Hello! I'm a full-time student studying for my masters at the University of Melbourne, I work an internship in the city and a restaurant evenings and weekends. I'm not home much, but always up for good bants and a beer, and the occasional boogie. I'm neat and tidy, respectful, easy going and incredibly pet friendly. Looking for a move in date asap as I need to be out of my apartment in the next few weeks, thanks heaps x
Hi, I'm Cris! A creative minded, 36yo guy, making ends-meet working long hours in Customer Service (both night shift and day shift). First and foremost, I'm absolutely drama free and I love that nice, calm lifestyle. Chilled and happy. Generally, I tend to enjoy my own company and can easily keep myself entertained doing creative things but, I also love to watch a movie with my housemates or share a meal together when we're all home at once and feeling social. I'm friendly, genuine and notoriously sarcastic if allowed to be! ;) I am a non-smoker but, don't mind living with outside smokers. I am gay ("A gay man in Melbourne. Groundbreaking!" - Miranda Priestley) so, I need to live in a gay friendly house. I love animals and I know lots about them so... new furry housemates to compliment the human ones are a big plus for me. Dogs get infinity points and a cuddle! ;) I'd like to find a place around $200-250pw (not including bills). I drive so, will just need a spot on-street. Also happy to provide character and rental references if needed. ;)
I'm 24 years old, working full time in research at Monash. I'm planning to start my PhD in philosophy/cognitive science next year, so I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed new home to settle in to. I've been living in a share houses for the past few years, so I know how to keep tidy and be respectful of others' space. I enjoy socialising over food or the occasional drink. My weeknights are generally pretty low-key (research keeps me busy) but i like catching up with friends and family over the weekend. I have no pets but love to live with animals. I'm vegan so a housemate who appreciates good vego food is a plus. I'm also flexible with move in date. Please get in touch if you have any questions :)
Hi There, My name Is Maddie. My housemates have just moved interstate so I am looking for a new place. I work full time and long hours and just need somewhere to sleep. I am a very social person and happy to have a wine with you on the couch every now and then. When I'm not working, I'm at the gym, yoga, pilates or out with friends for brunch, dinners or drinks. I'm a very social person, but I do love some quiet time when I'm at home. If you are someone (male or female) looking for a housemate for the next 6-12 and want someone who is respectable, neat, clean, friendly and down to earth, you have found the right person. Send me a message, I'd love to hear from you :)
Hi there. I am a 36 year old male from the states working in Melbourne on a long-term contract and long-stay visa. I am a quiet, clean and respectful roommate who is looking for the same. I am looking for a private room with own bathroom for long-term leasing. I am flexible on furnishings.
I am fun, but I'm busy aswell. I'm creative and I love to smile. I'm positive and I expect others that I live with to be positive to! I am real, and honest. Clean Tidy, and I'll never say no to a glass of wine. I am busy with work a lot of the time, but try to have a good balance in my work life and my personal life. I've lived in a few share houses over the years. I've got the best memories &met some amazing people but I'm now looking to share with maximum 3 people including myself. Finding the perfect housemate is hard so good luck guys ♥
Young working professional (Engineer) looking for another like minded young working professional to team up with (and hopefully eventually become friends) with the aim to get a nice modern flat on the south side. About me: 26 year old male Queenslander who moved to melbourne for work. Kind, respectful, easy going, clean Send me a message if you are interested. :)
I'm 25 from Wales and love socialising and talking to others. I currently work as a bartender and labourer and enjoy meeting new people. I enjoy having a drink at the weekends as well as outdoor activities such as hiking and going to explore new places. My hobbies include music and running. Looking to stay and work in Melbourne until mid January. Please get in touch if you have anything available! Thanks Math
I'm moving to Australia with a working holidays visa, I'm from Luxembourg (small country between Belgian, France and Germany =p). I like computer science and everything about artificial intelligence (I'm working as freelance data scientist for a start up in Brussels). I also like to discover new sport, I was in a Kinball club I will enjoy to try to explain you this weird sport ^^ I also was the mascot of the club, I can share with you some video. I love to go to bars and meet new peoples, but my first goal will be to find good beers, kidding ;)
I'm a working professional with the worlds cutest and best behaved groodle. He's house trained/completely non shedding/hypoallergenic. I live a fairly regimented life with work, gym, dog walks, etc. I like to go to dog beaches or walks on weekends and enjoy the occasional dinner party or wine and cheese night. I have a very introverted side and sometimes retreat to my own room for quiet time. Other times I'm happy to hang out and socialize so it would be great to have a roommate that understands the balance of both. I love to cook and am happy to share meals if that's of interest. Otherwise, I'll meal prep once a week. I'm originally from Canada and do prefer a shoes off household. There's something about tracking everything from the outside into a home that I can't quite adjust to. Outside of that, I'm respectful of other peoples needs and requirements.
