Hi, I'm Astrid. I'm 21 years old and currently a psychology student at UQ. I'm clean, tidy, and an easy going person who really loves socialising and making new friends. Would love to have a chat while just chillin' in front of TV or having couples of wine while enjoying a dinner together, (or even when you need a company for a weekend getaway ;) ) but I highly value privacy and personal space as well. I also always pay my bills and rent on time (even sometimes a bit early). :D I'm looking for a place that could make me feel like home with people preferably from different multicultural background, as I'm down for new friends and experience!
French easy-going looking for nice flatmates to share drinks, trips and enjoyable moments with. I am studying my masters in UQ in Business so pretty busy working but also into yoga, pilates, drinks and BBQ the rest of the time! Please feel free to contact me for any further question or to meet! Cheers, Macha
I am reliable, I clean up after myself and I am a friendly person. I'm moving back to Brisbane as I've just gotten a new job working in the city and I start on April 30th so I need to move before that date. I would like to live with housemates that I can get along with and be friends with that also understand the importance of privacy. I enjoy going to the beach, reading, going to the movies, going on adventures and having a few drinks on the weekends.
I am a professional psychologist working in Brisbane. Im very clean considerate and quiet. Looking to share with mature individuals. Not into a party house but rather a home where we can relax and have dinners and enjoy my flatmates too. I'm into Yoga, I paint and enjoy dancing and music. I am looking for a considerate fun flatmate and a place to call home.
Hey everyone! I'm looking to move into a new sharehouse and meet some awesome people. I am studying Public health at UQ full-time and will (hopefully) be graduating at the end of the year! I also work part-time in the city as a waitress. I like cooking, reading and attempting to exercise in my spare time. I'm a laid back, tidy person that likes to get to know my housemates. Ideally I'd like to find a fairly quiet and clean household as I get busy with uni and work during the semester. Looking forward to hearing from you! Claudia **Moving between 1st and 23rd June**
Hi. I'm Julian I'm 26 . I'm a bartender and work retail 6 days a week. Mostly night shifts so I'm around during the day. Looking for a place to live before I head to Europe in late August. i'm a social person who enjoys hanging out with housemates/friends as well as relaxing in my room. i'm very clean and tidy up after myself, will be mostly out of the house with work and social life.
I work a full time corporate job in the city. I'm easy going, tidy and active, so I'll often be out on weekends. I enjoy getting a coffee out, being active, seeing music live, catching up on netflix. I'm friendly, and always up for grabbing a coffee or a drink on the weekend.
I am a tutor and postgraduate student at QUT Gardens Point Campus. Also I am working at a cafe on Saturdays. I go to gym and eat healthy but I am not living like a pro athlete :) I am interested in latin dancing, trekking and anything adventurous on my free time. I am looking for a pet free, non-smoker, clean (I vacuum-mop once a week and clean dishes straight away), home environment. Preferably, having my own bathroom, close to the public transportation alternatives for travelling to cbd and back. I understand and show respect to boundaries of my flatmates and expect the same in return. I am sociable but I like spending time on my own to recharge. I am currently overseas though I will be back and ready to move in after 20th of May. Cheers!
I work full time and I have a pug, she is very well trained and friendly, I spent most of my time at work and boxing. Im responsable, clean and friendly. Always up for a chat or a few drinks. I’m looking for a place for at least 6 months with possibility to extend if needed. Feel free to contact me, thank you
Hi, I'm a very neat and tidy gal in her 20's starting nursing this July in Brisbane so hoping to find a rental within close proximity to South Bris. I have a cat who I am hoping to bring with me too. Shes an outdoor cat, so she is very clean. I am Vegan and would prefer a vego friendly household, but it's not a necessity for me. I'm pretty active and enjoy hiking and being in the outdoors in my spare time. I also am not a massive party goer but I do enjoy a cheeky wine or 3. I love cooking and eating healthy food and would love a place where I can grow some plants, at least a few fresh herbs :)
Hi I'm Tamara. I'm looking for a place to live once I start my new job. Ideally I'd like to be friends with my flat mates but not necessary. I'm clean but not freakishly, pretty quiet but would love to go out and do exciting things. The chances of me wanting a full blown party (not just a few friends and family) thrown at my place are second to none.
Hi, my name is Mirko, I'm PhD student from Italy, looking for an accommodation from June to December 2018 around Brisbane. I'm clean and tidy, especially in communal areas, sociable and easy-going. I’m passionate about plants and nature and I Iove all kinds of outdoor activities. I usually move by bike or foot everywhere so I’d like to be quite near Brisbane city centre! (I’ll be studying at UQ in St Lucia and I’ve planned to get there by bike). I like socialising and know other lifestyles and traditions. I think I’ll have lot of free time, especially at the weekend (as a PhD student I don't have exams!). I’m pretty active and usually I don’t like to chill out, but I’d rather go out with friends, enjoy the city and explore the surroundings. I’ll be always available for a drink a walk or a dinner if you ask!
I'm an engineering student from france. I am clean and tidy, I like card magic, sports and grabbing a drink from time to time. I'll be working on weeks days as a junior engineer in a plant near Brisbane. I plan to go surfing and travel around Brisbane on week ends.
