I am a 21 year old female in my final year of my Nursing degree at Utas, I spend most of my time studying, travelling to Launceston for uni, or working at my two jobs, I much prefer staying home relaxing in my spare time over partying and drinking. I am a very tidy person and take pride in my belongings and my home. I do not have any pets, and i do not smoke.
My partner and I are moving to Hobart from Brisbane this April. We are both neat, clean, friendly and easy going. We are both young professionals in our late 20s. We are looking at something around 350 including bills or 280 not including bills. Thanks and looking forward to hear from you guys
Working and studying full time. Looking for a place for a few months. Clean, tidy and pretty chilled. Love getting outdoors, cooking, reading and adventures.
Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
I am clean, quiet and mostly tidy in living areas, considerate, respectful and domesticated. I appreciate a clean bathroom and those who also know how to do the housework. I like swimming, bushwalking, dancing and music as well as foreign language films. I am an artist and I work in the private sector arts/galleries and want to make more of my own art since I graduated art school (this would involve making art at home as I don’t have a studio). I am also a flamenco dancer. I come with 2 gold fish in 12lt tank Regards Alicia.
Looking for somewhere to call home in an existing sharehouse or teaming up to create a new one. Prefer a bit of a social atmosphere where housemates are friends. Not looking for a party house but would be nice to share a meal and a beer every now and then. Professional couple that enjoys travel, hiking, camping, kayaking and snowboarding in our spare time. Both employed and have all the paperwork ready to go to apply through realestate. Pretty flexible about who, what and where we will be living so send a message if you want to team up or have a room available.
I'm currently in my third year of a full-time bachelor of Business and Law. I have been working casually in hospitality for the past three years. I'm really easy going, relaxed and reliable! I love to socialise and bond over a drink, but I also appreciate a quiet night just watching some Netflix! I'm trustworthy and respectful of others and keep my personal and shared spaces neat and clean. I'm ideally looking for something close to the CBD and uni!
I am a 27 year old guy, and I study management in Hobart and will be here for one year. I am not working at the moment but seeking for it, and I am looking for a houseshare or a room preferably with roommates to live in for my time in Hobart. I take pride in keeping my room clean, and to respect my roommates and their space. I must say that I am a very friendly and outgoing person, who loves to interact with people, and I do love a good chat. I am a very positive person, and I always try to look on the bright side of life. I consider myself a good listener as well as one to turn to if you want to forget your sorrows for a moment or two. I love being outdoors, being active and to experience my surroundings in new and fun ways. I love a good glass of wine and the occasional night out on the town, but I also spend my weekends travelling or exploring the area. I enjoy great literature. For my time in Hobart, I will mostly be spending my days at the college and job probably and my weekends exploring Tasmania. I would love to find a vegetarian mate if possible otherwise I am flexible with others too. I really hope you will consider me as a future roommate, and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Pradeep
I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am a full time student and I work on weekends, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references as well. I’m 17 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
Easy going, laid back, respect other people's privacy. I work casually and usually weekends as a bartender, I spend time alone on my PC, time cooking healthy meals and exercising, studying, shopping and having a couple drinks with friends every now and again. Happy to befriend housemates and do things with people but I also appreciate some alone time outside of work. I got along with just about anyone, love animals and like chasing my dreams/achieving my goals. If you have any questions please contact me by message on here. Cheers.
Hey there, I'm a Student Pilot from Perth Looking for a place to stay for about 13 weeks. I will be training at the Cambridge Airport. I'm easy going, likes a good chat and keen to see what Hobart has to offer.
I am a bubbly and positive person who is reliable and respectful. Currently I am studying a Bachelor of Business and Law at UTAS and also do athletics. I am well organised and always clean up after myself.
I get along with a wide range of people, I enjoy a good laugh but also respect personal space and people wanting to do their own thing. I spend my time studying Interior Decoration, reading, walking and you’ll generally find me at the pub with friends.
I just really wanna live up at Mt Nelson, to be honest. I love being up high and having a view. But seeing as I’m a poor uni student, I’m happy to live in Sandy Bay/South Hobart and surrounds (can’t really dismiss too many offers in my situation). Currently, I’m living in Dynnyrne near UTAS in one of the Accommodation Services colleges but I’m rather keen to get out (been here too long, man). I’m not too fussed about moving in/out dates but I’d like to have somewhere to stay for the rest of the uni year. I’m studying at Art School (Hunter Street) and also undertaking an online course, but I partake in sports and other activities on the main UTAS campus, so I’d prefer to be living in the vicinity rather than the CBD or North Hobart, etc. Plus, I really need space, fresh air, and privacy - I don’t do too well right in suburbia. I do a lot of stuff on my own, like bike riding, exploring Hobart, and arty/crafty things, but I also love cracking open a cold one with the boys and going out on the town. Most of the time I keep to myself, however, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’d consider myself a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. My interests include soccer/futsal, running and sport in general, bush-walking (visiting kunanyi, etc), patting dogs at the beach and patting cats in the street, swimming, listening to the best music choices, watching the coolest content on the Internet, and going on the swings at any time of the day or night. Basically, I’m a kool-kat and you should rent somewhere with me.
Hello! We are a couple looking for a place to live in Hobart! We are both from Vancouver, Canada and fresh out of University (...we took our time!) Kira is 27/F and did a Masters Degree in Social Policy, Carson is 29/M and did his Bachelors in Mathematics. While we were finishing school we did a variety of jobs. Kira worked for non-profits, and tutoring fellow students. Carson worked for a few years as a bicycle mechanic, but also did maintenance work in a hospital. Most recently, while saving up for our move to Australia, we both worked in hospitality. Kira worked in a craft beer bar, and Carson worked in a wine tasting room. We are both social, friendly people, but we are also respectful of personal boundaries and private space. We both have had nightmare roommate stories (everyone has!), but now that we are in our late 20's we are really seeking to find a sane and stable living situation. Our current lifestyle is pretty relaxed as far as a travelers life can be. We cook most of our meals at home, but occasionally we'll check out local pubs for trivia night (right now we're on a losing streak). We care about the environment and like getting outside into nature. Carson likes playing sports more than watching sports, Kira is awful at anything active other than running in a straight line, but either way we will cheer for your home team if it's important to you... (Go Crows?) We would be happy living with a single person, friends, or a couple! If you are interested in meeting us to see if we would get along, we'd be happy to chat over a beer or a coffee pretty much anytime.
I will be in Tasmania for 2 months for work and am looking for a friendly roommate to share a place with. I'm clean, easy going and respect people's privacy. I'd preferably like to stay with a female roommate.
I'm a happy & social person but also enjoy quiet times. Loves eating out and working out. Interested in health & fittness, enjoys reading, cooking clean food. I'm from Melbourne have rented my house there & are looking at a change of pace in Hobart. I'm an Image Consultant.
