Rent should be 400$ max (all bills included). I am planning to stay in Sydney a few years. I work full time during the week and I am enjoying everything Sydney has to offer on the week end. Hi! We're an English couple (Izzy, 26 and Nick, 27), just arrived in Sydney after 3 months travelling in Western Australia. We're hoping to be here for the next few years and need to find our first Australian home! Izzy works for an advertising agency in Surrey Hills, whilst Nick is on the job hunt at the moment but has experience from the UK so it shouldn't be too long. We're both into the outdoors, the ocean and love animals. Both very relaxed and tidy. We love a good party and night out, but aren't really looking to move in to a party house... A nice chilled vibe is more what we're after, a base to work in the week and explore our new home on the weekend! When we're at home we'd love to hangout with our flatmates, but also respect the need for people's own space and would also like the same of our space. Some days you may not see us as we have a few friends here and like to spend a fair amount of time out with them or as just the two of us. We're both pretty active, swimming, running, cycling and who knows maybe surfing!! Ideally we would be looking for similar minded flatmates, clean and relaxed, up for a good time, just not some absolute nutters!! If we sound OK get in touch we'd love to hear from you. x
My boyfriend (Thomas) and I will be moving to Sydney on the 20th of April. We are from Belgium and are both working. We both like water sports and are very social people. We would be delighted to get to know you; even to go for a drink. See you around! Best, Thomas & Alizée

Hey guys! My partner and I have just moved back down south from Cairns, and are on the hunt for a room anywhere around Randwick/Bondi/Coogee area as long as there is a spot to park my car without too much difficulty (street is fine)! I’m 23 and will be working at the Prince of Wales Hospital as a Radiographer. Rob is 28 and will be studying part time, as well as working part time. We love animals, so we are more than happy to share the place with fur babies. We will spend most of our free time soaking up the rays at the beach and learning to surf before winter comes. As most of our family is lives in Newcastle, we will also spend regular weekends down there. We also enjoy socialising, going out for a few ciders and Rob enjoys going to the cinemas and seeing all the new release movies. We can get a reference from our current landlord if needed, and are looking to move in mid to late Feb - my work contract starting on the 13th of March. We are tidy chilled out housemates, and we are so excited about moving to Sydney and meeting new people.
Work full time for a software company based in the city. Easy going guy always up for an adventure. Moving down from Brisbane to Sydney for work in Feb. Paid fairly well so keen to pay for the right place too. Any other questions let me know :)
Myself and boyfriend William are looking for a new room. We moved from Auckland, NZ early last year and currently live in Erskineville. We work during the week but in the weekends we venture out into nature, find good places to eat and drink, and catch up with friends. Time with mindful people, travelling, and aspirations of the future are the key to the life we lead. We regularly cook at home, and don't pass up good coffee and beer. We're pretty switched on, organised and tidy, and we'd love to share a homely space with great company. If you think you'd be a good match, get in touch!
Hi I'm Rory I am returning to Sydney after 8 years to begin my sponsorship and although I still have friends here from before I'd like to live with people who could become friends not just room mates. I am clean, tidy, respectful of others privacy and I'm not a bad cook. P.s you'll not have to worry about any dirty dishes with me! I'll be working during the week and on Saturday mornings so I'll be up and away early and home mid evenings. I hope to join a football team and or a gym here for during the week and on a Saturday night I'll meet up with old and hopefully new friends. I love music so any gigs and I'll most likely be there. I've been lucky enough to get a 457 visa so I'll be in Sydney for the next 4 years or longer so I'd love to find somewhere that I can call home. Thanks for reading.
