I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I understand that ones personal space and living environment needs to be respected. At the same time I am generally keen to hang out and have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a couple of friends over as I would like to do at times too, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
Looking to move from Canberra to Sydney in the New Year. Hoping to be close to or have easy access to the airport as I’m a flight attendant. I’m a clean tenant and have references available if required.
I am 25 years old from Perth who moved to Sydney to study 3 years ago. Right now I am working part time and am working towards a career in the film industry. I am very easy going and open to meeting new people. I get along with everybody and make friends easily. Living wise I am clean and often keep to myself. I am looking to live with people who are also easy going and friendly to dogs! (Not that I have one)
Hi! I am currently looking for a room to rent or a shared room to rent. I am a student and currently working part-time. I don't mind living further south (or anywhere) as long as it is near the train station (probably 500 meters max). Would prefer a private room but a shared room is still okay as long as it is not a bunk bed (bit of a light sleeper). If you have any rooms for me, please don't hesitate to message me! Thanks!
Im a chill person with high energy and a thirst for philosophy. First and foremost I'm community driven. I am part of the dance community and the E-sports community. I'm also competitive in both! I travel around during the year gaming and dancing nationally! I'm currently working in Duty Free Retail at the airport, which means I can sometimes be out early, but I'm usually at home on my off days chilling or out training in dance. I'm vegan and I usually practice meditation so I can be calm at home. But that doesn't mean I don't have a sense of humour. I'm always ready to be there for people, otherwise I'm doing my own thing allowing myself to always be learning something; building knowledge. Currently I'm looking for a place close to public transport as I don't drive. I'm looking for places closer towards both the airport and the city as I'm usually travelling in between, preferably an apartment thats easy to access near a train station. I'm also looking for potential teamups! Places I'd like to start a new share house / flatshare are in Mascot, Zetland, Alexandria, Sydney and Inner Sydney and Darlinghurst. Looking for people with around 300 PW For a 3 bed share or 350 for a 2 bed share.
Hi I’m Hana, 28 yrs old, from Taiwan. Working holiday! I have been working in a farm in Caboolture, and currently thought about my next stop! After farm life, I would like to stay in cities with convenient transportation nearby. I'm pretty excited about having more interactions with the locals and people all over the world, and experiencing more different kinds of jobs which can support my life here. (Therefore, I'm also looking for a decent job. If there's any, please let me know. Thanks!!) I'm kinda picky when choosing the place to stay.. - prefer a single bed to a bond bed (Private space is important.) - prefer a cozy and relaxing place better with less people (not accept ppl sleeping in the living room..) For being a good flatmate, there are some qualities of me: 1. I keep clean and tidy no matter where I stay or what I use. 2. I respect others' privacy (and need it from others, too). 3. I am real and honest with people, no stealing or lying.
Hi I'm Santhy - 28, work full time, chill, friendly. I'm looking to team up with two girls and rent a place together that we can make homely and drink a wine over the next ep of the bachelor. I'm pretty tidy, don't like clutter and like art deco style furnishings with a plant or two around. At home I like to cook at home, watch shows, docos, funny stuff. I like outdoorsy stuff and I am at the beach all the time in summer. Up for housemate hangs and netflix nights.
I am a sporty, friendly and a tidy flatmate! My week is usually jam packed, playing volleyball competitively and working full time at Crunch Fitness, so I am looking for a flat who also enjoy sports, and are hardworking too. However, I'm super easy-going, and just as happy going out for a dance, as I am quietly reading or watching movies. Looking to permanently relocate from Christchurch (in New Zealand) to Sydney, so would ideally be looking for anything longer than 6 months. Also super interested in healthy living (apart from the occasional pizza), mental health work and art. Thanks for reading! :)
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
I’m a professional do full time job near by the airport looking for a nice room and housemates. And I’m a tidy girl that will always take ur property as my own !
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
I’m international student non-smoker work part-time as an Accounting assistant, I will finish my studies at the end of the year, I’m a quite person and need a quite place.
