Hey flatmates! I will be a great flatmate if only you are a great flatmate too! Please hit me up if you are not passive aggressive but respectful to personal space. I would love you if you are a social, genuine and straightforward one. Details details details; I have been in Sydney for couple of years now, and used live in Brisbane for a few years before then. I work in the city Mon-Fri 9-5. I love my current house where I live more than a year now, but my flatmate has bought a house, so she is moving out with all the furniture. I thought moving to another beautiful house would be a lot cheaper than taking the lease on, and also why not for a change. I love dogs and cats, would be fantastic if you have pets. Cheers Ez
Just looking for a laid back place to live with like-minded people! I'm in my late 20s and new to Sydney (a Kiwi/English/American mix- my parents moved alot...) coming from London most recently. I work full-time during the week but also enjoy going out for drinks and live music on the weekends :) And watching the rugby of course - ABs! I'm a very respectful housemate, always clean up after myself and have become very good at doing the dishes (no dishwasher at my last flat). I like to live in a clean house and help maintain that along with everyone else. I'm looking for somewhere temporary for about 2-4 weeks. A private room and ideally something inclusive of bills. Message me if you think I'll be a good fit - thanks!
I'm looking for a room in a flatshare apartment. I enjoy arts and music gigs, usually live a pretty quiet life during the week. In the weekend often on the go, exploring art galleries, new music, hitting the beach, hanging out with friends, bbq, festivals. Get along with most people.
Hey future potential roomie(s)! We're on the move to Sydney for work and are looking for a place to live. Have been together for 10 years, both super easy to get along with and have lived in share houses before. We both love being outside, at the beach and just generally being active. Not party animals, but enjoy a wine/beer. Phil works in PR and Del in radio
Hi! I have returned to Sydney recently. It's difficult being back in the Big Smoke, but it's another life experience to draw upon. I am looking for a place to call home between Bondi and North Maroubra, amongst likeminded people. I am really easygoing, considerate and reliable and I like to lead a very organic and natural lifestyle whenever possible. I'm not interested in living amongst people experimenting with drugs or smoking, but I'm definitely interested in living with likeminded Musicians, Artists and Yoga devotees. I love the Sunshine, the Ocean, walking through Nature, Animals and Creative Pursuits. I love watching Sporting Matches live and I adore Foreign Films. I am extremely Health conscious and don't like Chemicals. So, wherever possible - I like to avoid those. I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished room, preferably with a big bed in it, because I love big beds and preferably within a modern house or apartment. I would prefer an ensuite and somewhere outside to sit in the sun on those lazy Summer days (I'm patiently waiting for Summer) and I love to have a good conversation. I love being surrounded by beautiful people, who have warm hearts and great personalities. I despise gossip. My budget range is $250-$300 maximum. I look forward to hearing from you if you have a suitable place for me to move into or a place in mind that we can team up with together. I will be working full time hours and pursuing my creative pursuits on a full time basis also - But, I will be at home a lot as well and needing good rests in between in a peaceful and friendly environment. Kindest regards Julie :) [I am not 34, but a little bit older. But my heart and my mind are young. So, for me - age is no barrier for anything and I relate to people who share a similar perspective. Best xx]
We are a tidy couple who enjoy cooking a nice meal and some casual drinks, loves going to the beach and just relax when we're not working. Nick works full-time in finance and Im from sweden and start working in the city as soon as I come over the first of august! we're easy going and will respect your place:) (move in date is flexible)
I'm a 28 y/o cruisy Canadian and work full-time as a lawyer in the city. I'm quite laid back, enjoy my weekends either out and about with friends, working out/playing sports or you'll find me at the beach getting smashed by waves. I also LOVE food and LOVE cooking when I can and am happy to have group dinners/drinks every now and again. I think at this day in age, I also need to disclose - I'm a meat eater :)... However, I've lived with vegetarians and vegans before, and am completely respectful of that. I work quite long hours during the week so I usually come home and just clonk into bed, but I'm fully functional on the weekends :) I ride a motorbike so ideally would like to store that inside somewhere, but its not a necessity, as long as there is a spot on the street for it. I've been here for 6 years, however am looking for a home away from home. I'm very respectful, courteous, enjoy my own privacy, mind my own business and am hoping to live with similar, like minded people :)
Hi guys! I’m a 23-year-old French young professional, moving to Sydney the 1st of July for at least one year. I will work full time but will be based in Sydney only 3 or 4 days per week. I’m looking for a fully furnished relaxed place with easy-going and fun people, with whom I can share good times, dinner and occasional glass of wine ☺ I like being outdoor, traveling and I can’t wait to discover the Australian lifestyle and culture. I will regularly rent a car for my job so I’ll need an on-street or off-street parking.
