Hello potential roommate(s). My name is Taila, I am 25 and work your normal 9-5 gig in the CBD. I'm looking for a private, preferably furnished room in the Newtown(ish) area. I've rented for several years, have a squeaky clean rental history and I know how to cook/clean/pay rent on time/generally succeed at being an adult. I'm not the party type, with that said though, I'm not about to turn down a cheeky beer or glass of wine on a Friday night. I'm pretty relaxed, I won't lose my shit over a fork being left in the sink and I couldn't care less if you were staging a giant gang-bang in your bedroom; as long as communal areas are tidy and everyone chips in, I'm a happy customer. I also welcome the idea of having mates over, bring them, I have Cards Against Humanity; just no Project X level shit on a Wednesday night. I'm a pretty big music nut (Triple J for life), I think anything Ricky Gervais touches is gold, I love documentaries, Louis Theroux, binge-watching Parks & Recreation and eating delicious Asian food. My dream roommate is someone I can sit on the couch with and giggle at all the weirdos I find on tinder.
Hi guys. My amazing 3.5 month trip through South America has come to an end and now it's time to find a humble abode to call home. I land back in Sydney on the 27th October and I have awesome friends that have offered to put me up until I find a place. I'm a super chilled 32 year old guy, I work in sales for a small group adventure travel company, I travel interstate a couple of times a month for work and I will probably start to pick up a few shifts at a bottle shop to help pay off some of my credit card debt. Between all of this, I have a girlfriend that lives on the northshore, I gym, l enjoy going out for meals with friends and I love to hit the beach or go on bush walks over the weekends. When I'm home, I love to chill out with a glass of wine, a few beers, a doobie and chew the fat with my fellow flatmates. I have a car so on street parking at the least is a must. If there is no parking or if I have to drive around the neighbourhood for half an hour to find parking, your place isn't for me. My girlfriend may stay on occasions but I'm respectful to my housemates and understand she is not contributing to the household rent. Maybe she may stay one or two nights max but she is cool and also loves wine. I've been flat sharing for over 10 years now. A good flat mate in my opinion is someone chilled, clean, respectful, reliable and happy to clean after themselves. Ideally you would not be highly strung, happy to share a bottle of wine on a weekend and if you're into cricket, perfect. Some of my best friends currently have been ex flatmates. Thanks guys!!! #### PLEASE NOTE I AM CURRENTLY OVERSEAS UNTIL THURSDAY NIGHT 27th OCT AND I CURRENTLY DONT HAVE A MOBILE NUMBER ####
Hey! I'm a graphic designer, looking to move somewhere inner-city / inner-west Sydney. Currently living in Canterbury, I grew up around Kogarah and have also lived out west and up north of Sydney. My lease is about to end and I want some good old fashioned change. I keep it clean and tidy & am super chill. I can keep to myself but I also like just hanging out. I love reading, writing, travel, movies, videogames, comedy, arty stuff & a good drink! Let's make this the best sitcom ever.
Hi there! I'm Dave, sports fanatic and pro BBQ'er. I'm a social guy looking for a cool place to live. I take pride in keeping public spaces tidy, I enjoy a cook up and beers in the living room.
Hi! My name is Hayley, I am 22 years old, moving from Adelaide to Sydney to commence my first job as a midwife at the RPA hospital. My partner is 23 years old and is transferring his current degree of Interior Architecture to Sydney University. We are friendly, respectful, quiet and polite! Looking forward to hearing from you soon, Hayley
I'm neat and tidy, cleaning up after mine myself. I like to keep to myself, im always working and when im not at work im alseep, resting and relaxing for some down time! Cause i mostly work afternoons & night shifts. So if your looking for a flat mate that doesn't get into your business and keeps to themselves, won't get in the way. Im the type of person your looking for. Rent in always paid in advance, good with house work?! Im the man you need 😆.
