I work in hospitality which is upbeat& social so I can be a bit of an introvert outside of work. A fan of a cookup, glass of wine or two and a chat but am not interested in an over the top party house. Would like to live without drama with people who understand what it is to be friendly, relaxed, inclusive and can have a laugh in communal areas but also respect eachothers space. I do come with two young cats that are indoor/ outdoor, House trained, desexed, flea& worm treated.. you get it, responsible pet owner. Hope to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit for your humble abode 🌻 Looking to begin the lease at the end of September.
Hello! Recent homeowner changing it up after a few years of overseas travel and looking for a nice modern place to rent with another similar minded person (looking at places around $420-$600). I have all of my own new house furniture which I am happy to share! I work in the city as a professional and would like a place nearby. I have lived with others for the past 10 years and so I am familiar with social protocols like cleaning, noise and sharing. I enjoy socialising and would always be open to a drink or chat, however I'd respect your space. I value good speed internet, decent house space (shared and private) and our own bathrooms and carparks. Despite loving animals, I'd like to avoid pets for rental purposes. I am looking for a 9-12 month lease and would like someone on the same page. As I am under no time pressure, finding the right place/person is the priority. Ideally we'd find a place within the next month or so. Send me a message and let's discuss, Micheal
I’m easy going and friendly, looking to move out of home. I’m currently studying medical radiation at UniSA city east and working part time.
I’m a mature nurse and I’ve move to Adelaide to be with family. I’ve traveled a lot over the years and have a youthful attitude as well as a well developed sense of humour. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, whilst enjoying the company of others at times. I’m independent and self sufficient, but also caring and good company.
I am single, mature age, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere and am willing to share lease or take out lease on new property. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .

Hi my name is Bethanie and I am looking for a place to live with my boisterous son named Moritz. He is a grey and white desexed boy cat who loves to play and eat, and is partial to pats when he feels like them. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Art at the University of South Australia in the City West campus and will be starting my 2nd/3rd year in 2019. I often bring my art home, so I can provide many a decoration, and if you check out my instagram you can see some of the things I may end up doing when I move in. I am currently working as a swim teacher in Angle Park, so my ideal place to live wouldn't be too far from where I work and study. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, creating and going for walks. I am looking to live with people who I can communicate and spend time with in a happy and connected household.
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I'm looking for a place that is drug and smoking free :) I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of in December 2018. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I am currently working inUniSA. I lived in Brisbane and Adelaide . I am looking for a room to stay in. I am usually having busy life with working and trying to stay fit and active. Also I am enjoying playing soccer on weekends or tennis sometimes and I am always up to grab a coffee and have a nice chat. I am looking for a clean house to move in. I rather to stay in a flat with maximum 2 housemates. However, I may consider the other houses if they are quite and clean enough. In my previous places i always stayed over 1 year. Please shoot me a message if you have any tempting offer for me. Cheers, Hamid
I am studying Early childhood Education and I work at a childcare part-time and a pub on weekends. Although I am a busy person I do like my down time and sitting back watching t.v. With a glass of red or a beer. On my days off I will be at the gym, hanging out with friends and the occasional night out. I am very easy to get along with person who is tidy and respectful. I am looking to team up with somebody and find a nice apartment or house as I have all the furniture needed to fully furnish a house (not including other bedrooms). I look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi there, I am looking for a place in close proximity north/ north east of the city. I am a single male, non smoker, social drinker and great sense of humour. I have an adult Son that lives in his own home. I have a small business in Pooraka and spend my social time with my friends & family and focussed on restoring an old boat at Outer Harbour. I am very easy to get along with.
I am a 31 year old male, full-time Software Engineer from Adelaide. I spend quite a bit of time outside of the home for work and my hobbies. I swing dance or play music several nights a week. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others space.
I am outgoing and very social. I love all kinds of music, and enjoy playing the guitar (but not when others are sleeping). I am tidy, I don't smoke but do enjoy a beer on occasion. I also love to get out doors and exercise, however I have been recovering from a knee operation so haven't been able to do as much as I would of liked recently. I have a lot of experience living with other people. I studied Petroleum engineering and Commerce at the University of Western Australia, and lived in a residential college for most of that time. I have also just come back from a year in Brisbane, which I spent in a share house. I have also lived in share houses with friends for the summer holidays on most of the years I spent in Australia, while Uni was on break. I am very easy to get along with and also aware of respecting other peoples space and privacy.
Hello! I’m friendly, chilled, tidy and live a busy lifestyle. I work full time and play a lot of sport. Looking for a social household but always respectful of everyone’s space. Looking forward to meeting you!
