German Masters student at the University of Melbourne, into sports, reading, going out to restaurants, bars, cinema, museums and hanging out with friends. Clean and tidy and looking for the same.
Hey! I'm Adrian, 22, an international student from Mexico coming to study at the Melb Uni for 6 months. I'm a pretty chill, polite, and friendly dude looking for a good, tidy, and social place to live in my stay. I'm really excited to meet the Australian customs and live new experiences, so keep in touch!
A bit about myself, I am a quiet and neat girl working full time. Will not be at home most of the time. I am friendly and love to chat, but also like my own space. Like a clean house and quite an environment. :) Professional, clean and laid back person.
Bearded fellow heading down to Melbourne to do my PhD in social psychology at the University of Melbourne. I am looking for a private room in a 2-3 bedroom place, paying max 200 per week, and within a 10-min cycle or 30-min walk from UniMelb Parkville campus. My Favourite thing: Books - so points if you are a reader, and extra points if you read wanky things like literature, philosophy, history, etc. Peace and quiet: Being a reader/graduate student I am a big fan of peace and quiet - so if you are the kind of person that watches a lot of TV (loudly) or listens to a lot of music (loudly), we probably aren't for each other. Having said that, I like a beer/wine/whisky as much as the next guy and will always be prepared to crack one open come weekend. Cleanliness: I am a pretty clean person and really appreciate a clean place (particularly kitchen and bathroom). Not immaculate - just not at the point where your only recourse is to start sweeping the carpet. If you are 7.5/10 clean, then I am happy. Music: Everything from Nirvana to the Opera - Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical, etc. - not that into rap or RnB. Shows: Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Curb your Enthusiasm, etc I'm mind blanking. Other hobbies: include indoor rock climbing, hiking, dogs, Wes Anderson films, Humphrey Bogart, bars, trying new beers and wines, musicals, being weirdly into Disney, and nostalgically contemplating (though no longer playing) video games. I am also hoping to get into the AFL when I get down there. Smoking: I do smoke, but conscientiously, always outside, and rarely more than 5 per day. P.S. I am not moving to Melbourne until October 2017 - please do not contact me for arrangements that have to start before October. Cheers, Brodie
Hey there, we're a couple looking to move close to CBD as one of us is currently studying at UniMelb and I plan to enroll there for the next academic year. Our focus is on a budget place in a safe area, close to public transport, since we're working part-time and studying. Ideally a place with own/ensuite kitchen & bathroom, since sharing and time-management with others may not be possible for us as students. Furnished or semi-furnished is fine. We're both pretty low-maintenance, outgoing and love exploring new places, but otherwise happy to stay home and study/read. Neither of us drinks or smokes.
Hey there! Looking to either move into an existing flat or start a team up and find a flat with 2-3 others. I'm a registered nurse moving to Melbourne from chch ,New Zealand to work in the Royal Children's Hospital on the 2nd of October so would ideally like to have a flat sorted before then. I am Down for good Chat / banter and hanging out with flatmates, but am also respectful of people's privacy! I enjoy going out but am just as happy with a good chat over a meal! I love fitness and food and outdoor activities- walking and hiking and exploring new places ! I'm looking to make Friends in a flat not just share a space as I will be new to the country. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of other flatmates. No smoking please 😄 If You think we would Be a good fit , Hit me up !
I enjoy watching tv series, having a good chat over coffee or wine, food works great too! Laid back and generally a quiet person, but I do get chatty once I warm up to people. Working full-time as a customer service consultant.
Looking for somewhere closer to work as my commute is currently 4hours per day. I work in Parkville area so anywhere around there would be great. I work 12-13.5 hour shifts which makes me a pretty quiet house mate as I am either not home or a sleep. I'm clean and tidy, love to chat about anything and everything and really laid back. I very respectful of others privacy and of my environment I live in. Kiwi born Polynesian residing in Australia for six months so don't have a lot of luggage to bring with me so no hassle and no stress lol
hi! guy i'm a girl who like outgoing join the gym love makeup and music stuffs. i like to meet new people and easygoing person. please let me know if you like to share house with me contact me at
I'm a first year student studying Psych and Criminology at University of Melbourne. I'm into video games, anime and TV shows and if i'm not doing any of those, i'm probably studying or napping. I'm also really into art (drawing and painting) and I love animals! I'm super easy going, clean and I'm happy to hang out and have a chat or watch a movie every now and then. I can also speak Japanese (which is pretty cool imo). I also have a cert 3 in child care, and hoping to get a part-time position when I return. I'm currently in Queensland visiting my family I'll be back on the 23rd July - I'm hoping to be able to move in when I get back. I'm not fazed on whether or not a place is furnished, and I'd prefer to stay around 5/6 months, as I'm most likely going to be heading back to Queensland for Christmas holidays mid December. Any suburb within a 30 minute tram/train ride from Uni/CBD would be fine for me. My max budget is about $170 - $180 with bills included. I may have my 2 bffs or my parents visit me for a holiday, so I'd prefer housemates that would be okay with that! Thank-you! :)
Hello! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I'm a mature, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups. I'm a creative type that loves to read, watch live music, and kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room, relatively close to public transport. Unfortunately the place I had lined up has now fallen through. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you!
