Hi there! My name is Briar, I am 22 years old and I'm a radiographer. I am moving to Melbourne mid June for a new job opportunity and am looking to join a flat. I am pretty easy going, clean and respectful. I am quite a social person and love to be around people but also enjoy my own piece and quiet. I will be doing a variety of shift work in my new job so some weeks I will be around more than others. I love trying new places to eat and keeping fit! I will be moving around the 20th of June and would ideally like to move into a place that weekend (24th/25th) Feel free to contact me if you have a space available Cheers!
Heyya, My name is Amanda and I'm (newly turned) 29 - although I often think I'm 27 because the last two years have just gone so quickly I can't even remember having a birthday - or eating cake which is the whole point of birthdays! I digress... Ummm my story? I'm a doctor, I deliver babies for a living which means I'm an Obs/Gynae. I have lots of different shifts incl nights which means I sleep all day. Just giving the heads up. I do have ear plugs and a face mask that says "Wake me up for food". Welcome to take that literally. I am a very (very!!!) neat person. Not like decorative pillows and towels, but I like a clean/tidy house. Yes like everyone here I'm the perfect balance between socially amazing (and make a great wing woman) and cued enough for some "me" time. Won't lie- I'm not a great cook even though I'm Italian. I mostly inherited the talking with the hands and basic culinary skills. Unfortunately I also inherited the love of actually eating food so it's a complex relationship. I absolutely LOVE Mexican. It warms my soul and adds inches to my thighs but I love it. I counter my love of tacos with broken exercise, lots of beach days and random adventures (ie shot zombies in virtual relality on Sunday!). I am very willing to be a gym buddy! Looking for a place until early next year where my job will likely take me on my next adventure. PM me of interested. I have furniture and can do a team meet up thing- or sell it all and come sans couch! Cheers, Amanda (Ok so I just read my post and realised that I made a reference to food in every single paragraph. To my defence I did write it after a night shift and I was hungry. I have literally done the literary equivalent of going to Coles and pulling everything off the shelf. I actually don't eat that much food and prefer chips not cake)
I'm a 27 year old Perth girl making the Melbourne move mid June. I'm looking for a house share central to the CBD with close public transport. Ideally in South Melbourne but also open to other areas! Keen to move in with 2-3 people of a similar age, males or females. I work in marketing and I'm currently freelancing for a client in WA. I'll be looking for full time work in Melbourne but my freelancing will keep me going until then. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and tidy. I'm really excited to move to Melbourne to meet new people and experience all the reasons us Perth kids hit up the big cities - restaurants, bars, art galleries etc etc. I'm a non smoker so not keen for a smoking house. Looking for a place mid June - mid July onwards (I have a friend's housemate's room during that time but am flexible). Looking for social and relaxed housemates who would be keen to cook up a house meal together every now and then! Happy to live with any males or females of similar age who are clean, tidy, respectful and easy going. I've got friends already living in Melb but ideally would love some housemates that are keen to explore the city and state with me :) Hope to hear from you if I fit the bill! Ps. Flexible re time of stay 3,6,12 months +
Hey guys I'm Belinda! I'm a relaxed, easy going person who is looking for a private room. I work full time as a lawyer, I'm clean (I pull my fair share of the chores and then some), respectful and I always pay bills on time. Always up for making new friends, but also enjoy my own space as well. Hoping to share a happy place with likeminded people. I also have a little elderly pug/staffi who is 14 years old. She is an indoor dog so looking for a place where people love dogs. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Looking for Teamups to start a new share house - ideally just two. I'm pretty easy going, I work full time in the city in professional services. I'm social but plenty happy in my own company. I like to spend time out of the house on the weekends and in the evening. I'm very clean, tidy but it doesn't really bother me too much if things aren't cleaned or put away the second they're used. I'm looking to find a nice, new apartment with a flatmate. I have furnishings for a complete two bedder but equally happy to put spare bed etc in storage cage etc.
I work full time in marketing/comms. I am easygoing, tidy, and respectful of people's privacy. In the week, I am more relaxed just gym and work. During weekends I like to go out and see friends. I've done a lot of houseshares, and lived in a few countries, so I know the score... I'm pretty independent so I'm happy to do my own thing and have a glass of wine and catch-up when we see each other. Ideally looking to move in by mid-June or even before. I have a bed and bedroom stuff, but no other furniture. Happy to negotiate with furnishings etc. I don't have a car either so don't need parking permits.... Any questions, just ask! :-)
We're clean, easy going couple, both Female. Working most of the week. Both full time workers We love the outdoors, likes to eat healthy. Chivy likes to go gym, Arisa likes long walks. We laugh a lot but also know when to be quiet. Looking forward to find a wonderful place to fit us in.
Melbourne born and bred (although just returned from a trip through Europe)! I'm currently working two part time jobs (call centre and receptionist), so I'm quite out and about and like to chill out at home when I can. I'm into the arts, brunch, and rewatching Parks and Rec. Tidy, friendly and open-minded.
Hello, I'm great to live with because I'm all the things you desire in a housemate, clean, tidy, respectful, make a mean nachos, but also love all things cheese & winey. I'm from the UK, been living in Aus just over 2 years and work in the city. Looking for somewhere a little more homely & where I can settle for the next year or two whilst in Melbourne.
Hi! I am a 22-year-old study abroad student looking for a place to live for the spring semester. I am originally from Finland but I have been living in the United States for the last four years. I am an easy going, former athlete who can either socialize or keep to myself. I love going out and having a good time as much as I like hanging out with friends, cooking and watching netflix. I am a big fan of sports as well. This will be my first time in Australia but I am excited to see what the Aussies have to offer!
Hi there!! Nice to meet you! I'm a 26 year old (nearly 27) Public Relations professional working in an agency in Collingwood. I am super tidy, love a good wine and chat but also like time to chill out after a long day.. ... One little thing though is that I also have (the cutest little) dog, Frankie. She's an 9 month old Cocker Spaniel that doesn't shed, is fully toilet trained, doesn't bark and comes to work with me most days. Would love a medium to large room under $280 a week. Would also prefer a courtyard of backyard for Frankie but a large balcony would also be fine. Look forward to hearing from you! Alyce
Hi, Andrea here! I'm 26 and a full time Video Producer. I'm looking for 2 room or a room that fits 2 with my cousin, Jack. We're both working so we will be out all day mainly. My finace and I are looking for a place to rent between 4th June to the end of August. We are in Australia on a working holiday visa from the UK, planning on working in Melbourne before our visa ends and will then travel for a few more months before we have to return back to England to our jobs. In the UK I am a high school teacher and James is a kitchen manager. We are extremely tidy and easy going, looking for a place near to the CBD. Thank :-)
Hey! I'm 21 (almost 22) currently studying science at Melbourne Uni and working part time. I'm an outgoing, hard working and friendly person and looking for a place to call home. Im moving from a share house in Brunswick so I understand the dynamics of sharing a household with respect for space and cleanliness. I have references available from previous houses on request. Hobbies/interests include keeping fit, hanging out at the beach with my dog (won't be coming with me), cooking, exploring new places, gardening and brewing kombucha. Im a keen runner and love my sports so would be down to go the footy or join in a game of backyard cricket. I work hard at my studies and have a couple of jobs which keeps me busy, but love to get out on the weekends to explore bars or go to gigs/comedy/trivia. LGBT friendly and all of that of course. Looking for more than 1 housemate, prefer a non-smoking household. Looking for something at least 6 months, preferably a year :) Shoot me a message if I sound like a good fit! Cheers
