Hey future housemates, I am a 27 year old med student looking for a share house in the Perth area. I'm in my final year of med and therefore tend to study a fair bit. But I'm keen to find a house that balance study/work and relaxing together, i.e. sharing a beer or having dinner together at the end of the week. I also love exercise, touch rugby, tennis and surfing. When I get a chance I enjoy going to gigs or music festivals, travelling and discovering new cultures. And I really enjoy cooking- especially chocolate baked goods! :) I've been told I'm easy to live with and I'm not a fanatic about keeping things super tidy but I do keep things neat and clean. Look forward to meeting you! :)
Hi guys, I'm Sasha, 22. I study journalism part time and have a full time job in the cbd. Looking to live closer to work! Fun and friendly, tidy and respectful. I'm happy to respect space but also keen to find some cool people to live with who can I can share a wine and a banter with. Prefer to live with another girl.
I am a very quiet person, clean and organized. I like a good chat and make friends. Bqq weekend too I like. I love pets and nature. I'm an English student and I'm looking for roommates who can help me learn and have a more friendly atmosphere with English. I do not go to many parties. I like to receive my friends at home for a coffee, movie, dinner ... I cook my meals. I lead a healthier lifestyle and love for the gym, yoga and meditation. I'm a smoker, but I'm trying to stop. I study and work in the city and I do not have a car. I'm looking for a room near the transport.
Hey guys :) I'm 28, female and British. I work as an intensive care nurse in Liverpool, UK. Next year I am going to be arriving in Australia and hope to spend 2 years there. I will be staying in Perth for the first 6 months. I would love to find somewhere and someone to live with for these 6 months. Ideally, close to the beach and a hospital. Being from the UK I have been deprived of sunshine, beaches and the outdoors so someone to show me around would be amazing. I'm easy to live with, enjoy socialising and don't mind being alone in my room. I love cooking, listening to music and walking. Obviously I don't have any pets but if you did that would be a huge bonus :)
I am a laid back, quiet, respectful and clean person. I am moving from brissy to perth, and am looking for a relatively quiet place to live while I pursue my studies in med at UNDF. I like to have fun, and am easy to live with. Ideally, I'd like to find a place where bills are included in rent. I'm looking forward to the sea change ☀️
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hey Guys! I am 19 years old living in Northbridge. I am working full time as a receptionist. I really respect other people's space and self. I love spending time with friends and family on weekends. I also like a good night out with friends at local bar or clubs. 🙈💕
I'm laid back, easy going, enjoy a laugh and a giggle. I clean up after myself but rarely make a mess in the first place. I also enjoy a social drink, but nothing outrageious. I don't do drugs. I am highly sociable but also enjoy my own company.
I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I also tutor two primary/high school girls so yay. I've had about 9272719 interviews so I'm hoping to have another job soonish 💁🏼 i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo
I'm quiet to live with, keep to myself, but social when it is a mutual arrangement, i.e. a glass of wine and a chat etc I'm very neat, clean, tidy, minimalistic, non smoker. I work part time but the rest of the time I'm usually out playing tennis or something. I would prefer to live with One other person around my age and no shared bathrooms
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location (Western Suburbs, Melville area, South Perth etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates, watching tv and having a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this*** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE, MESSAGE ME HERE :)
Hi, I'm Bec. 23, full-time Geologist based in a central Perth office although I can be away sporadically. I've been in share houses for the last 3 years and enjoy living with others. I like relaxing and having a chat after work and being out and about on weekends. I like living with people that enjoy a more homely household. It's great to know the people that you live with, but also have your own space sometimes. I'm tidy and easy going and have found living with similar people to be a lot of fun.