Marian is an archaeologist from Western Australia and Julien is from France and works as a musician. Marian currently works at Flinders University. We're happy in a household with people from everywhere and anywhere. We like to socialise with our housemates, but are more than happy to keep to ourselves if you prefer that. Marian is partial to a truecrime netflix binge and is always ready watch with any housemates. We really like to cook, but we're very tidy and always clean up after ourselves. We both play instruments (flute, clarinet, piano) but have gotten very good at working our practices around other people, so no one is disturbed! We are super chilled out, respectful and really drama free to live with - can provide references to chillness ;P Will also provide free music lessons if anyone wants haha
Hi there! My name is Conor and I have just recently moved to South Australia from Queensland. I am currently working full time as a Sales Rep and casually as a bar tender as well. I'm looking for a place anywhere within 20-30 minutes of Adelaide CBD. I strongly believe in maintaining a clean and tidy household, and would also love to use this as an opportunity to get to know new people in a state I am brand new to! I generally like to socialise when living in a share house, but also understand and respect that there are some days people just want to go home and relax in their own space (As do I sometimes!). Really easy going, love to chat over a coffee or beer with some music playing, and love my sport and movies. Looking for somewhere as soon as possible, so if you or anyone you know is looking for someone new to their household, please let me know! Thanks!
Social, tidy, respectful, love cooking, love animals, working full-time in the city.
Hi, my name is Emma, I'm 39 and looking for new place to call home. I work fulltime and have been with the company 10 years. I am a smoker but I'm very understanding of those who don't and am very respectful and have never smoked inside before and never would I have to say. I am friendly, easy going, reliable, always up for a chat over wine or a good coffee. I am looking to move as my partner passed away 3 months ago and living where I am is lovely but difficult as its filled with memories. I have a roommate where I'm living now (my partner lived here also) so I'm very understanding about sharing space, being respectful of others and everyone doing their but to keep the home tidy. Please feel free to ask me any questions, I'm very open and honest. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I'm from Perth, looking for a place to stay in Adelaide for a few months for work. I will be in Adelaide during the weekends so I will be away most of the week. I'm clean, quiet, easy-going and looking forward to meeting you!
I love to get to know new people and can sometimes be very chatty, but I'm happiest when I can bury myself in making & researching stuff, books, music, and Netflix for hours on end. I'm a computer programmer so I'll always be happy to try and figure out why your phone is doing that weird thing :) I don't have any pets but absolutely love them. If you have a dog I hope you're okay if I fall in love with it! I'm not a big everyday cook, but I do love to bake - so I won't get in the way while you're trying to make dinner every evening, but there's usually always delicious biscuits about! I work in Norwood so hoping to find a place within walking/cycling distance. I don't have a car so parking is not a concern for me. Drop me a line, hope to meet you soon!

Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I'm looking for a new sharehouse to make a home! About me: I'm a vegan actor, coffee-lover, who is studying post-grad arts management and working part-time in hospitality. As an extroverted introvert, I love hanging out and socialising with housemates but also getting lost in a good book.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Hi I’m Georgia but I go by G, I’m an apprentice chef so you can expect food regularly and that I am basically a cleaning machine on legs. I have a cat named Steven who is house trained, clean and unbelievably friendly ; more like a really quirky dog. I love to paint, do pottery, play my acoustic guitar QUIETLY, and of course binge watch anything and everything. My work hours are strange but I never get home too late and I’m always quiet. I tend to be an introvert but would love to consider the people I live with friends to have a beer with after work all the same. Ideally would like somewhere I can catch public transport to the city centre (Electra House Hotel to be exact) to avoid those pesky parking tickets. Looking for somewhere around the beginning of October but I’m pretty light and breezy about the time frame for the right place. Have a lovely Day! ✌🏿
My name is Ella and I am a relatively laid back and friendly person. I am also quiet and I try to keep to myself. I am also a fairly clean person I am a hospitality worker with two casual jobs. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and my 4yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I work as a Nanny and just recently started working in customer support for a loans company. I also try to keep fit, I'm at Bootcamp 3 days a week in North Adelaide and enjoy going on hikes. I have just recently come back from working in Perth as a Nanny this week so now trying to start fresh back home in Adelaide. Me and my husky are in need of a place now. We would love to hear from you! :)
Currently paying $80 dollars a week in sleepy broadview Manningham. I'd prefer a granny flat or sleep out. I'm a good housemate as you can find. Probably too good. Bills included in rent preferred but isn't a deal breaker if not. I like things tidy and organised around the house I mostly mind my own business. My biggest thing I'm after is a place or team up where people respect each other and keep up hygiene. That means no alcoholics or any other substance abusers
Hey all. I'm a masters student at UniSA and work part-time at an Accounting firm. I generally keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such.
