Hi, I am nice, clean and considerate. I am french and a full time student in a bachelor of business (marketing) and at home I will spend a lot of time on my computer (internet/video games...) so if you need some time alone or some silence to concentrate there is no problem but if you want to do anything with me just ask and I'll be glad to join you :) I like video games, music, tv and netflix, cooking and exploring both the city and the nature. I also intend to start going to the gym so if possible to go with anyone that would be even better. I am not messy in common area just maybe a little with my own stuff in my room that's why I am mostly looking for a private room so that it doesn't bother you. Otherwise I clean after me and I have no problem participating in housework. I already have had two apartment on my own in France and there hasn't been any trouble with them, I always got my full deposit back when leaving as the apartments were left in perfect condition. The move in date is approximate, I will arrive in Australia the 13th february (can't enter the country earlier) and I will start the university the 21st. If you want to know anything else just ask ;)
Hello! My name is Denise and I am originally from Minnesota, USA, but came to Australia on a working holiday visa April 2016. I backpacked around most of Oz and I recently started a medical device engineering job in Mulgrave and they will be sponsoring me to stay in this beautiful country, therefore I am in search of a permanent home! I enjoy fitness (volleyball, AFL, weightlifting, running), food and trying new things. I love puns and often make myself laugh at my own terrible jokes. I am polite, respectable and clean. After work and on the weekends I like to socialize as much as I love to curl up on the couch and catch up on Netflix.
I am an Italian student, working and studying in the cbd to get my diploma in hospitality. I am a barista, mad for coffee, vegan and a people lover. I do like when the house is packed of people to share emotions with but I do like to enjoy a bit of peaceful time as well. Love sweets and desserts, love help people and more. Ready to move in guys :-)
Hi im Holly! I'm 22 years old and am an accountant in Melbourne's CBD. I enjoy being active but don't mind a large glass of vino after a long day at work. I am clean, tidy and respectful to all. Looking for at least 6 month lease and willing to commit to longer if avaliable.
Hey there! My girlfriend and I have just moved to Melbourne to explore the deep subculture of brunching and fa$hion killas. One Sydneysider here, who has seen the light in Melbourne. One Swedish backpacker with a great personality! Both of us have degrees and are hunting for jobs in our respective fields. We met in Canada whilst living abroad, with the adventure ranging from camping in Yosemite National Park in the States to surfing Sydney's beaches. Choose us and we'll swap adventure stories! P.S. We aren't massive on the party scene anymore, but we do love a drink and chat on weekends!
We are two friendly and social 19-year-old girls from Sweden who are currently living in Sydney. We are easy going and love to make new contacts with people from all over the world. We love to hang out with friends and don't mind a night out or just a chill night at home. We find cooking and baking very funny. We are in Australia on Working Holiday Visas and we plan to go to Melbourne on the 24th of February and would love to stay there for 2 months. After that we plan to do the east coast. Please contact us if you have place for two or know someone who has. Cheers!
Why choose me as your room mate? Well I am not a weirdo - so that's always a good start. I am your typical Aussie female; I am down to earth, was raised in the country but always had the heart of a city girl beating inside me. To sum me up I would say that I am creative, professional and animated. I enjoy socialising, being active, the performing arts, red wine, movies and getting out and about! I am respectful and I am truly easy going. Some people just say they are easy going...but I assure you that if you are respectful like myself then I am tots easy going. I believe in keeping shared spaces and living spaces clean but I am more flexible with bedrooms. If your room is that messy we can just close the door and wolla it's hidden. Who do I want to share a rental with? Well that's easy, I want to live with people who are just good people, have decent morals, want to pay bills on time, are respectful to live with and are easy to get along with.
I work as an Architect full time. I like to stay active. Most weeknights I'm either working at my second job, out with friends or ideally at home. I leave to the gym around 0445 am so I am out for most of the day during the week. Weekends I like to catch up with friends/housemates and prep for the week ahead. I can also cook, I consider myself very easy to get along with. Oh, would be great to get a car space if possible. Looking for min 6 month stay...but flexible. Available now! If you have any other questions please ask :)
23 year old, new to Melbourne. Recently graduated from University on the Gold Coast and spent a good chunk of 2016 traveling the USA and working at a Summer Camp. Vegetarian (but happy to cook for my meat eating friends) and massive animal lover aka crazy dog lady. I have family and friends in Melbourne already, but look forward to making some new pals. I will be working full time in the city, Tuesday-Saturday, and will spend a fair bit of time away from the house. During the week I'm a bit of a nanna and will go to the gym most days and love to watch movies or cringe reality TV and cozy up on the couch. I also love a glass of red, a cheese board and a dance. I hate mess, love natural lights and plants :)
hellooo!! I'm URGENTLY looking for a private furnished room (at least the bed, c'mon xD xD), possibly not more than 15/20 mins (tram distance) from the inner city. I'm looking to spend maximum 700$ per month. And yes, i can afford to pay rent always on due date. Don't worry! quickly about me life! I work in formal menswear in Collins st. and also (at the moment) live in the CBD but I'm starting to notice that I ain't saving much like this and also the place i'm living in ain't that nice and I gotta be a parent to my housemates who tend to do nothing at all in terms of keeping the place neat. So here is my urge to move out ASAP as i would like to avoid having to pay another full month here and prefer to give you the money and start being good housebros asap!! I don't really know what to say about myself but one thing i can tell you: I'm defenitely a clean and respectful guy and treat the house as if it was my own and my housemates as my best buddies. I don't like to party too much in the house and honestly I never do. :):) When I'm home most of the times you'll find me chillin, cooking, watching some Netflix (yes i can share it) or just reading something about how to become rich overnight!! hauahaha I'm not a party animal, unfortunately those times have gone and now i just go out with a couple of friends few times during the week for a chat and a drink. if you wanna chat a bit with me please don't hesitate, i'm friendly! Dario
