Well, I'm a coastal girl through and through that grew up in Port Macquarie! Made the mistake about 5 or so years ago to move to Melbourne, don't know what I was thinking because the beaches are horrible and its freezing (FREEZING) in winter. Experienced in housesharing, baking raw sugar free treats and playing card games. All jokes aside, I love my downtime too.
Hi all :) So, I need to move to Byron in the next 3 weeks, but happy to secure a place sooner. Im 31yrs, a psychologist and a yoga teacher. I'm pretttty chilled, but I have two small well behaved dogs.. so I also need a pet friendly house. Thanks Nat
I'm 25 years old student and hard working I will arrive in Byron Bay on August 6th. I will be studying Sustainable Operations from August 11th until March 2019, I'm very easygoing clean and not a party guy at all ! Love to enjoy nature go camping and surf.
I'm seeking long-term accomodation in and around Byron area to start end of July/start of August. Ideally within 5-20 mins drive of Byron as I work part-time in town. I have a clean rental history and references for you to look at if you like. My ideal room would have a built-in robe, be unfurnished but allow room for a queen bed, music gear, and be bright and airy. Looking to pay between $150 and $200 inclusive of bills but I'm willing to consider more for the right place. About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). Preferably, I'd like to share with people of similar age with similar ideals and enjoy a night of jamming and drinking wine. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. I'm looking to adopt a dog in the near future as well so would like to move in with people that are animal lovers but of course he/she'd be my responsibility. Seeking a fenced in yard if this is possible. If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
Easy going audio student from new zealand. working part time as a kitchen hand. obsessed with sound (i have headphones dont worry). Would prefer to live with people that are also chill.
Hey I'm Elly! Last year I moved home to Brisbane after spending 3 and a half years living in Canada. 1 year later and I'm looking for a change and to meet people. I plan to study in Byron and work part time. I'm clean, easy to get along with and make a great beef stroganoff :) I do also have a cat who does have a lovely temperament and house trained. If I am unable to find a place that doesn't allow pets I can leave her with my parents.
Hey! My names Delaney and I am a 23 year old backpacker from Canada! Currently I am working full time in Byron and looking for some people to share a house with! I have come to Byron solo so definitely would love to make a friendship out of it too. I'm looking for more of a long term stay. I am clean and keep myself pretty busy- and I do enjoy a night out from time to time. On my free time I love being outside whether its by the beach or exploring the area. I also love to cook and bake. If you're interested I would love to share a room with you!
I'm an outgoing, friendly Spanish girl moving to Australia by the end of August. I really like sharing time with other people, but also enjoy having time for myself. I'm really clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone's space, and would love to live with social people that respect my space too. I like practising outdoor sports, music and cooking (I'm a foodie too!), and I'm super easy going and open minded. Let me know if you're interested in having me as your flatmate!
Hi I'm a french chef who's been living in Australia for the past 6 years and I'm really easygoing. I move to Byron a little bit more than a year ago when I've got my restaurant. I mostly spent time at work. I like big walk with my dog, chilling out with friends, movies, and cool tunes.
I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco or good red every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, well 2 of a litter of 5 that were dumped on me and which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape in the hinterland. All of it is very beautiful. I like a clean house, I hate grot, grots and mess. I need a large unfurnished room or two as I have either plenty of furniture or a lot of storage! Cheers!
We are an easygoing couple looking for our own place. We are respectful and quiet, no smokers. We are really clean! Tim works by shifts and Paola has her own business in the education field. Tim loves sports, Paola loves hiking. We enjoy meeting up with friends when we have a day off, having lunch together and going to the beach. We also like to have our own space from each other, so we don't spend all the time together.
I'm from Sydney/Blue Mountains, moving up to the Byron area early September. I'm an easy going girl, very clean and I have a Japanese Spitz called Bam she's the cutest. I'm keen for a team up as I have a washing machine, TV, fridge, microwave, lounge etc but I can sell it if need be.
I'm hoping to make the big move from Canberra to Byron Bay as soon as possible. Byron's a Place I come to visit a few times a year and I'd love to make it my home. Looking to move into a share house with likeminded people around a similar age. I'm 23, have been studying Holistic Nutrition for a couple of years and want to develop my careers path in that industry. I loveee going to live gigs and music festival and don't mind a few social drinks on the weekends. I'm totally easy going, friendly and social. I've lived in many share houses so I know the deal. Happy to answer any questions you may have :) Thanks.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living at Numulgi in the hinterland looking after a house and some lovely dogs and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I make natural dyes and do botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
Im a 26year old chef originally from the Netherlands. Pretty recently I've started to pick up surfing, which I really enjoy. I like to make music, have good conversations, share good food (I cook) and coffees. Like being in nature and go out for a run several times a week. I play didgeridoo and love to read. I dont smoke but i like a glass of wine every now and then.
Hi I'm Alice! I am currently studying Food and Agribusiness full time, and have been lucky enough to get a 3 month internship for a company in Byron! Perfect location as I love to surf and the outdoors :) So I am looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call home for those 3 months. I am clean, sociable, easy going and an enthusiastically mediocre cook, but I love food so give it a go.
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