Looking for a room! ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – studying full-time in Speech Pathology. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house on weekends like grown ups do. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, and will smother yours with love and lots of play and walkies if you have one! Not the biggest fan of cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – it's kinda hard to do when you're doing the working/studying gig. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding with my bottom parked at the beach or at home. I guess you could categorise me as a bit of a home-body given my requirement to study and work. Geez, I sound so boring when I type that! Juggling both can be stressful so I like a fairly peacefully quiet home. My summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend and I'm hoping to take up surf lessons with a friend if you want to jump on board that band wagon! Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle and you don't par-take in the doof doof scene too much? Living with only 1 other person would be super ideal but also not essential, just don't really want to live with anymore than 3 under the 1 roof though. My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
Moving back to Perth in January to complete Medical degree (final 2 years). Am easy going, clean and sociable. I will be both studying and working and am looking to live with equally busy/social people. Originally from Melbourne and as such have grown to love my sports, bars, and music gigs, so would be great to live with other people with similar interests! I am highly active and try to stay physically fit so am not interested in living with smokers. An already furnished location highly preferable as I'll have limited time to set myself up!
Hey team, I'm looking for a room/place around subiaco/perth cbd/south perth/west perth/fremantle. I've got a flexible budget with rent and hoping to get a place for my car. I'm a medical student also working part time as a physio, I like to keep fit and be social on weekends and understand how to be respectful of other housemate's too. I'm a Carlton supporter (well I"m originally from Melbourne) and like to banter too. If you're looking for a cruisey housemate whose tidy....hit me up! I'm looking for a place to move into by mid Jan 2017
Hi guys! Im looking for a place to share or for a teamup! I am a 20 year old female uni student studying Sports Science, Exercise and Health at UWA! I lead a fairly healthy life and an training in endurance running (marathons). Don't worry I wont make you run with me! I would really love someone or some people around the same age and preferably female so please hit me up if are keen! :)
Im a 23 year old, working full time in the city. I am super clean and tidy (and would definitely prefer someone the same). I am usually kept very during the week with work, but enjoy chilling out on the weekends with brunch, beach, wine and Netflix. Coffee, Wine, Gin and baking enthusiast. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with and enjoys a clean and tidy house, and doesn't mind having a chat over coffee or wine occasionally :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
I'm Danielle or Dee for short. I'm a paediatric nurse from the UK, here on a working holiday visa, looking for short term stay in Perth from around 18th January, for about 6 month, possibly longer. I am friendly, fun, easy going.
Hi all, My name's Renee, I'm 24 and work full time in the city Mon-Fri. I enjoy playing netball, seeing bands, the beach and socializing on the weekend. Looking for some friendly housemates! Happy to cook, clean etc the usual things.
I work full time as an apprentice electrician during the week, and on most weekends I work a second job for an entertainment hire company. I'd be a quiet roommate, I enjoy getting heavily into TV series so if you like keeping to yourself then I'd be no problem. I enjoy a beer after work so if you wanted to ever join me for one, I'd be more than happy to. I enjoy 4WD'ing so on the few weekends I get off, I'd likely be heading down south/up north to get a weekend away. I will be very reliable with paying rent and will be a very easy going flat mate.
Studying nutrition - Very much into my health and fitness, love cooking, love coffee, beaching, and a quiet wine. I have an adorable and very well behaved Labrador x Border Collie
Hi! I work full time in the city during the week and in my spare time I go to the gym, love watching a movie or two and run my own little small business! I come with a cat who is very chilled, loves a cuddle and is probably more like a dog. As you will learn I love food and in particular cheese and will always have an abundance to share so would love some housemates who enjoy a bit of company over dinner or dessert!
Hey! My name is Anitha and I will be moving from Sydney to Perth for work at the Department of Health. I have lived in Sydney for most of my life so this will be quite a new change for me. I am someone who is easy to get along with and values highly honesty, respect and understanding. In my spare time I generally like to get out and do new things with others whether that's exploring new places, eating great food or having a night out when needed. However I am also someone who enjoys staying in (watching a movie, sharing dinner, having your own downtime) - quite flexible depending on the priorities of my house mate. Other hobbies/interests of mine: Singing, interior design, foodie, beach, memoirs, tennis, travel Looking forward to meeting future flatmate/s :)
Hi, I'm a very friendly 24yr old female. I am not studying, I own my own car and am working casually at a cafe. I enjoy cooking and i will clean up after myself, i am social but will also keep to myself. i go to the gym and like to keep active My move out date will be between 1st of Feb to the 7th of Feb, cannot move in before those dates ☺
I'm going on an exchange as part of my masters, and will be studying at UWA for Semester 1. I've lived in my own apartment back home in Denmark while doing my BA, but while in Perth I would love some flatmates! I would especially love people who respect the need to study, but would be up for house dinners and other social activities, so that I get to know you and Perth.
