Im looking for a granny flat or studio for myself. Will only consider a room in a sharehouse if it is living with one person only. I am a full time shift worker with the goverment and am into health and fitness. I'm easy going and social but enjoy my alone time as well.
Need 1x off-street parking spot for my car. Not looking a party house, I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. I work full time in the Brisbane airport, so, a house within 30 min from the airport. Happy to pay upto $300 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, a granny flat, or even renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
clean tidy house proud respectful of others privacy and lifestyle choices. never late when paying bills.I'm from perth been in Brisbane for work but now looking to stay.if possible would prefer a furnished or semi furnished room and live with 2-3 people at most.I work hard and like to relax when I'm home so I'm not looking for a party house either.
Joseph and i are very easy to get along with. Joseph has been living in brisbane for 3 years working a fulltime job and i recently moved here. I am a classical dancer and Joseph plays guitar.
Really postive thinker, solution maker not a problem promoter. Spend most of my time working at lite n easy in Banyo and spend most my weekends enjoying my hobbies or studying Japanese. Striving to become a entreprenuer.
Heya! My Names Tegean and I'm currently in a rush looking for a room as my parents are moving out of Brisbane next month and sadly, it's time for me to adult. :( Little bit about myself; i'm a very friendly and well-kept person, I love watching the footy and old movies and animals. I work full time so i'll be gone from 5:30am-5:00pm weekdays. If you think we'd be a good fit please don't hesitate to contact me!
21yo Engineering and Business university student. Looking to move out of home for the first time, would like to move in hopefully someone similar age as i want a place where i can be friends with roommates and not just roommates. Generally very clean, out-going guy who spends a majority of his time procrastinating and doing uni work.
Hi there currently living very, very northside, looking for a furnished room near the airport due to work. I'm full-time employed at the BIA, tidy, get along with a variety of people of all ages and respect others' privacy. I enjoy quiet times but also spend time with friends, family on days off, brunching, drives up the coast, hikes/ walks, movies, discovering new cafes etc I've previously owned my own home so I value other people's property. I've also shared homes with flatmates, so no stranger to sharing bills, space etc Having lived in the area before, I'm looking to come back after holidaying in Europe & then staying with family. Cheers :D
Clean, tidy, quiet, house-broken and looking for the same. I have a sick aunt at Chermside who I spend some time with and run errands for when I can, so I prefer a place in Chermside to get around easily with that- along with the supermarket and transport all being in the same place. I'm independent and easy going. Currently doing a Master's due to finish mid 2018 and then return to full time work if all goes according to plan with some other factors. I'm friendly but also have my own schedule, priorities and responsibilities. Looking for people who don't take offence to this and aren't looking for a new bestie to hang out with on the couch every night and all weekend lol. I enjoy a meal, a chat, a movie etc when I can. Looking to move urgently at the moment as a place I had lined up unexpectedly fell through via a short text message with 24 hrs to go before moving. I'm fine to take a place long term but prefer shorter stays initially up to 6 months to get an idea if we'll suit. It really depends on the other people, what they're like to live with, considerations, etc- it's a mutual thing. :-)
I am pretty laid back, I have been currently renting the property I live in for over 2 years but the owner wants to move back in. I work full time 12hr shifts so not home much, I just like to chill out Netflix, read etc. I'm not a party person and don't drink apart from occasional glass of wine to relax. I don't do drugs at all!! I do have a small Maltese dog Minty who is 12yrs old and a 1yr old cat Harley. If dogs are an issue Minty can stay with my parents. I do have furniture that can be stored but I am weird in that I prefer my own bed :). Generally I am pretty easy going and go with the flow and just to say I will respect your house and treat it as my home. I just want somewhere I can come home and relax and not worry about drama.
Easy goin, stick to myself, work alot, clean up after myself, tidy, clean up after my Narla she's my cattle dog x (doggy doo) and my best friend. Pay rent on time every week.
I'm clean, tidy, reliable with money and very quiet. I am looking for a room to rent as I need to be closer to my hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital in chermside. I am moving from Grafton nsw where I have been renting a single room unit by myself paying rent and bills.
Quiet professional who is moving for personal reasons. Very hospitable, friendly, and always up for an engaging conversation. I don't mind who I stay with, as long as I have privacy when I need it. I am very respectful of others - whether that be viewpoint or lifestyle. It really doesn't bother me. I also don't mind a very social household as long as I get an invite!
Hi guys! I'm a brazilian 23 male living in Brisbane for more than one year, looking for a room in a house with funny flatmates. I work full time and study twice a week, I appreciate a beer after working and watch some movies or play games.
Have just returned to Brisbane after working for 6 months in hospitals throughout rural QLD. I am currently at university, studying social work part-time. I have put my availability down as June 1st for this ad but really I'm completely flexible with dates. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere that is 6 months or longer. I am a pretty laid back and chilled out person and I love cooking. Generally, I am a pretty chatty person (except when in deep study mode). I am a HUGE Marvel (both comics and movies) fan and am not much of a party person. I'm the sort of person that would rather have just a few close friends over than to be throwing parties.
I’m currently working full time in the city and would ideally like a modern apartment somewhere around Albion/Nundah with air conditioning and ensuite. Flexible on moving dates. I’m interested in teaming up with another female and looking at renting somewhere. I’m easy to get along with, tidy and fairly quiet but social once I get to know someone. I do smoke however I am respectful of others who don’t. Happy to meet up for a coffee to see if living together would work!
My name is James and I am looking for a place in the northgate area. I am currently working between the city and carseldine fulltime and usually duck back to the sunny coast on weekends. I am a pretty relaxed guy but always up for a chat. like to cook and also get to the gym when I can and consider myself to be pretty tidy.
I am looking to move anywhere within a half hour of the city, public transport is a must as I wont have my license until November. I keep my space tidy and always pay my bills on time. I enjoy cooking and will happily cook for the whole household on occasion. I come with a 6 year old female cat, she keeps to herself mostly and isn't a big fan of other cats. I spend my spare time on makeup, prosthetics and other little arty things. Looking for a place I can finally call home, been searching for somewhere comfortable for way too long.
Hi, I'm Ashley! I work full time at an office, and my partner Chris is a medical student. We are professional, and get to sleep fairly early during the week, but love to have a beer or two on the weekends and have a good chat. We are clean, respectful and quiet. Well okay, we are American, so I guess I'm only loud when I talk. We are from New Jersey and have been living in Brisbane for the past two years. I play guitar and sing, though I'm usually too tired after work and the gym to practice, so it's usually just weekend jams. Chris and I are pretty laid back- we enjoy ending the day with some TV, and we like to explore fun areas around Brisbane on the weekends, when Chris isn't in crazy exam mode. We sometimes have friends over, though is it usually on the weekend, if ever, because of our weekday schedule. We are happy with your guests over (I always love making a new friend!), as long as they are respectful and clean. We are moving back to the states in November, so we are looking for a place to call home for our last four months in Brisbane :)