I am from Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. In Melbourne just for 3 months and my course (marketing and communication) will start next month (july). Yes, I am a 37 years old student (never is so late!) I am easygoing person and organize and looking for 1 private room to keep this big challenge alive.
Been living in Auckland for the past year now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT; going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
Hi, My name is Oliver Muller, I am a pretty relaxed and social person, I have lived in many share houses before and always get along with housemates. I am considerate and tidy. I work full time, and will often be out on weekends.
Hi there, I am looking for a new apartment to live in and take out a lease with one other. Looking for a small share with one other or a couple and an ensuite. I like health, fitness and cleanliness and I pay bills on time. When I am home like to feel like I am home, and prefer to be around some trees or near a park! I am currently finishing some Post Grad studies and I work freelance. I have references and a rental history and all furniture if needed - but fridge could need updating! prefer 2 bed/2 bathroom - NO DRUGS of any kind. Thanks :)
Hi, my name is Tessa. I am a 29 yr old female, Australian. I will be studying engineering full time at Melbourne Uni for the next 3 years and need accomodation. Also work part time as a nurse. I prefer a relaxed environment to live in so I can easily study at home. I am usually a very sociable person but will likely be very busy with study during uni semesters. I am easy going and open to suggested cleaning rosters etc..
I'm Kane, I'm a 26 year old Zoology graduate who works full time at telstra at the moment. I'm extremely tidy and have been living with housemates from when I was 19. I'm looking for something long term as my current housemates are getting their own places. I'm very considerate of others and clean up very diligently, love to head to a good bar but also like to chill at home as well. Would love to find something awesome out there :)
I'm a student that's moving to Melbourne soon and looking for somewhere to stay. I'll be studying my JD at Melbourne Uni so am looking for somewhere close by or with good public transport options. I have lived in share houses before and am easy to get along with!
Hi there! My name is Abi and I'm a Melbourne-born and raised girl. I'm in my mid-20's and am a professional working full-time in the health sector. I'm quite down-to-earth and I am considerate, reliable and responsible and I like to maintain a clean and tidy space. I do shift work so I appreciate my downtime but I am always open for a chat and to hang out as well. My interests include keeping fit and active so on my days off it wouldn't be a surprise to find me away from the city and out in nature on a hike. Otherwise, I'll be out eating because I also love food! If you would like to know more please don't hesitate to contact me :) Abi

Hi, my name is Ajay and I am a full time student working full time hours. I am currently studying business at Vic Uni and work most evenings. I am a very clean and tidy person and love to socialise being fully aware that everyone needs their own space. I prefer to live outer city suburbs (or cbd). I am a very easy going person and would also be interested in teaming up for a new lease.
I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Moved to this side of the world last year after working as an entertainer on cruise ships all around the world. Now I'm studying 2 days a week and working the rest of the time as a barista, so good coffee will always abound wherever I go :) I'm extremely clean and respectful of other people's space and time. I'm pretty independent but don't mind sharing a few drinks and meals if my housemates are up for it.
Hi, me (Yash) and Eishica are students at RMIT University who just landed in Melbourne. We're around 22-23 years old. We're looking for a nice little house/apartment in and around the city, in the suburbs. We've known each other for a couple of months and can vouch for each other being pretty fun people. Not exactly party people, but always up for a quick chat/drink. Looking forward to finding a home for ourselves.
Flying from the Philippines to Melbourne in July for post graduate studies in UniMelb. I'm also looking to do part-time work. I love traveling and taking long walks or hikes. Generally laid-back but definitely enjoy indulgences once in a while.