Friendly, considerate, respectful, easy going, enjoys trying out new recipes and baking every now and then, loves hiking, going for walks, social dancing, farmers markets, good laugh, deep conversations, travelling and exploring new places, music, art, spirituality, volunteering
I'm an Adelaide girl moving to Perth in January to start my new job at PMH as a nurse. I am friendly, easy going, respectful of other peoples space, neat and tidy and enjoy coming home for chats over dinner. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and love meeting new people and being social.
Hello :). I'm a student studying anthropology and sociology part-time at UWA. I recently transferred from engineering. Ideally, I am looking for a place to live and study for the next year, and would be happy to stay for longer if we get along well. I'm friendly and easy-going. I like reading, animals, computer games, food, nature, and art. I like having people around to talk to, and I enjoy hanging out from time to time. I like to think I'm pretty tidy, and I'm happy to share in house-cleaning activities. My course hours are pretty low, so I'm likely to be around the house a fair bit. I tend to keep to myself though, so I won't bother anyone who likes to have their space. I don't drive, so I use public transport a lot, and walk or cycle short distances. I like to laugh. I don't mind if your jokes are bad, I'll probably enjoy them anyway! I don't mind pranks, as long as they are relatively harmless. I'm comfortable with LGBT+ people, and I'm happy to get to know people from different cultures. Respect is important to me, and I do my best to respect other people. I enjoy with small social gatherings, and I may invite people around for board games or Dungeons and Dragons if there's room, and it doesn't bother anyone. I cook, although most of my meals are very simple. I don't eat takeaway much, but I like pizza. I prefer places that are not too noisy, especially at night. I like to sing, albeit only so rarely. I'm not superb, but I'm not terrible, so hopefully that won't bother anyone. Otherwise I'm pretty quiet. I'm happy for people to light scented candles, although I'm not a big fan of incense. I don't drink, but I'm used to being around housemates who do. I would prefer to live in a place which is non-smoking. Ditto for marijuana. If I do have a problem for some reason I will do my best to communicate clearly, and let you know about it. I'm happy to listen to other people if they want to talk to me for the same kind of reasons. If there's anything else you'd like to know, feel free to message me or send a text. I will check in here regularly.
Hi there, My name is Ben. I'm a young engineer hailing from Melbourne but I've lived in Perth and Darwin recently for work. I'm being rotated back to Perth at the end of Jan 2017 and will be working full-time in Perth CBD for a year. I've lived out of home for years and cook, clean, bake, do chores etc and whilst neat and clean am not overly so. I enjoy cycling, being active, exploring new places and cuisines with the odd drink, read a bit, like board-games and do all sorts of partner dancing (ballroom, swing, salsa, etc). I'm looking for somewhere to stay for at least 6 months in Perth surrounds where I can ride my bike to work, delve into the local food scene, walk for groceries and keep on dancing. I have a car so would like under-cover parking and a budget of $200pw including bills if house-sharing and am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished home. I also have an iiNet NBN service that I would like to bring to Perth with me and would like to share it with roomies :) Drop me a message if you think you have something suitable or if you're interested in teaming up. Cheers!
Hi All, I'm looking for a non furnished room to make cosy. Moving in with someone fun, easygoing and clean would be ideal. I work full-time for an insurance company sat-wed.. moving in sooner than later would be fantastic :-) hope to talk to you soon
hey! I'm currently working in mining over in the west coast so looking for a place to stay in the Perth area. Originally from Darwin but studied in Melbourne so hopefully Perth is a good in between! I like the Subiaco area for the farmers market, but also interested in being near a beach for summer or a Park area. I'm into the outdoors - i work as an enviro, so it may help if your into recycling. But apart from that i'm pretty easy going housemate, always up for a wine (or two). :) Cheers,
About to start postgrad studies at UWA and looking for a social but chilled place to live close to the uni. I'm hard working when it comes to uni but am easygoing and like to socialise on the weekends. I'm tidy and considerate of others, looking for likeminded people to live with.