I've personally lived with the most foul and disgusting housemates in the past so I pride myself on the following- - Organised - Always pays rent on time -Extremely tidy - Not a bad cook - Non drinker - I work at a cafe in Newtown so be prepared for free food - I have a beautiful 6month old puppy who loves cuddles - Easy going and non judgemental
Working full-time as a campaigner for a progressive NGO. Sharehouse-trained – ie. clean mess if I make it, replenish the loo roll, take out the trash, pay bills on time etc. While I love a good party, I'm not looking for a 'party house'. I'm a non-smoker, vego (but not fussed if others eat meat), and LGBTIQ friendly. Want more than a place to sleep, so would to find people who are happy to share a meal, drink, or even a Netflix binge every now and then :)
I'm a 28 year old female who works in TV full time. Originally from the Hunter Valley but have been living in Sydney for 3 years and have reached a point where I need to find a new place to live. I am active, love going out and being a tourist in my own city equally I do love a cosy day in smashing through the chores and having a good read with some wine.
Hi, mi name is Norma post-student in my late twenties. Usually I spend weekdays at Uni but during evening at my place to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random nothing crazy. I have been living DownUnder since Feb and I have been in different shared places I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home. I would like to find respectful but fun ppl who are up for a beer from time to time. I am available to move late November early December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!
My name is Akseli. (Looking for a place in Sydney near the city or beach) I come from the other side of this planet from a little place called Finland. (I come in peace!) I'm easy going and I don't take life too seriously. What you can expect when living with me? -Prepare to have some kick ass food at home (I'm a cook and I'm willing to teach you to cook too) -House will be clean (I'm very clean person and I like the house to be clean) -Trustworthy flatmate (You can count on me) -A fun person to hangout with (I like to have a drink, play pool, go to the beach, explore and experience new things etc.) Something else about me? -My passion is music (I make hip hop instrumentals) -I like to film and take pictures (I'm not that great at it yet but it's fun) A very good quote: ''Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.'' - Bernard M. Baruch
I am 37 and moved to Sydney for work mid year. I am also quiet, considerate and a big animal lover. I work in an office full time near the city as an architect and sometimes I work late nights. I am looking for a place where I can be around nice people after work hours and have a decent nights sleep during the week. I don't drink or smoke and I am also vegan, but I am certainly not overbearing about it. I love to draw and paint, I try to get out on the weekends to yoga, anything to do with the arts and to food markets. I am looking for a place to live long term with nice people. I also like to keep clean and tidy and respect the personal space of the people I live with.
Italian but quite atypical. Currently work as a gardener/landscaper getting a sponsor visa I wake up really early in weekdays so I'm quiet at night Keen on creative interests, arts and cinema above all
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi
We are awesome 🙂 - a scientist and a musician! About me: I'm starting my new full-time Job as a molecular biologist at the University of Sydney. I'm 28 years old and from Germany (I speak with an slight irish accent tho 😉). I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I enjoy living with people that have a lot to tell. I love cooking, bbq and unfornunetly also eating a lot 🙂. I like to socalise but also respect everyones space. I have lived in share-houses for the past 9 years so I know how it's run 🙂. And I have lived with my boyfriend the last year. And I can tell you he is nice to live with too! He is a professional musician and photographer. You will see what I have been up to the past years (Basically studying hard and travelling far as street performers).
Hey, I'm Charles an outgoing young friendly full time IT Engineer moving down to Sydney from the Central Coast. I love to socialise and don't mind a chat but I'm happy to keep to myself too. I'll keep a tidy house and respect your privacy and lifestyle. I am very easy going and flexible so i don't mind adapting to your way of life. I enjoy tv and movies, music and catching up with friends. I also keep quiet and study often.