I'm from Brisbane and am pretty easy to live with. I am clean and relaxed and happy to have a chat. I've lived in share houses before (up to 13 people but wouldn't want to do any more than 4) so I have no problem sharing space with others. I like being social, getting out and about and getting to know new people but I also respect people's privacy and enjoy having a quiet, lazy day. I like going dancing or visiting new foodie places. Love reading.
Hi, I'm Nadia. I work full time in the construction industry. Originally from Perth and I've moved to Sydney for work. I like cooking, games (both board games and video games), crafting and I'm a little dog-mad. I'm looking for a quiet chilled out house, I'm not really into crowds of people so I'm not interested in a party house whatsoever. However don't mind small gatherings. My family lives interstate and overseas so I'm looking for a place that won't mind the odd visitor every so often. I'm clean and quiet, but also up for having house meals or drinks.
I'm a shift worker at Sydney airport, looking for a place thats walking distance to the train. On my days off I'll be off to Melbourne to see my family. I'm a quiet person, tidy, cleans up after myself. I have no issues with pets. Looking for a quiet place, I like to watch V8 supercars and have a few beers, most of my time is stuck at work.

I work full time in the building industry. I enjoy playing guitar and piano but not loudly unless in the right venue. I smoke but only outside so would need a place with a veranda or outdoor area. I also need a garage or access to storage space to store my tools and a place to tinker with things, restore bicycles etc. I don't drink alcohol at all and would prefer to live with people who either don't drink or don't drink much.
I’m currently 20 years old and working at Sydney Airport as a flight attendant. I enjoy my own space but I also enjoy company with others, saying that I definitely won’t be jumping on top of you whenever you’re around. I work some early hours so a house hold where people can be respectful of others at all times is a must! I like a good chat and always willing to give a hand. I pick up after myself and as I said before, like my own space!

Mature single lady with professional career as an Executive Assistant in the CBD looking for quiet location near city or close to train line/bus station. Doesn’t drink, is quiet and keeps to ones self. Lived in most states of Australia, and originally from Sth Island New Zealand. Owns three rental properties in other states but moved to Sydney for work. Likes staying fit at the gym, swimming, bike riding, bush walking, camping, art and travel.
We are both extremely chill and fun people who love to meet new people but are also mindful of other people's space and place. Since we are both working full time, we want to rent our own space for comfort and privacy. If anyone has a great property please do let me know :) Thank you!
We are both really clean and outgoing Canadian girls looking for a flat with either 2 private rooms in a flat or 2 beds in a private room. We don’t land in Sydney until September 23; so are looking for a move in date close to that. We have jobs at the Sydney airport and will be working full time but are looking to meet others who are down to go for a pint and show us around Sydney. We are travelling across Australia on a working holiday visa. I (Kisi) have been to Australia twice before, but to Perth, I am really excited to get to see the east coast and meet some great people.. I (Chanté) have travelled to Barbados only, never been to Australia but am looking forward to experiencing it.
I value the privacy of others and likes to be quiet when just at home. Though I also like to party but prefer it done or attended elsewhere. I am organized with my things and I clean my space. I am a Pescatarian and can cook. I am also very frugal and I mind not consuming excessive electricity and water.
Hey, I'm Eric and I'm going to be starting full-time work at St George Hospital (Kogarah) as a Jr Doctor in Jan 2019, and I'm looking for flatmates or to join a share house somewhere near public transport. I'm clean and easy going, and happy to chip in on the cooking duties. In my spare time I'm into my gym, travelling, and feeding my caffeine addiction.
*Pretty please do not contact me for a shared room. I’m looking for a private room only* Hello! My name is Anne. I am a (very) quiet and (very, very) clean 27 year old. I work full time as a graphic designer during the day and by night I do quite a bit of freelance and personal design and illustration work. I am also very sociable and try not to spend so much time at home. I am agreeable and open-minded and looking forward to meeting my future housemates!
I am a very clean person who prides myself on respecting others and the space we live in. I also love to have a good time, and cooking is my specialty. I would love to make friends and explore Australia. If you’re ready for the female Canadian Gordon Ramsey I’m coming for you!
We are considerate, clean and easy people to get on with. We are used to sharing flats and we love being sociable but also have our own space sometimes. James is a great chef so you will profit from that :) I am from Germany and he is from Scotland.