Hi all, I moved down to Melbourne from Queensland at the start of last year to start work as a physiotherapist. I love what Melbourne has to offer so would prefer to be closer to the city. I've lived in share houses for a few years and have been lucky enough to share with some pretty great people. Happy sharing responsibilities but am a terrible cook.. I'm always up for adventures and exploring and ideally would like a place that feels like home, so would love to find someone social to move in with that could become a friend rather than just housemates. I also have a car so I would be looking for somewhere that at least had on-street parking. If anyone is looking to team up I'd be super keen as well. Preferably in a 3 bedroom place to split costs more but open to anything. Please only contact me on the website as right now I'm living in flight mode. I may take a couple of days to reply as I'm in and out of wifi! Ideally looking to move December or January.
We are two sisters. Peaceful, neat and tidy to live with. My younger sister recently finished her Masters from Monash uni and on the job hunt, while I’ll be working full-time in Collingwood, so wanting to live in a location that’s close to the train station, convenient to commute from and affordable. We’ve been fairly financially independent so far with our incomes and savings, but have been supported by our parents every now and then. We’ve got timely rental payment records in all the places we’ve lived. Have lived in both shared and independent accommodations, so are very adaptable.
I love sports (basketball player), music and outdoor activities! Friendly and easygoing. I like to spend my time with flatmates. I've spent 4 years in a shared flat, I know the housemates life. I want to surround myself with funny people and make sure everyone has a good time. Always willing to help. Alway trying to keep things tidy. Strongly belive in respecting eachothers privacy.
Hey, We are a young couple in our 30s, well-traveled, worked in various cultures, multilingual, have a variety of interesting experiences to share and easy to get along. I am an experienced finance professional and moved to Melbourne recently from overseas. I have previously lived in Melbourne briefly in 2015 and have a close circle of friends here. My wife is an educationist and more recently moved into jewelry designing, she will be joining me in Melbourne in a couple of weeks from now. We like to strike a balance between work and being fit and although we are not active gym people but try to walk the miles to keep in shape. My wife and I love to travel and we had the chance to extensively travel across the Middle East, Europe and Far East Asia. We are looking for an option which respects privacy of its inhabitants and has a great location. Please give me a call or send me a text if you would like to get in contact. Cheers, Umair
Hello :) I'm new to Melbourne, moving down from Brisbane for work reasons, and to also enjoy the cooler weather. I'm looking for a quiet and cosy private room somewhere around South Melbourne, or with convenient access to public transport. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person, but also don't mind being social with my house/flatmates through playing board games, having a drink or watching a movie. Hoping to find a lovely place to call home in Melbourne!

I spend most evenings at the gym on Collins St. As a housemate I'm friendly, organised and willing to help out with keeping the house neat and tidy. I love trying out new recipes and meal prepping so I will often make extra for others. I also enjoy watching sport and kicking back with a cheeky drink with friends. I am very social and although I will not be hosting parties, I would like to be comfortable enough to invite friends over to hang out. - dog friendly - cat tolerant -prefers own bathroom - would prefer to befriend my potential housemate instead of living separate lives
Hey, I'm Sarah (the blonde one). Looking to live near Cabrini Malvern where I start work next year as a nurse. I have an indoor cat named Bert and an Irish Water Spaniel named Ernie. I have been living in share houses for the last 5 years. I am looking to move with a friend who will be in her final year of her nursing/midwifery degree next year at Monash, works part time in disability support and has also been living in share houses for the last 4 years. We have both really enjoyed living with flatmates that have become mates and am looking for a similar friendly atmosphere in our next house. We are hoping to move anytime during the month of January. Looking forwards to hear from you. :)