Urgently Looking for short term accommodation to move in immediately. approximately 4-5 months as my partner will be going back to China for two months. Quiet couple. I'm a defence member. Partner and I are working and we are mostly out on weekends. Both non smokers and drug free. Prefer off street parking if available
I'm very laid back and have pretty much lived in shared accomodation ever since leaving school years ago so I'm all good and familiar with cleaning, respecting people's space, cooking and all the rest. I'm always up for a beer and some banter but just as much enjoy my own time working on my music or drawing. Pretty much up for any sort of beach adventure, catching gigs, dinners, hiking, jamming and what not. I play the keys and guitar and am currently in the works with writing some of my own music. My situation is I have just gotten back from living in London and have been staying in Surry hills in a sublet. I have a stable income and am working full time at the cafe Gratia on Bourke street and one or two nights a week at the live jazz and blues bar Venue 505. I am commencing study next year at UTS studying sound design and production so finding somewhere close to the city would be amazing.
Hi, My name is Alon. I am a 24 year old male. I am coming to Sydney for an internship program at bioceuticals, which is a herbal and nutritional supplement company. I arrive 26 Nov and leave end of Jan. I am clean, respectful, tidy, friendly and easy going. I play soccer at a semi pro level, therefore I will be training with a team in Sydney, so between the internship and soccer I won't be home too much during the week. Hope to hear from you soon Alon
Just looking for a sublet (preferably furnished) for about 2 months (somewhere between now and 6 december) its just me and my indoor kitty, were very quiet clean and friendly. looking somewhere around newtown/glebe area.
Hey everyone! My name's Victoria, I'm 27 and looking to move from Wagga Wagga back to Sydney over the next few months. I'm originally from Sydney and have been living in Wagga for 2 years for study. It's time for me to come back because I miss Sydney too much! Ideally I'd love to find a place somewhat quiet with people who are easygoing and don't mind a chat and a few drinks on a Friday every now and then. I'm moving back for uni (I'm not 100% sure which uni I'm going to at this stage). I've been living in a share house in Wagga, so I've experienced some of the worst types of people and I can assure you I'm none of that. I hate mess, I'm a non-smoker, I don't party all night, I'm sociable but dedicated to my uni work, and I'm willing to share the housework. I have a 5 year old female cat who goes wherever I go, so I'd prefer a pet friendly place that has a garden as she's both an indoor and outdoor cat. She's a beautifully friendly rescue cat and gets along with other cats. She's clean, toilet trained, doesn't get in your way unless its for a quick pat. She loves being outside and sunbathing. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
My partner and I have recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and are looking for somewhere central to live. I'm a lawyer and he's in finance, but don't let that put you off! We're easy going, respectful and have lived together and separately in a number of sharehouses. We're open to joining an established house or teaming up to create one. We are active, friendly and are enjoying exploring Sydney.
My name is Erin. I work at El Loco, bar tending, mostly weekends but my shifts will increase. I don't spend a lot of time at home and in my down time I draw, paint, catch up with friends, go to gigs, art galleries and road trips. I'm nice, clean and a really easy going house mate who likes to pitch in and make sure that the house is running smoothly. I'm looking for house mates who are easy going, who like to pitch in and hang out, but who aren't just 'living' together (people who actually get along and want to chat).
Easy going, experience living with all kinds of people, work full time and usually busy after work but happy to chat and chill when I'm around. From Queensland originally, moved down for work 18 months ago. Like photography, trekking, outdoor activities, BJJ. etc. Looking to move in late November or early December, but that can easily be pushed to Feb 2017 if required!
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
We are both here with a Work and Holiday visa, working in Luna Park. We are very friendly people, quiet and clean. We also love to go out whenever we have free time and meet new people. I am from Argentina but lived in Barcelona for 3 years, and Priscilla is from Brazil. We would like to live in a place where we can share with other people and make new friends.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
Hi! My name is Liam and I am a 3rd year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student at The University of Sydney. If you have a pet or want to know some gross Vet related stories, then I am the perfect housemate for you! But even if you don't, I am still the perfect housemate for you! My brother and I are looking for two separate rooms. I have lived in share housing for three years now and have got it pretty much down pat. I can cook, clean and live cohesively with other people. I am at uni everyday and work on weekends at a local pub. I am a quiet housemate but love having the odd dinner with housemates and friends and sitting around the lounge room just chatting. I am from a small country town in NSW and moved to Sydney for uni. I love to skateboard, go to the gym and go to heavy metal gigs. I would like to find a cool place with my brother Sean who does 2nd year Marine Biology at USYD. We would prefer to move into an established sharehouse and have no doubts we would fit well into anywhere we move into.
