Hi im currently searching for a share house around 16 sep 17 as that is when my current lease expires. A bit about me, i have lived in townsville since 2012 and work full time, im easy going, considerate of others, social but can keep to myself. I am an honest, reliable person. I like animals but do not have any pets i enjoy all music and like to stay fit and active i enjoy spending time outdoors. I like to go camping, fishing and exploring new places. I am also interested in team ups for a new place all together as i have enough furniture to deck out a house or unit.
I am a Danish engineering student, going for a semester in Townsville (2. period 2017). Looking for a place to stay during my study period. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. Contact me if you want to know more.
My name is Mandy. I'm from China and working holiday in Australia. Currently, I have got a job in Townsville am going to stay here until the end of September or October. So, I'm searching a share house around Flinders St. I prefer quite, but sometimes I like nice talking. A tidy single room, friendly and respectful flatmate is necessary.
I am currently in my last year of Civil engineering at JCU and looking for accommodation I am an easing going person who is respectful of other. I am also out going adventures and like to meet new people and experience new things.
Hey, My name is Dave and I am a 30 year old Canadian who will be living in Townville long term. I will be attending James Cook University taking environmental sciences. I am also a scuba diving instructor and will be looking for work in the tourism or hospitality industry while I am here as well. I am an easy going guy who likes to keep my space tidy. I am into fitness and the outdoors who also enjoys being social and would like to be living with like minded people. It would be great if I could come and check out the room in your house and meet you as well. I will be looking to move in around the last two weeks of July. Thanks for your time, Dave Charlton
Looking for a share house or someone to team up with to rent a house. Wanting to share with only 1 other person. I have 2 very well behaved medium sized dogs. I'm self-employed and work in the pet industry. I'm respectful, considerate and reliable and expect the same in return. Most areas of Townsville considered. Rent budget approx $150 including all bills.
I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself until I get to know people. Always up for adventures if I'm not busy working. I enjoy mountain biking and try to get out to Douglas when I can. I'm super laid back and work 2 jobs in hospitality which keeps me quite busy.
Hi there! My name is Mallory and I'm from the U.S. I'm currently in Sydney and will be moving to Townsville very soon. I will also be working full time. I hope to find a home, rather than a house to live in. I certainly value privacy but I would also enjoy communal dinners every once in a while, going to a pub, or Netflix binging. I'm also quite tidy and look for that in my future flatmates as well.
Pretty easy going guy I am a Post grad student, I would prefer not to live with couples but I may be willing to make a exception if I feel they are easy to get along with. I usually try not to live with couples because I find it is impossible to please both, usually couples have to disagree with each other on their friends. I am not in a hurry to move so I prefer not to be pushed into any place. I am just looking at this point and if I see something that I like I will get back to you otherwise you can send me a message and I might take a look at your place if I like your listing and remember when I am ready to move. I am looking mainly in Townsville but I am considering Brisbane too. That is because I am living in Ayr at the moment and Townsville is a easier move for now but I am open to Brisbane. I am looking for places with water, electicity included. I study online so I would prefer internet included but I am less concerned about that because I don't mind using public utilities for accessing the internet but I would prefer not to if I have a choice. I am looking for a place between around $100 and $140 per week probably more like $120 but it depends how livable the $100 places are I guess. I graduate in about a year and a half and I am halfway through my degree so if I like the place I might stick around a while potentially. I maybe doing a PhD but I am not sure about that, I probably don't need to if I want to get a good job it will be helpful but probably not necessary. So if I did I may be living there for even longer but generally I move around every 6 months or once a year so I probably will stay a moderate amount of time.
Hi, we are a sweet Scandinavian couple in the start 30's, we are pretty new to Townsville, only been here since January. We are both working and are currently staying 7 km's from the city, but really wanna find a place closer. We are looking for a nice private place close to the city and the strand. Preferably with some sort of outdoor area, as we enjoy the outdoors a lot.

Hi, I'm Dio :) I'm from Lisbon, Portugal and I have been in Townsville for 3 years ( I spent 1 year away working for the Australian Government as Barge Operations Manager and stores Manager in Mornington Island). I have been traveling my whole life, I have lived in 4 countries/3 continents but I'm honestly in love with Townsville. I have a permanent VISA and a stable job so I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. Now that I'm back to town I'm looking to rent a place for at least 1+ year if possible. I'm educated and friendly, extremely open minded and I'm always down for a chat or any activities, but I leave people to their own business if that's their thing, long story short I'm easy going and quite adaptable. I am smoker (hopefully ex smoker soon) but I do not smoke indoors so that shouldn't be an issue. On a daily basis I just go to work, I come home, I study (Management and Logistics certificate ) rinse and repeat (super exciting I know) I don't have many friends so me bringing people home should be something rare. I appreciate comunication and good manners, a "Good Morning" or "Good night" doesn't cost anything it's tax free :) Any other information you might require don't hesitate to contact me. Regards Dio
