Living and working in Townsville at the moment but I'm planning to move down to Victoria at the end of December. Unfortunately the lease where I currently am finishes around a month before I plan to move so I'm looking for a place from the 20/11/18 to 22/12/18, however can move in earlier if need be.
My names Chantelle, Im studying at TAFE currently towards my cert III in Early Years Childhood and Education. I work part time at an OSHC. I love socializing but also having my own space and time to time. I also love to have a wine or 12 at the weekend!

Hey I'm Carl, a 22 year old male currently working full time in Townsville city. I'm easy-going, don't drink or smoke and am very tidy and respectful of other peoples' space. I spend most of my time working, exercising or relaxing in my room. Not against some good old socializing :) I'm looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom in or close to Townsville city, preferably with 1-2 other people, who also do not smoke or have pets. If you have something for me please contact me and ask any questions you need to know! Thanks :)
I have a super bubbly and positive personality and am easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate that people need their own space. I am very respectful of those around me and would consider myself a tidy person who always cleans up after themselves and helps around the house.
I'm an responsible 18yr old and I'm not a party animal, I'm currently looking for full-time work in the hospitality industry, I'm shy at first but once I get to know you properly I'm pretty outgoing.
Greetings fellow Earthlings, I'm a Canadian about to graduate medical school from UQ and I'll be starting work up in Townsville the beginning of January. I'm currently in the Sunshine Coast finishing off the year and will be ready to move by mid November! I'm laid back, tidy, and easy to live with. I like to cook with music, the kitchen is my happy place, and I'm hoping intern life won't ruin that. Heads up, I love coriander - it will be used. I enjoy outdoorsy things, I go running, and I keep fit because I love to eat. Everything. Can we have an herb garden? I appreciate random science facts and dislike pseudoscience factoids. Did you know that hippos sweat blood? Well, they don't. But they do secrete a red sticky substance all over their body, called Hipposudoric acid. It acts as sunscreen.. and an antimicrobial, just for fun. I wonder what SPF it is... Anyway, I also love chats about the universe and will happily re-watch The Cosmos series with anyone who shares that excitement. If given the choice, I'd watch cat videos over sportsing events. But ideally we'd just watch Rick n Morty on repeat, forever. I'm looking for like-minded housemates that enjoy a clean kitchen, hiking, TV/movie binges, and a flexible pants policy. Chat soon!
Little Canadian - I am very polite and easy going! Everyone loves a Canadian, right? I am a part-time med student (paramedicine) just looking for some peace and quiet. I have 5 housemates at the moment and we are all very different. I would like to be one my own. I will be in Townsville for the next year or so, as well. I am very clean, I get pretty anal about my environment and love to be over the top organized. You'll hear the odd moan and groan when I study but other than that I am not a loud individual. I do not enjoy the party scene nor do I smoke! I like to garden so I have veggie and herbs around the house in and out. I have no pets, I am allergic to anything with fur unfortunately. Hopefully I can be a good Canadian-ate for your next opening! (;
Hey guys, I am looking for a potential housemate around mid September (I can be flexible with dates). I am looking at moving close to the city but other suburbs close by are fine too. I work full time, i try to go on adventures on my days off, I spend a lot of time outdoors. I own dogs who are incredibly friendly, I take full responsibility of them and have no intentions of letting them be a burden to any housemates. I love living with tidy, supportive housemates but also love time out to study and the occasional social drink with friends. I welcome any happy, friendly people to send me a message ✌🏻
Hi, soon to be flatmate(s)! My name is Zandra, i'm 26 years of age and living in Aarhus, Denmark Currently, I'm studying to become a social worker at VIA University Collage and I'm in the middle of my 2nd year. I'm planning a move to Townsville City QLD 4810, Australia for an internship. I will be arriving late January. A little about me - I love to be a student and I love my field of study. I'm into running and have completed two halv marathons. In my sparetime I enjoy going to the gym and I still do a bit of running with my social runners club of witch I am a co-organizer. I am not much of a party girl, but occasionally I do go out. I prefer wining and dining in the company of good friends and I'm not one to say no, to a movie or gamenight. I'll respect your privacy and assume you'll do the same :) I'll promise to contribute with good conversation and all in all good company. Best regards Zandra
I'm moving from Brisbane to be closer to my daughter. Will be looking for work to continue my apprenticeship as well. I like gym. Fishing and video games. Easy going house mate you'd hardly notice me.
