Hello,I am Sky,looking for a room close to tram or train station to Brunswick. I work fulltime 9 to 5,friendly and considerate for every flatmates as we share the home sweet home together. Would love to find a comfortable home where after one day work or study we can relax and enjoy life itself!
Hey there. I am a 27 year old nurse, looking for a new place to live. I am friendly, social and outgoing but generally have an early bedtime. I like to cook and bake, I enjoy working on my fitness and watching movies. I am clean and respectful of shared spaces. I am moving to Melbs for the first time so some housemates who I can be friends with and who enjoy a chat at the end of the day would be great. Looking for a private room.
I'm a 20 years old international student just arrived in Melbourne from China. I'm staying in a YHA ATM and am keen to find a single room, preferably furnished about 10km from the city as I would like to commute to the CBD by bicycle. As a housemate, I do not smoke, drink or party excessively. I am looking for a quiet home where I can contribute my skills, for example fixing small problems when things not working. My Australian friend says I have a good sense of humour. In my spare time I like to exercise, read and watch movies, particularly sci-fi (I have over a thousand blockbusters and popular movies in my collection).
Laid back and easy to get along with. I work full time at the aquarium and spend my time diving, rock climbing and keeping active. My dog will quite possibly make you fall in love with him. No dramas paying rent on time either. I have a household of furniture so if anything is required, I'll bring it with me.
Hi there, I am looking for a new apartment to live in and take out a lease with one other. I like health, fitness and cleanliness and I pay bills on time. When I am home like to feel like I am home, and prefer to be around some trees or near a park! I eat mainly organic too. I am currently completing some Post Grad studies and I work freelance. I have references and a rental history and all furniture if needed - but fridge could need updating! prefer 2 bed/2 bathroom - NO DRUGS of any kind. Thanks :)
Gay guy originally from Brisbane but called Melbourne home for nearly 4 years now. Professional job allows me flexibility re work hours so not always 9-5 Mon-Fri. I have a good circle of mates and like to get out and socialise. I am clean, tidy, thoughtful and very respectful of others and their belongings. MOST IMPORTANTLY ... I have a 10 year old beagle, Jasper, who is at the age where he just does his own thing at his own pace. He's a beautiful dog and takes to pretty much anyone and enjoys companionship. Not a barker or a digger and has his own rental references from landlords and agents. So am obviously looking for somewhere pet friendly with a decent (doesn't have to be huge) yard or park nearby. We have unfortunately just had to farewell our great little Brunswick home as, as fantastic as she was, the owner moved back from the UK. I have entered my move date as end of month for the sake of it but can move anytime preferring sooner. I have a small 2 bedroom house (approx) of high end appliances and designer furniture all 1-3 years old which would be great to make use of but can store if need be. As far as housemate ages, I really am open to living with anyone 18 to 50 or 60 or whatever, provided you're mature, don't continually piss people off and chip in good. I do get along best with guys and girls in their 20s, 30s and 40s and love the variety that comes with it.
I'm very clean, prefer to live in a place with someone with mutual interests. I enjoy yoga, aerial fitness, home cooking, going for brunch, drinking wine and cocktails! I also love pizza, fried chicken and Netflix :)
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
Hello everyone. I'm easy going and friendly person. I'm currently working part time and studying full time. I like to keep things very well organised clean and tidy. I like to socialize and love to meet new people of different background. The majority of my time I'm either at work, watching tv, cooking or out with friends. You can get to know me even better when we have a face to face conversation :)

I'm currently completing my masters at RMIT in computer science. I live in Coburg North, and am looking for a more social and friendly sharehouse, also in a nicer neighbourhood. I like listening to music, and sometimes going to gigs (mainly indie rock, electronic), films, op-shopping, video games, and pretty much all forms of pop culture. I'm clean, relaxed and easy going, and a non smoker. I've lived in several share houses before, so plenty of experience. I can move ASAP, and would hope to be staying long term.