I'm a 30 year old Scottish guy working full time near Southern Cross looking for a furnished room for a couple of months. I'm currently living in a house share but looking to move closer to the CBD. I usually spend my weeknights going to the gym and watching Netflix, then going out at the weekend. I'm not looking for a party flat.
We are two friends looking to move out of our current house and into a new one! A bit about us: Meghan: I'm originally from Sydney, but I moved to Melbourne this year for a graduate job. I work full time in R&D in the Docklands. I love a glass of wine and a chat after my day at work, and I am keen to explore Melbourne and discover what this city has to offer. I'd love to be part of a house that can be like a family and occasionally do things together like watch movies/cook/visit the markets or cafes. I'm also looking to join a gym/yoga soon to counteract the pasta that I cook twice a week. Laura: I'm a full time Bachelor of Communications student at RMIT. I'm from country NSW and I'm a fairly laid back girl who provides an endless supply of terrible banter and loves to chill. I love my study and my sport so I spend a lot of time away from the house or in my room, however I am so down for a night of shenanigans here and there! I love communal TV watching and I can't wait for this season of the Bachelor. I am a die hard animal enthusiast so if you have pets I will volunteer as pet sitting tribute.
Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
I am currently looking for a quiet location on my own to allow me to fully concentrate on completing a degree in social work. I am a quiet and respectful tenant and my pet is a small, very calm, cat.
We are both pretty chill, and like to keep the general house clean. We both enjoy video games, and are easy to talk to, get along with and we are more then happy to hang out.
I'm relaxed, easy going. Pay attention to cleanliness but I'm not over the top. I enjoy socialising but also respect and value privacy. I have a passion for health and fitness... and a passion for beer and wine. Life is all about balance 😊
I am looking for a private , furnished, decent and modern property preferably en-suited with bathroom and kitchen . I am IT Professional , non-smoker , super clean and have no pet .
Hey! I'm a 33 - year old psychology student, studying over at Victoria University in Footscray Park campus. I like to do a bit of cooking, and would love to have a team cook-out with my flatmates or other similar shenanigans. For my free time, I'm mainly focusing on my studies, and going to the gym. I value cleanliness and consideration above all else. Looking for like-minded individuals who want to live in a clean, calm (especially at night-time), and pleasant environment. I don't have too much of my own stuff, so I'm ideal for households that don't want the property to be crammed with different items. Also for that reason I'm looking for a furnished room. Drop a message and lets have a chat. :)
Hi, I am Steph! I am 27 and a master student at the University of Melbourne. I used to work in technology consultancy and now a full- time student in business school again. I am a down to earth person, who enjoys outdoor activities, Si-Fi movies, readings in economics. I enjoy having conversations with my flatmates and would like to go for a drink occasionally with my friends and you. At the same time, I also appreciate the mutual respect between us. Ideally, I am looking for more mature flatmates, who are beyond 25, since the life-stage will be similar. I am not a party person and become more and more health concerned as I am getting elder LOL. I love pets and fashion a lot, too. Well, that's basically me! I am looking for places in inner-sub, since my uni will finish soon, it is time to move from the city!
Hello, I'm a professional, work full time 9-5 as a commercial photographer. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Looking for shared accommodation with no more than 2 people (Ideally 2 bedroom house/apartment). Also, preferably close to the city or surrounding suburbs.
Hey I'm indonesian but pretty much have lived in Melbourne for almost 10 years now. Working full time in investments around the city. I'm easygoing and enjoy a good company but won't get to your space. Not much of a cook and I'm house-trained (haha) so promise I wont make any noise or a mess in the kitchen. I enjoy a good night out and travelling but honestly most days I just wanna be a couch potato and netflix binge all day. Prefer a flatshare so I can meet new people.
Hi! I am Mayura from Goa India and I recently moved to Melbourne to do my masters in international development at RMIT. I've lived in flatshares for 4 years now so I'm well aware of what it takes to make a house a home . I like helping out with household activities and make sure to clean up after myself. I also understand and respect peoples personal space, but never mind grabbing some lunch or drinks every now and then.
I am very responsible and abide by the house rules happily. I've just moved from the Gold Coast where I spent 6 months in the same house without ever having caused problems to neither any of the tenants nor the landlady. One of my few specifications is that it has all the bills and internet included in the rent.