Hi everyone! My names Bree, I'm Aussie and Dutch and I'll be moving to Brisbane this August (until the end of December) to do research with Project manta at UQ. I'm currently 20 years old, studying Marine Biology in the Netherlands and England. I'm really laid back and enjoy a bit of a chat but will also mainly be busy with my research. I love surfing, swimming, basically anything with the ocean (that's why I study sharks I guess), but I'm usually up for anything that helps me put off writing a paper. If you want to know anything else, let me know! Cheers, Bree
Hi there :) I'm a friendly but introverted girl looking for a comfy cozy place to live. I don't smoke and am responsible with my finances. My budget would be around $175 including bills. I'm thrifty, so the lower the better, but would be willing to consider a pricier place if it is of good value and comes with better company. Flexible with lease length, looking to move in before 13 May. I will only move into share houses with at least one female. Love pets but can't live with one at the moment as I have allergies. I just graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) from UQ, and am currently doing research work at UQ, so looking for some place nearby. I am happy to chat, share cooking and cleaning tasks, and go on weekend adventures. But I also crave privacy. On my days off I enjoy reading, watching films, and planning beach holidays. I love and respect both the arts and sciences, and would be keen to discuss poetry and books. Keen to hear from you, drop me a message to have a chat!
I’m Lucie, 21 yo student in Bachelor’s Degree Commerce. I’m tidy, clean, easygoing. I like chill, watch Netflix, hang out with my friends. If you need to talk I’m a good listener. And we can become friends if you wish 😊
Hi! I am a young professional (recent graduate in finance and economics). I am a clean, considerate and friendly housemate. I love to have a chat but also respect each other's space and privacy and if you have a dog.. I volunteer as tribute to help you walk it. I have lived in a sharehouse for four years but due to my old share house being sold and my old housemates moving city, I am looking for a new sharehouse. My hobbies include reading, netball, chess, hiking, volleyball, snowboarding and knitting (I took it up while listening to lectures in university). Please consider me as a housemate for your property. If you have any questions or would like to meet me, please do not hesitate to contact me :) Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! Brooke :) UPDATE: $170per week is the maximum I’ll pay for rent per week. Also, I have a queensized bed, wardrobe, beside table and three couches (which I will sell if they will not fit in the house :) ) Thank you :)
Hey, my name is Jason and I'm a 25-year-old full-time shift worker at a medical alarm company in Eagle Farm. For the past 6 months, I've been living on my own in Griffin with my dog named Gambit but want to cut down my expenses so I can start saving again! I've lived in various different suburbs of Brisbane including Bellbowrie/Moggill, Taringa, Fortitude Valley, Herston & Graceville so I'm not too picky about the location of the share house but would like to be somewhat close to Auchenflower so that my sister doesn't have to drive too far to visit the dog! A little about me. I really value my alone time but want to meet some new people so wouldn't mind a place where everyone hangs out every now and then but not against everyone doing their own thing. For work, I do both afternoon and night shifts so the days I work, which includes weekends & public holidays, you probably won't see me around much. I'm also a bit of a casual gamer (don't really play much these days) so I need to be able to fit a desk in my room for my PC unless there is an extra study/space somewhere else in the house (would be happy to negotiate increase in rent for the extra space). A little about the dog. He is a 14-year-old King Charles Cavalier/Poodle (or so the breeders told us) but looks more like a young labrador. Medium sized, sleeps all day (except for at food time) and loves attention. Very friendly towards people but a bit iffy towards other dogs. He did stay with a family and their dog when I went on a cruise a couple of months ago for about half a week and apparently had no problems with their dog or other dogs at the dog park but would prefer the household to not have a dog. If needed I can provide pictures. Deal breakers would be places that wouldn't allow the dog to be inside when I'm at home as well as places with steep staircases as due to his age, he's not as nimble as he used to be so preferably a downstairs room with easy access to the garden or a single story house. Anyway, if you think I'd be a good fit for your place or want to know more, don't hesitate to hit me up. I'm looking to move sometime in the next month as my current lease is ending mid-May! Also have a LG washing machine, 3-seater chaise couch, coffee table, TV stand, bottom mount LG fridge and LG microwave (all purchased 5 months ago) plus a 55 inch Hisense 4K TV (which I purchased from my mom and step-dad when they upgraded) and an old tumble dryer (which I've had since I moved out) if the house needs any furniture or appliances.
I work full time in Milton, i live a pretty busy lifestyle and spend most of my time at work, gym and with friends/family. I enjoy my own space and time but also enjoy being social with other house mates.
Hey all, just alittle background about myself. I'd like to think I'm a pretty relaxed and chilled out bloke. I moved back from Canada in November and have just been staying with friends but Its time for me to venture out and find my own accomodation. I work full time as a heavy vehicle field service auto electrician on a even time 7/7 roster in nsw, so I'm only home for half the month but I usually do some overtime. This may be an advantage to you guys. I also do know how rentals work as I do own my own house and have it rented out but it's in another area north. Also! I do know a thing about cleanliness as I was housekeeper for over a year in canada aswell. On my days off I like to be active, going to the gym regularly, camping, fishing and exploring. But also like to just chill out at home and watch a movie. I like to travel when ever I can and catch up with friends over some beers. I'm looking for a place with some cool people around the same age with similar interests who like the occasional drink and heading out for group dinners. If you think that you, flick me a message! Cheers