We own our own home in Mt Martha and now both work full time in city . We would generally be in town 4-5 nights a week - weekdays and at our home in mt Martha on weekends. We are both health care professionals and live a healthy lifestyle. Love to garden cook gym and Netflix . All round good guys.
Hi, my name is Ajay and I am a full time student working full time hours. I am currently studying business at Vic Uni and work most evenings. I am a very clean and tidy person and love to socialise being fully aware that everyone needs their own space. I prefer to live outer city suburbs (or cbd). I am a very easy going person and would also be interested in teaming up for a new lease.
Currently studying Master of Agriculture at the University of Melbourne. Looking for a quite place to call my own for the next 6 months+. I tend to be very particular with keeping the house neat and tidy so a messy house will not be a problem. Love hiking , catching up with friends and binge watching tv shows.
PhD Student at Melbourne University moving across from Adelaide. Clean and relatively quiet but does like to socialise.
Hi! I am Nicolas, a French Graphic Designer working full time in Southbank and I would be delighted to live near Carlton area, North Melbourne or even south Melbourne. I am tidy, adore great wine and great conversation. I love out door activities, bike riding, climbing, swimming...
HEY GUYS! Katie, 18, carpenter. I'm super fun but also enjoy relaxing by myself. I'm the girl with a Jeep Wrangler and loves anything adventurous. I have had to look after myself since 14 so I’m not your typical 18 year-old as I’m extremely independent. I’m more then happy to help out with cooking as I enjoy making yummy food and I clean up after myself. I worked at Grill'd for over a year so i can make the best burgers you'll ever eat! Don't smoke Allergic to cats LOVE DOGS I'm looking for a house with a few people in it that are positive, friendly and would see each other as a friend, not just people who rent rooms in the same house! I'm super happy all the time and just love having a laugh.
My name is Vincent, working full time as a Grad Engineer and am looking for a new place to stay starting from the 10th of June. My work hours are generally 9-5. If I were to describe myself as a flatmate it would be that I am very considerate, approachable, easy going and always down to meet new people. I also love animals and don't mind living with them, so definitely a plus if you have any :) I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities from board games, gaming and movies to camping, hiking, surfing, gigs and travel. If are interested to know more about me, or believe that I would be a good fit for your house please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks, Vincent
I'm a great cook and am clean. I'm getting masters full time and work online at nights. Not looking for a party place but am always up to share a drink or meal. My boyfriend lives over seas and I'm looking for a place he can visit for a week or two at a time every few months. Im looking for a team up if possible
Hi there, looking for a new place to live. Currently a full time student studying fashion and textiles merchandising and part time worker. Very friendly and bubbly, always up for a good chat. Also know how to respect peoples boundaries and privacy. If you feel i'm a good match hit me up. Currently have to give 4 weeks notice at my current place, so anything with a move in around that time is perfect for me!
We are a young easy going, fun, polite couple. We both work full time in the city - Renee is a Store Manager and Jason is a service advisor (both working long hours). We are both massive foodies and enjoy socialising when we can. We are clean, tidy and respectful. We are available to move out as of now. If you would like to know anything else please do not hesitate to contact us :)
Hey! I'm 27 yo and work full time in the finance industry in CBD. I currently live in Kensington and as my lease is expiring soon, its time for me to start looking for a new place. I'm looking to team up to get a place on lease. Kensington/ Flemington (plus surrounding suburbs) is the area I'm looking to stay. About myself - my work routine keeps me very busy during the week. After coming home I like to put my feet up and watch tele/ netflix. I like to maintain a gym routine too. Over the weekends, I hang around with friends, apart from that some cooking and chores are part of the routine. I'm sober, but love to do sheesha occasionally. I clean after myslef and I'm mostly quite. I respect other's privacy too. I'm hoping to find a housemate/ girl pal who shares mutual interest, doesn't mind sitting down for a meal together once in a while, can tag along to the gym, is clean and respect my space as well. :) Cheers!
