I'm a friendly private guy who is looking for a nice private room (minimum 2 to 3 months) or a studio (I'm willing to rent for 6 months). I'm looking for a place which is conveniently located closer to Sydney CBD. I'm going to start working full time from 1st week of August. I don't smoke or drink.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
French engineer working full time, new to Sydney :) I need to be close to T1 to get to work and off-street parking would be a plus ! Otherwise I am easygoing, tidy, clean but also funny and always up for a glass of wine ! I love cooking and I am definitely a cat person. Drop me a line !
I'm Anna, a Classics student from the UK and i'll be moving to Sydney for a year as an exchange student at Uni of Sydney. I am looking to live in a private room within a shared house, ideally with students or others of a similar age. I will be arriving in Australia on the 19th July and hope to move in asap once I arrive. Since it's going to be my first time in Australia, I'm keen to live with sociable, adventurous people who are happy to introduce me to some great spots around the city/country or come and discover some with me! I am a very clean and organised individual with a straightforward, no-drama attitude to life. I like skiing, climbing and ballet and relaxing with friends over good food and gin!
Hi everyone, what males me great to live with? ...Good question! I'm gonna say like everyone that: I'm nice, discret and tidy But I also: Love talking Herbalism, want to discover Sydney, love good beer and wine, love k=hicking and yoga, eat almost no meat, try the zero waste way of life... But the best is to speak with people directly,no? So don't hesitate to contact me if you have so questions
Hello! I’m a 24 year old Swede coming to Sydney for postgraduate studies at University of Sydney for one semester. For me it’s important to stay with social people I’m having a good time with rather than everyone minding their own business. I enjoy travelling, watching movies/series, reading, having a beer/glass of wine, working out, going to the beach. As a person I’m easy going, extrovert and tidy. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers William
Hi, my name is Fabian and I am an exchange postgraduate student at Macquarie University from July through November. Originally, I am from Munich but currently I am living in Vienna where I study finance at the University of Vienna. I would describe myself as quite uncomplicated, clean and easy to get along with. During my time in Sydney, I intend to spend most time studying and discovering Australia. Although, I keep to myself most of the time, I like going out for a beer (typical Bavarian 😉) or having a good time with friends. Preferably, I'd like to share a house/flat with other students. I'm coming to Sydney on the 19th of July and would like to move in ideally before the 26th of July. I am looking for a flat near Macquarie University or in an area that's not too far from campus or which has a good connection via train or bus to uni. It would be great If you are interested or have any questions, leave me a message! 😊
Hey, my name is Kathi and I currently live in Karlsruhe, a city in the southwest of Germany. From end of July to the beginning of November, I will move to Sydney for a semester abroad at the UTS. Here in Germany, I study physics but at the UTS I will probably attend some economic lectures because I'm also interested in that. My hobbies are doing sports, especially beach volleyball and fitness, reading and solving sudokus. I already have made experiences with sharing a flat since I currently share a flat with two other students here and I enjoy it a lot since living alone is boring in my opinion. I also enjoy baking and cooking with others :) Hope to hear from you, Kathi
- A business student of USYD - Extrovert - Traveler - Chef in the making - Fitness enthusiast - Live a healthy lifestyle - Like my personal space but would love to get a beer or whiskey over the weekend and chill
Melbournian making the shift to Sydney for a new job. I lead an active lifestyle - I enjoy going to the gym and playing several sports. In my down time I enjoy reading, music and drinking with friends. I try to keep myself busy, but I am keen to share the occasional meal or drink with my future housemates.