I am looking for a single occupancy room with own bathroom , planing to move asap . I prefer a place nearer to station, looking for maximum 300m walk from station .
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Hi, my name is Annie. I love music and making things. I work as a sound designer and creative technologist. I work full-time on contract work, often from home. I also hold a research position at UTS and work as a tutor at UNSW. I love to smile and meet people. I love good conversations, bbqs, sunny afternoons, and a quiet drink. I am not after a party house, I want a relaxed space shared with other young professionals. I grew up in the country in a small town called Coonabarabran. I moved to Sydney in 2010, then in 2015 I moved to Canberra. Now I am looking for a place back in Sydney after a stint in the nation's capital ;). I want to be close to friends in the inner-west, and work. I am very tidy and conscious of others personal space. I am also happy to fix furniture/electronic equipment for my future housemates - or even make new furniture if needed. I am looking forward to meeting new people and to feeling at home again.
Hey hola! I'm friendly, tidy and respectful. I’ve recently moved from Auckland and I work full time for Saatchi Sydney as a Front End Developer. On the weekends I want nothing to do with computers so I'm usually keen to head outside to find something to do in the sunshine. Thanks! Steven.
I'm super friendly, considerate, and generally happily chilled out. I'll hang out with you if you want or cheerfully buzz off and enjoy my own company. I clean up after myself, half the time I even make my bed before work. I'm from Texas, I'm a theatre nurse near RPA, and I'm training for a powerlifting competition. Oh and let's go to the beach!
I work as a karaoke/trivia host four nights a week.I'm also a freelance video editor and comedy writer. I'm clean, quiet and pay rent on time. I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy a good chat over a coffee or beer with my flatmates. I smoke but only outside. I also have a gorgeous, fluffy 6yo cat named Edith Piaf who loves a good cuddle. Pick me and you won't be disappointed!
Gday! I'm Tim, a 27 year old Exercise Physiologist (a fancy personal trainer) who loves playing team sports, travelling, and strapping my feet to different types of boards and moving very fast. I love living with other people, always good for a chat or to have casual drinks. I'm a big fan of exploring, socialising, sports, movies, being outdoors and being active, and good banter! I'm looking for a social house to be with housemates who enjoy hanging out and having a few evening beverages, not just renting a room. I'm also clean, cheerful, a non-smoker, work normal hours and am always keen for adventures. What more could you want!
I am a Mexican-Canadian studying a Master's program at the University in Sydney. Looking to stay with other respectful and clean students or professionals of a similar age. Looking for a private, furnished room close to a train station.
Im 24 from Sydney studying a bachelor of composition and music production at A.I.M and I produce and record music mainly hiphop/rnb/trap sometimes dance etc and have my own recording studio so i hope you like music.. also i dont smoke cigarettes BUT i love my greens. I am very clean and tidy i enjoy company but also my own space and have hundreds of the best movies ever on a hard drive plus a ps4 and im always looking for people to beat at FIFA ;)
Hello my names Emma and Im a 19 year old student studying computer science at the University of Sydney and looking for somewhere to stay within 30 minutes of the uni (via public transport). Im a friendly, quiet and clean person that doesn't mind keeping to myself or socialising depending on what you prefer! Ive been working as well as studying throughout High School and I have substantial savings. Im looking for somewhere within 30 minutes of my university for at least a year! I love pets and thus don't mind them, my only request is a PRIVATE ROOM and max 250 dollars rent per week (including bills/internet) or less if it doesent include such utilities. In my spare time I go out with friends, watch movies but mostly I'm studying and working. I am not fussed by your nationality or sexuality as long as you are a friendly and honest person :)
Ello! :-) You can call me Majed or Camino if it's easier. I'm a 31 year old engineer working full time for a telecom company. I'm pretty chilled, neat, clean, super considerate, outgoing and love interacting with people although I also tend to have my quite me time to recharge and work on the things I like. Speaking of which, my likes vary from practicing yoga, going to the gym, watching kick-ass movies, having a boogie, making deli food, eating the deli food I prepared and listening to awesome music. Oh and I do certainly enjoy a drink or a couple but mainly on weekend as I rarely drink on weekdays. Oh and I come with a mind blowing fully automatic Bosch washing machine and a medium size Samsung fridge. We can use them to split the load ;). Let's have some fun times together! Cheers.
