Hi, my name is Brianna Innes and I’m looking for a place to live in Townsville. I am hoping to move up in this school holidays. I don’t have any real requirements other than for people to be nice and accept me. I have grown up in Charters Towers my whole life so I’m not use to city life but I will try and adjust quickly. I’m nice, respectful, and like practically everyone. I can also cook and clean for myself. Just ‘cause I’m young doesn’t mean I can’t do stuff for myself lol. Please consider me for any places that you have for offer. I have quite a bit of money saved so you don’t have to worry about me not paying rent and bills. I am currently also looking for a job in Townsville.
Hi there! Im a very clean and tidy house mate. I rarely drink, dont have parties. I have recently moved back from Tasmania. So getting back on my feet so to speak. I work full time, i do have a small toy poodle cross puppy who is very sweet and gentle. Unfortunately as i have only just moved back, i do not have enough saved for bond. I also have a partner who will be visiting every so often, so it would be nice if i was allowed to have a guest stay for about a week at a time. When hd visits.
Both very laid back people, clean and tidy. We do a lot of activities and are most of the time outside the house ! When we are inside we enjoy cooking during the week end and opening a bottle of wine to socialize and have a bit of fun !
Am a master student returning to uni after 10 years as a journalist and photographer. Studying my passion ... ecology, biology and some marine subjects and hope to get a master in environmental management. Like hiking, camping, diving, kayaking, good food, a glass of red or a beer with friends. Would like a social place with a barbeque, nice people and as a bonus - it would be great with a pool :) but good flatmates is the most important! Looking for a room preferably near the river in douglas or annandale... or near the beach in Town. Hope you have the place. Please call or text me cant listen to voicemail for some reason so please text if you dont reach me. /Maria
We are Lukas and Selina, both 27 years old and from Germany. We are a couple since more than five years and definitely love to travel! Currently we do our studies in a small city in northern Germany. Lukas is studying business administration and electrical engineering and Selina is studying leisure and tourism management. We both do have experience in living in shared flats together with friends or strangers. So we like to cook together with our flat mates or have drink in the evening but we do also enjoy moments of relaxation. Our hobbies are traveling as already mentioned as well as scuba diving. So we are looking forward to come to Townsville to do some dives and get to know the australian lifestyle. Greetings, Lukas and Selina
Hello! I'm Jared, a British student living in the Netherlands. I'll be coming to Townsville to work as a visiting biology researcher for 6-8 months in late August, so I'm looking for a temporary home. A bit about me. I'd describe myself as a sociable introvert; I'm a fun and bubbly guy but spend time alone also. I'm a huge nature-lover, hoping to spend a lot of my time outside exploring the wilds of Townsville looking for interesting wildlife. I'm also gay, so I would only like to live with accepting people. Pros: + Positive attitude, fun to be around + Clean (actually work as a cleaner!) + Tidy + Considerate & responsible Cons: - Allergic to fur (no furry pets please) - Allergy to peanuts (housemate(s) would need to be considerate with this, nothing to worry about) If you have suitable accommodation in Townsville and think I sound remotely tolerable, get in touch! Thanks, Jared
Hi guys! I have just moved over to Australia by myself from the UK on a permanent residency. I'm an occupational therapist and will be moving to Townsville for work on 14th July via a pit stop in Darwin for a course. I will eventually be looking for my own place but looking for a short term solution in the meanwhile. I originally came out to Australia in 2008 on a WHV and fell in love with the country so vowed to get back here one day- and I made it- yay me! I'm well travelled having spent approx 5 years working and living in NZ, Aus, SE Asia, Canada and Central America. I love keeping fit- it's very important to me. I go to the gym regularly, prefer to cycle most places rather than drive and practice ashtanga yoga. I'm very excited that there is an ashtanga studio in Townsville as its been hard to find one out of major cities in Australia! I lovveeee my food so totally keen on being shown some fine eateries in the area. Jen pro's :I'm fully house trained, clean, quiet, respectful and super approachable. I'm pretty hilarious if I do say so myself so that'll be fun for you, I am generally up for anything so any activities you've been meaning to do but no one to go with- I'm there, I'll introduce you to some awesome English music, I make really good overnight oats and healthy muffins which I might share. Jen con's: Well, I'm English so I am a whinger sometimes but its just in my blood, I will argue that "soccer" is called FOOTBALL- we created it guys, I'm not a morning person, I love vegging out watching love island and providing a commentary throughout, I probably wont be able to keep up with you Aussies drinking as I'm a lightweight. Please get in touch if I sound like your cup of tea.... Cheers for reading :)
Im a post graduate student at JCU, studying marine science and also a dive instructor, British/ Australian. Have worked all around the world and very responsible, clean tidy girl. Not a massive party person and like to do lots of walks and swims. Love animals and am extremely easy to get along with. Like to have a good laugh and go on adventures. Originally from Sydney
Hey there! We are Bryan and Renée and we are about to move up to Townsville from Sydney! We will both be bartending and Bryan will also be working in events and marketing. In our free time, we love hiking (can't wait to explore Magnetic Island!), trying out new recipes, trivia nights, and a good Netflix sesh. We both have years of flatshare experience and check all the boxes of basic humanity - clean, financially stable, respectful of space, and friendly. We'd love to find a place somewhat near the CBD and ideally with some furniture as we won't be moving with any. Cheers - Your future roommates x
Super friendly and easy to get along with :) I have lived in a sharehouse before, and I always clean up my mess afterwards (especially in the kitchen)! I am currently having a gap year before moving to Melbourne next year. I work casually with a few businesses as an admin assistant and I also tutor high school and primary school students. For fun I love team sports, hip hop dance and reading/music. I am quite invested in my health and enjoy exercise and the outdoors in general. Additionally, I love to be able to hang out indoors and watch movies. I am currently studying a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance. I tend to find myself quite busy with work and study and thus I live to enjoy the quiet and peace at the end of the long day and relax and chill out on the weekends. I am respectful of noise and space as I would like to live where flat mates did the same.
Hey there I'm Tom from the United Kingdom. I'm coming to Townsville to do a PhD looking into feral cats in the swamps and woods around the area. I'm an outgoing and gregarious sort of chap. I enjoy going to a pub to chat and socialize as much as I like to go on random adventures and hikes in the outdoors. To unwind I enjoy going to gigs and playing football, but sometimes there's nothing better than settling down with a good book for an afternoon. I'll be getting my own car so road trips are a distinct possibility. I am a respectful housemate and know that when there needs to be quiet time and how to clean up after myself. I'm looking for other students or people of a similar age to live with either moving into a free room or teaming up to find a new place.
My names Morgan and I’m a 22 year old Occupational Therapist. I’m tidy, respectful and pay my bills on time! I enjoy being social but don’t mind some quite time too! Happy to live with either males or females. Looking for a unit or townhouse around the City or North Ward.
Hi there! I'm a 28 year old student from Germany looking for a room from July to November. I just arrived in Townsville and would welcome to find a place as soon as possible. I'm a very social and clean person. Looking for a nice place with friendly housemates who won't mind cooking or having a drink together from time to time (but don't need a "party-house") If you want any more information of me, don't hesitate to ask 😉
I’m real easy going, former publican, bit if a kiwi, lover of craft beer and classic cocktails. I’ve just landed my first job as native title lawyer in central Townsville. I’ll be driving up from Melbourne looking for some new mates and temporary accomodation until I find my own place
I am an external full time psychology student, I work mostly around young children and adolescents. I am tidy and respectful of others space and like to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle :)