Hi there! My name is Matthew and I am a Dutch student from Amsterdam. From the 6th of August I am going to do my internship at a PR, marketing and communications company in Redfern. I am looking for accommodation with friendly roommates until the end of the year, so for 5 months. I am a tidy and clean 23 year old guy who loves to socialize and talk about everything. My hobbies are traveling, hanging out with friends, football and cooking. My favorite dish is risotto with mushrooms, and I would love to make it for my coming roommates :) The reason that I am moving to Sydney is because of my study. I am free to go abroad and do an internship, and I have heard a lot of good stories about Sydney so I am really excited to go! Please feel free to contact me to see if we are a good match. Cheers, Matthew
Hi! Based on my previous experiences (lived for 6 years with either 1 or 2 roommates on 3 continents) I'd consider myself pretty clean, organised and like to have a beer or two with my flatmates. I'm more looking on a social apartment and not one where people don't speak to each other. Because I'll study at UTS I would prefer also students from there :) Oh, and another friend of mine (F, 25) will also start studying with me. She's amazing and so if there's room for two she might also rent a room. Basically I'm an easy going flatmate who wants a nice, furnished room and for that I offer a nice flatmate w/o making any troubles ;) Super open for having a Skype session or meeting in real life (I arrive in Sydney on the 20th). Hope to hear from you :)
Hi ! I'm a student coming to Sydney to discover new cultures and people. I'm open-minded, friendly and I want to share my hapiness with people. I'm tidy and cleany. I love cinema and drama and I'm studying foreign languages applied to business in France.

I have been living in Sydney for almost two years, I work full time and currently I am in the look for a private room for my girlfriend and me who will be moving soon to Sydney. I would like to find a place where we can both enjoy and have some quiet time, but also have fun with our new flatmates and have some social time. We are a clean, organized and easy going couple.
We have just relocated from Melbourne for new job opportunities; I am working as a Purchasing & Administration Officer and Courtney will be starting shortly as a Leasing Consultant. We’ve lived in Melbourne all our lives, most recently living in a 3 bedroom share house for the past year. We are looking for somewhere to call home that we can enjoy with our housemates. We enjoy spending time with everyone but also respect privacy and alone time. We also like to clean and keep everything tidy. We aren’t party people and prefer a night in to a big night out but also enjoy going out for dinner or for a few drinks. We enjoy going to the footy, movies and brunch. I play Tennis and aim to join a club close to home. We will both look to try playing some new sports as well.

I am a 33y.o. Australian and Spanish dual citizen raised in Spain since I was four and back to Australia after having worked in Madrid for five years in a Big4 as a business IT consultant. I have lived in Sydney for the last four years now. I am a quiet but social person, clean and non smoker, reliable and trustworthy with no pets. Easy going and very respectful person who has been sharing since I was eighteen. I'm open minded and very tolerant. I have lived in different countries other than Spain and Australia, as in Ireland, US and Peru... I am looking for a double room ensuite in a shared flat in the City to move in along this month. Important things to me are having a supermarket and train/buses nearby, a decent wardrobe, as well as sharing with a friendly flatmate who is not a home-party guy, but who would like to go out for a drink or brunch some weekend time to time. I am not a kind of person who brings people at home. Currently I am working for a global tech company providing b2b services for the Airline industry; and my office is located in Haymarket. To sum up, what I am looking for is: - A house or unit (specially a unit) in the CBD or within city's fringes as Pyrmont, Redfern, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst... and not beyond Waterloo, Camperdown, Paddington. - A double room with ensuite or own bathroom (only for me, not a couple) - To share with one more person or not more than two people. - I am aiming to pay not more than AUD $400 pw but can consider up to AUD $430 Please don't contact me for any listings that do not meet the criteria above. Thank you. David
Hi! My names Ben, British working in Aus. I have just relocated from Melbourne to Sydney for work and looking for a place in the CBD, my office is on Pitt Street so don't want to live more than 20min train/bus from there. I'm a young insurance professional managing commercial claims for Lloyds of London. Am more than happy to live with people and have been for years, plenty of references from previous landlords and flatmates who will only have pleasant things to say of me! I'm a bit of a workaholic and love my job but will be more than happy to get to know my fellow flatmates and kick back on the weekends!
Hello there! Just arrive here in Sydney. Ready to move in anytime :) I'm Jay from South Korea, an English major student :) I'm totally new to this country and I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to share not only a house but also life in general. I would gladly have a chat, watch film, share some food or hang out together but respect privacy. I'm a tidy and open minded person, and already have some experience sharing flats in the past. So please feel free to send me a message. I will write down few things about me below. If you like any of them, I'm already your best friend ;) - Meeting new people - Working out - Trying new food or experience - Studying French and Portuguese(still really horrible though) - Currently into making video Looking forward to hearing from you Cheers, mate!
