I have a work contract for 12 months near Cooloongatta and am looking for a place to live during the week. I will go home to the Sunshine Coast most weekends. I am a friendly professional woman. Clean and tidy and respectful of others. I would prefer a place that is pet friendly as I have 2 beautiful miniature poodles that I would like to have with me. They are both housetrained and do not shed any hair.
Hey my names Emma, I’m looking for a place for myself and my pet bird Kingston to live he is a indoor bird and is socialble with other animals, he’s an eclectus parrot and he talks and is super friendly and likes to have a dance. I’m not after a party house I don’t mind having a wine and some music and being social but I do work a lot some times 6 to 7 days a week usually from 12pm to 8:30pm. I’m neat and tidy and love cooking. I’m an outdoors person but also love movie marathons.
I've actually placed this ad for my friend cause he works full time and very busy with work and volunteer role so doesn't have time to filter through the internet so I'm acting on his behalf and anything suitable I will pass onto him. He works as a full time electrical fitter and volunteers with SES so he's not home very much. I have lived with him for many years but due to change in circumstances he will be moving on soon and looking for a new place close to work and his volunteer base. Not looking to share and prefer one or two bedroom unit, apartment or granny flat.
I’m basically never home, im super busy with full time study and work...I travel a lot, i live part time in Sydney and GC, I’m super easy to get along with and respectful, I actually like to clean, I need an office space and printer if possible and a peaceful house to feel at home and relax 🏡😊 Unfortunately the house I have been renting last 2 years is up for sale by owner... sadly! My roommate that lives with me now Is also looking for a place too, 2 furnished bedrooms preferably and separate bathroom!.. if this sounds like your place contact me! Thanks
Hi we are Sarah (a vego from Australia) and Koli (from Fiji). We are both non smokers, only social drinkers. We have a great, happy and peaceful long term relationship. Koli is one of the most chilled people you will ever meet, and has some great stories to share (he is a shark feeder, and I do shark research). We're both scuba divers, are active and have great senses of humour. We both love the ocean. We work in tourism, so are used to conversing and getting along with people of all ages and all walks of life. We also have my 7yo son 50/50. He goes to school in Elanora, is very well behaved and has lovely manners. He does like a chat, and can hold his own conversation, but is not a noisy child. We also have a tiny furry dog that currently lives with family since we've been out of Australia, but we would love for her to be with us. We are looking for, ideally, two rooms or half a house. We are very clean and tidy, we are happy to socialise, but we enjoy our privacy, and respect yours. We have great references too :)
Professional mature male, fun-loving, down to earth, very domesticated...LOL!, father of 2 independent adult boys, squash player, old soul, non-smoker. Looking for own place or share with one other, possibly consider a couple. Required for the end of March.
Hi i'm Naomi. I'm 21, currently living in Bilambil Heights and looking to move up the coast and closer to the beach. Hey there, I’m a fun loving, easy going person. Looking for a place to call my own. I’m neat, respectful, friendly, conscious of space and love animals ☺️ I’m not judgmental in any way and get along with most people. I am currently working casually as a wildlife presenter and waitress on the Gold Coast after finishing uni. I’ve have moved back to the coast where I grew up after living in Armidale and Sydney. I am currently learning to do all the things I never had time for at uni including surfing as I’m a water baby. Please let me know if you have a room near the beach or the bush. I am currently staying with my mother so moving in ASAP 😂
Hey there, Two down-to-earth friends and myself are looking for a like-minded 4th housemate (or a couple) to apply for rental properties in the Burleigh/Palm Beach/Talley/Currumbin area! A bit about me.. I'm going into my 4th year of psychology at Southern Cross Uni and am looking for some like-minded individuals! I'm usually pretty busy with study and work but love a wine and a good chat, or a bit of live music. I tend to spend my spare time chasing waterfalls, attempting yoga, meditating, running, or reading, and love a Sunday morning at the markets. I keep myself busy and like anyone need my down time- but would love to be able to come home to a friendly, loving house hold. The other Bela will be studying Naturopathy and Kat will be studying animal studies :) If this sounds like a good fit for you feel free to chuck me a message!
Easy going, like to mingle every now and then but also like time out on my own, friendly, easy to approach can compromise good boundaries reasonably tidy I’m into music I play guitar, I’m looking for some where I can lock my tools up and easy access to on a daily basis I do landscape gardening nothing too big to store just want it locked away when not in use, looking for a place that’s easy going and it feels homely. Need something before the 26th of Feb 👍
hello! I am looking for own space to move into around early April :), must have off street parking as I have 2 cars (happy as to leave one on the street), preferably with garage but not a necessity just so I can tinker on my vehicle in weekends. a little about me :) I prefer a quiet life, very easy going, extremely mature for my age. "House-trained", tidy & respectful. Have always paid bills before they're due. absolutely dedicated to saving/ earning, and my main hobby is making a weekly video for my YouTube channel about fixing cars. Enjoy a good laugh and meeting people. I'm a qualified chef so am happy to cook a weekly meal for everyone else too.
