Hi, I’m Steve. Middle age, single gentlemen with full time government employment. I am looking for a house ideally with a furnished room (but still open to no furniture). I would like to live in a house with a person around my age or mature minded, someone who is happy to have a chat and occasionally share a meal – I’m not too bad of a cook! I would like to have my own bathroom, but again, can compromise. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind if you do. I am looking to pay no more than $200 a week inclusive of all bills. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I am a quiet, easy going person. I love playing board, card games. I dont party, nor do I bring anyone home. I like to have light intellectual conversations sometimes. I very rarely drink.. I have an indoor 3yr old ginger cat.. I care about and respect other peoples personal space, opinions, and faiths. I am very friendly and people find that I am easy to open up to, as I dont talk much, listen alot, do not judge people, or take life very seriously at all. I would need access to my own bathroom though, as I have IBD. Its not anything to be concerned about, it does not change anything, I dont need any special care, I have had it for about 25 years. I just mention it as people find it a weird request. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Waz
I'm easy going, social, friendly who is working 7days a week, non smoking and clean. I also like cooking, cleaning, and some TV programs. I like following news and soccer English premier league. I'm the fun of Liverpool.
Easy going. Friendly but respectable of others. Doesn't mind a bit of gaming/netflix. Like to hit the gym and love my sports. Clean and tidy, non smoker. Open to male and female housemates. Happy to share with pets, don't have any of my own. Liscenced driver - will uber people around if needed. Will be completing police training in the next 12 months; looking for a temporary stay or potentially a long term rent dependant on how everything goes.
I am a professional female. Quiet, clean, keep to myself. No kids. No pets. No loud music or parties. Non-smoker. Social drinker - but rarely social. I have just relocated to the Gippsland area from Tasmania, to study a part-time course. I have a full-time job in the community sector which is split between Wonthaggi and Warragul, so anywhere within an hour or less of both of these will be good. I won't be ready to move until October due to housesitting commitments. I can provide a heap of Air BnB references, as well as numerous housesitting references - all from stays within the past 12 months. My hobbies are studying, reading, writing, and sewing. I also like to get out to workshops and some community events, as well as going for the occasional hike, and road trips.
I’m a 38 year old, easy going guy that has recently seperated from my wife. I work part time and I’m a quiet person. I’m clean, don’t smoke and only socially drink. I like to watch sports and go to the games, I enjoy music and I spend a lot of time with my 4 children. I have a great rental record I’ve always kept the places I’ve lived in the same condition as it look when I first walk in the door. I hope I’m the one for your house to live in I also work in retail in Pakenham.
A little bit about me is that I’m really easy to get along with, I have an amazing partner that I’m sure you’ll love to meet as well, I’m a respectful and honest young girl, I’m studying to be a nurse and work part time, I love animals and if you have them it’s a bonus!, I’ll clean up after myself and am looking for someone who does the same, I’m looking forward to hearing from you :)

We're looking to team up with one or two people for a fresh share house in or around our preferred suburbs. Mostly this area because it's cheap for new builds and everyone can get their own bathroom, which I think is always the preference. We're happy to look outside this area as long as we can still find something that suits us. Rent would be no more than $200 excluding utilities, but depending on the house it could include up to two bedrooms and a living area you can do whatever you want with. I work part-time and my partner Jake is studying/looking for work. We're moving back from Perth and will be looking at providing the basics of the house (brand new fridge, washing machine, microwave). Our interests include gaming, reading, and digital illustration, so most of the time we're just chilling in our room when we're home. We don't mind saying hi and having a chat around the house, but we're not the intensely social type. We're tidy and clean people, and wouldn't mind people of a similar mindset. Our move date is flexible, but we'd like to not rush into anything without getting to know someone first. So throw us a message if you're interested!
I'm a 51 year old male with an 8 year old son. I'm looking for accomodation in Cranbourne North or nearby. I work full-time, have great rental references. I'm quiet, neat and tidy, pitch in to help out when needed. i pay my rent on time, every time, and I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I have a pet cat who is desexed and spends most of her time outside. I'm a smoker but obviously smoke outside. My son normally visits on weekends. I would be happy to start up a share house and have all that is required furniture wise to do so.

Hey. I'm Ash and a youth adcovcate. I work in the youth industry and also do barbering as a hobby. I'm very respectful, genuine and many more good qualities you seek in a good housemate. I'm super clean and keep my space clean and tidy all the time and expect the same. I'm a very social person and love to have a chat. Movie nights and just chill. I love cooking. My last experience in a share house wasn't pleasant because they were really messy and dirty so it kinda put me off living in a share house but here I am again trying to look for genuine people who actually care about their place haha. I have heaps of furniture stored in a storage so if you ever need anything at your place we can arrange that. I have a couch, a tv unit, tv and also my bedroom stuff. Treat people how you want to be treated. Love to you all. Looking forward to hear from someone. I'm also interested in teaming up. Ash
Me and my little 7 year old German spitz are looking for a safe home to stay. My doggy is well trained and obedient, we are respectable and kind. We are quiet, bubbly and fun!

I work full team and have a long term secure job. I’m very quite, clean up after myself including doing house work. I leave around 6am and don’t return until 530pm. I’m often out over the weekends. I pay on time, don’t do drugs, go out partying or have people over. I’m respectful, have good values and can provide professional references.
