Hi there, I'm looking for a private furnished room in the inner city suburbs. Dates: Mid July — Mid Nov 2017 (dates are flexible). I'll be travelling Dec-Feb but will be looking to rent again from late Feb — June 2018, whether at the same place or another (so happy to help find a temporary housemate if you'd like). About me: I'm a 23yr old female, currently studying my Masters of Clinical Psychology. I'm undergoing my training as a clinical psychologist, so i'll be busy with placements/uni weekdays 9-6. I'm looking for a home to come back to in the evenings where I can cook a nice meal (though I love a good take-out) and get some R&R. On weekends, I like a mix of quiet time (can't live without chocolate and Netflix) and exploring Sydney with friends. My parents live in Sydney so on some weekends i'll dissapear to visit them and might bring back some home-cooked curries to share. What i'm like to live with: Clean, organized, and easygoing. Also a non-smoker and non-partier. Ideally, i'd like to become friends with my new housemates, but I also completely respect your need for space. What i'm looking for: -Private, furnished room -Close to the city (max 20mins to Central station) -Max 3 people sharing 1 bathroom If you have something that fits, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hey, I'm a recently graduated full time climate and atmospheric scientist looking for a pad somewhere in Sydney (not a clue which part but I'm sure you can convince me as long as it's kind of close to Lidcomb). I'm originally from Orange, have lived in Wollongong for the last 4 years, pretty chill and always happy to have a beer with the gang or get outside and see the world. (I can also be kind of funny sometimes YAY!). I like to think I'm pretty environmentally friendly and clean so you don't need to teach me how to recycle or turn off lights. I can bring to the house my sub par sense of humor, a swanky coffee machine and a 44" tv.
Because I'm awesome! Who wouldn't want to live with me? I spend a lot of time reading, research and studying but also don't mind a beer once or twice a week! Working in tv production and studying p/t so usually pretty busy but i love to whinge about politics and the news over dinner!?! I exercise regularly and cook amazing eggs benedict for breakfast most mornings if you like to start your day with a protein and carb overdose?!?
Hi! I'm a young professional on the lookout for a new place. I am a sociable guy who wants to meet new people. I love sports, a few beers and happy to lay up with some netflix. In saying that I am very respectful and want nothing more than to make your life easier. Look forward to hearing from you!
I've been travelling for the last 10 months and am now back working full time at a very busy and stable job as practice manager in St Vincent's Clinic, Darlinghurst. I'm super chill and always keen for a drink and chat. Would be keen for a social house but not a party house as definitely need my down time after stressful days at work. I have lived in share houses before so definitely understand cleanliness & the need for privacy.
I work full time in marketing, am interested in music, politics and taking photos. I'm vegetarian, clean and reliable and looking for a long term place to call home where we enjoy our own space but can catch up for a chat (and drink) every so often.
I'm very chilled out and enjoy hanging out with my roomies on occasion, but am also pretty independent. I'm extremely responsible and also quite handy - I've been told I'm the female MacGuyver more than once :) I'm working full-time at a magazine in Surry Hills, so sometimes I get free candles and cushions, which is cool if you're into that. Am looking for some like-minded people to share a home with!
I'm very clean and tidy maybe a little too over the top. I keep to myself and prefer my own space. I'm Looking for My own place and not looking at Sharing With anyone. Reason why I'm looking is cause I need more space and I'm currently in a tiny room and most of My belongings are in a garage and I would like to have my things out of the garage. Ideally I would luv a very large studio or granny flat and must have a bath tub. I like my privacy as I'm not looking to socialise with anyone in my own space, but Im pretty easy to get along with and I always pay my rent on time and I'm told I'm the perfect tenant. I don't have my photo showing as I prefer to stay private. If you contact me I would gladly show you what I look like, but I am a Virgo Rooster. I am self employed and I'm always busy working.
I am moving over with my younger brother (turns 19 when we move) for a new job starting in September. He also works full-time so we would like to find a place together for ourselves or with other tenants that is available from the 4/9/2017. We have booked our one-way flights and hotel for a few nights so we're really hoping we can find somewhere in time. I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. We both currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed it so much that we've decided to move there. We would like our own rooms preferably furnished but we can buy our own things needed. We are also interested in renting apartment furnished or not with a minimum if 2 beds if anyone has one available. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as we dont want to relocate suddenly after starting new jobs. We both respect and understand personal space but always up for some banter if needed. We like to keep things clean and I cook (he bakes) so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. We're both into fitness and enjoy going to the gym but takenit easy some days to catch up with friends. We're both easy to live with and I can provide references if requested. I have been renting for 5 years with other tenants but my brother lives at home and pays rent. We like to keep things simple and straight up, so please message me if you have any questions :)
Hi, I am Janet. Looking for a room with my friend, both of us are female students. We are quite an busy with study and work but also love socializing with friends, we are nice and easygoing. Looking for roommates living with and feel at home together!:)
Hey Guys! I'm Raphael, 25 and work full time as a Senior Finance recruitment consultant. I work long hours during the week but enjoy hanging out and doing activities (beach, cafes, restaurants, music gigs & etc.) on the weekends. I also enjoy those low key relaxing type weekends. I'm looking for easy going people that keep their home clean and tidy, enjoy their own personal space but who are also keen to hang out and socialize. I'm quite flexible in terms of location, as long as there's a train station close by.
Hi! I'm a 36 y.o. originally from Sydney (I grew up in Randwick) but have just returned after a long stint living and working in the UK. My Scottish girlfriend will be joining me here soon and we need a 1 BEDROOM flat (NOT A FLAT SHARE) to stay for approx. 6 months from the end of July/early August. We are both easy going, low key and tidy non-smoking people with no pets. If you think there may be a fit, please let me know when suits best for a viewing. Damien and Pam
I'm an easy going software engineer from the US and just arrived in Sydney for work! Mostly a computer geek, like to cook, and excited to explore Sydney and the surrounding areas. I tend to be quiet but get more sociable as I get to know people better. I'm very clean and enjoy keeping things tidy.
I work in a migration law firm in the city and am passionate about human rights but I'm still a typical mid twenties gal and am keen to make friends with my new housemates. I love netflix and going on little hikes and adventures around Sydney. I've just finished my degree in social science.
I'm an international student and i have finished my master degree in UNSW. Next semester i will move to University of Sydney for another master degree I'm from Iran and i have been here for almost a yer.I do have the experience of sharing a building with different people on campus of University of New South Wales. I am a socialized person looking forward to engaging with new cultures and people but also i do respect people's privacy.
We are a couple looking to move out of the city into the inner west, or eastern suburbs. We are both currently studying in Kensington, however Katie is graduating at the end of the year. We are looking for our own place, not a share situation, somewhere to settle down for the foreseeable future. Hopefully somewhere that has an area for Katie to put her plants :)