I currently work for Rodd and Gunn. I am looking for engineering graduate work. I am an easy person to get along with and I have good living habits. I am from Bosnia, and what I like to do for fun is play indoor soccer, work out at the gym and go out socializing

Hi, my name is David and I'm from Scotland. I've been traveling Asia for the last 5 months and recently settled in Perth. I plan to stay here up to 4 months. I'll be working full time for the duration more than likely but enjoy a few beers and nights out so will be making the most of my time off. I've shared flats for years and know the score, very clean and respectful :)
I'm a 25 yo female from Estonia, have been in Perth for more than a year. I'm looking for a room preferably with ensuite. I'm an easygoing person- like longboarding, photography, drawing, having beers, all kinds of water sports, soccer etc. I'm a nonsmoker and don't really party a lot but do enjoy occasional beers. I do need a place with furniture and a parking spot(or at least a place with a free spot nearby) and am willing to pay extra for that if needed. As much as I want the house to be clean and stuff, the more important thing to me is to have cool housemates and a place where I'd fit in. Cheers!

Hello there! My boyfriend (Jonny, 23) and I (Cheryl, 21) are a couple looking for a room to rent that is close to the city. Jonny is a bartender in the city and works roughly 40+ hours a week, mainly evening shifts. I myself work in a Skin Clinic in Karrinyup which is roughly 20+ hours a week. Due to working opposite hours we will very rarely be together in the house/apartment. We both like to keep our living conditions very clean and can get along with everyone. We are not a rowdy couple, we are very relaxed and easy going. We aren't party people. We have our own car but would also like to be close to a train station for travelling.
Hi! We're two Kiwis who have just arrived in Perth and are looking for a place to live. Wade has a FIFO job, and Jo has a Masters degree in Psychology that may or may not be handy in getting her work. It helped in NZ where she was a Programme Facilitator with the Department of Corrections. We're looking for a furnished room that we can just move into, ideally somewhere central. We're pretty quiet, enjoy travel, and have a pretty good chocolate brownie recipe that we're fond of making when the opportunity arises. If you want any more info about us, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Yellloooo! My name is Chebet and I am 24 working in creative marketing in Perth, WA. I am looking for a relaxed, easy going, wine loving room mate to share a house/flat with closer to the inner city of perth for the next few months. And, for those who wish to know a little bit more about me, I enjoy listening to jazz and all things afro beats, I love to laugh over a wine and homemade dinners as well as travelling when I get the chance. If you're very much a fun loving and happy-go-lucky sort of girl/guy (inc. clean, friendly and considerate) I would be more than happy to grab a coffee and get to know you.
I am a 22 year old filo who was raised to be tidy and always clean up as I go. I respect boundaries and privacy. I am trustworthy and reliable that I will always pay rent on time. I do not smoke and do not party. I am a book worm and often spend most of my free time reading so I am very quiet in the house. I prefer to have female housemates only.
Irish couple from Dublin. Both permanent residents, working full time in hospitality management in Perth CBD. We've been living in Perth a little over 4 years and can see ourselves staying at least 4 more with current work commitments. Relatively sociable pair with a fondness for dining out in Perth's up and coming small bar / restaurant scene, however can just as likely be found at home with a nice bottle & a mountain of cheese and olives. Occasionally known to sink a beer or two... Big beach lovers - can be located at City Beach / Floreat most evenings throughout the summer, weather permitting. Both can be found (K more so than G) training at the local gym after work if the weather's not on for a swim. Currently living in Mount Hawthorn (3 years) and keen for a shake-up and looking forward to the next adventure.
I'm a fairly laid back and casual person. Neat, tidy, and always willing to pitch in where needed. I like to keep to myself at times but am also more than happy to have a few drinks and relax with housemates! Moving to Perth from Melbourne in February in order to complete postgraduate study.
I'm a 24 year old recent engineering/science graduate from UWA looking to find a room with social, easy going people. Currently in a lease in Vic Park that ends in mid Feb. I'm pretty tidy, easy going and friendly, and I don't need much space.