Hi, I am a Dutchy, and will come to Townsville to do my internship at the AIMS. I like hiking, climbing, surfing, swimming and chilling (who does not?). I look forward exploring the beautiful nature and t.he open minded culture of Australia. Hoping to find a cosy house with multiple students or same-aged, with whom I can share my good times in Australia. If possible I would like to share a regular dinner or breakfast and go on a regular adventure with my future flatmates!
Hi guys! I have just moved over to Australia by myself from the UK on a permanent residency. I'm an occupational therapist specialising in hands. I will eventually be looking for my own place but looking for a short term solution in the meanwhile. I am looking to be based fairly central eg West End, North Ward, Hermit Park, Hyde Park, Belgian Gardens as I don't have a car at present so it's just easier for me as I bike everywhere. I originally came out to Australia in 2008 on a WHV and fell in love with the country so vowed to get back here one day- and I made it- yay me! I'm well travelled having spent approx 5 years working and living in NZ, Aus, SE Asia, Canada and Central America. I love keeping fit- it's very important to me. I go to the gym regularly, prefer to cycle most places rather than drive and practice ashtanga yoga. I'm very excited that there is an ashtanga studio in Townsville as its been hard to find one out of major cities in Australia! I lovveeee my food so totally keen on being shown some fine eateries in the area. Jen pro's :I'm fully house trained, clean, quiet, respectful and super approachable. I'm pretty hilarious if I do say so myself so that'll be fun for you, I am generally up for anything so any activities you've been meaning to do but no one to go with- I'm there, I'll introduce you to some awesome English music, I make really good overnight oats and healthy muffins which I might share. Jen con's: Well, I'm English so I am a whinger sometimes but its just in my blood, I will argue that "soccer" is called FOOTBALL- we created it guys, I'm not a morning person, I love vegging out watching love island and providing a commentary throughout, I probably wont be able to keep up with you Aussies drinking as I'm a lightweight. Please get in touch if I sound like your cup of tea.... Cheers for reading :)
I'm just finishing up my first year doing a vet degree at JCU (I've done a few other degrees before now which is why I'm not the traditional 18 year old first year) and am looking for a place at the start of 2019 around Belgian Gardens/North Ward/City/Railway Estate area. If there was more of a granny flat/one-bedroom apartment/whole-bottom-floor/ensuite-bedroom-with-spacious-living-rooms sort of thing in those areas, I'd be keen to get in touch. I spend a lot of my time during semester studying, and I work on Saturdays as a Vet Nurse, but I do like socialising more on the weekends, and like to sometimes have some friends over for a quiet wine or beer to wrap up the week. I also like running, and I usually cycle to uni, but I do have car up here too. I don't have any of my own pets, but I'm pretty happy with being around other peoples' (especially their dogs). If you've got something that you think would suit from mid-Jan next year when I come back up from my placements, please do get in touch!
Very respectful, really friendly and easy to get along with. Enjoys a movie night occasionally but can be quiet if flatmates aren’t interested, can keep to myself. Will be working nights so I’ll be out most weekends working and home during the day. Love animals, not a fan of smoking but can be tolerated. Clean and tidy and actually enjoy doing housework.
Moving to Townsville mid october for a gig in the radio industry, I'm a really active and energetic person-love a good laugh and to hang out with friends, but respect others peace and quiet. Like to keep fit, in the gym or going for a surf. I'm very organised and tidy-not a massive party animal but a good beer or wine at the end of the day or a meal out is totally in my ballpark! :)
