Helpful, personable and friendly, able to give space and not interfere, clean, responsible and mature, candid, respectful and quiet when necessary (if not most of the time), easy going and reliable
****** I'm looking for a place to stay ****** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised). Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $160 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (approx. 5min) - Some friendly flatmates
Hi! I'm looking to join a share house in the inner west. I grew up in Bondi but went to school in Newtown and it has always felt more like my home! I am a visual merchandiser, and a set and costume designer for theatre, film and events. I am very tidy, I like to chat but also appreciate time to myself. I'm looking for a house that likes to party but cleans up afterwards :) hoping to meet some new housemates who become great friends.
Hello, I'm Hannah and I work as an administrative officer in the hospital. I'm pretty easy going and friendly. I would like the occasional chat if you're up for it but I can give you some privacy when you need it. I like going out, meeting friends, being active when the sun is out. I'll just chill at home with my coffee when it's stormy. I do like my space neat and tidy but I'm not super crazy about it. I love cooking but I seldom do. It's either cos I don't have time or I just can't be bothered but I can cook you a good meal every now and then. I've rented a few places before and I never miss paying rent so you don't need to worry about that.
Easy going Scot looking for somewhere to stay for a few months before a move to new zealand. Work full time mon-fri in city. No dramas or baggage. Very sociable. But happy to leave you to your own devices. Whatever you prefer.
Hi, my names Amanda and I am in my mid thirties, I am a mature and responsible flatmate I think, but I am also always up for a glass of wine or two, and a chat with flatmates. I am clean and chill and easygoing, social as well. I get along with people who are the same. I like to live in a drama free household where everyone does their bit :). Looking for a place to call home and people who I get along with well as I like to socialise with my flatmates too sometimes, and share meals sometimes too. I work full time as an executive assistant at Tafe, so I'm not a party animal during the week but I do like to have a few drinks on the weekend sometimes, or just chill and have a Netflix marathon, haha. I am happy to cook and share meals as well! Furniture wise I only really have my bedroom furniture but I do have a big TV and also happy to buy furniture if needed.
Hi! I'm a design consultant for a strategy firm in the CBD. I'm a creative at heart so I'm always out and about working on side projects, making things and living gung ho. I'm low-key and easy going and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. I'm looking for a quiet room, probably long-term and near a train line. Let me know if interested! J
Non smoker, quiet, works full time in tech from Monday to Friday. Likes Netflix, movies, nature/outdoors, travel and animals Flats with dog/s is a huge plus lol Looking for Private room with ensuite or private bath room Flexible with the location (as long as near a train station less than 30 mins away from the cbd) and move in date.
Hi! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home inclusive FROM the 1st June 2017 need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. Im home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli

Things I like • Gardening - I have around 50 small succulents • Music - always listening to music with headphones on • Playing the ukulele - I’m still learning, will not practice during quiet times • Crafternoons - painting, drawing, writing • Yoga + tea • Animals !! • Astrology • Eating • watching documentaries • Alone time, personal space • Being in the sun / being outside / bike riding , going for walks Things I don’t like • Negative / judgemental people • Being woken up • Un-hygienic things Looking for • Easy going, open minded, chilled person / people to help make a house a home. You'll give me lots of space but also want to like hang out and watch movies and talk about wonders of the world and cook together and be all homey • House with a garden, no apartments • Not a party house - but an occasional shin dig is great! • a place to call home What I can offer • a good laugh • wicked dance moves • teachings of your astrology sign • general support • a great cuppa I am looking for somewhere in the inner west or eastern suburbs. G'day! My name is Chris Hobbs and I'm a 24-year-old electrical apprentice and part-time university student. I think I am great to live with as I have lived in share accommodation before and from the first-hand experience I have learned what makes and breaks the whole share house experience. I am looking for a place to sign up for a year's lease with some like minded cats. Working full-time and studying part-time means that my Monday to Friday week is pretty busy and quiet as I'm up early of a morning and attend university late of a night. In saying that it's not all business with me.... I am always up for a beer or two and a chat, but during the week I like to keep it fairly tame. However, of a Friday night or weekend, I don't mind if there is a bit of noise and commotion being made in the house as long as I am a part of it! I am happy to share all my household goods and furniture with my roommates as long as it is reciprocated. I've lived in houses where you help yourself to others people stuff and leave yours to be helped to, I've also lived in houses where you only touch after asking. Either way I am cool as long as an agreement between housemates has been made. So if you are looking for a laid back, clean and respectable housemate I would love for you to hit me up. Cheers!
