysitter and waitress). Responsible, clean, easygoing.
Hiya I'm a gal from England currently on exchange for a year studying at Monash university. I've been here for one semester where I stayed at halls but am looking to move into the city to be closer to shops and bars. I'm really sociable and love going out for drinks and meals but my days will mostly be spent at uni and studying. I'm clean and am more then happy to share cleaning responsibilities around the place :)
Hi future flatmate :-) I'm Caroline and I just moved here to do an exchange programme at Deakin on my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At home I live in a student dorm and I'm used to share my kitchen with 15 others. I'm very open minded, easygoing and social. And I'm reliable and pay my lease and bills on time! I used to work as a yoga teacher at home - and when I'm not doing yoga I'll be outside enjoying nature.... oooor I'll be going out for drinks, beers and tequila! I'm not good at cooking but I'm an excellent kitchen assistant and I love all kinds of food and good coffee. SO you need to choose me as your flatmate if you want a nurse (to be) under your roof who can also teach you some yoga! I've only heard good thing about Melbourne and I'm really looking forward to exploring the city and the areas around (with you guys!)
Currently living near the city in a sharehouse - all in our mid 20s. Our landlord is selling the place soon though, so I'm looking for a new place to live! Looking to move late March or early April. About me: Snowboarder/skier/lawyer/craft beer enthusiast - there are many words that I could use to tell you about myself, but those are the ones that spring to mind first! I'm a lawyer working in the CBD full time. In my free time I enjoy outdoor sports - I spend a lot of my weekends at the snow during winter. This summer I've been hiking and camping often. I'm a clean, tidy person who is pretty easy to live with. Getting along with my housemates is very important to me - while we don't have to be best friends, I don't want to feel like we're merely people co-occupying the same place! Fun tidbit about myself - after I finished uni and before I started full time work, I went travelling in the US for 4 months. I travelled around the western states skiing and snowboarding - I made it to 30 ski resorts while I was there! I gained a lot of life experience on this trip and learned a lot about myself.
We are a couple from the UK, have been living in NZ for the past year and just moved to Melbourne. We are fun and outgoing, enjoying time outdoors and a sociable environment. We are super clean and tidy, laid back and love to cook :)! We are both into sports and are looking to join a team or 2 while here. Jack usually works in a reception management role while I (Alice) work with children whenever possible. We are looking for a place to call home for a while in a nice apartment with super friendly housemates!
