I am currently living and working full time in Moss Vale as an Animal Technician. I also volunteer as an animal carer in Bargo, as a wildlife rescuer with WIRES, and spend most weekends around Sydney. I currently live on my own but am finding that the rent is too much on my own, and I don't like being this far from Sydney. So when my lease ends I want to try to move into shared housing, preferably in the Wollondilly area or the southern end of South West Sydney. The closer to the Hume motorway, the better. I am relatively quiet, clean, a non-smoker, and I have my own transport. I can be relied on to pitch in fairly with housekeeping. I tend to keep to myself but I do need to get along well with housemates. In my spare time I love traditional arts and paper crafts, listening to music, reading, and playing games. I have a border collie who is currently not with me (is not allowed where I am renting now) but who I would love to have with me at a new place. Even a small yard will be fine as he will get exercise every day with me. He will need to be introduced to any other dogs carefully on neutral territory first, but is people-friendly and generally well-behaved. I am open to multiple housemates (all female or mixed) to start or join a sharehouse to help reduce living costs. Length of stay is entirely flexible, although rent limit is not very flexible. Due to my rent being paid in the middle of each month, I'm able to move within 2 weeks if things are organised at the end/start of the month, or 4 if closer to the middle of the month.
Mature Student, Keep to myself, Most of the time i'll be working or at uni, I don't have big get togethers or parties, friendly, respectful of privacy and will keep to myself but socialise also. Wont miss a beat when it comes to rent and utilities and helping out with chores.
I am neat, respectful of others privacy and reliable. I am reliable with rent and bills they will always be payed on time. I love animals and would love to eventually get a puppy so preferably a house with pets allowed would be prefered. You can message me or call me anytime. Thank you, Breanna
Lived in all sorts of shared accomm over the years, leave it how you found it or in better n cleaner condition. If it's not yours don't take it! Enjoys a drink or two after a hard days work with a few laughs n a change in conversation.
I work full time as a Marketing & Events Assistant for a medical technology company, on the weekends I enjoy quality time with my PS4 and watching Netflix. I am great to live with because I don't snore, have been told that I am an exceptional cook, considerate of those around me, clean and sociable. For fun I enjoy having a few beverages with my flatmates and playing tennis!
I am relocating from QLD to Sydney in May and seeking a room in a household to call my new home. I am vegetarian, don't drink, don't smoke, easy going, down to earth, open minded, clean, I am a cook in Thai restaurant in the city, work weekend, play sport go to gym, listen to music on my head speaker,I am planning to bring my car over, so a parking spot or parking on the street near by is preferable.
Hi,im full time working student from Czech Republic
Reasonably easy going. I start work at 7 am and finish at 5 pm so will be gone most of the day work the odd weekend but normally just Monday to Friday. Not a party kind of person, don't do drugs, don"t smoke. Don't mind going out to the pub and having a good time but just not at home. I like to read and play games. Have my own transport. Like all people I like to have time to myself but also happy to have a chat. Happy to help out with housework/yard work. I can cook but am not the greatest. Your sexuality does not bother me.
Very easy going person to live with. Working full time both weekends and mid week. Always on time with rent and bills. Working near Wilton so looking around 30 minutes from work. Places such Wollongong, Campbelltown, Camden etc or anywhere in between.
Hi I am a 56 year old nurse , I work AM / PM I am quiet most of the time , friendly and young at heart , I mind my own business and respect the privacy of others . I am honest and reliable and looking for 6 to 12 months to rent .
I am a 31 year young professional, working in Quality and IT at a Disability Org in Campbelltown for 7 years. I am outgoing but also shy and very respectful of space. I love to socialise and spend time with my family and friends. I am most interested in Team-Ups. Someone to co-sign a lease with, somewhere modern preferably in Camden area or Campbelltown area. I am a bit of a nerd (comes with the territory), I like computer games and Netflix so unlimited internet is important to me. I don't have any pets and I am allergic to cats. But if you have a dog, oh boy... I LOVE dogs! I am one of those crazy dog lovers. I also like to have my girlfriends over from time to time for wine, cheese and gossip. So I would love to live with someone open to giving each other their time to be social and entertain. I want to not just rent a room, and be stuck in there. I want to feel comfortable to share common areas. I currently live in Oran Park and adore it. I would also prefer somewhere with off street parking, garage preferred as I love my car. Why should you live with me? I try really hard to cook well... I try. I am not the best cleaner, but I'd do my very best, or chip in to pay someone. I am hilarious, a laugh a minute, truly. And, I am very respectful and kind-hearted. This feels like a dating profile now, awks.
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & a riding my bike.
I work full time 5 days a week while also working a casual job on weekends, hardly ever home as I am always working. Neat and tidy and don't mind cooking :) Not to sure how long I will need to stay for at this moment and looking at living with single flat mates :)
I am relocating to Australia from South Africa, my family will join me two months later. I am a smart ,clean and sociable person. I am a non smoker, non drinker and I enjoy my privacy. I treat everyone with the respect they deserve and have a good sense of humor.
Hey I'm Tyler, I'm a full time Glazier (glass industry) lol I'm 22 and I live with my family, they say you don't know freedom untill you move out of home and I think that time is a little over due 😂 I tend to get along with everyone, always keeping everything clean, tidy and treating everyone with full respect. I love a good chat but also love my own space so you don't have to worry about me being a pest. 😂 Ideally im just looking for a house with 1 or 2 people. Looking for a room with an on suite. Males preferably but a female would've sweet. Love going off road 4 wheel driving and motorcycles pretty much anything with an engine. 👌🏼 Good with money so there's no worry about not making payments ✔️ Not in the biggest rush to get a house but the sooner the better I'd say. Let me know if I'm someone you could see as a house mate ✌🏼️
