I am starting in first year again at uni with a vet degree, hoping it to combine it with all the science I've studied so far to end up being a research vet. I have experience living in share houses, and while I'm not partying all that much, I do like having someone I can have a chat or drink with every now and again. I don't have any pets with me, but am fine with other people's (especially dogs!!). I am considering getting a dog maybe in second semester, but that depends on how my hip pocket feels, and what my accommodation will allow. I'm pretty clean and tidy, and clean up after myself pretty quickly. It'd be good to live with people who have the same cleanliness mentality. I should qualify for Austudy, and am getting in contact with some vet clinics to see if I can find some casual vet nursing work, so paying rent on time will not be a problem (and has never been a problem in the past). I will try get involved with some sport and outdoor clubs while I'm up there, as I very much like combining my socialising with my exercising. I will be driving up from NSW with my little car, so can fit in my bed, but not a lot else in terms of furniture. If you've got a place in which you think I could fit well, please let me know!
Im Mollie, 20 years old and about to relocate in the new year from London after being offered a job. I like to think im a fun easy going individual. I have never been to Aus before so ideally looking for some people to also show me the ropes. I'd love a house that's both chill and lively (i love going out to party on the weekends). Im super social and easy to live with.
Hi! My name is Ali, I'm 22 and am an open minded, down to earth, and friendly person who is very considerate and clean. I'm moving from Brisbane to Townsville to start full time work as an RN at the Townsville Hospital. I'm respectful of space and peace but I'm always up for a chat. I like to cook, read, and socialise however I am completely new to Townsville and don't know any one, I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and making friends! I won't be bringing any furniture so won't be taking up a whole heap of space. Let me know if you'd be interested in having me as a roommate :)
Moving abroad for grad school. Currently living in the US and have never been out of the country so this will be an exciting first! I will hopefully also be taking on a job, so scheduling wise I might be coming in an out, but otherwise I am super laid back and kinda just go along with whatever! I have all sorts of hobbies and definitely like the outdoors, exploring, etc. so I'm always down for roommate adventures!
I am heading over to Townsville from Darwin as we are now into year six of our two year plan ???? I am a project manager and have secured work, so I am the lead party before the family follows in the coming months. my new job starts early Feb which will most likely involve travel probably 1 - 2 nights per week or more ? I like dogs , not really into cats but thats not a show stopper. I am easy going, love music of any type and a quiet beer and usually up for a chat!
I am a journalist fresh out of university working full-time, who has recently moved to Townsville. I am tidy without being a neat freak, enjoy socialising with a few beers and going out, and love my sport. Currently have a place of my own short term but am exploring my options.
Hey guys we’re looking for a place in townsville city or north ward, we're a couple from france and brazil, looking for sharing a place with cool people, we're very easy going, tidy, not crazy party animal as we work full time. We're very respectful and we can teach you French and portuguez.
Hello! My name is Katie, I'm a radiographer from NSW and I'm moving to Townsville to study Marine Science. I'm friendly and sociable love hanging out but I'm not a party animal. Im very tidy and lived with shift workers (and worked shift work myself) so I am good at being quiet :) .
27 years old.. relocating from brisbane to townsville! Will be working full time.. I am easy going bubbly and veru sociable although not having many friends in townsville I will be a rather quiet housemate. Hoping to find a perfect sharehouse with young people around my age to help my move to townsville be smooth and fun :)
Hey! My name is Emma, I'm 24, from Geelong Victoria and looking for my new home while I study at JCU! I'm pretty easy going, a little awkward at first but I'll soon come round! Love a chat, eating out and a cheeky drink or two! I can also be quite the hermit and will happily bunker down on the couch for a Netflix binge or to devour a book. Love coffee, brunches and the odd late night Maccas run! I'm pretty laidback, but won't leave huge messes behind either. I've been accepted into Veterinary Science so I'll be studying A LOT, but that also means pets are a definite plus! I'd love to actually be friends with my housemates rather than just sharing rental costs. Hit me up if you think we'd get along! I'm hoping to be up Townsville way in the first week of Feb. :) A room with a bed would be preferred but not essential!
I’m a clean person who likes to live in a clean environment. I’m excellent at maintaining property cleanliness as well and I am always on top of bills etc.
Hi, I'm Hayley. I'm 19 and from Cairns. I like long walks on the beach and a roof over my head. I'm about to start studying at JCU Townsville, doing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably near the University. However I do have a car, so its not too much of a worry. I'm friendly, tidy, and I don't mind a chat. I'm currently working as a receptionist for the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Cairns, but am in the process of transferring to their Townsville hotel.