I'm a manager at one of the Meriton sites in mascot and need a place to stay for about 6 months or so near work. I work 6 days a week. Prefer a 2 bedroom with only one flat mate. I can move in fairly quickly. Male or female I don't mine. Team up too, send me a message and we can find a place. Thanks.
Hi, my partner is coming to Australia for 2-3 months and we need a place to stay as my current place is only good for 1! He is English and a painter and will be doing a residency while here. Mainly portraits. I am a sculptor with a studio in Alexandria and I work part time at a design studio making things. We are quite calm people who like to share a meal (we love to cook) and have a drink. We are happy to help out in the house and are clean. It would be nice to be in the inner west as we wish to move there permanently eventually. We like to be out of the house a lot, with work and art projects but when we are home we like it to feel like a home.
I was born in Hong Kong, now working as an IT person in Wynyard. I enjoy small live music scenes, with classical and folk being my favourite genre. At the moment Marrickville is my favourite suburb for that, within close commute to my work. I love music and literature. During my down time I shut myself in my room to read, play video games or enjoy some deep, sombre music, like your typical introverts. Two months ago I started learning piano, and I intend to dive deeper into music making. I travel quite often for both work and leisure, overseas and interstate. I have a bicycle that I would like to utilise more to improve my cycling and get around the Sydney surrounds more freely. I prefer en suite private bedroom. Happy to share everything else including kitchen and laundry. I have a collection of positive Airbnb reviews if you're interested in my level of hygiene. At the moment I'm living in a studio apartment with my own furnishing, including a double bed. So I can contribute some furnitures for unfurnished places. Happy to give stuff away too. My move date is flexible during the month of May.
Hey there, if you're trying to read this in what you imagine is my accent you will be pleasantly surprised that its Australian. To cut to the chase I would like to move into a house hold that is clean and tidy where people put things away back into their place once they have used them and don't leave dishes for other people to wash them. The kinda place where someone takes a dump and notices that they left a skid mark so they scrub it away. Just all-around normal respectful human stuff. I have things that we could probably use in the house hold together and I've lived in Sydney all my life. Most days I wake up extremely early for work and am back at different times. I ride a motorbike and drive a car, I'm into photography and cooking. If I've messaged you it means that I like your kitchen and you're probably cooking with gas. The people I move in with are as important as the place I'm going to move into. I've only ever lived with friends and I'd like to keep it that way. Let me know if I can come check out your place and hangout with you. Thanks for your time.
My name is Sarah, I am 26 years old professional working full time in CBD. Am currently looking for a studio or a 1 bd, preferably furnished, to move in/around 20 April. Ideally I am looking for a unit that has a safe place to park my car, too. I am very tidy, responsible and friendly and am looking for a lovely house where I am not just a room filler but a friend. Will respect everybody's space, while also being social at times! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I’m Moe, an easy going and respectful professional from Sydney looking for a large size room in/ or close to Alexandria. I'm working full-time (Mon-Fri) in a recording studio.
I currently work full-time in retail but it isn't my forever job. My current career aspirations are to work in Forensics but its proving slightly difficult to break into at the moment. In my spare time I do aerials and pole dancing. Its super fun and keeps me fit. Other than that I enjoy quiet time at home with a good book or movie or even a small social gathering on the weekends. Feel free to shoot me any questions you may have.

Hi! I'm Nick, looking for a room/studio in Sydney! Currently living at Brighton Le Sands and looking for a place closer to the city :). I arrived here 4 months ago, I was planning to continue traveling after two weeks, but I liked it so much I decided to stay! The last two years I've been visiting all the seven new wonders of the world, and about 35 country's. And now its time for me to set base again. I work remotely for a company in The Netherlands, so I'm looking for a quiet place where I can also work from home. I don't smoke, I don't have pets and I like to clean (a clean house is actually very important to me :)). I hit the gym daily, go out for drinks and dinner, enjoy the movies, have fun at the beach and travel as much as I can. At the same time, I'm looking for a job opportunity in Sydney so I can stop working remotely and get work here. I'm not a big party goer, but I don't like to stay in all days as well. I'm quite active and like to go out and explore. I don't take life and myself to seriously, but I am a responsible person. Any more questions? Just ask :)
