Hi, I'm moving from Canberra to Sydney by 15th July, and I am looking for a furnished room in a share house of maximum 3-4 people. I just finished my masters and soon would start internship (3 days a week) at an IT company in Sydney CBD. I work part-time at coles (I would do night shifts between 10-2 am). I'm extremely neat and tidy, and I like to keep house neat and clean all the time. I used to stay at UC Village with 4 other people, I understand meaning of sharing the apartment/house :) I would take online lecture during the day (around 1 hour), so I would like it quiet. I'm not party animal at all, but would like to catch up on drinks occasionally. In my spare time I love to workout and explore new places around the city. Plz text me if you think you got a place for me. Cheers :)

Hey - my name is Tim! I am moving from Brisbane to Sydney for work towards the end of July. I am looking to rent a room with a great housemate (or housemates!) close to the CBD (Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Potts Point, that sort of area). Ideally looking for something from $300 - $350 but happy to pay a little more if the place is awesome (max $420ish). A little about me: - I am a 27-year-old young professional who works for a tech company in the CBD - I am super easy to get along with and adaptable to the vibe of the house - A clean, tidy and respectful housemate - Love keeping fit and active, eating semi healthy and being adventurous on weekends - Enjoy having a few drinks on a weekend as well, but always respectful of other housemate/s - I travel a bit for work as well and sometimes work late, but when I am home happy to either socialise or keep to myself - Animal lover, but no pets of my own, so a house with a pet would be a nice bonus! Ideally looking for a housemate (or housemates) that have similar interests to me and roughly around the same age. Male or female is all good with me :) If you think you have a room that might be suitable I would love to chat to you and come check out your place. Cheers, Tim :)

Hi! I am a French graduate student in computer science, and I am doing a research internship at CSIRO (at the UNSW) until mid-August. I am a serious, hard-worker and calm person with many hobbies including taking photos, drawing and playing the piano. I would love to spend my 4 months in Sydney with some other students or young people of my age, and I intend to take advantage of my free time there to discover the city and possibly the country.
Hi, I come from Taiwan and will be a student at the University of Sydney. I had flatmates in Taiwan and Thailand, and respect others' personal space and privacy. I don't do parties; instead, I need quiet night for writing. I like cooking and always keep the kitchen clean. For exercise, I like swimming, jogging, and peddling, though quite clumsy.
Recently finished my studies and will be starting full-time work soon so looking for a place that I can call home. I'm 25, female, easy going and sociable with lots of experience in house sharing. I keep a fairly busy life but enjoy good company and the occasional banter/pizza/movie nights in. In my free-time I enjoy painting, coffee catch ups and being outdoors. I enjoy animation (though not limited to), eating and board games. Looking to live with professionals in their mid-20 to 30s. I am hoping to find a place by mid/latest end-August though this may be earlier so date is flexible till December so 5/6 months.
Hi, I'm James, 24 from England. Me and my friends are looking for a place to live in sydney. Very friendly and tidy people looking for our own place preferably.
We are both pretty chilled, and are working in agencies at the moment. Both from the UK and have been in Sydney for a couple of months. We like to hang out with friends, go on walks, have a few drinks, cinema, generally explore different areas, as well as staying in cooking/watching films.
Friendly, respectful and sociable. I'm currently working full time within recruitment. I enjoy the gym, getting out and about exploring the city and beyond. Always on the lookout for something new to try. From Suffolk in England.
Hello, I am a Danish student from Brisbane who is moving to Sydney for four to five months starting July 1st, 2017. I am looking for accommodation since I will be during an internship in Surry Hills in Sydney as part of my Major Project of my Master Degree in Creative Advertising. I have been living in a shared house in Brisbane for a year now, and I find living with other people comfortable and, without a doubt, the best solution for me. Have a great day.
Hi! I'm Kate. I'm looking for a room! I'm mature-age (28) student, completing my last year of studies (environmental science) & working (retail) around it. I just spent a year living in Pamplona, Spain (as part of my degree) and I absolutely loved it there. Next year I'm hoping to enter the professional world! I like to keep busy, I am out of the house almost every day (work or classes) and I have a lot of other commitments including sport (Ultimate Frisbee, rock climbing) & volunteering (scouts). I'll probably be out of the house every second weekend, and maybe every second night. However, when I am home, I like to treat it like a home. I am pretty friendly so I will encourage chats in the lounge room and kitchen. I like to cook dinner and have a glass of wine, and I enjoy sharing those activities with my flatmates. I've been living in share houses for 8 years and for me, it's really important to be very respectful of each other in a share house. I like a house where common areas are clean and respected. We all live different lives but we share a home, so consideration and communication are key for me. I would be looking to move in anytime before 8th July (because on the 8th I'll be gone for two weeks on a Uni field trip exploring NSW).