Hi everyone, My partner and I are both respectful, responsible 19 year olds that are mature for our age. We are both currently unemployed but can both assure we can pay for rent and bills and are actively looking for work. Despite our age we are very quiet and would prefer a night in on the couch than going out every weekend so there is no need to worry about us coming in late every weekend. Thank you for your time and we are forward to hearing back from anyone with an offer.
We are a couple with a 9 month baby. Very quiet, we love to cook, our baby is very cute and silly. We like to share babecue and just talks
Hello, my name's Josh! I've been couch surfing in Melbourne for a month after moving interstate from NSW and would really like to settle down and find a permanent home. I'm a first year science student studying full time at Monash Uni. I'm a friendly, easygoing, sociable guy but am also respectful of others' privacy and while I'm up for a chat I also enjoy some downtime like anyone else. I realise the responsibilities involved in living with others and am a very clean, tidy and reliable person, contributing my fair share to ensuring the place is in good condition and rent is paid on time. Lover of all animals and would be totally down to live with pets of any kind. Am open to living with any and all kinds of people but would prefer to live with other students or people around my age. As I'll have uni nearly everyday it's quite important that public transport is nearby, and it would be especially amazing if I could find a place close to the Clayton campus. Also open to start/join a group of others looking for housing - send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or if you have a room available and thanks!
Hi there! I'm Jen, I am a 31 y/o high school English teacher at a school out in the west. I am living in Kensington at the moment and love the area, but my current place has no outdoor area so I am looking to upgrade to somewhere that does! I've lived in sharehouses, so know how to be a considerate house mate - not too loud, not messy, I don't eat other people's food etc. I'm looking for a home where I can chill out, with house mates who do their own thing, but who I can also have a wine/tea/brunch with from time to time. When I'm not working I do a lot of yoga, enjoy cooking, reading, netflix, bushwalking, gigs, food - all the typical inner-melbourne interests! I travel quite a lot in school holidays, and recently lived overseas for 12 months, but am happy to be back living in Melbourne. If I sound like the sort of person you'd like to live with, get in touch! =)
Hello, FlatMatties! I am an international student living in Melbourne from last month. I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at collins street. I am looking for a place cheap to live. and I am pretty much comfortable with room share or flatshare option. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and don't have any racial/ religious/ nationality/ gender preferences. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. As I am new in the city I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation with a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere in the CBD area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 15th May and by 15th June I will be going to Canberra for 4-6 weeks. So it will be nice if something can be figured out regarding my vacations in that period otherwise I will be notifying you 2 weeks before moving out.

Hey there! My name is Shaek (pronounced shake) and I am a 20 year old currently residing in Sydney however moving to Melbourne for approx 1 year for work and to also experience life away from the bubble of my current city. Im not the best at selling myself, but here it goes. Being the eldest of 5 children, I have a strong understanding of personal space as well as overall cleanliness and am very responsible and dependable. Majority of the time I like to keep to myself but am always up for a laugh and love listening to people talk. I am known to be an extremely relaxed and laid back person so I can assure you that there will be no conflict over mundane issues. I am an avid reader and often tend to lock myself in the room, so some days you may not even hear a peep. Fishing is another hobby I seriously enjoy as well as eating at places with great reviews, socialising with friends, having a drink or 10, watching movies and other things. Although I am only 20, I believe I am able to get on with people of all ages and back grounds as I like to think I am quite open minded and have been told by many that I have great mannerisms and professionalism. Thanks for reading and let me know if you'd be interested in me being a new member of your home.
We are conscientious, fun-loving and mature sharehousers with our heads screwed on straight and good senses of humour. Tidy, pay rent on time, respect your space - all the basics. We love to cook and share space with like-minded people, appreciate a good film with housemates (Emma wants to do a monthly film night) and create a warm and cohesive household.