I'm 28 years old and moved from California to the Gold Coast to study physiotherapy at Bond University in May 2017. I will be graduating in June 2019 and I'm hoping to find a long-term accommodation beginning in April 2019 as I transition into full-time employment. I'm tidy, easy-going, and can get along with just about anyone. I am very active (much prefer to be out and about rather than being in the house all day), enjoy cooking, love music and traveling, and am an avid sports fan. I definitely enjoy socialising and having a few drinks from time to time (love a good G and T or a glass of red), but my biggest party days are behind me. I love all animals and I don't smoke, but I'm okay with living with smokers as long as they don't smoke in the house. My ideal flatmate(s) would be like-minded, young (mid 20's to mid 30's), active, motivated, social individuals (no bias towards male / female) who are looking to welcome a new long-term flatmate! Please send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit, or if you'd like to know more about me!
Hey! Im a 25 year old male who is passionate about music and creativity. Im a jack of all trades, master of some, currently involved in the Hospitality and Events industry. I like to occupy my free time with a spontaneous adventure, a wander to the markets or a night out on the town shaking a tail feather with friends. I like to socialise but I also love my quiet time at home. I respect other peoples privacy and always pull my weight around the house keeping things clean and organised inside and out. If you think I would make a great addition to your home or are interested in getting a lease please don't hesitate in contacting me. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Mitch
My girlfriend Maddi and I are two young, fun girls who are looking for a nice, wholesome home near the beach with a little backyard area to get into some pottery and a couple bevs on the weekend. I am a student studying secondary education and working at coles and a local cafe; Maddison has a double-degree in PR and marketing, and is looking into internships while being a casual worker at cotton on!! We’re both kind and respectful girls so we would enjoy a tidy home (any pets are totally okay with us). Although we’re not looking for a party house, we are always down for a couple bevy’s here and there. Hope to meet you soon future housemate :)
Emotionally intelligent, I’m very easy going and practical. I’m always in a good mood and smiling. I already live in a really really great place, I have it so good. The only downside is my housemate... I would like to live with someone a little more all there in the head if ya know what I mean. He’s a lovely guy but I’ve just never felt comfortable. What I need is a gaurage to park my Ute with all of my tools on it, a remote control gaurage that I can drive in and leave my stuff safe overnight is ideal. Loading and unloading everything every day would get old fast. That’s the only thing I really need. What I would really like is my own bathroom, aircon in my room, and not a little tiney tiny Harry Potter sized room. Also wouldn’t mind some space to grow some veggies! And my dream is to develop a backyard food garden business idea where instead of lawns people have backyard food gardens. I’d like to live with healthy active people, People I can actually have a conversation with and who are funny and relaxed. I would like to be friends with my homies... get it! Homies! Hahahahaha Anyway I am very active, have my own gardening business. Eat healthy, train Muay Thai and lots more. Am giving up the Muay Thai for a while to get back into yoga and all that more chill stuff. I’m thinking about getting a dog too but there’s no real rush there. If you have a cool dog I swear I will play with it more than you. Just putting it out there, I am in no rush and will only be willing to move if I find somewhere equally as good as the place I am in now or better but with cool awesome housemates. Thanks for reading, merry new year 😜
Hi I’m Jack (23), recently moved from Liverpool UK to Gold Coast on a working holiday visa and I’m looking for a place to call home for the next year! Super friendly, easy-going, sociable guy who’s both clean and respectful about where I live. Give me a call for more info, cheers!
I’m 19 years old, studying Industrial Design at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast. I work part-time in bars, and also do freelance graphic design work. I prettymuch study, work and exercise, so I keep to myself, and keep busy. Sometimes, my partner will be visiting (maybe a couple of times per week) I take pride in my appearance and my surroundings, I like to keep things tidy and running well. I’m looking for a housemate(s) who want to rent a decent place and are genuinely decent people and don’t leave mess around, don’t make loads of noise but are just chill and look after things 🤙🏼
Love to surf, pretty easy going and social, I’m a bar tender/ bottle shop worker, always eating take away so my kitchens always clean, love a good laugh and a beer, my mate Matt (very similar to me) and I are looking for someone to move into a 3 bedroom place with us at the start of April