Mine and Lizzy's lease is up in Feb 2017 so we thought we'd just make a profile to get the feelers out there as a lot of people will be looking for accommodation at this time. We're still not 100% on where we would prefer to live so we've put a variety of places down as options. In 2017 Lizzy will be in her last year of Law at Macquarie University and working part-time as a Court Officer. I will be starting my Masters of Public Policy at USYD and working part time in the public sector and also nannying. Ideally, we'd like a place in Kirribilli/North Sydney close to the trains, as Lizzy is tired of the bridge tolls lol. But also we've been living in the inner west for 2 years and are in love with it so we're open to continue living here if the right place comes up. A bit about us, we're both originally from the Central Coast and are really easygoing, fun housemates. We generally keep to ourselves during the week because of our busy schedules but do enjoy partaking in a few casual bevvies and going to gigs and bars on the weekends. We're also really into food and eating out so a house full of foodies who would join us would be so great! However we are both mature and respectful and are down with the whole sharehouse etiquette as we've been living in them for 3 years now. We are tidy and clean and are dedicated to keep common areas nice and welcoming. We are both very social but respect others privacy. We're also willing to team up with others to find the perfect place and start a new share house full of likeminded and fun people! So hit us up if you have two private rooms available or are interested in teaming up X
I am 30 and an architect, therefore my wardrobe is astonishingly monochrome and I am pretty bound to standard office hours. I impulse buy stuff at the post office... Latest acquisition was a veggettie maker ( if that does't make me a good house mate, I don't know what does...) Otherwise, I keep busy with areal silks, rock climbing, Netflix, cooking (not saying that I am any good, just that I like to do it...) and I would never, never say no to a glass of wine.
Hi my name is Karen and I'm 22. I work full time at a professional services firm in the city. I'm looking to move out in the next couple of weeks. I'm pretty easy going and my hobbies would probably include eating, having a glass of wine (or two), and watching tv shows.
Hi all, I'm looking to find some people of a similar age to team up with to look for a share house in the inner west. Ideally a 3 bedroom is the minimum size I would like to look at as they tend to be better value. About me: I'm 28 working in the construction industry (I'm an engineer). I've been living in share houses the last few years so used to living with others and I like to meet new friends. Fairly quiet during the week due to early mornings but like to get out and about on the weekend. Friendly, clean and happy to help with chores and maintenance around the house. I also have lots of kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and couch, tv and coffee table that I'm happy to share. If this sounds like something you are looking for send me a message and we can start searching! Cheers, Pete
Cameron and I have just finished 2 and halfish year stint in the UK and looking to settle back into everyday lifestyle. Always up for a beer and chat, especially at a pub. I'm originally from Melbourne and Cameron from Sydney/NSW. Both working in hospitality
I'm tidy, mature, have owned an apartment before so know how to treat a home and how to keep it tidy. I work Monday to Friday at milsons point and go to the gym in the cbd so I will need a place that is only a short train ride or walk away. I also want to move in somewhere that's a little social cause I'd like to make some friends and do stuff during the weekends like head to the beach or try a new restaurant/bar or hike or whatever. If there are housemates that also want this- that's a bonus!