Hi there, Me and my partner are looking for a short-term accommodation from Feb 7th. For 1-2 weeks. We got apartment in the city where we`ll move into by the end of Feb. So we need a place where to stay just after we land. I am an ICT Product manager in the FinTech Industry, 30 yo, beach volleyball player, originally from Bulgaria, lived in Melbourne for 3 years, a permanent resident. I was back in Europe for a couple of months because of my work. Now we are coming back. Moises is a videographer, professional swimmer and runner. We are both keen on cooking, surfing, and we love nature. About us as flatmates, we are not party animals, just enjoying a dinner with friends, might grab a drink or so during the week, most likely we`ll be outside in weekends. We`ll be busy Mon-Fri furnishing the permanent apartment + job interviews. We got heaps of savings so paying the rent is not a problem. Here is my skype UserName: racheto_p; Linkedin: radoslava tosheva - product development manager - eMerchantpay. Give me a shout if u r interested and Feel free to text if you want to ask us something additional. We can ask a friend of ours who is currently in Melb to come grab a coffee with u as well as pay some money in advance. Let`s talk and organise it. We can Skype any time Mon-Fri after 5pm (AUS time) or 7-9am (AUS time). From my personal experience, I know how much different, easier, faster and more trust you gain when meeting your future tenants/flat/house mates face-to-face. However, we are very serious and responsible mature people and it will be highly appreciated if you can just give us a chance and talk to us and then decide. Let us know what time/date suits you best for a call? Thanks for reading! Regards, Radi & Moi

Mid 30's public servant relocating from Canberra for work and looking for a good housemate to team up with, or a nice person who can offer a room until I can get settled on my feet. Hoping to find easy going housemates who take pride in their home. I'm looking for more than just a house, but a place that I can call home. I'm rather quiet but I do enjoy a laugh and being somewhat social. Not looking for a party house, rather a place of refuge that I can come home to at the end of the day. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is also quite and a little reserved, but enjoys a good chat over a glass of wine. Someone who respects privacy is mandatory. Happy to share the cooking or keep it separate. I'm not the best cook but really do enjoy it. Interests include talking politics, travel, aviation, literature, web development and reading. Paying bills and rent on time of course is a big factor. I'll be brand new to Melbourne so somebody to explore the city with and make a new friend or two would be advantageous but not a requirement for a housemate.
I am easy going and friendly person I'm working part time and study full time. I like to keep things very clean , neat and organised. I like to socialize and love to meet people. The majority of my time I'm either in my room, at work or out with friends. I pay rent on time. I'm looking for a room spacious enough to fit a queen size bed and a desk and chair for my laptop.
Hi there! Emily here! I am currently living in Cambodia where I have been doing community education for the past 9 months. I will be returning to Melbourne at the end of Jan to restart with my job at a dental practice, as well as in time to get set up for the uni year. I thrive when I get move my body (yoga, hiking, dancing, jogging) and also when exploring new places, food and live music with friends out and about in Melbourne... What it more important though is how I can fit in to a house share. I really do value a balanced living space and making the house a home. This means I am respectful and considerate with cleanliness, bills and noise. I do also adore having a comfortable environment to come home to where I can share laughs, food and drinks with housemates (or just chill). Ideally, my new home would be my home for at least 6 months and be furnished (except the room as I have a doubled bed, and small belongings in storage). It's a tough gig trying to sell yourself for a new home, but please please get in touch, and if there are any questions just message away. PS. I can provide super housemate reference if required!
I have just graduated from university, I am starting a graduate job as assistant designer at an international fashion label in Richmond. My other housemate, Irini is in finance and logistics for L'Oreal and has been with the company for over a year now. We both love to keep a tidy, beautiful home and have a keen eye for interior design. On weekends we love to socialise and go out for a drink - We have a big group of friends in Melbourne and other states of Australia, we're always looking to expand our social circle. During the week we love trashy tv and a wine or two after work. We both like to keep busy and enjoy going out for brunch or drives/walks on the weekends. We're looking for someone who is a good balance to the house, someone who is clean and respectful but also happy to socialise with us and hang out.
Easy going, neat and tidy. Not a party animal, so minimal noise in house. Good with pets.

Hey there! My name is Dan and I'm a 23 year old American from Boston. My girlfriend, who is 19 and Dutch, and I are looking for a room to rent starting as soon as possible. Hi! I'm open minded and relaxed. Live and let live I say. You do you, I'll do me. I'm quite clean and a good cook when my budget allows. I've just finished a film and television degree at the VCA. The goal is to be a film maker. Most of my time is dedicated to this end. I like to keep to myself though will occasionally like to have a few friends over. I'm also not adverse to meeting and interacting with new people/ having strange people about. I've got a ferret which has made finding accommodation in the city a bit difficult. She mostly lives in her cage or my room. Her name is Lyra and she is very well behaved. She doesn't scratch walls or tear up carpet so aside from knocking over the odd glass she's quite harmless. She's also good with dogs (Knows to be wary of them) and gets on quite well with cats. She's a bit smelly but I spray her with a flowery coat deodorant to keep it under control. She sleeps about 20 hours out of the day so you normally don't even notice she's there. (We have that in common. hah!). If you have a spare and room and open to having a ferret around please message me because you are quite rare!
