I work long hours Monday to Friday and travel to NSW most weekends as most of my family and friends live down there so I pretty much keep to myself. Enjoy the occasional drink but as a general rule I usually go out rather than have people over. In saying that I would like the option to do so without an issue.
Hi , 36 year old kiwi looking for a room around Pimpama, Coomera, upper Coomera , Jacobs Well Etc. I will be needing a place to stay for 6 months minimum but mostly likely 12 months . I am a fairly social person , i like a nice cool beer on a hot day with some tunes but not really looking for a party house that is cranking 24/7. I would prefer some where with at least 1 female - I spend all day working with blokes . It's nice to get away from the same old conversations . ***** IMPORTANT NOTE ******* I am saving to buy a house and need to have my name on the lease - for some reason this is a requirement for the loan . This is extremely important as it directly effects my ability to buy a house. Without it there is no need for me to move . I work long hours and leave for work at about 3.30 am . I pretty much get up brush my teeth and go . I am as quiet as possible and have never had any complaints before . I am looking for some where with some garage space where i can keep my motor bike and tools locked up Any place with a dog obviously goes to the top of my list . Russ
Im a super easy going Christian guy, love outdoors, camping, keeping fit, gym, surf, hiking. I work Mon - Fri and also play in a band most weekends, and visit my partner every other weekend so I'm rarely home on weekends. Ideally prefer bush land, acreage style, etc. however can settle anywhere if conditions are right!
I keep to myself but socialising with a few drinks is always good though. I dont like mess, therfore i'm quite the clean guy. VERY respectable of others space and belonginings. I love to dine out, so if you're a foodie this could be great! Oh and im a Kiwi. Chilled laxed back and don't do drama. Also ignore the date i would like to move, im easy!

I am extremely clean and tidy. I am very polite, respectful and honest. I am an electrician in full time employment. I am into watching TV series, going to the cinema a lot, rock climbing, kickboxing and since arriving in Australia playing board games. I am looking for something short term in the beginning until I know exactly my plans for after Christmas but if all went well I would be very happy to make it long term. The Further North the better really. I am looking for a house with 2-4 people living in all very clean and tidy, not a party house but sociable. If anyone has similar interests to mine that would be great. I am looking for my own room, with storage space, double bed, preferably a desk and if possible a TV too would be great as I have recently purchased an xbox. En suite would be a huge bonus but not essential if the other house mates are all clean.
My name is Siobhan (pronounced Shivon) 😂 I am currently working full time, studying and running my own business of the side. So as you can imagine I am always I super busy! I have a little Ginger cat, Chester, who is a big character who loves to get a cuddle from anyone! I am looking for a like minded person to move in with for the next three months (starting in December) before I move to Perth. My partner, Mitch, likes to come up and visit every second weekend. He is in the police recruiting process so very busy all the time like me! I have a house full of furniture etc but if there isn't room I'll just get rid of all my stuff as I'll need to eventually anyway. Talk soon ✌
Looking for a place :-) full time working professional. Easy going, fun, clean and fair. Always honest - not looking for a party house, but do like my friends to visit socially! I'm an outside smoker also so this must be okay too. Cheers

Will be working full/part time in the New year in Childcare centre. Im a social and easy going individual. Love to have a beer or wine at the end of the day. I like to get to know everyone but also enjoy time to myself. Im only looking for 3ish months at the moment as I have a friend moving here in April but if an extra rooms open up around the time she comes she would be happy to move in too. I also need easy access to public transport as I presently do not have a car.

I see dead people. I work in the death industry. I have an anotomical skeleton. I'm a bit different. If you too are and like different - we should talk. I have a screwed up story of woe that I will overcome and will make for an excellent best seller book one day. I have 2 well mannered smartallecky kids I have every second weekend. An 11 yo inside cat that does not play well with others. I'm pretty easy to get along with. The cat has its moments. I moved from a 2 bedroom cottage so I have a bit of furniture. I'm an awesome cook and magnificent mess. Life has thrown a lot of crap in my direction and I just need to catch a break. If you have a place ideally with dual living that you'd like help with rent - I'm looking. Forwarding address will be under a bridge soon 😂😃😐😕
Hi I'm Leonard from Singapore, marketing student heading to Rmit for a semester. Tidy, fun-loving. Activities I do on leisure includes Parkour, climbing and guitar
Hi, I’m looking for someone to rent and share a house with, or a room to rent at the northern end of the Gold Coast. I’m open to moving to other areas of the Gold Coast so hit me up if you think your place is ideal - I'm looking to live somewhere spacious with a relaxed vibe (I don't do drama). I get along with young and old. My budget is between $200-250 - preferably at the lower end of that scale! I have my bedroom furniture, a fridge, washing machine and a couple of storage boxes. I’m a tidy, respectful 33 year-old with a professional, steady job. I enjoy a nice, friendly environment with housemates, but I cherish my own space – I’m not into playing loud music during the day etc. but I like to have some casual drinks on the weekend. I'm studying a certificate IV (trying to!) on the side, so I'd love a place with a spare room where I can set up my massage table to practice. I own a dog – a small Jack Russell cross. He's not one of those small, yappy dogs, he is trained, quiet, very well behaved, and cute as a button. I drop him off during the day to spend time with my Dad as he has a medical condition and he’s grown quite fond of the little fella. So if you have a room that you feel is suitable OR you would like to find a place together, please give me a buzz as I’d like to hear from you. PS - Yes, if my ad is up here, I'm still looking for a place to live lol. PPS - If you're going to message me, please tell me a bit about yourself, your budget & what you're looking for (no strange men or time wasters please!). Carly & Watson
My name is Josh. I am currently seeking a new place to call home. I have a little friend who's name is Noah (chihuahua x jack russell) who is also in need of a good home. I would feel more comfortable if Noah spent more time inside than out but I am happy to reconsider whether he remains an indoor pup or outside. I live in Sydney, I want to relocate to Queensland. I am a full time student who will be changing courses onces I have moved. I will unemployed at first but I have enough savings to pay rent and bills for several months. I think of myself as a pretty easy person to get along with. . Noah and I are happy to keep to ourselves or if you like we are happy to be more sociable. Please contact us if you think we will suit what you are looking for. Warm regards Josh & Noah

Hi! I'm a 24-year-old female looking for a new start to life on the northern end of the Gold Coast. I currently work as a retail manager and am also completing study online with Swinburne, and am looking to study on campus in 2018. I have been house sharing for over three years, and my current housemate and I have been living together for over two. I am very respectful of a person's privacy and space and am very quiet and keep to myself most of the time. I love animals, however, I am allergic to cats. Looking for a housemate who can have a fun time, relax with and make some new friends and who is also respectful of my belongings and space. Unfurnished if possible as I own everything I need already :)
I'm a 26 year old full time afternoon shift worker so I won't spend much time at home with the hours I work. I enjoy cooking and am a very clean person to live with. I respect peoples privacy and understand those who wish to keep to themselves. I love going for walks and am looking forward to my move to Queensland.
I am a very friendly, hard working guy but also very sociable in the evenings/weekends when not at work! I am also quite tidy. I am moving out to Australia on a working holiday and have chosen to start and hopefully stay for as long as I can in Coomera / Hope Island as I know this area from earlier in the year when I came out for a few months to travel the east coast.

I am 20 in 2 months and love the idea of being out of the nest! Ive lived out of home a few times and have loved it. I am hoping to find a granny/studio flat for cheap but I am more than happy to rent a room with own bathroom as I like my privacy. Looking more so to be with another female(s) but anything is good!
