I'm friendly and approachable, I value communication and respect. Happy to be social with housemates and share a meal and have a chat. I have made some great friends over the years in share accommodation. I also enjoy my alone time. I like a tidy living space. I am reliable with rent/bills. I work part-time as a barista, mostly on weekends. I have been with the same employer for 3 years. I am also in my 3rd year of a full-time psychology degree at UON, currently undertaking a research scholarship and volunteer as a youth mentor-therefore I am not home a lot. In my spare time I love going to the beach, bush walking and live music.

Hi, Looking for a quiet place. (Unfurnished) I mainly keep to myself. Im into art and craft. I work as a cleaner so dont mind keeping the place tidy. Studying and hoping to move into something else. Just not getting along with my partner. There is unresolved issues getting in the way. Still on talking terms. But I just want space away from it. Tessa

$250/week•42 year old female
Hi, I'm a 42 year old girl who moved up from the Inner West in Sydney at the end of 2019 when the opportunity came knocking for a beach break and to live solo for a while, at the same time moving closer to family who have all moved up to the Central Coast over the last few years. Unfortunately the house I'm currently in has been bought by developers and is going to be levelled and have villas built in the next couple of months. I'm a homebody these days, like most of us. I've started studying Vet Nursing online and will be working pt time in a clinic again soon, when restrictions lift. I'm independent, friendly and not allergic to housework or making sure the bins get put out. I have a very clever little 7year old female puppy (Poodle x maltese). She doesn't shed, is totally house trained and can stay with family if I'm away and she she can't come with me. I love taking her to the beach on daily walks! I listen to music or interviews with interesting people while painting or pottering in the gardening, this is my headspace time. I watch docos and binge on good shows with a glass of wine when on a break from assignments. I can move any time within the next 3 months, but would prefer to find some where sooner rather than later.

I am quiet, and keep to myself most of the time. I do like the occasional glass of wine, or social bonding over a board game or Netflix movie. I like to keep active so try make it to the gym/for a swim 2-3 times a week. At the moment I am doing online HIIT/pilates sessions to keep active since the Rona lockdowns. Work is currently on hold but income still being received. Normally work as a full time veterinarian with shift hours that change weekly. I do not work night shifts. I have a car so will need somewhere to park it while I am not using it, but this doesn’t have to be off-street if none is available. Move in date is flexible at the moment - I’m in no rush - would prefer to find somewhere I’d love to live.
