I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
I am friendly, easy going and respectful. Can enjoy a social drink and bbq, chat. I am clean and tidy. I usually travel one week a month for work also. Moved over from Brisbane about 2 years ago and Perth is now home. Like to get out and enjoy the outdoors and get away camping/fishing when possible.
Hi! My name's Emily and I moved to Perth (from Bridgetown) in January. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. Full disclosure: I do smoke weed, but I seldom drink and never take other drugs. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have your friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Presently living in Sydney but likely moving to Perth around end-March / beginning-April for a new job. Leaving my finance job for a tech start up. I'm a sociable individual, likes to swim, play basketball, casual drink here and there, likes animals (if you have one), non-smoker and explore what Perth / WA has to offer. Also like to be very clean, maybe not at the OCD level, but definitely feel better when utensils, crockery, rooms etc. are kept neat and tidy! Looking for another like-minded individual or two to potentially team up and find a place. I can be flexible with location, depending on the others' preferences, but would like to find a nice place. Happy to discuss how to split rent as well depending on who gets what (e.g. master bedroom, car space). I'll have a car of my own that I would like a parking bay for.
We are a laid back English couple looking for a room in Perth ! We enjoy binge watching a good tv series but also like getting out the house to explore the sites. Obviously we are clean/tidy etc! Ash is into his sports and plays American football and I like pizza. Pretty much sums us up :) We are looking for a fully furnished room which offers off street parking and our own bathroom. good transport links to the CBD would be great
Hello there! I am Chiara, 21 years old and have been living in Australia for more than 1,5 years! I am originally from Germany/Italy but would not want to leave Australia any time soon and that's exactly why I am seeking work, as well as accommodation at the moment. I am also looking towards studying in Perth at the beginning of next year. A little bit about myself: I am a very open minded, bubbly and communicative human being who is always down for a good laugh! I am also very tidy and respect the needs of others. I am pet/kid friendly and get along with pretty much everything/everyone! :) I am hoping to meet new people and eventually even make new friends!
I work in the disability support industry and do alot of away overnight work so between that sports and the gym youll hardly see me. I also have shared care of my son who is 7 a few times a week. Looking for a clean quiet house in Canning vale, somewhere close to my kids. Would prefer to team up with someone and establish a new lease on a rental......
Hey everyone, I'm a 37-year-old guy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I moved back to Perth in 2016 after graduating over 10 years(!) ago to resume studying at Murdoch Uni for my PhD. Would love to live with one -- maximum two -- other person/s if possible, having lived with three others up until now. Creative arts/music-composer/theatre type, focusing on musical theatre and performing arts. Enjoy socialising but also love my private space. Will have a music keyboard and simple set-up with me, but I'm easy-going and considerate when it comes to housemates, so no dramas. :) Interested to find a room in the locations listed or surrounding areas. I have a car but access to public transport would nevertheless be great. I'm gay, if it matters (honestly, it shouldn't. I'm only mentioning it upfront so that there are no surprises down the road when we get to know each other.) I don't have pets but am open to finding a housemate who has 'em as I have two dogs back home who I miss dearly, especially taking them for walks! I'm a dog person but love cats too. (But dogs would be awesomer.) Clean, respectful and responsible. Not a party guy, though quiet dinners with mates would be lovely. My friends say I'm a fun and funny guy, and I take their word for it. Love a good laugh and love making others laugh. ;) I'm on scholarship, which includes a stipend from the university, meaning that my ability to make rent payment will not be an issue! I've got about 2 years left to go in my research, so even though I mention '6 months' stay, that's just a minimum; happy to extend if it all works out! POST SCRIPT: This is going to make me sound douchey, but I didn't come all the way to Australia just to live with a bunch of Malaysians or Singaporeans. Absolutely no disrespect is intended with this statement, but if you're a Malaysian/Singaporean landlord who ONLY takes in Malaysian/Singaporean tenants, or are looking for a Malaysian tenant to be part of your family household, I'm not interested. Diversity rocks. People from all over are cool. Aussies are awesome. <3 (I'm only adding this because I've received too many such emails. I'm a nice guy, I swear.)
A working IT Professional with a computer engineering degree and would like to stay in a peaceful , quiet place, mind my own business type but love occasional hang out or friendly talk with the housemates, love sports such as cricket, easy to get along with any gender any race any religion
I keep to myself most of the time, preferring to play league and watch Doctor Who in my room. I've just moved down from Bunbury and I'm looking for work as an Accountant. I'm single and might be up for fun with the right person, but I'm not going to come onto you if you don't show any interest. I may keep my room messy, but I clean up after myself in the kitchen and deliver consistently good results on rent inspections.
Hi guys! My name is Jaide, I am 24 years old and while I'm multiskilled, I'm most currently a qualified Assistant in Nursing about to begin my Diploma in Remedial Massage (in July). My hobbies include cooking, volleyball, yoga, running with my Lucy, beach, gardening, experiencing/learning new things and hooping. I like to keep active and healthy, and quality conversation is a must. I'm also a fan of skill- exchange. Ps. My dog, Lucy, is my companion and it's an absolute given that she will be coming with me where ever I move. As a german shorthaired pointer x staff x curly retriever, she does shed a bit in the summer, but not heavily. She is very well house trained, socialised and is full of love, flops and many tricks she loves to show off for things she wants. (She has a full grasp of currency and exchange, don't be fooled by her clever cuteness.) She's an indoor dog, has her own winter wardrobe and generally functions as a polite member of the household. She's quiet, only really vocalises during general conversations and when it's dinner/bedtime- never joins in on the neighborhood 'twilight bark', and only ever rumbles her grumbles when there's an unwelcome intruder or she perceives genuine danger. Not a digger, just a bit of a kisser. She's an absolute delight and will improve your life. Sincerely, Jaide and Lucy Xx
I am a student studying in Perth 3 days a week. I have a white rag doll cat named Loki but he stays outside mostly during the day and sleeps with me at night so he won't be trouble. I'm happy to contribute to all chores and enjoy my alone time but also like chatting or watching movies together from time to time. I'm hoping to gain employment for most of my free days so I won't be around too much. I have a car and am overall very self maintaining and independent.