Hello! :) I'm Dimi, i'm 23 and currently studying a Bachelor of Dance at university. I have two adorable indoor cats and am needing to move to Sydney pretty soon. I'm super chilled, like to socialise but also like my alone time. I'm respectful of privacy, clean and will always help out with whatever i can. :D
Hi, I’m an easy going and friendly person looking for a place to stay. I’m from Norway and I’m in Australia on a Working Holiday visa, so be ready for a Scandinavian accent. After having a roommate who was a clean freak, I pride my self on being clean, respectful and trustworthy, but it took a lot of learning (not the trustworthy part), so I might forget to fold my clothes every once in a while. I’m a horrible cook (don’t eat my food no matter what i say), but great at washing dishes. I am terrified of insects, so I will kill them.. kill them ALL. Honestly its just really awkward writing stuff about myself, so i am going to stop.. Tigers love pepper... they hate cinnamon. :) That picture though, lol ignore it
Easy going 23 year old looking for a room in the inner west. I work full time in North Sydney so I have a pretty busy schedule, though I'm definitely up for nights out. Interests are music production, sports, concerts and I love cooking as well. I don't smoke and like to keep my stuff organised.
I've lived in Sydney for two months so far and am looking for another awesome share house to live in as my initial place was only for two months. I am studying to become a Naturopath and love healthy cooking, yoga and exercising. I run my own business, Mother Nature's Alchemist. I also work part time as a medical receptionist at the Mater Hospital in North Sydney. I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time, am a good communicator and I respect a good balance of socialising and alone time in a house. I'm not opposed to parties though!
Hey! I'm 24 and work full-time in media. I enjoy keeping active, exploring markets on the weekends and the occasional Netflix binge. I'm very easy going, tidy and don't mind a wine or two after a long week at work. Hoping to find similar people to live with, who are happy to let me do my own thing, but also down for a drink or Sunday brunch. Please get in contact if you think I could be the right fit for your home! Cheers.
Hi, I'm looking for a new, long term place to hang my hat. Hopefully in or near the inner-west. In the last 6 years I've only lived in two different sharehouses, so I like to think that speaks alot for how I get along with others. I'm a 29 year old in my 2nd year of a PhD in music psychology research. I have a wage from this job to pay all my bills, don't worry about that. I also work freelance as a guitarist playing soul, blues, jazz, funk, etc. I am super respectful with noise levels and have never had a complaint from a housemate. Most of my practice is done with headphones, which is completely silent, and anything other than that would be gentle, soft acoustic guitar during the day time only. I am a clean guy, and its important to me that the place I live in isn't in shambles. If you live in a messy house, lets stop this right here. I'm not saying anal-retentive clean, but you know, the acceptable level for people in their late twenties and thirties. I'm also looking for a friendly place where we can all hang out in front of the TV or cook some communal meals when everyone's schedules line up. If you have an animal pal at the house, that's a total bonus for me. Both of the sharehouses I've lived in had live-in landlords, and both will give me excellent references. I always paid on time, got on with others, did more than my fair share of house work. My moving date is pretty flexible. I'm a straight male, but I am happy live with anyone regardless of their preferences N.B. I am looking for a house or townhouse. Guys and Ladies messaging me about apartments: thanks, but no thanks :) Also not interested in room share.
Hello!! me and my partner james are looking to move out asap into a sharehouse which doesn't mind our fur baby Uri who is the love of our lives. James is a 21 year old philosphy student/vegetarian/barista/craft beer expert(or so he likes to think lmao) I'm Karan, I'm vegan, 19 and working as a tele-fundraiser for charity while i also plan to study to become a mental health crisis worker!! our cat uri is 9 months old, he is a strictly inside cat who knows how to use the litter and is very particular about his little area being clean and ready to go for him. James works mornings 7am-3;30pm and i work evenings, 12-8pm so one of us is always going to be home to make sure Uri is all loved up! although i'm sure uri wouldn't mind an extra hand or two for pats, he also acts more like a dog than a cat. he gets very very happy when he sees people coming home from work or school which is perhaps the cutest thing ever. but we are super keen to move out into a long term stay of at least a year! we are willing to jump on a lease!