Hi! My name is Lisa, I am originally a WA girl but have lived in Sydney for four years now. I work full time as a lawyer at a Community Legal Centre in the city. I love getting outside to the beach, dinners and playing sports. At home I am a chilled and friendly house mate. I am no drama. I have lived with lot's of roommates and have an A+ in sharing, cleanliness and compromise. I can have a glass of wine, love to cook and happy to go with the flow of the house. I have a small cavalier/cocker pooch called Samson. He is 4.5yrs, completely house trained, chilled, clean and not a yapper. We have a dog walker and I take him out twice a day as well. He has lived in share houses with backyards, balconies and even units and behaves perfectly. He is honestly a delight and happy with a scratch to his floppy ears. I hope you could consider having us both :) (FYI I am not a crazy dog lady) Ideally I would like to move in at the end of August as I am on holidaying in Canada for the month of August. I am of course flexible for when I could start paying if this helps secure a room :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Lisa
Hi there . We are looking for a place to call it home . We are friendly easy going living in Australia permanently seeking for a nice place to live with people who are cool and enjoy grabbing a glass of wine to relax and give a good end to their nights
Hi, I am a professional and student coming back to Sydney for a second time. I studied economics at the at the Uni back in Brazil, but I work as an electrician in Australia. I enjoy sports, specialy surfing and cycling and I am looking for an organized and clean place to live, with a chilled vibe and interesting people to talk. I know how to respect other people`s space, but when it`s possible I enjoy a good chat. Also, I can feel how the house works and adapt pretty well.
Hey, there! I'm looking for a single room in a place filled with sociable people. :) About myself: I've been living in Sydney for over a year, work and study at the same time, so my schedule is busy. Nevertheless, there's an endless list of hobbies which I'm keen to share! I'm easy going, clean an tidy, love to hang out, but respect others and their own space. Would like to find a flat/house, which I could treat as a home rather than just a place. Hit me with the message if you feel I could become a part of your aussie fam :)
Looking to head back to the Eastern Suburbs since coming back from the UK! Well, I've been back for a while but been camped out in woop woop for the time being....SO, I'm ready to settle back in my comfort zone :). I'm pretty easy going person, even better to live with - you're just gonna have to trust me on this! Potential Roomie: Someone just as easy going & respectful of the space. If you're up for movie nights in then you could be a winner!
Hello hello! Fingers and toes crossed here in hopes of finding a new room soooooooon! I am a Journalism student at UTS and when I am not annoying the public, I enjoy surfing, watching art house films, touching everything at markets, and having a groove at small music gigs. I have lived in a plethora amount of shared houses so I know how to respect people's space and plants, and lucky for you I am quite the avid cleaner!! Idealllllly I am looking at finding a place with other students, however I currently live with working professionals so no dramas if not :) Also interested in teaming up! Thankssssss, And see you soon
Oi mates! I am looking for a room starting from mid-July onward (dates pretty flexible) until the end of November in Sydney (Eastern Suburbs). I’m 23 years old student from Finland, currently studying European law in University of Amsterdam. I moved abroad when I was 19 so pretty used to living and travelling around. I will be moving to Sydney 10th July to do an exchange semester in UNSW. I will also be looking for a part-time job. I’m easy-going, friendly and sociable and enjoy chilling with friends and spending time outdoors when the weather is nice. I love doggos, good coffee, summer festivals and BBQs and of course cozy netflix/movie nights. I also like to think I’m a pretty good cook (but often too lazy to make a nice proper dinner for just myself haha!) I’m used to living with housemates, which means respectful and clean, and tidy up after myself. However, I do enjoy family dinners and open atmosphere with some friendly banter, so I am looking for more than just a bed to sleep in. I’m not a party animal but enjoy having a few wines with friends or going out occasionally during weekends and going to festivals during summer. I’m looking for a place where I could make most of my stay in Sydney, feel relaxed and get to know new people. Please feel free to send me a msg if you have something to offer :)
Sociable, independent, positive, respectful house mate. I like to keep active, have a chat & a laugh and looking for someone with some emotional intelligence who is easy to live with
I am a PhD student from Denmark coming to Sydney to do research at UNSW. I will arrive on July 25'Th and stay until mid november. I am 26 years old and when I am not working I love to play sports and surf. I am a pretty good cook and I enjoy a good meal and a beer at the end of the day :) As a roommate I am relaxed, easygoing and would like to socialize with my roommates.
About me.. I’m a 28 year old female who moved back to Australia in 2016 after living in London for 5 years and travelling for 8 months. I’m from the Sunshine Coast originally and moved to Sydney for work. By profession, I'm a Recruitment Business Partner - I work full time and enjoy what I do. I’m quite a friendly and sociable person however, I also enjoy spending time alone. I like to keep fit, discover new places and eat well. I’ve been living in Mosman and I’m looking for a change of scenery.
Fun, energetic, responsible, clean and sociable Dane searching for a place to live while studying at USYD and experiencing beautiful Sydney! Coming from the people that have been ranked the happiest worldwide, I am very positive and keen to create a good atmosphere. In my sparetime I enjoy wine and running - rarely combined though. I am going to study at USYD from July, and currently also searching for a part-time job. I always pay on time, are very organized, and used to live with other people. What's not to like? Let me know if you are interested in getting a new Danish flatmate - you wont regret it!
Hi - I am looking for a share house whilst I save for my own place . Clean, quiet, have tools and can fix things. Benefits include cafe level coffee making, chilled attitude to most things. I am a shift working emergency doctor (pro: at home weekdays to collect your eBay deliveries con: sometimes I need to sleep during weekend days). I am not looking to move until 20th of August.
Lived in Tamarama last 2 years. Love the location and being close to the beach. An ideal room for me would have natural light and built in wardrobes. I understand though around this area that can be very hard to find haha :) I work full time, healthy outdoors lifestyle. Have a great group of friends all in the area who I love to go away with on the weekends. Not a party person so don't have to worry about mess or being disrespectful. x
